I keep asking for someone to show me what is in the contrails, what chemicals? It cannot be that difficult to capture that. There have always been contrails depending on the current state of the atmosphere. How do you determine which are supposedly harmful and which are not?
Contrails are naturally occurring ice crystals that quickly dissipate.
“Chemtrails” are artificially created, and contain Barium, Strontium, and Aluminum and the devil knows what all else, in quantities not naturally occurring.
When sprayed by planes over wide swaths of terrain, quickly merge into milky white diffuse cloud cover. Coverage that can take a clear blue sky, and quickly turn the sky into a murky white mix of stuff you don’t want to breathe.

My issue has always been what we call the “Grand Finale” . . . since getting up early and getting the turkey going . . .
keeping the kitchen nice and neat all day long, then you take out the turkey, you were cooking the potatoes and getting ready to mash them and now to make the gravy from the turkey and all of a sudden you have these pans and platters all over the place . . .
how about an extended sink and counter behind the sink and counter . . . it has a sliding door and you can push everything in there real quick . . . on the other side of that sliding door, you have an entirely different room attached to the kitchen where you can slide all the pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc. and then when everyone goes home you have a nice neat kitchen and then you go to your dishwashing room that has a big screen tv, to watch your favorite movies or podcasts, maybe a really good juke box or stereo system and do the dishes, maybe other people will want to hang out there and help you as long as they have been vetted to not be prone to chip the edges of your beloved dishes.
I know people have all kinds of other rooms – saunas, billiards, man-caves, recording studios, basketball courts – I would like a really nice neat room for washing the dishes, etc. with nice big sinks, maybe 3 dishwashers and tons of cupboard space to put everything away really organized – plus nice carts for serving trays and odds and ends.
I usually think about this at Thanksgiving!
I make everything one or two days before except the turkey and any fresh vegetables.
I always make homemade chicken, turkey, ‘meat’ stock , freezing large quantities in two cup vessels. Gravy is made before, thickened as well, only needed to add strained meat juices day of.
I never stuff a bird. All in a casserole, so I can butter and crisp it up.
Dressing casserole just gets a top on it as a leftover container after dinner.
Cranberries can also be done. Just add orange zest, Mandarin orange slices and nuts before serving.
Much of the time, I will either spatchcock the bird or just serve a breast. Normally brined. Many times, I have the butcher spatchcock the turkey so I do not do it myself. Just take all cut parts with you!
This way everything is cleaned up day before except for roasting pan, gravy pot to heat, and dinner service.
I HATE having to clean up!
And much less cooking day of!
I also do not serve a lot of items any more. Too much!
Most of the time, no potatoes or sweet potatoes.
Just one or two nice vegetables. Maybe roasted full glazed carrots and spinach. All in the oven.

We (Mom and I) stopped stuffing the turkeys ages ago and make the Mrs. Cubbison’s turkey dressing casserole in a casserole dish – I DID do that the night before this time, waited for it to totally cool down and then put it in a foil wrapped and covered pan to pop into the oven and that worked great!

Something like an updated butler’s pantry. That’s something I think about a lot, you see these really huge homes with really big kitchens and entryways and such, but lacking things people could really use to make their lives easier and better.
A walk-in pantry is so superior to any cabinetry or shelving.

I do not like having it in the door of the fridge (on the freezer side) where sometimes random pieces of ice slip out and onto the floor – an awful hazard – plus I don’t like all that noise in the kitchen of the thing making the ice.
