The issue is just like housing costs, vehicle costs, its banks and loans they give. Banks make huge profits from loans the government covers, also insurance coverage that now are banks covered by guaranteed losses. Banks drive up costs to reap huge profits. Remove loans and guess what? The cost will go to a verifiable price, not some fictitious inflated price.
Banks my friends, huge organizations that create government not the other way around. Government protects banks, really the bankers, and they steal by laws we allow in place.
I know nothing really about bitcoin, except I cannot see it as safe but, it’s outside of traditional banks and it challenges their power. Banks make us dependent on them not ourselves and we willingly give up our freedoms. In a debt free society things like “mandatory” vaccinations would fall on deaf ears. Things like healthcare would be within reason. Doctors could focus on medicine not debt. On and on, banks are noticeably getting enormous and why is the laws passed 20 years ago when insurance can own banks and banks can own insurance companies, because it’s all government guaranteed loss now. We pay double for everything.

Hah. The Amish are smart and industrious. Back in the 1950’s before dual and triple pane windows existed for home owners, we used aluminum, triple track storm windows because they served a dual purpose. The primary purpose was to keep water off of the wooden windows & sill; the second being to keep cold winds off the single-paned windows. They actually increased the thermal stability of the interior, provided any and all air gaps around the window frame were sealed/insulated.
These were a big business where I lived. The home improvement salesmen who specialized in selling-aluminum siding, storm windows, storm doors etc. – plied their trade throughout Baltimore neighborhoods for several decades. They were immortalized in what has become a cult favorite movie – “Tin Men”, a 1987 film directed by Barry Levinson and starring Richard Dreyfuss and Danny DeVito.
I remember helping Dad swap those out for the seasons … screens for summer, an extra glass pane for winter … “storm windows”
Yep, the triple track avoided that extra chore – both upper and lower glass panels were inside the outer half- height screen.
You could slide the screen to the upper position so that the inside upper window sash could also be lowered. But moving the screen required some temporary moving of both storm window panels to th top positions o that you could reach the screen’s locks at the bottom of its frame. Once it was locked in the upper position, you then moved the middle track glass panel down to the bottom, then the innermost glass panel was slid down.
The tracks were periodically lubricated with graphite. Oily lube didn’t work very well for very long. Some folks used Vaseline.

Israel seizing on Syria chaos to strike military assets
After launching hundreds of air strikes on Syrian military assets and seizing positions including the summit of a mountain with an uninterrupted sightline to the capital Damascus, Israel appears to be taking advantage of what it sees as a unique moment of opportunity.
Syrian command structures were in disarray, with key positions apparently left unmanned after the fall of the Assad regime.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) says its air force and navy have conducted more than 350 strikes since Saturday night, taking out an estimated 70-80% of Syrian strategic military assets from Damascus to Latakia.
They included fighter aircraft, radar and air defence sites, and naval ships, as well as weapons stockpiles, the IDF said.
“The navy operated last night to destroy the Syrian fleet with great success,” said Defence Minister Israel Katz.
The IDF has also moved ground forces east from the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights into a demilitarised buffer zone in Syria and, it now admits, just beyond.
Katz said he had told the military to “establish a sterile defence zone free of weapons and terrorist threats in southern Syria, without a permanent Israeli presence”.

I already have everything I need & a lot that I just want, and I thrift 99% of what I do buy; charity shop prices have increased some but not anything like the retail market has.
I started getting food delivered by Imperfectfoods dotcom and Azurestandard dotcom where prices are a bit increased but still usually semi-reasonable (kicked out of grocery stores years ago for declining to suffocate myself, so No-Thanks-Hard-Boycott for them going forward).
GrandGirl has gone thrifting with me before and usually brings a friend – they have fun hunting treasure with me now & then.
We understand each other; I don’t think she holds it against me. I started making arts & crafts with her when she was tiny, so she’s learned to do projects and make all kinds of lovely things over the years – I’m her Bona Fide craft-tastic enabler; for all of the extended family children too (my stash is a good one so we don’t often buy much).
I’m thinking we’ll make Christmas bags soon – giftwrap that is re-usable instead of paper garbage; I found my Christmas fabrics box in the move… she’ll get some solid sewing machine practice time in.
I most likely would shower her with materialism if I could however; it’s an impulse, and one that’s very easy to give in to; wanting children to have more than what we had.
I see it as a mixed Blessing that she gets a lot of material things from her parents. She lives in a pervasive state of Abundance, Love, & Grace and I thank God & all of Heaven every minute of every day for that –
her Father is *the Best* and her Mother is *the Best*. They’ve always worked opposite shifts so she’s never been in daycare (maybe because mine never were and when they were little I always & frequently referred to that system as “day-orphanage” & not a good thing, those poor children! (long-term non-pretending study bears this out, btw)
OTOH, I think massive disposable toys/distractions teaches children to crave instant gratification and prevents children from finding real satisfaction in what they receive & what they already have… I see it *everywhere*. Her childhood is a polar opposite experience from mine (Thank You Jesus!)… I’m bringing her balance by example;
balance is a very valuable thing, so that’s my contribution to her happiness & wellbeing I guess.
God orchestrated my part in facilitating her Pink Christmas so as to convey an organic lesson in self-mastery (your Heart’s True desire + persistent/patient./Loving/positive/focused action + Trust & Faith & positive expectation/vision of the outcome = success)
while requiring minimal outlay$ (one 99 cent mug, a place setting & some ribbons);

Just the way I like it, and I know she will like it too; that feeling of whole-being Gratitude when something long-desired comes into reality – ‘Livin’ the Dream’ – as it were.
The creative process goes both ways – worry& dread & negative expectation IS = creating/bringing about something/the things you don’t want – it is the very reason the usurpers bombard us Humans with fear & terror from every direction 24/7/365 since forever; they’ve used/and continue to try to use us to create/bring about their vision for dystopian h3ll on Earth that they themselves have no creative power to effect or accomplish.

I know what you mean, GB. I have ‘neighbors’ to the east of me who treat their animals that way. It’s just hearbreaking. I have reported them to the county animal control more than once but nothing ever happens.
The ‘neighbors’ are, shall we say, undocumented and somehow that makes them above the law. Very difficult for me to deal with.
I wish President Trump would have his administration publish some 800 numbers to report them. Then they could be re-homed to their own country and their animals’ misery would stop.

Any terrorist who participated in 10/7 is destined to die.
The Shabak (Spy Agency for West Bank and Gaza) formed a special force by the name NILI (Abbreviations for “The eternity of Israel will not be forgotten”) for that purpose.
This week alone the Shabak managed to spot 35 participants of 10/7 and sent them all to Hell by directing the IDF against them.
I also heard of many others days and weeks before who were sent to where they belong. Sometimes you may see a video of an “innocent” person assasinated. You can bet he is on the list. It’s not for no reason.
But, and yes, but, we have a problem with thousands of Nukbah terrorists and others who are jailed in Israel.
Our Liberal Progressive Justice system is quiet about them. We can’t execute them because then the hostages will be executed. The Supreme Court interfered with their meals which were “insufficient” (I am not joking).
Israel refuses for them to be visited by the Red Cross as long as our hostages are not seen too. Hamas will demand their release in a hostage exchange. It’s actually important to release the hostages without releasing those murderers and rapists. I am attaching a short video about them after this.

A child 12 years old died. Three wounded. Not very serious. 23 rounds hit the bus. There is a manhunt.

Note: The West Bank (Judea and Samaria) is a ticking time bomb and Israel is not doing what it should to prevent what is coming. I see armed terrorists marching in funerals and Israel ignores. Our villages there are at risk.
They regularly every few days commit terror attacks and just because one die here and two there and there is no massive massacre, Israel is not doing the cleanup that it should. The incitement and education will eventually bring about a 10/7 kind event if Israel will not treat it like Gaza and Lebanon. One of my Telegram channels is reporting literally daily attacks and there are 10-20 per day. Stoning buses. Stones on cars. Shootings into Jewish settlements, car ramming. Their Children are educated to be terrorists and I will post a short video to make this point. We must take control over their education or it will never end.
-IDF- A few more attacks on military Airports in two cities in Syria.
-The Rebels exposed a huge tunnel under the Qualamun Mountains at the Syria Lebanon border. This is a blow to Iran, it was their project. Smuggling for Hezbollah. I will post a video.
-The IDF captured 7 Syrian tanks in its operation in Syria.
-5 terrorists eliminated in 6 strikes in Lebanon. It means violations of the deal and it means the IDF is playing tough on violators. My concern is what will happen after we leave? We must complete the operation all the way to the Litani River unless the Lebanese army showing us that they can confront Hezbollah. There are a few positive signs about this but I wouldn’t count on them. This was a bad deal and I hope we change it after Trump begins in office. Hezbollah are broken. We can do what we need to for a real buffer zone.
-Paraguay President in a supper friendly visit to Israel. Gave a good speech in the Knesset (Parliament) and is about to open his embassy in Jerusalem in his visit. This is one of the friendliest nations in the world to Israel. As a note, the current President of Argentina is absolutely in love with Israel, the friendliest of them all.
-Turkish media reports that Assad fled to Russia with 135 Billion dollars. Well, I guess the Russians like this.
Another report, the Prime Minister under Assad is now saying that no one knew that he is fleeing. He deserted his team without letting them know.
-About 50 killed in Gaza last night. I don’t have the specifics. I also saw another targeted assassination.
Note: I am sure that those assassinations are filmed and published as “killing the innocents”. Those are valid targets. Known terrorists with blood on their hands.
-France is calling Israel to withdraw from the buffer zone in Syria. No words to describe the French … I will stop here.

I tried to make the same argument a few decades back but was quickly corrected by some Republicans who even back then commented that the Democratic party was anything BUT democratic….

WE ARE FIGHTING A SPIRITUAL WAR OF GOOD VERSUS EVIL
PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

Question for Sundance – having seen your X posts where somehow someone is posting on that platform impersonating your X account so supposedly to be posts from you, and
just noticed so wonder if it is a real link to your X account – did you remove the longstanding pinned post about the economy, the one with the picture of fruit on it – and now no pinned tweet/X – or is that a link to the imposter’s X account that is pretending to be you?
The lemons are missing
The whole pinned post is missing or simply removed and maybe Sundance is going to put up a new pinned tweet, but in reading his comments on X about someone impersonating his X account thought it prudent to ask.
OK. I never saw the fake tweets for whatever reason but I do see SD’s pinned post
I don’t see another account with Sundance’s exact name, address (@TheLastRefuge2 ), or description.
There is a @TheLastRefuge1 account but its obviously not fooling anyone – only has 4 followers.
Otherwise there are 7 other accounts the use some variant of Last Refuge…
