The annual school Christmas program ended with a silent pantomime of the Holy Family going door to door looking for a place to stay…ending with the birth of Our Lord and Savior…the back ground music was this rendition by MSR…

Israel Update:
We are witnessing history in the making. This is an important update.
-One of the most intense operations in the history of the Israeli Air Force. Hundreds of jet fighters are participating. None stop day and night attacks in Syria.
In the past 48 hours Israel is engaged in destroying the Syrian Military. All that they built in many decades. About 300 attacks and it’s not over it continues none stop.
A historic opportunity to eliminate the assets of an enemy army.
The idea is preventing it from going to the Jihadi hands that will likely one day be aimed at Israel. Already in around 2010 Israel collected a lot of information about the chemical weapon facilities of Syria. They actually used a few types of the three that they have against Syrians. They already then owned about 1,300 tones of chemical material for the weapons. They also have a few “Research facilities” that develop/manufacture long range missiles and probably chemical weapons. The last thing we need is that it will fall to Al Qaeda type organizations.
I see their MIG 29s Jet fighters are blown up, tens of them. I see attacks on the port and ships. Helicopters are blown up. Syria also has the world’s densest anti aircraft batteries, courtesy of Russia. Israel has now blown up many tens of those batteries. Making the Syrian Airspace open to the IDF all the way to Iran.
All chemical facilities were bombed massively. Long range missiles blown up.
The attacks are everywhere in Syria. Also tanks were attacked and cannons and munition storages. There is a focus on Air Bases. The estimate is that in a few days or less the Syrian Air Force will be no more.
Munitions belonging to Pro Iran Militia in Damascus were also attacked. Intelligence bases and electronic warfare facility was also attacked.
Israeli ground forces are still advancing as I write. You need to know that at this point it is all within the buffer zone that was agreed upon in 1974, post the Yom Kippur war that will be
de-militarized and supervised by the UN. Since Assad is gone, this agreement is not binding for the Jihadists. So the IDF is securing it.
I will attach a picture below to show this zone on a map. It’s not much land. It’s only about 1.8-3.7 Miles deep in the wider areas.
Now I just got a report that Israel took the Druze village Hader that is just a bit outside this strip. This village was threatened in the past by the Jihadi Al Sham organization. I guess we are there to protect them. Israeli Druze are like brothers and serve high in the IDF.
What is meaningful is the Hermon Mountain. We are lucky that we can move there.
It is the time of the year that it gets a thick snow. Somehow the snow is not thick at this moment. It’s in our hands as of yesterday.
There is a report from a Hezbollah related TV that the IDF is advancing in Syria all the way near Damascus, 12 miles to Damascus, and is maneuvering towards Lebanon on the Damascus Beirut road to either sit on the border and prevent munitions to Hezbollah or to move deep into Lebanon and disarm Hezbollah. They are saying that the IDF has taken 9 villages close to the Syria Lebanon border. This is echoed on many outlets including one Maine Israeli outlet but I suspect it’s fake. But I am posting it as if it’s true then it is MAJOR.
I will clarify it as soon as I know.
Facilities of various Brigades and Divisions across Syria were attacked. A lot of fires.
The IDF is identifying Russian motion of forces and weapons in Syria. They are expected to withdraw as they killed many Rebels over the years. They are not safe. We also identify Iranians withdrawing quietly and carefully. The Alawite elite minority which Assad was a part of, fled to a narrow area by the Mediterranean Sea. I feel sorry for them. The Sunnis will likely butcher them. We don’t know but the Rebels could even go to Lebanon to close the deal with Hezbollah. At this moment they positioned themselves on the Lebanese border in one area. I just watched a Lebanese Parliament Member (Son of the murdered ex-Christian President of Lebanon, giving a speech enthusiastically saying “Syria is free, Lebanon is free of Hezbollah”. In the past they would be afraid to talk. Hezbollah murdered his father.
Israeli Foreign Minister said that we have connection with the Kurds and Druze in Syria.
The Druze are close to our border. Their brothers live in Israel. Israel also re-opened the “Good Neighbour Program” of medical care to wounded Syrians. Bibi said so but I didn’t see anyone combing yet. They will.
Our Tier One Special Force Shaldag (one of the top three Special Forces Units) took the Hermon Mountain. Our Paratroopers are in the Syrian buffer zone and some other forces. The residents of the areas were told to stay at home while the IDF is operating to secure the areas. Our Combat Engineers and Tanks are along the border to create a barrier. I saw video of two massive fences and some engineering work done between. Likely boobytraps.
In another area I saw a tunnel dug to prevent vehicles from crossing.
What can I say? 10/7 made us paranoid about borders and buffer zones.
Apparently the Rebels found a book in Assad’s jail with records of 29,000 executions.
I saw a video of under ground prisons where people were kept in inhumane conditions for who knows how long. Some horrifying videos of insane prisoners who lost knowledge of who they are. Assad had open published videos (I just watched) of throwing tens of Palestinians into holes in the ground and shooting them, mass murders). I don’t know if you want me to post it? It’s hard to watch. Another video with a jail with many bags of bodies which were dissolved with acid. One prison apparently had a cremation site (I didn’t see this video).
My point is that did you ever hear about the UN making noise about it? The International Justice Court making noise? The Globalist media? There were close to a million casualties in Syria over the decades. Millions displaced. But only Israel is “committing genocide” while providing humanitarian aide that is why Hamas is not gone yet.
It really does look antisemite, isn’t it? The UN issued more condemnations and had more meetings about Israel in the past decades more than the whole world combined. True.
Remember who are the good guys and who aren’t. Assad just had a meeting with the Arab leaders, The Saudi Prince who had a media personality sawed to pieces in an embassy.
The Iranians who execute their own people, God knows how many thousands. Who sent children to blow up mines in the war against Iraq. Who knows how many they hanged so far.
The Qataris who sponsored ISIS, Hamas, etc… not to mention what they do to opposition in Qatar. And the list goes on. Sorry I was drifting into a rant. LOL. I will post an image to make a point see following this report.
-On another note. There is talk about a possible hostage deal. It looks like Hamas agreed to not end the war at stage one of the deal. I think it’s the dual nationals (Americans) and a few others. Apparently this time there is a list of names. But realize that to do their demand of a complete end of war deal (that will keep Hamas alive) they admit that they need time to collect information as to the kidnapped and the dead bodies too. Some are with Hamas, some with Islamic Jihad, some with Popular Front for Palestine, some maybe with civilians.
It’s a mess. Now they are talking about a few released for 60 days ceasefire. I tend to ignore those kind of reports as it usually falls off. But there is a progress that we have names.
I believe that Trump’s threat impacted somewhat and also their isolation as the Iranian Axis is falling apart.
-Seven IDF soldiers fell in the line of duty in 24 hours. 3 in Gaza and 4 in Lebanon. The three were hit by an RPG in a vehicle on their way out for a refresher. There were also 20 wounded 3 badly. Those who fell in Lebanon, an accident in a tunnel. They dealt with explosives. RIP. God help their souls, families and friends.
-Since the date of the ceasefire with Hezbollah the Pro Iran Militia in Iraq stopped sending drones into Israel. They were also warned that they will be hit hard if continue.
-Yesterday a drone made it and hit an apartment in central Israel city. No injuries.
The day before we intercepted a couple of ballistic missiles. All came from Yemen.
Imminent retaliation against the Hoothies. We are busy so maybe it will wait a bit or maybe it will be ignored and Iran will be the target soon.
-Hundreds of thousands of Syrians are fleeing and are seen on the Lebanon border. Unlike the Turkish propaganda that’s says Syrians are back, the flow is out. Syrians know what is coming. Almost all the European nations issued a halt on all Syrian asylum applications.
Note: Who do you think are the Pro Hamas rioters in Europe? Yes, many are Syrians. Austria is considering sending the Syrians back to Syria.
-Israeli Deep State in a serious attack on Bibi. The court decided that his testimonials in his three cases can’t be delayed. We are talking about some 6 hours a day a few times per week. For a few months. They don’t care that he is managing a war on many fronts.
His layer asked to delay. He needs time to prepare. The courts refused. They want his tired and pressured to make mistakes. This a a major subject I will cover it in another update.
He has three cases, two are ridiculous and one is tricky. Bibi makes an elephant’s skin look thin. He has “thick skin”. He can deal with it but it is really awful. The main case is about cigars and campaigns that two friends gave him. From 2011-2016 in a cumulative value of some $200,000. The other two cases are unprecedented fake and false.

I know Syrian rebels manufacture cannons and mortar cannons. They have RPGs too. Only Israel have active defense system for armored vehicles. Without it those are death traps. I believe the US bought from us too so probably have it by now. Since they are a Muslim Brotherhood type then my guess is some rich donors from Qatar or Saudi Arabia. From what I see it’s not Turkey. But see if you can figure it out and share.

Interesting the difference in response of Israel to enemy armaments compared with the way we give weapons to our adversaries, read Afghanistan. We need to take lessons from Israel.
Well. It’s called “Necessity Level”. When those weapons are a walking distance from your villages you treat it differently than at the other side of the world. Necessity makes nations rise and do things that are sometimes not possible in regular circumstances.

Now if he adds R-K’s “Flight of the Bumblebee” to his repertoire, it’d be hard to top. Jorge is exceptionally skilled….

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.

Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. There were several times through the years when Ma told me that just as she was thinking of her father (passed on in 68) a “red bird” would land on the windowsill of the window she was she was sitting at sewing, or ironing or washing dishes, or near her when gardening.
-It always happened when she thought deeply of him.
See, when she was about four; while riding in her father’s horse-pulled cart, he stopped, got out of his seat to catch a “little red bird “.
He climbed back up
and showed her
the “little red bird” in his hands.
Then let it fly away.
Ma still lights up when recanting that day.

Before he was president, Trump bought an estate in West Palm Beach, Florida. He put up a 50-foot flag pole and flew a U.S. flag on it. The City Council told him that he could only have a 30-foot pole but he refused to take it down. They told him they would fine him $1,000 a day until he took it down. He said fine, that’s chump change. When the fine reached $120,000 he went to the city council and made a deal. He would lower the flag to a 30-foot pole if he could donate the $120,000 (write off/help veterans) to the Veterans Affairs, to which they agreed. He took the 50-foot pole down and had a landscape company come in and build a 20-foot hill where the pole was and put up a 30-foot pole. That’s why we love the guy.
That’s also why many of us detest city / county councils, HOA’s, etc. They’re all wannabe Nazis.
All that Sturm und Drang over 20 ft. …..for an American flag, no less.
Disclaimer – I am a senior commissioner of my local town’s zoning appeal board. It’s a volunteer job. The Board of Zoning Appeals conducts hearings for residential & commercial property owners when they want us to grant them a Variance to construct something that crosses an easement line or is at odds with the local ordnances, or to operate a business in a zone where the proposed type of business requires an approval from the Board per the Town’s Municipal Code.
Within our 120 year old Town (actually 200 yrs old but wasn’t incorporated until 1904) there exists an Historic District. Now THAT has some serious restrictions and limitations. I was asked to serve on that commission but I don’t buy into some of the extreme measures they go to preserve “history”. I understand most of the guidelines but not forcing people to use wood on building exteriors when synthetic materials would last far longer and would not look any different once painted.
I have a different kind of fight. We owned a house in Anderson, IN. Our property taxes quadrupled over a period of 3 years. The city decided that all homes within a block of the municipal golf course were way under valued and thus under taxed.
We sold and moved. The home we bought for $55,000 6 years before sold for $82,000.
We both wanted to live out of town but hadn’t found the right place yet. So we rented a home and lived there for 3 years before we found this place.
Now Anderson has bought land out near us and is going to put in a well to pump water for the city and they are talking about running water out to us. Obviously the city is going to try and annex us in the future. Tomorrow I will be going to a meeting and so are a lot of people that live in this area because NOBODY wants the city of Anderson to annex us and we’re going to do what ever we can to stop it! . I don’t want their water or sewers or anything to do with them.
Oh my , Rob, you’re fighting a municipal government that’s looking for a larger tax revenue base. Once the city masters get hooked on that addictive strategy it’s hard to stop except by the county or state.
Our town has determined long ago to not expand its boundary because it just requires more services that may or may not be offset by the increased property tax revenue. So far that fiscally conservative philosophy has held.
We have public water, sewer, natural gas, and broadband cable. Outside of town, folks use wells and septic, and privately supplied propane if they want gas. I’ve never heard of any petitions from any outside neighborhoods to be absorbed into the higher tax district. Also I’ve not been aware of any discussions among our town council or town manager to expand.
