I have a medical checkup every six months to monitor my Type II issues. My appointment at the clinic I go to is always the first appointment in the morning for my family physician.
Last Friday, as I am getting out of my car in the parking lot, another car pulls up, a dark gray SUV. It has a sticker on its tailgate which reads, in large white letters, BIDEN SUCKS.
I recognize the driver as a nurse who works at the clinic. I remark to her that she is apparently another one of those in the minority in the very blue area of the state where we live who thinks Biden sucks.
She believes there is every possibility the election will be stolen. But like me, she is praying that Too Big to Rig comes through with a victory for Trump.
Can’t put it better than that.

Scott comes off as sleazy to me, Eddy hasn’t run a good enough campaign, Parlatore and Lopez-Palma are both RINOs, and I don’t know enough about Clermont, Pilling, or Whatley to have any personal feelings toward them.
On another note, I’m voting “no” on retaining Burton Conner despite him being a Republican appointee. He shifted to left after being appointed, and his rulings have been closer to that of a Democrat appointee since then. I may not be a fan of Ron DeSantis, but I don’t think he’s stupid enough to not appoint a better judge in Conner’s place.
At this point in the process, it is always better to have a RINO than a Democrat.
Yep, I voted a straight Republican ticket this time. I’ve never done that before but I want President Trump to have a majority of Republicans so he can have a good chance of completing his objectives. And I will quickly see who the RINOS are. This will help me make good choices in elections after 2024.
President Trump tells us EXACTLY what you are saying by asking us to “Vote Republican” and “Vote Straight Republican”. He never says to exclude RINOs.
And it never, ever stops here. People who are here every single day and are somewhat influential will continue to tout not voting for RINOs. Very few people will argue with them and they routinely get many “Likes”.
There are others who see themselves as genius psyop experts and they just can’t seem to see how advising people here to NOT vote for RINOs could ever be a clever Democrat tactic.

Not always. There have been instances where the RINO was particularly odious to the point where (s)he was arguably the greater evil.
I should know. I had two such RINOs on my ballot in 2022. Didn’t vote for either of them, voted third party instead. They still won, though. And should they ever appear on my ballot again, I will vote against them again. No regrets.

Not really – most people never look at their own voting record in the system or check on it at all. That said, I would add that anyone who doesn’t vote should always check and be sure there wasn’t a vote cast in their names – and if there is, report it.
Also, in this election cycle the intent is to use the millions of illegals they’ve brought into the country. Remember that far too many states have motor voter registration that automatically registers one to vote when getting a driver’s license – which are given to illegal aliens.

Consider the idea that the dressing room topic is a waste of time. For example, maybe some people on your neighborhood blog would rather put the focus on dressing rooms rather than say the rape and murder of girls by illegals or the millions of people being slandered in Ukraine for no reason except to make money for elites or the more than 300 thousand children unaccounted for after crossing the border.
You can chose what you bring to the world. You can chose to play their game of “Trump said or did” or you can contribute real and important information to people who might otherwise not hear it.
Here is something else to consider. You will never win a fight about crap like “he said or did.” Not only do they misinterpret what happened, but they make things up. You are doing nothing but wasting your time by participating in these conversations. These topics are meant as distractions and when you engage you are contributing to the distraction.
Find ways to bring real info to people. If you fear one of your neighbors will believe whatever about the dressing room “he said” and thus vote against President Trump, spend your time bringing facts to that neighbor that make a difference in their life. It could be simple as the price of gas or as awful as a teenage son or daughter being sent to war in Ukraine.
