Apparently, Steve Bannon was talking to media in Italy and said some rather confrontational things about Elon Musk.
(CP) “I will have Elon Musk run out of here by Inauguration Day,” Bannon told the Italian daily Corriere della Sera this week. “He will not have a blue pass to the White House, he will not have full access to the White House, he will be like any other person.”
“He is a truly evil guy, a very bad guy. I made it my personal thing to take this guy down,” Bannon added. “Before, because he put money in, I was prepared to tolerate it; I’m not prepared to tolerate it anymore.”
[…] “This thing of the H-1B visas, it’s about the entire immigration system is gamed by the tech overlords, they use it to their advantage, the people are furious,” Bannon said, noting that “76 percent of engineers working in Silicon Valley are non-Americans.”

I don’t know. I doubt that without Bannon’s Warroom posse, that Musk would have waved the white flag in mere days, trying to walk back what he said prior, by saying that the H1B needed reform. And remember, Trump signalled he was on Musk’s side.
Bannon can mobilize MAGA like nobody else, except for Trump.
Bannon is a loose cannon.

I’m sorry Bannon is deranged at this point and destructive to the ultimate goal of reestablishing a constitutional republic benefiting American citizens. He is a prime example of how the GOP/conservatives lose. Trump needed a coalition to win; Must could have provided his millions and time and effort to support the Dems but he made his choice like everyone who supported Trump even independents like me. The Democrat machine is ruthless but they win because no matter their insane leadership ideas the are loyal to winning and they stick together. Trump would be wiser to throw out Bannon than Musk if he is to succeed.
Maybe Bannon is right? We will see.
Bannon is pure MAGA, American citizens first. Elon is not. H1B visas are not bringing in the best and brightest, they’re bringing in immigrants who are taking jobs away from American citizens and bringing down wages. These visas also allow for chain migration. We need to halt all immigration until we actually need more workers. I’m with Steve. Musk is a big problem. Said eff you in the face if you are against H1B and he’ll fight it to the death.
