The brief clip I watched showed what looked like a well practiced person shooting at a moving human target.
Going to the range a few times does not make anyone proficient enough with firearms to accomplish that.
The shooter was quite close and he was very calm which could have helped him be able to hit that target. He also walked over to the downed man as if to check that he was out. He could have shot the downed man one more time at that point if he thought the guy was still conscious and moving. He did not. Just calmly walked off across the street.
It depends on the person. Some people have natural aim. But, yes, he was way too calm to be a complete newbie. I just have my doubts about his level of skills. He was way too sloppy for a seasoned pro, imo.

A quick reminder that a Biden pardon of Lawfare criminals does not prevent DOJ from empaneling a grand jury, compelling testimony, or prosecuting people for obstruction or perjury…
What Lawfare fears most is sunlight. A Biden pardon does nothing to protect them from Federal probes that would “uncover the coup”.
So, put them all under oath, find out what happened, then make it all public. Is leaking grand jury info illegal? Yes, but DOJ does it all the time, so no big deal. Pardons are handy like that.

So, why do I think the targets of the Deep State/Blob of which the FBI is a part changed over the years? In the 50s and 60s when most manufacturing was located in the US and US products dominated the WWII-destroyed world, the oligarchy was nationalistic and the targets of the FBI and CIA were the anti-nationalists (communists/leftists). Also, the boards of directors of those major corporations which were not multi-national were mostly patriotic Americans.
Now that so much manufacturing is outside the US, mainly in Communist China, and even US-based corporations are far more multinational with many board members who aren’t even US citizens, the oligarchy’s desired path is globalism, so nationalists are targeted and they, at least in the US, naturally tend to be anti-collectivists (anti-communist/anti-leftist) while big government enthusiasts (leftists) are not.
Also, those brainwashed with neo-Marxist Postmodernism pseudo-intellectual garbage during their “higher” education have reached positions of power in our gerontocracy. In 2021, the average age of a U.S. senator was 64. The same Postmodernism effect is also seen in lower levels of the educational system because teachers were also indoctrinated with that garbage in college. “The long march through the institutions” has been highly successful.
Does anybody else think we may have seen the 2nd Antifa asssassin in the killing of the healthcare CEO? Antifa had been quiet lately, we may be entering a whole new era of Antifa terrorism.
