b. interview and evaluate every single person AND CONTRACTOR who “works” for the FBI. Only those proven to be principled and of good moral standing should be permitted to stay

Rewrite all internal policy guidance with respect to FISA warrants: evidence before a grand jury must be achieved in every single case and Congress must be informed immediately before any FISA application can be granted. Targets who are American citizens cannot be surveilled by the FISA warrants process..only foreigners. period. THIS overhaul of the FBI policy, will do what congresss has refused to do in the last round of voting. I believe President Trump can order this with is new Director and AG. If congress cannot do it’s constitutional duty to prohibit the spying and targeting of American Citizens with warrantless jackboot powers, then President TRUMP MUST ORDER THE AG AND DIR, FBI to immediately CEASE this lawless practice.
