Many people are discussing who President Trump will appoint to two positions: (1) Director of the National Security Agency (NSA); and (2) The Director of the FBI. Without actually realizing it, both of these positions are fundamentally tethered.
The NSA Director is the librarian of the Intelligence Community. The NSA gathers, collects, intercepts and stores the metadata of every electronic transmission, including communication. The Director of the NSA is in charge of that massive responsibility to protect and guard the library.
The FBI Director is the chief customer of that library. On the domestic investigative side, the intelligence side, and the counterintelligence side of all FBI operations, their access to exploit that metadata has become critical. The urgency of that need underpins the motive to continue reauthorizing FISA-702. When we remove the pretending, 702 reauthorization means surveillance access without warrants for all American communication.
The Fourth Amendment has been destroyed by legislative permission, and a complete lack of accountability for violations of law. Americans are no longer “secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures,” and “reasonable cause” warrants are no longer needed.
It should not be too much to ask for an FBI Director who respects the Fourth Amendment. Alas, in the real world of the Patriot Act, pragmatically we are well aware that every sub-silo and contractor within the FBI toolbox has access to this unlimited surveillance library.
Perhaps unbeknownst to most, the people advising President Trump on his next FBI Director also hold a vested interest in making sure the nominated candidates for NSA and FBI will continue to allow exploitation.
I prefer an FBI Director who does not support FISA-702 warrantless searches of U.S. citizen data. Unfortunately, everyone in the orbit of President Trump providing the advice and recommending the candidates, do not hold the same view. Not a single one.
That context brings me to the key point that every reader must keep at the forefront of everything else that unfolds for the next several years. Urgency and response to prayer tell me to just let the information flow and everyone can judge for themselves.
By now you probably carry in your wallet or purse a newly DHS and TSA compliant “real ID,” either in the form of a driver’s license, a passport, or a biometric alien registration id.
If you travel, you will note your compliant ID is scanned by TSA and more recently your face is photographed, recorded and uploaded. The database connecting your biometric identity to your personage is now complete and growing larger.
♦ The People Behind Donald Trump:
Advanced autonomous Artificial Intelligence (AI) is about to merge with the surveillance authority within FISA-702.
Think.
When the AI search and filter capability is merged with the NSA metadata, add fractal computing power and imagine the search results. It is only a matter of time before an Obama-type administration take power again. What will that merged system look like when weaponized?
Now, think about what comes next. Oh, and you don’t have to wonder too much.
Palantir agreed to cooperate with the FBI and launched facial recognition AI on behalf of their federal contract with the FBI into the events of J6 attendees. The FBI arrests followed. Palantir’s access to the DHS/TSA database, as granted by the FBI for use in their J6 targeting operation, was a beta test for how artificial intelligence could scour the national biometric database and deliver results.
Two key points:
(1) Palantir doesn’t have access to the full NSA metadata library yet. *That’s the part where Peter Thiel, Elon Musk and JD Vance come in (’28).
(2) Palantir (AI surveillance) is beta testing with various sub-silos (like FBI), under auspices of various legal authorities (like J6).
[*Apply the Dept of Government Efficiency (DOGE) as nose under tent to #1]
Peter Thiel’s company, Palantir, is the contracted exploitation software that scours the system, connects to the metadata and delivers the return result. Palantir is the product that identifies the faces, in the library assembled by the federal requirement for “read id.”
Now, does this make sense?
.
The fully autonomous surveillance system is almost finished. 5G makes the data processing stream fast and in real time. What remains is simply a hardware issue, ie. cameras.
Elon Musk, Peter Thiel and Larry Ellison have positioned themselves brilliantly.
The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is also a solid way in.
This backdrop also frames the nomination of Kristi Noem and Tulsi Gabbard at DHS and DNI respectively, quite differently.
Everything built for good is but one election away from being weaponized.

Let’s cut to the chase: Force all government to get a warrant from a real judge, a public judge who meets before a grand jury before an indictment can be made. Our forefathers foresaw this problem and provided for it. Now we live in the age when things once again can get done. Let’s see to it that FBI and police who use warrantless searches suffer the penalties for the crimes they hoped to accuse the target of their searches. Warrantless searches will simply stop.
Another cut, to another chase…Article 1 Section 8 Powers of Congress…find the nsa or the fbi…that’s how our founders fore saw the problem. If you are looking for an insurrection, look no further.
“Force all government to get a warrant from a real judge….”
———————————————
You’ve got to be joking! Exactly how are you going to “force” government to do anything!?
Stop paying for them
at their requested rate
Use the code
To legally owe less
“Learn to code”
Withdraw consent
Govern privately
And by county
The federal power evaporated
Real judges are rare. Most are politicians.
All judges are government employees, protecting their pensions too.. Labor peace among their unionized court staff is job number one, because the unions come back to bite at re-election time..
The better answer is to do away with all of the data bases of this junk. It is not legal now.
A Thiel Surveillance State is worse than a Gates Surveillance State because we want to think it is better.
Not sure where to place this…so I choose a reply to you, dear Gipper.
Elon Musk from an article I saved from long ago and which is linked below.
“There’s some chance that it [AI] goes wrong and destroys humanity.”
And..
Hopefully that chance is small, but it’s not zero. And so I think we want to take whatever actions we can think of to minimize the probability that AI goes wrong.”
This from “Is AI mentioned in the Bible”
A tool in the hands of wrong people, and there are always those because evil never takes a day off.
I am not sanguine nor comfortable with AI…never mind the rest that accompanies it in the context of surveillance. Just as I increasingly am disturbed about the predominance of 5G towers which are everywhere, the effects of which are only just being recognized, yet not addressed as they must be. What comes with 6G? All part and parcel of the Surveillance State.
Make of this what you will, but it was very interesting to me that Musk has made the remarks above.
https://www.wnd.com/2023/05/ai-mentioned-bible-yes-catastrophic-results/
https://thehill.com/policy/technology/4008144-musk-theres-a-chance-ai-goes-wrong-and-destroys-humanity/
Excellent articles Betsy! Thank you so much. Every day at this glorious Treehouse I learn something new, good and bad.
God is good in all things!
I am remembering an article I also read, T, regarding what is called the “Butterfly Effect”. Worst luck I know I saved it but can’t find it.
Essentially it examines how even the slight fluttering of a butterfly’s wings can have an effect on everything around it which may lead to bigger unintended events.
The example this article started out with was how the first attempted assassination of Archduke Ferdinand failed, the assassin then hurriedly withdrawing into the crowds and into a nearby street to purchase a cup of coffee.
At the same time, the carriage carrying the Archduke and his wife diverted from its route and turned into that same side street, affording the assassin another attempt, this time successful…and which marked the beginning of WWI.
But for that turning…
I always wonder how that ” effect” might apply to events occurring today.
We don’t know of course…
Still…
Oh, it’s already happening, Generative AI running amok. Here is a link to an article at ZeroHedge that provides a chilling example of this:
https://www.zerohedge.com/technology/you-are-not-neededplease-die-google-ai-tells-grad-student-he-drain-earth
The student was exploring the challenges in various areas of life as one ages with the “help” of Google’s Generative AI. After some back and forth, the gAI coldly informed said student that, since he was such a blight on the world, that he should just die. Go ahead, read it.
Lucky he’s not in Canada, because the gAI could have referred him to one of Justine Turdeau’s government agencies that is tasked with helping despondent citizens with their assisted suicide. Look this up, but don’t use Google for the search, for obvious reasons.
Remember when Google said, “Don’t be evil”? When informed of this event, they blew it off as just one of those things, but that they would look into it. Okee dokee.
I saw this.
AI and the development of it goes much deeper than what we are reading as technological development in the name of “progress”. It is the ” god” of the WEF’s goal of transhumanism, the destroying of human beings as God created us. By merging technology with the human genome…eventually.
Monsters like Yuval Noah Harari have been very clear and precise about this.
It seems the decibels of his satanic loud and oft repeated pronouncements haven’t been loud enough to reach the ears of technocrats and developers here as they march on.
All part of the spiritual war which rages still?
President Trump’s victory didn’t end it.
I think we are just entering the darkest part of the forest.
Keep your lamp filled.
The brilliant Ray Kurzweil also talks about the potential of AI destruction in his book titled “The Age of Intelligent Machines”. This was published in the early 90s.
Thank you. I remember the talk of intelligent machines even before the 90s. And I remember feeling chilled even then.
AI and robots are tools. together they have amazing powers. all tools can be used for good or evil. we have put physical and legal safeguards on tools we deam dangerous. we need some for the AI/robot combo.
Well this article sticks a pin in my balloon…
Right? I’m back to wanting my asteroid on backorder, please.
This system is invaluable when tracking down illegals crossing our border.
It is the only reliable system to identify them.
Let’s look at the good side once in awhile.
Are you serious?
You mean the people crossing over dressed in head to toe black clothing, hoodies over their heads with masks on, their ID’s ditched over in Mexico somewhere?
This system is invaluable when tracking down political dissidents.
Illegal immigration is a minor issue compared to the loss of one or more of our foundational rights as an American.
Illegal immigration in the numbers we have been experiencing also aids in the loss of one or more of our foundational rights, since once the Left succeeds in giving them the right to vote for the side who has allowed them in and showered them with largesse with borrowed money they will be a dependable voting block for the Left. That will never be a minor issue.
“Good side”? Not. Don’t let them in in the first place works better. If they sneak in, you have no identity of them at all. The bad out weighs the good side by far. I am a glass half full guy but this is an empty glass.
“Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.”
~ Ben Franklin
Apprehended aliens crossing the border have been tracked biometrically for over 20 years. The availability of the technology has not been used consistently to enforce the law or secure the border. Come to your own conclusions.
Define illegal and border
You will find yourself in the definition
Some suggest all data is collected, not just metadata.
We have no way of knowing, because we are kept out due to “National Security”, but it seems likely – because, why not, no one on the outside will know.
On the facial recognition: The red circles on the map indicate license plate readers that also do facial recognition. Such systems can identify you inside the vehicle, though glass, and are purportedly omnidirectional:
https://deflock.me/#map=12/34.729847/-86.585901
In case you are not tracked by these systems, don’t worry, there are internet-connected cams everywhere, aren’t there? Even if the cam owner thinks the timestamped geolocated data doesn’t go to Big Brother, the NSA et al have the ability to capture and use it anyway – and they won’t tell us the truth about that or anything else if it doesn’t suit their purposes.
PS – check out that map while you can, we should expect it to disappear once more people become aware of it.
WOW! JUST WOW! Downloaded link! THANK YOU!!! Now I can do more thorough investigation of ‘safe’ red state retirement locations.
” Now I can do more thorough investigation of ‘safe’ red state retirement locations.”
But
‘…there are internet-connected cams everywhere…’
Look around. It’s not just the license plate readers with facial recognition that can potentially track you by your face (and gait), geolocated and timestamped.
Just once example: At the major discount retailer chain in the US, every register has a cam recording you when you make a purchase. You think paying cash keeps you anonymous? Think again. And in case the register cam doesn’t confirm your identity, it can be corroborated by the multiple other cams recording you before and after, inside and outside.
Another: Walking down the street, how many doorbell and other residential surveillance cams do you pass? The doorbell cams also collect audio.
All corroborated by your phone data.
And most Americans love all the cams. Safetyism run amok.
Who was it in the WEF who said we have no privacy any more?
There’s actually an excellent fictional dramatization of the exploding surveillance methods and the dangers of AI.
It was made in 2011 when the industry had not yet completely caved to DEI and still did some decent work. And the two lead actors are terrific…
It’s a series called Person of Interest. Jim Caviezel and Michael Emerson. Multiple seasons.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1839578/
It’s on Freevee, though Amazon is charging for it now.
Yep, was at a major retailer in the self-checkout a few days or week or so ago when the scanner stopped on me. Checkout clerk came over, and as they were fixing whatever caused the glitch I could see myself moments prior flash across the screen scanning and bagging my items. Was it really cost effective to get rid of human cashiers and put all those machines in that seem to be constantly
needing maintained? Just love (not really)the survey at the end asking how satisfied I am with my visit. It’s the only store like it in about 45 min. drive from my home & I want people in my area to be employed, so yes, I shop there but try to go to the few smaller stores we have too. The surveillance is just creepy in the big box store and I don’t trust that it’s not in the dressing rooms or bathrooms, but it’s not stopping me, I walk in
truth and try to smile at the camera when I remember it’s there. They might be watching us, but God is watching all.
Yepp Cookie.the eyes are.creepy but I am convinced walking with God.makes.you.nearly invisible.
Buy a case of these just before you move to your new retirement state and use them there.

Purchase the home under a Blind trust.
It been my assumption for awhile that everything is collected. Things like this post always reminds me of that large data storage facility the NSA has in Utah.
And have you noticed how fast the population is growing in that region? The home building never seems to slow down.
Sundance,
What do you think Trump will do about the 5g towers no one wants in their front yards?
What will he do about the forced surveillance via smart meters tracking what appliances you use and when (even if youve refused iots in your home)?
Keep an eye on transportation. Where they can totally track and control in cities. Lots of foreign born immigrants from hostile countries are running transpotation depts/centers in universities, many coordinate with local govt programs, such as smart cities.
US children do NOT have private lives if they are in public or private school. Some schools are already using blockchain for your kids data without your knowledge or consent.
Start pushing back on these false “conveniences”
Common Core tracked students by name, and shared the data.
That doesnt even come close to what they are doing in schools.
This started before common core, and you can thank Bush/Obama.
For example…every word typed, login locations, algorithms creating flags such as dyslexia, surveilling social media, geofencing, report on eachother apps, data parents have no clue that exists, mouse clicks, time to read a passage, how long a kid hovers over an answer, data the school doesnt even see that belongs to the vendor cause its metadata…
Victor David Hansons brilliant Take https://x.com/VDHanson/status/1857579416471372198
I admire VDH.
He’s a smart, talented, and accomplished man. Some might say he’s brilliant.
I’m not sure VDH fully understands how deep the deep state goes. a
Even if he does, he doesn’t fully understand how intertwined the major institutions of this country depend on the government at all levels to fund their lavish lifestyles and keep them in business.
The rot is much, much deeper than any of us fully understand.
He’s smart, indeed, but I have never thought he understood anything at the level sundance does.
I suspect he simply doesn’t let his mind go there.
I like Hanson, but I call him Captain Obvious. I am guessing his Stanford Hoover Institution credentials only let him go so far.
I believe that he keeps his information on the basic level so that the public will get an education on their rights as a 1st level course. They then can explore the whole picture from there.
Another reminder: there is NO “intelligence” in “Artificial Intelligence.”
It is still just programming done by human beings, complicated programming, but still pre-set programming.
I read a recent article where a small group of neurons smaller than a grain of rice have literally thousands of quadrillions of connections, meaning no computer will ever duplicate its complexity and its possibilities.
As a result, the old rule – GIGO – of early computer programming still applies, and will always apply:
“Garbage In, Garbage Out!”
Never to be forgotten: “A.I.” cannot plug itself into the wall. We can always cut the power.
Absolutely concur.
Maybe start a new thread…

Trust God. Fear not.
Yes!! Spot on!! Amen!! 🙏
That wont stop them from building your digital twin, putting it on blockchain, and then letting AI or blockchain smart contracts (automated decision algorithms) control you, your spending, where you are allowed to go, what you can buy… The machine will make those decisions and there will be no one to appeal to.
At which point you go underground to destroy the system!
I will never let any “system” control me!
Amen!! 🙏
Alleluia, praise God!!
Thank you Ausonius
I was never a programmer but I did make data bases jump to filter data and reduce mailing lists by 90 percent and only losing 10 percent of donations It worked but people hated it because data and assumptions often cannot be reconciled.
The point is it was careful testing of assumptions followed by adapting and tuning. That is all AI does it needs perimeters but it will waste endless calculations on worthless.gambits.
In essence intelligence.is.replaced with random trial and error. As long as it only works models it’s fine If some fool decides to relife it’s modeling well we might be in the early stages of figuring out the safe dosage of arsenic.
Machines are dumb all ways have been always will be
Can you explain this to President Trump? Do you have his ear? I don’t think he would permit this (the FISA 702 you are referring to where Americans are spied on) if he understood it.
There are a lot of things on Trump’s list of things to do, but some things aren’t made public. Or else the attention drawn to it would provoke actions from big Brother that would put a kink in things.
The Liberty Daily has your post at Center of the Page or as we use to call it, Front Page news.

None of us are worthy BCgone, Romans 3:10. And yes, you and I don’t want to be here when the mark is implemented, Revelation 13:17. The only way to not receive the mark is not to be here. The only way to be worthy is believe (trust) Romans 5:8, John 3:16, Acts 16:31. And if you’re alive at that time, no worries, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-17. The harpazo’.
The mark has already been implemented. That’s what thejab was all about. There’s stuff in there that has nothing to do with immunization or overcoming illness or disease. I thought you guys already knew that. Why do you think Billygoat is breeding zillions of mosquitos? Why do you think they’re threatening to jab chickens? and all the endless boosters…
Sundance, could you explain your statement about Kristi Noem and Tulsi Gabbard in your article? Are you saying they were picked because ‘they don’t know what’s going on?’ Please explain. Thank you.
Regarding the TSA face scan/picture each time you travel. It remains optional, every time I travel, I opt out. The TSA agent gives me no issues when I say no. Sadly, I am always the only one in the line that opts out. I would hope everyone in this room opts out as well, but I bet not. I wish Americans as a whole were not so compliant to ridiculous measures.
Me too. No one opts out.
They believe “it’s for our safety” and “if I’m not doing anything wrong, why should I care”?
They can see that there are shady people being allowed to fly without ID, and they can see that the searches do nothing to keep anyone safe, but they believe what they are told rather than their own eyes.
Rested, tanned, but never scanned.
I’ve opted out and figure that put me on some list somewhere with captures from five other cameras in the airport.
Just can’t do it on principle. Same when I buy beer at Circle K.
My DIL stood proudly in front of the camera AND thanked the agent. She is a RN with a masters so a PA who can prescribe for what that is worth.
Some years back ranchers were using radio tagged ear identifiers for their cattle; when passing electronic scanners on various parts of the pasture, corral, etc. data would be collected to rate various functions in the life of the animal, all designed to provide more information for the rancher to compile in order to ‘improve’ the herd qualities.
Some years back my state begin facial recognition pictures for driver’s licenses…I knw then that they would use my pic, along with other identifying realities to positively know it’s me, sharing such information with whoever they gave access.
Welcome to the “Soviet” model of life where citizens quickly learned to lie to the state in order to offer some semblance of privacy for the individual: How’d that work out?
One uses any tool (weapon) available when one decides it is a fight of life and death: Maybe that is the vision the current FBI world has convinced itself is the right view when looking out over the American landscape.
“Dad was right”.
Scarborough’s intern was right.
was.
I would like to see the NSA being in charge of capturing and storing all government communications for the purpose of government record retention. Call it the national archive division.
Or government offices with live internet feeds. They shouldn’t be doing anything the public can’t see. They create a surveillance state for us while they hide. Needs reversed.
Then why was it so important to elect PDJT?
If I’m to follow this information to its logical end, then I can only draw the conclusion that the dystopian nightmare is inevitable. Essentially, PDJT is a dupe. A well meaning dupe, but a dupe nonetheless. And his re-election is nothing more than a delay of the inevitable. Worse, it sets up the possibility that his presidency will actually end up being the one that puts the final pieces in place to move us to a totalitarian existence. As stated, the “good” guys aren’t going to be in charge forever. What am I missing here?
Might be time for me to unplug for a bit again …
Sometimes if I think I might need a break, I just go & watch old Black & White movies. Usually stuff from the 1930s into the 40s, with a few might be into the 1950s.
Film Noir, even old Sherlock Holmes stuff, etc.. Like old Humphrey Bogart movies and the like, or some Dashiel Hammet stuff like, The Big Sleep”, etc.. Usually they are detective stuff or even some sort of adventure involved. That, or old westerns. Always liked the old westerns before the Color ones started showing up. ( The color ones are good too, but there is something about B&W for me. Don’t ask me why… )
I dunno … it works for me to just “get away” for a while to just “unplug” a bit when the current times & modern BS gets a bit overwhelming.
Not really an ‘escape”, but perhaps an attempt to have some comparative material to what is occurring today.
There was a bunch of BS going on back then as well, but not so , “in your doggone face” I think..
I rambled…
Oh well.
G’luck~! , with a bit of ” vacation”, if ya should choose to do so.
Best Wishes & GOD Bless ya~!
🙂
Per Sundance: “Perhaps unbeknownst to most, the people advising President Trump on his next FBI Director also hold a vested interest in making sure the nominated candidates for NSA and FBI will continue to allow exploitation.”
Vested interest is the key takeaway where intelligence info is concerned.
That’s horrible.
But there are hosts of “vested interests” financially wed to the entire federal government.
Any attempt made to alter these “arrangements” will be fought against with ferocity.
The Uni-Party elected officials and those that benefit from being able to suck on the public boob are not going to go quietly into the night.
WOW… Guess this means we will never be rid of the obama influence or agenda.. more nose under the tent
Or the Cheney 9/11 through J6 legacy.
How much is your privacy worth to you? How much privacy are you willing to give up for safety? If you are willing to give up any of it, you don’t deserve any of it. As long as there are humans in the equation, there will be room for abuse of power. The only solution to this is to not have any of the “surveillance”. The added benefit to having none is the saving of the cost of it. If you tell yourself, you need some of it for security, then realize you are actually giving up all of your privacy one step at a time and who is to tell when that security overtakes your privacy completely.
We personally cannot think of everything, neither can PDJT. We either have to trust in the God of the Universe on this, and keep praying, or we will go batshit crazy. Keep praying, trust in God.
“Everything built for good is but one election away from being weaponized.”
Of course. No technology or lack of it eliminates evil. The world has been evil since Eve was deceived and Adam listened to his wife. Cain killed Abel with a rock. No AR-15 was used in the killing.
Related matter- In only the past few days, I have noticed some new “traffic” ? cameras out here in flyover country.
(U.S. 400 and U.S. 69.)
These aren’t the usual ones they hide on traffic signal supports. These are totally new with their own little solar power supply. Although the local scuttlebutt is that they are for reading plates.. The cameras are positioned low enough to get an excellent simultaneous view of the driver and the passenger side occupants.
No effort has been made to conceal these as they are positioned right along side the highway. It’s like “they” want us to see them.
Ugh once again with governmental intrusions. I have tried my best to keep my online foot print small. Alas, no one can be truly off the grid and live in the present day.
Peter Theil casually claims our Intelligence (CIA ?) relied on PALANTIR to locate Osama Bin Laden. 🤫😳
That should put many questions about its CAPABILITIES NOW based on evolution alone and the rate of its iterations…. AI integration boggles the mind…….
EVERYONE SHOULD LISTEN TO THIS INTERVIEW aside from that assertion is a VERY intelligent informative insight conversation….one of the most important I’ve listened to……

Wait,so has PT been played by Musk and is Vance in on this?
Very disappointing.
Had a moment of hope.
Whatever they set up will be distorted and misuised by incoming democrats in future power positions.
Look at new york and now congestion pricing and valid ida to fly within our own country.
Palantir was up 11% friday.
A big NO, NO, NO to Mike Rogers! A big YES, YES, YES to Kash Patel or Ric Grenell. Is Rudy too old at 80? Don’t think so.
2004 NDAA required FBI background checks for most professional license holders, including doctors, lawyers, architects, engineers and real estate agents. This was old fashioned ink fingerprints, updated in 2009 to require digital fingerprints and facial scan mug shot. Mao and Pol Pot eliminated the intellectual class based on literacy. My last TSA flight check included a naked body scan photo. We have a MAGA police state posing as a republic.
“Everything built for good is but one election away from being weaponized.”
In other words, a republic, if you can keep it.
There was a TV show around ten years ago – Person of Interest – w/Jim Cavezil (sp). It’s on Netflix.
All about AI and surveillance of the US population with a *machine* that sees it ALL. When they say
Art imitates Life – we are no to far away from this.
Sundance with a huge Blackpill.
What I find truly frightening is that our Founding Fathers knew how corrupt the human who has a little ‘power’, can truly be and sought to control that pursuit of power.
“Palantir agreed to cooperate with the FBI and launched facial recognition AI on behalf of their federal contract with the FBI into the events of J6 attendees.”
There is no evidence I can find to support this claim.
From the little I know about it, I don’t like anything about Palantir and I don’t mean to minimize the privacy threat posed by that monster; but, as critics of that system, we need to make sure of our facts in order to remain credible in the fight.
Why don’t you ask them about their DHS/FBI contract?
You might also ask about the $1 billion one they got last week from U.S Naval Intelligence.
“The fully autonomous surveillance system is almost finished. 5G makes the data processing stream fast and in real time. What remains is simply a hardware issue, ie. cameras.”
They didn’t give us cameras in our cell phones because they love us.
Level-headed, reality-based analysis.
Thanks, Sundance.
We’ve gotta be careful not to put halos on the heads of Trump’s administration. They all have ulterior motives, and various competing interests.
NSA and FBI are crucial.
Will tell us a lot when he picks them.
Regardless, even if it is simply delaying the inevitable…so thankful we have Trump and his team. The alternative has been avoided.
Does anyone remember Bill Binney, Kirk Weibe and Thomas Drake? They all protested when the NSA chose Trailblazer rather than Thin Thread which protected the 4th amendment. Choose a whistleblower who already has skin in the game.
FBI? Just a thought – leave Wray there until he spills the beans. Whether a Matt Gaetz or Kash Patel as AG, we need complete transparency regarding the abuses and tools that have allowed this abuse so that Congress will have the courage and popular support to get rid of FISA and 702 as it now exists.
CALLING ALL WHISTLEBLOWERS! Pull the string and it will start to unravel.
I would like to see President Trump personally appointment a Special Counsel to investigate the Russiagate hoax and J6 Fedsurrection by reviewing electronic communications of government officials, including the Mueller SC team, Congressional members/staff and judges, using the current rules of warrantless 702 searches and publish the report for all to see. While this evidence would likely be inadmissible in court for prosecutions, everyone needs to see the full extent of corruption and loss of liberty.
As in ” vance ” steps in at 2026 because of our Presidents age related health .
There’s your weaponized enemy handed the keys by those who hate the sewer in dc.
Enjoy everyday of your life like it’s your last one folks.
With respect to PDJT’s FBI, AG, DOD, and Gabbard, and all the other ‘unconventional’ (but MAGA appropriate) selections that are causing an unprecedented Beltway nervous breakdown, here are some strategic thoughts …
I notice that Mike Johnson has been consistently very close to PDJT’s inner team lately, alongside Musk and RFKJ and the others. Very much on the inside as PDJT travels on his plane with them, and at MAL. That nearness in and of itself is quite unusual and worthy of further analysis.
And Johnson has recently started saying some positive things even about Gaetz as the AG. And directly contrary to the negative Beltway leaks that the state’s media are now pushing hard, signaling that the Establishment intends to fight these selections tooth and nail through confirmation.
So I’m beginning to think that Johnson may be part of the “secret surprise” that Trump mentioned a while back. And that a backup recess appointment plan under Article II is being arranged, if Thune and the Senate RINOs elect to block Trump Administration 2.0.
The price (because everything in DC has a price): Johnson’s agreement to convene the House, activating an Article II opportunity, perhaps in exchange for Trump’s continuing strong political cover and support of Johnson.
The benefit to Johnson is obvious: to remain a strongly endorsed Speaker for a House that it is further along its De-RINOfication than the Senate.
Everything about this transition team paints a much more aggressive and studied approach to Trump Administration 2.0. The decision to refuse federal transition funds was a big tell that this is a much smarter team this go round. Allowing Johnson to hover so close is not a flaw, but perhaps a feature of it.
Under these factors, I cannot believe that PDJT would allow such a fundamental issue as the Senate blocking down the consent phase to not be considered, and a plan devised to overcome it. Otherwise, PDJT would have selected far more confirmable people. He decidedly did not.
So I just don’t think PDJT is going to allow another McConnell-style block of his appointments like last time. And that he has a plan for it. And the only plan that completely takes it out of Thune’s hands involves the House.
President Trump is the most powerful man on the planet. He has been for close to ten years. His title as Commander in Chief contributes significantly to that power.
It is that special power as Commander in Chief that allows him to operate without concern or consent of the Senate. We are so far beyond “Mitch the Squish” or any of those other criminals.
He does not need the consent of the Senate. He has the consent of the governed, We the People.
Once all the election fraud from this 2024 election is sorted out, we’ll all see just how big the consent of the governed actually is.
Now think of those famous three words spoken by Andrew Breitbart. That’s where we are.
As they say, “All’s fair in Love and …”.
It’s spectacular!
I’d like to see General Flynn go in there with a blow torch. If I were in charge I’d polygraph every agent to see if they went and placed criminal charges against people who didn’t follow the agent’s political beliefs. Then I’d polygraph the examiners. I do the same with all intel agencies and the IRS. Those who failed the poly or refused to take it would be unemployed. I’d then hire vetted personnel.
so does this mean we are not getting Kash Patel? Asking for a friend
No. This means they would love to give you Kash Patel.
Kash was the one who organized the deal with the IC for the 2019 FISA renewal on behalf of the HPSCI.
Sorry Sundance, now I am confused. I thought Kash and Devin were the dynamic duo that exposed the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax.
I never read your articles from December 2023 about Kash Patel until now.
Disappointing and hard to understand but I’m praying integrity wins the day now that the trifecta is here.
“Everything built for good is but one election away from being weaponized.”
This is another way of saying that we are ensnared in an unexorable process that no one Administration can possibly derail altogether.
It may also be an unintended corollary of Reagan’s famous statement:
“Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.“
“The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is also a solid way in.”
Explain this more. DOGE won’t be part of the government, i.e., not a real department. DOGE will apparently operate for about a year.
How is DOGE a solid way in?
Just curious.
Data
Glad I’m 79.
Looks like the future will bring dystopian outcome no matter what.
Biden weaponized the swamp creatures at the DOJ and FBI
to go after Trump and associates. This was Election Interference.
Matt Gaetz must Clean House.
The Biden administration created the government criminality,
decay and corruption at the DOJ and FBI.
The next FBI nominee should bring the families of Hoovers victims to the Senate hearing. I think guests are allowed? Members of MLKs family will come. There are hundreds if not thousands of them out there, families of war protesters, Hollywood gays, politicians blackmailed, etc. I would tell the Senate “The reason you must confirm is sitting right behind me”.
I prefer the FBI to become a thing of the past.
We need a county sheriff to do it.
Someone with fortitude like Florida’s Grady Judd or Milwaukee’s David Clark or Ohio’s Bruce Zuchowski.
