She went on to talk about how he had suddenly appeared in Chicago, and was challenging the much respected Prog state senator, Alice Palmer. My recollection now is that Palmer was coached to make a Congressional run to replace Mel Reynolds, who was being indicted for “sex crimes.” And that she had promised Obama and his handlers not to run for another state Senate term.
But then at the last moment, listening to her supporters who wanted her to run again to represent them, she decided to file to run for that post…and Obama’s handlers brought out the big guns, to challenge her candidacy petitions and disqualify her candidacy.
The gal who called me said they were trying to understand what was going on, because “this guy Obama came out of nowhere.” These were largely black Chicagoans, working and middle class.
I’m not sure what Palmer did after this; I seem to recall she was teaching urban studies, maybe U of IL Chicago. But I do remember very clearly that she endorsed and supported the guy running against Rahm Emanuel for mayor in ’10 or ’11.
I’ve never been able to look at Obama without that story clanging around in the background, like the chains of Jacob Marley’s ghost. I half-expected Obama to end his “how did we get so toxic?” speech by inviting Maxine Waters on the stage to ask, “Can’t we all just get along?” to their clueless audience.
If black mamba Obama really wanted a less venomous America he’d agree to have his fangs removed.
HE STARTED IT, the current wave at least, persistently blaming “Republicans” “Republicans” “Republicans” for EVERYTHING. HE couldn’t open his mouth without riling up his base about the (implied evil) “Republicans”.
Self-awareness has never been the lefties’ strong suit. BHO owns the divisiveness and racism that afflicts the United States.
And despite the Great Awakenings of so many Americans to this, there are still entire economically powerful areas of the country where this divisive/racist culture thrives, like Seattle, Portland, and SF. Talk about “clingers”–they’re hanging on to these 2008-2016 memes like a lifering.
I think that part of what’s behind it is, they don’t want to face (or don’t have the intelligence necessary to understand) the magnitude of globalist neofeudal slavery laid on people in 2008 with the “crash” (that removed trillions in dispersed/shared wealth and redistributed it to a tiny cadre of Globo). It’s easier to bash on about “racism” and hold oneself over others.

This I think is part of why we had the “covid” operation. It was a chain yanking for all those statist/pro-Big-Brother types (not all of them lefty either) to remind them how fragile, difficult, and dangerous the economic situation was for all workers, and that if they wanted to keep their tiny little spots in that monster, they had to do what they were told, and become part of the apparatus as Stasi enforcers (masks, jabs, social distancing, disinformation, etc.).
Sorry, in that Bannon interview, start around 12 or 13 minutes for a description of the 2008 financial meltdown (operation) and how the little guys n gals have been enslaved to pay for it while the orchestrators skated.
No words for how much I despise barry. I am so happy people do not glorify him anymore, he is a nobody, and half the young people don’t even know who he is. That has to sting.

Not that I believe in such things, but if one assumes that a ‘weather weapon’ was employed to intensify and steer Helene into Target: Appalachia; I could totally see Obama at the controls, laughing maniacally, “Die, white devils…die!” 🙂
