I’m not sure there exists a true vaccine for anything anymore! They’ve changed the definition of a vaccine at least twice in recent years.
Since these ‘injections’ are now claimed to mitigate symptoms (is there proof of this?) without preventing transmission, these are certainly not the vaccines of yesteryear that used to prevent infections.
At best, these injections are simply therapeutics with a different label. In any case, this new label places them on the children’s vaccine schedule, a move that shields manufacturers from legal liability since 1986.

The reality is that Predict was doing more than detecting dangerous pathogens: it was helping labs make them. In May 2021, the office of US House Representative Guy Reschenthaler released a report showing that USAID had funnelled $1.1 million to the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) through the EcoHealth Alliance. Among the work funded by USAID was a 2015 study jointly conducted by Shi Zhengli, the infamous “bat lady” of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and the University of North Carolina researcher Ralph Baric, which used reverse genetics to insert a spike protein from a wild coronavirus capable of binding to a human receptor into the SARS-1 virus. The new lab-made virus was shown to bind to the human receptors and replicate “efficiently”, according to a House Foreign Affairs committee report.
The 2015 study — which the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists characterised as a “prototype” for making SARS-CoV-2 in a lab — was considered so dangerous that its authors did not upload the resulting sequence to GenBank, the NIH’s genetic research repository, for fear it might “fall into the wrong hands”, as Baric, its lead author, would later attest. But the study also omitted one other critical piece of information: USAID had provided funding for the study. Nature Medicine, the journal that published the paper, was forced to add a “Corrigendum” clarifying that the aid agency had in fact funded it.
Funding this kind of research in China added a whole other dimension of risk. According to the State Department, the Wuhan Institute began collaborating with the People’s Liberation Army no later than 2017 [Trump was sworn in in 2017 and China’s championed for WHO head Tedros, a member of a Marxist party in Ethiopia, a country which owed China $20 billion for loans, was installed at the WHO – W]. NBC News reported that in spring 2018, the Wuhan Institute’s Shi collaborated with military scientists specifically on coronavirus research. And in April 2020, it was revealed that the Wuhan Institute worked with Chinese military researchers to conduct research on Covid in humanised mice cells for the purposes of investigating the new disease. (US government investigators later found that the mice cells used specifically for Covid testing would have been created in the summer of 2019 — months before the pandemic began.)
There is little doubt that the US had, and still has, a global premium on the equipment, expertise, and ambition to do this type of research. So why would the NIH, let alone the USAID, fund such research in, of all places, a lab in China?
Among the four pillars of “Biodefense in the 21st Century”, Bush’s strategy that gave rise to programmes like Predict, was one called “Threat Awareness”. It indicated that the US was “improving the Intelligence Community’s ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate intelligence [on bioweapons]”. Of all places, China would almost certainly be at the top of any list of bioweapons intelligence targets.
While failing to anticipate, or even identify, the Covid pandemic, Predict could have given American intelligence access to the findings of virus researchers such as Shi Zhengli, not just in China but around the world. In which case, given the sums associated with America’s defence and intelligence budgets, the project’s hefty $200 million lifetime budget would have paid for itself.
It wouldn’t have been the first time that international aid programmes have been used to gather intelligence. In 2014, it was reported that USAID had been caught trying to create a version of Twitter in Cuba that would help the CIA influence the political situation, with an eye to overthrowing the government. “USAID, perhaps, is the new CIA here,” Peter Kornbluh of the National Security Archive’s Cuba said at the time. The programme backfired, eventually allowing the Castro government to spy on the 40,000 Cubans who signed up.
The CIA needed an inside look at the lab. Unfortunately, the only way to do that was to help fund the work there because:

The colleges and universities take FEDERAL funding in terms of research grants, student loans and various other programs. Even if student loans – now housed at DOE – were to go back to being independent, the Fed would still be guaranteeing those loans, which gives the Federal government power.
So YES, the Federal government can set standards and licensing for institutions that take Federal money. If a university takes student loans, it must abide by Federal standards. (That is why some religious schools that desire to remain independent take no student loan money and no Federal grants.)
So, even if Trump trashes DoE, he can still guide what occurs at higher education institutions.
He can start a RICO investigation as well.

Universities take student loans and Federal grants and funding for many reasons including research. If you take Federal money, you are bound to Federal law and educational statutes. Higher Ed will remain tied to Federal statutes as long as it takes money – which means that Trump’s reforms will directly affect universities and colleges.
Universities can only improve with Trump’s reforms.

The House control is why I’m here at the moment. I saw a top news headline on Daily Mail saying Trump does have complete control but the article was inaccessible. I pray it’s true but it’s my understanding that some of the House races haven’t been called yet. Control of the House is the one thing stopping me from being able to fully celebrate Trump’s win. We know what’s going to happen if Democrats have control. Pleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleaseplease let the Republicans have the majority. It’s the only way we can have federal election reforms and new immigration legislation preventing the Democrats from opening the border again.
We just need a fire house speaker and senate leader. The real deal this time.

I thinks big one would be immigration. Closed border immediate deportation for those crossing and over the last 5 years (they must self-deport). Anyone here longer than 5 years must have clean record, not have received public assistance and go to the back of the line – granted legal resident status, citizenship after 10 years but priority given to those following legal process.

So with that said, here is the broad outline:
All of the Harris/Biden unlawful giveaways must be immediately canceled and clawed back.
All of the expansion of CMS expense must be stopped immediately and reversed by enormous amounts — 80% has to be the target and an undershoot is not acceptable.
Illegal “migrants” and others here are a huge net drain on both state and federal resources along with adding demand to the economy which of course means higher prices across the board — for rent, food, vehicles, insurance and more.
All restrictive energy policies that came out of the Biden/Harris Administration must be reversed immediately.
Collusion to repress opinions must be met with immediate and harsh legal sanction under existing law.
If we address the five points above then while the serious downside economic event that Harris and Biden baked into the cake will occur — that cannot be avoided — within the first half of Trump’s administration the turning point will be reached and just like occurred in 1920/21 while the downturn will be painful the resulting recovery and re-shoring of both manufacturing and all other lines of business into the United States will be prompt, enormous and record-setting.
In other words come the 2026 midterms the result will start to be evident and by 2028 it will be obvious that not only was it the right and sane choice but America will stand alone on the world stage as it once used to in terms of both economic and political achievement.
We must do it now, and do it all, because if we fail then the essential services that everyone believes we should have will not be able to be funded and virtually everyone in the United States will be economically destroyed.
These are the stakes.

I’ve been watching the Alaska House race. In 2022 they started that awful ranked choice voting, and while Sarah Palin was polling way ahead of he competitors, including another Republican, the voters blew it and let the Democrat win that lone House seat for the state. Palin didn’t run this year and that other Republican, Nick Begich, has the lead. But because they allow ballots to roll in many days after the election they cannot finish calculating the winner. I pray Begich gets it so we have that seat back.
This is ridiculous. According to the Alaska elections calendar (https://www.elections.alaska.gov/calendar/) they accept domestic mail-in ballots until Nov 15 and overseas mail-in ballots until Nov 20! They cannot start the ranked choice calculations until Nov 21. Why did the voters in Alaska agree to this?

Is “advise and consent” a law or a courtesy? If it’s a law it should be set aside until Senators are again appointed by their state’s legislatures.

I just wrote above about Alaska’s stupid ranked-choice voting which affects their House seat. In 2022 the voters allowed the Democrat to take it because they didn’t understand how to do the ranking properly. This year a Republican is in the lead BUT Alaska allows mail-in ballots to be received as late as November 20 and they cannot begin the ranked choice calculations until then. November-freaking-20. That’s two weeks from today. I hope we secure the House majority before then so we don’t have to wait that long to find out.
Related, they put a measure on the ballot to repeal ranked choice. They need >50% yes votes to pass. Right now yes is 50.9% and no is 49.1%. Because it’s so close right now they have to wait until more ballots arrive. November 20 is the deadline. If the margin widens to the point where remaining ballots cannot change the outcome then we’ll see a result before November 20. It’s so ridiculous.

During the meeting with Mark Rutte, I provided an update on the battlefield situation, specifically highlighting the involvement of North Korean troops in Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.
A more decisive response from Western countries to North Korea’s new role in the Russia-Ukraine war is needed.
We also discussed the implementation of decisions made at the NATO Washington Summit, particularly the strengthening of air defense and investments in Ukrainian production of shells, drones, and long-range weapons.
Ukraine requires permission to use long-range weaponry against military targets on Russian territory.
