With everything else going on in the nation right now, most notably the fires in L.A. and all the controversies and finger pointing that surrounds that tragedy, just how many people will be aware of this report being released, never mind taking the time to read it? And of those few outside of this forum that do read it, how many will be able to accurately comprehend any of it? I’m of the mindset that this document could have been subtitled “Jack Smith’s failed and final attempt at notoriety.”

Indict and try anyone and everyone associated with the effort for subversion, sedition and treason against We, the People of the United States and their collective will as to representation and electoral mandate(s).

I suspect that the timing of the report’s release has got caught up with events. If they intended maximum publicity maybe it was due for release late Friday.
Then a delay or else it would have been overcome by the fire burning up all the airtime and now today by the Senate hearings. Their best option would have been first thing yesterday but maybe they are happy for it to be a footnote that they can keep dipping into as news in quieter times..

Judge Cannon determined Jack Smith did not meet the standard for someone to be appointed SC and therefore was unconstitutional. Yet she allows this report to be published. Am I missing something here?

I agree. The best “response” here is pardons. Then, separately, the new AG and new FBI Director team up to empanel a Federal Grand Jury to investigate how these cases were brought and what laws were broken. Then, release the ENTIRE grand jury proceedings to ensure total sunlight.

Having listened to Judge Merchan’s presentation in the sentencing of President Trump few days ago, and now just reading the outline/chapter headings of Jack Smith’s report, I immediately noted the “slant” was in congruence with Merchan’s or what one might label “lock step” in character: Extreme justification via the use of language to persuade others of the extreme “guilt” of Donald Trump.
So much for the “prosecution’s” efforts, which are taught in every law school. Ride Trump out of town on a rail, burn him at the stake, hang him at noon, off with his head…you pick what Smith et al. seek…it’s the end of Trump they all want!
