Excellent news. Within trade and MAGAnomics Peter Navarro serves as the counterbalance to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the influence visible with David Macintosh (Club for Growth).
President Trump announces the return of Peter Navarro in the role of Senior Advisor for Trade and Manufacturing.
Note the word “FAST,” that’s the element Navarro brings to the dynamic.
Where USTR Lighthizer was/is excellent, he was also a little cautious. Current USTR Jamieson Greer was Chief of Staff to former USTR Robert Lighthizer in term #1. Within term #2, speed in delivering the trade outcomes is paramount. We have a Marshal Plan to remove, as well as tariff priorities and the reestablishment of American manufacturing to kickstart fast.
As well as kicking sand in the face of The CoC and CfG, Navarro brings the speed part of the equation to the forefront. Perfect.
As long as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and CfG can be kept away from the critical aspects of Trade negotiations, things will get done “FAST.”
As I have noted since the assembly of the cabinet team began to surface, the economic aspect looks really good. If we focus on the outcomes of the economic policy, we will all be in a very happy place.
If you focus on the Main Justice component hoping for accountability (or arrests), or if you focus on the IC aspect hoping for some implosion of their capacity, you will likely be disappointed. Good things will happen, but they are preliminary in purpose. However, if you focus on the outcomes that will surround your everyday life, things will be super cool.
The economic forecast is much greater, much more positive than anyone can yet imagine. There are really good outcomes clearly visible and within reach.
The key to a life of purpose is to appreciate God in all things; understand that a loving God surrounds you every day and cherishes you. Do not let your heart be troubled with dark imaginings of tomorrow. Live your very best life in the today that is immediately in front of you.

I think Trump should pardon Joe for crimes linked to what Biden pardoned Hunter for, this does two things: frames Joe as guilty and removes it as a talking point.
Focus on improving lives of everyday Americans, not locking up 100’s to 1,000’s of foot soldiers who change their positions with the wind. One will have broad impact and support, the other will fuel the political divide on things that are the most important to a very small percentage. Meaning, the middle of the road independent will think more highly of Trump for creating economic conditions where gas is under $2, deflation on certain items kicks is, they have money money in the bank at the end of the month as opposed to putting handcuffs on the two FBI lovebirds.

I am frankly right at 50/50 on this.
Landslide24 brought up the point I wanted to add. The ring leaders, but it has to be provable beyond a shadow of doubt, can’t be charged and then acquitted/dismissed – that would be an actual setback.
If cases are brought and people convicted, so be it; however, I think there’s risk if the cases get dismissed or end with acquittals. A lot of political capital will be wasted.
But I’d rather have the mechanism stripped away. Voting for example: Voter ID (the real ID that is supposed to be implemented for airline travel), paper ballots (scanning is fine in my opinion, but a random sampling audit to ensure accuracy and vote tallies must match ballots, no mail in, I’ll cave a little on early voting since R’s performed well and people like it but I’d prefer single day voting however I won’t cave on the need for limited absentee ballots, the votes must be counted by midnight on election night, period. I think this would eliminate a majority of the fraud.
I think what they did in 2020 was disgraceful. They should all be treated the the J6 defendants but unfortunately I think that ship has sailed, it’s too distant for a vast majority of the electorate. We saw turnout works. We need to continue getting the same turnout in off-cycle elections so they can’t cheat, the. We can get SoS’s in office to push policies and legislation to implement the voting changes above. We the people can organize and make the latter happen, we can’t arrest and convict people. The latter will improve the lives of many generations and the former will make a small percentage of us feel good but probably have zero impact on the scheming and conniving.
An interesting thought, if Trump pardoned all those who committed federal election crimes in 2020, do you think we could get people to sell out and tell the truth: there’d be no consequences and no ability for them to rat out the ring leaders causing their arrest. It would identify the mechanisms and individuals/groups to watch.

Not so fast. Words are great but reality is different. There is a big obstacle in bringing manufacturing back to America.
It called Trained Workforce. WE have very little workforce trained in the abilities to build and produce things . Manufacturing has been gone from America for too many years. How many “Made in America labels do you see these days? The people with the needed skills have dwindled.
The American educational system has concentrated of graduating Social Engineers. Not Electrical, Mechanical, and most importantly Rocket Engineers.
Not only do we not have a trained workforce. We have few qualified Vocational trainers or teachers in our schools. Its going to take a while to switch gears from a service economy to Manufacturing. It will take a lot of time and training to turn Telephone Sanitizers into Millwrights.
Young people have been brainwashed since young. That working with your hands and producing something is somehow an undesirable thing to do. If you get a college degree you will be on easy street. That attitude needs to be undone.
This is going to take time and involve major changes to our educational system from High school to College to focus more intensely on Vocational training. Forcing them to graduate students that can actually produce something, or even read a micrometer for that matter. We will have to teach people to THINK again. Brains don’t come from Wizards in Emerald Cities.
Manufacturing will not come back to America without motivated people trained, ready, and willing to work for good pay.
I believe we can do this. Trump has an up hill battle with many bone heads in education and the democratic party in his way. But he can fire them all, and Trump can give federal dollars and scolarships to institutions that make tech and trades training a priority. Business will also need $$$$ help in Re- training our workforce as well.
It can be done MAGA!

Notice the Barron campaign strategy involved PDJT reaching out to the younger voters who have already “cut the cord” a long time ago.
Something that can also help fill the gap, is revamping the LEGAL immigration system, to encourage people with the job skills we need, instead of intentionally importing welfare recipients.
100% our sons and D.I.L’s are in their early thirties…we know many of their friends and acquaintances.
Many are home owners, have young families, work or run a business.
A friend of mine is helping his 25 year old son establish his plumbing and gas fitting business.
Earlier this wee we had the son do a tricky job for us.

You know what the #1 requirement is for training up a young person to do any infrastructure or logistics job?
A desire to work and learn.
After that, a vision for the future (which sometimes has to be assembled with mentorship help).
The idea that every skill requires 16 years of Ed Biz intervention dispensed by Permastate Ed Biz sincecure holders to in-debt students butt-sitting and trying to please Teacher is moose plop.
I and my colleagues spent the past 30 years trying to build training programs for some of the most complex “vocational” (meaning non-college-BS) trades there are. Often succeeding. If we can train up in two years any motivated kid to build and operate/manage an automated New Zealand swing-over milking parlor, a nuclear reactor, or an automated manufacturing line, then there’s no reason this can’t be scaled up.
Everybody starts with the basics. And each kid has to find his own level of interest, training, and involvement. The motivation has to reside in the individual, and it is up to mentors to feed the little sparks, and guide the young person.
It’s the Ed Biz that has trained everyone to clap like seals at the idea that everybody has to get advanced degrees and that “success” means making a lot of money producing nothing but memos and pronouns in the highest possible slot on the org chart (till replaced by the DEI hounds in HR).
What’s been missing is the school-to-work transition element. The Ed Biz is run by people who prefer to choose students who will be lucrative for the existing institutions, which rely on tax bling, billionaire grants/research dollars, and teachers union contracts. They will ALWAYS choose compliant butt-sitting Teacher-pleasers over the boys and girls who want to BUILD GOOD THINGS WELL and chart their own life path.
I think it would be a lot easier than you are asserting, and I’m basing that on experience. Job One is moving the barriers out of the way.
Among those barriers is the idea that white boys must never be allowed access to training, jobs, families, or a future.

As much as I want to see justice served to those who tried and are still trying to destroy the USA I am willing to get our economy back on track first and Peter Navarro is certainly one who knows how to do it. I feel there is value, however, in pointing out that “economic prosperity” is and always has been the faustian bargain, where things of great moral value are traded for mammon.
For myself, I would trade all of the economic benefit to be gained for all of the accountability and rollbacks in capability required to fully re-establish our Republic to the status which the founder’s intended. As long as those at the bottom end of the economic ladder are taken care of….their salaries increased, food and energy costs reduced to affordable rates, and most importantly…they can save $$ for the future….then anything more than that is simply a gladly received but unnecessary blessing.
What is DESPERATELY NEEDED is both accountability and the restoration of proper Dept of govt functions and limitations.
REAL treason, sedition, and high crimes were committed.

Reading Sundance is like the Dallas Cowboy fan I once was in a former life. Loved Tom Landry, Roger Staubach, Too Tall Jones & more. When they won, the entire week was jubilant. When they lost, I was in a state of depression. Older, more mature and walking purposely with my Savior, I’m not as easily swayed. However, I find emotional similarities to reading my favorite site here at CTH. The honest and no holds barred truth regarding corruption & moral decay of our government & judicial system can be overwhelming. It can be discouraging and disheartening. Yet today’s short piece about courageous patriots reenlisting on our side like Dr Navarro is heartening! Changing gears just a bit. Trump’s re-election was like quail and manna to a dying nation. I cannot think God enough even if there is concern over certain cabinet members. God has spared Trump on numerous occasions. God is not finished with the world yet. My Bible says not until everyone has been exposed to the gospel. I believe we’re there. Lastly, I’ve learned from our fearless leader Dr Sundance, to live the good life, love this great country of ours, never give up pursuing truth & fight, fight, fight!
