I completely disagree with the premise of the OP in the tweet above. So, it seems that Niels Hoven has a kindergarten-aged child that has a very advanced knowledge of math and is looking for the public schools to offer 4th grade math to his child.
He is frustrated that the publics do not offer such a thing and thinks this is a big deal.
IMO, it is not the public schools job to cater to each and every unique attribute of each and every child. This is simply not possible. The public schools should offer a decent curriculum that challenges a range of children within each grade for sure. But, that “range” is not necessarily going to cover the full “range” that could occur.
As a result, and still IMO, if a parent has a child that falls outside of this typical range, it is UP TO THE PARENTS to figure out how to get specialized training for their little genius.
It should be their job to educate each child according to their abilities. They do it for disabled children. They were shuffling children around 60 years ago. Accelerated sixth grade, track to college in 7th.
When I was in school, a fourth grader would be allowed to skip to a higher grade, but to have a special course from another level of school just for one student, no.
It isn’t the taxpayers responsibility to pay for that, IMO.

Awhile back we had a conversation at CTH about why RFK, Jr. was keeping his lawsuit against NY for refusing to keep him on the ballot. My position was #1, there were other people listed on the lawsuit fighting this battle with with him, and #2, the most important, he needed to WIN the NY case because the same NY address was used in every other state’s ballot access petitions, and for his own personal voting. In other words, it is a constitutional thing. We all know the NY excuse is flimsy as h311, especially considering that UOCAVA ballots allegedly don’t require you to live or ever have lived in any of the states you choose to vote in for 2024 and allegedly don’t require any kind of citizenship check.

I have queued this to start where the Bobby on the ballots discussion starts because Robert talks about other important legal strategies trying to get him off the ballots in the other states who are refusing. He gets around to New York at about 01:11:30.
I saw that, people who don’t live in a state and never lived there, under certain circumstances can claim residence, but Kennedy could not maintain his legal status because a judge decided he didn’t really live at his address. It didn’t seem consistent to me.
They will use those UOCAVA ballots in whichever swing state needs them most. I am stil praying that 20-30% of actual FJB voters in 2020 have woken up and choose to vote for President Trump.

The old punchcard systems worked well. Signatures were verified at once in the poll books. The tabulators could not be hacked: they ran on MS-DOS, loaded from a floppy disk drive, kept under lock and key. All connections were wired. All counting was done in full view of the press and the party reps.
Until AlGore came along and tried to steal the election with his ‘hanging chads.’ Stealing elections was going on even then. I remember reading about an LEO carrying boxes of ballots out of the trunk of his cop car into a building somewhere to be counted.
That was the reason each ballot had an attached receipt, which was detached after voting and put in a separate lock box from the ballots. The receipts could be examined, the number of receipts matched to the number of ballots, and the serial numbers could be matched if necessary.
If it wasn’t the brother of the guy running against Gore who was in charge of that election, people would perhaps have been less inclined to believe it was stolen.

I just voted in Raleigh, in Wake County, NC. I was the 7613 person to vote at that site. The mood was cheerful, possibly because it’s another beautiful day here. I have no clue as to the preferences of the voters, except that we’re in an urban area that favors Democrats. I just talked to someone who is over 60 and has never voted in his life. He is registering today (it has to be done in person now, not online or at the DMV as it could have been done earlier) so he can vote for Trump.

Every VOTER should receive a VOTING RECEIPT that can be compared to the actual vote recorded, NOT a STICKER!
The reason why not is because then a person could show their receipt to a paymaster.

It is not necessary that a “receipt” show the individuals who we voted for – only that our selections on the paper ballot matches what was recorded electronically in the election results data base.
Easy to do. It is done every day with financial transaction. Blockchains are designed for that purpose.

What looks to be a panacea? Blockchains are used across many industries.
Our vote is a simple transaction. Initiated on paper. Recorded and cleared electronically. It should not be cleared and entered into the “ledger” until both sides of the transaction have been validated.
The “ledgers” here are simply the election tallies. A ledger could and must be immutable and, created at: the paper ballot scanner (using hardware), folded up to the county, state and national computers.
People view bitcoin et al as a panacea, it’s not.

Secret ballot issues? Plus not voting along a union line….
Who they voted for need not be on the “receipt”. The receipt can be a unique checksum (e.g. QR code) calculated from their paper ballot choices and their voter ID. The ballot choices cannot be determined from the QR code nor can the voter ID but, each voter can validate that the QR code recorded as-cast, matches the ballot choices in the election totals.
Stock trades, banking, etc do this everyday. Blockchains do it extremely well and are immutable.
so the qr code on a receipt matches a qr code on a screen or printed ballot, so what? that is not an indication that the voter’s choices where accurately recorded.
I used QR code as an example – an analogy of a checksum.
It is an verification that the voter’s choice was accurately recorded if for example, it it was generated from a verified digital transaction added to the blockchain.
More is needed. We should receive a unique ID and QR code that we can use to trace our ballot. The ID should also be able to be traceable in reverse going back to the actual people who who cast them. Easy peasy ‘cept no one in control wants integrity in the vote.
In math if one cannot prove the the operation (addition in this case) is both one-to-one and on-to, then the total vote count and the algorithm used are corrupted. Our ballot collection and counting systems inherently and intentionally corrupted.
A, B and C are living, registered, citizen voters who, certifiably and physically entered their own ballot into the system.
H, I, and J are their votes in the election totals.
Anything else is fraud. US elections are a high tech fraud run by marxist thugs.

Election Validity Group Files Landmark Lawsuit in Pennsylvania

Audit The Vote PA, a non-partisan, non-profit organization. Although not a named petitioner, they also uncovered overwhelming evidence of registration problems in the 2020 and 2022 elections. For the 2022 election they found:
54,463 people voted in a county in which they were no longer living; and 8,177 people voted despite not actually living in Pennsylvania;
6,356 people were credited as submitting a mail-in ballot, but did not have any votes credited in Pennsylvania’s SURE system;
69,832 mail ballots were sent to an address unaffiliated with the voter’s registration;
18,589 people requested multiple ballots be sent to multiple addresses, with some people requesting additional ballots to be sent to up to four (4) separate addresses; and
5,492 registrations show as having two votes on record in two separate counties.
United Sovereign Americans peer-reviewed data teams analyzed Pennsylvania’s voter registration data from the 2022 general election and found “hundreds of thousands of voter registration apparent errors in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. These apparent errors were not uniform across Pennsylvania — some counties had far more registration apparent errors than others.”
Out of 8,755,458 voter registrations, there was a total of 3,192,069 voter registration violations including:
20,097 illegal duplicates, where the same voter has multiple registrations
43,083 illegal or invalid vote history
28,256 backdated registrations
268,493 registrations where the period of active registration conflicts with the registration participation
448,335 invalid or illogical registration dates
633,508 illegal or invalid registration changes
154,913 registrants with questionable address
1,580,750 registrations with records altered after certification
They found 1,198,598 evident voting violations, and 1,089,750 unique votes impacted by apparent voting violations, including:
8,026 illegal duplicates, where the same voter has multiple registrations.
340,266 invalid or illogical registration dates
632,215 illegal or invalid registration changes
59,609 registrants with questionable addresses
138,291 registrants with altered votes after certification

Walmart and Aldi are offering inflation busting prices for Thanksgiving. Neither store admits that rolling back prices to 2019 reflects President Trump’s fantastic economy. As I’ve said here before, the too-early debate with Biden that Trump (or his advisors) stupidly accepted, allowing the dropping of Biden and substitution with Harris, the PC/woke choice (minority female!) after 3.5 years of accelerated American Maoism at the last minute was part of the plan all along!
Forcing him out via the DNC and their media lapdogs was MUCH easier than going the 25th route. Biden was KNOWN by his family to be having cognitive issues at least by 2019. Recall the comment to Biden made by Obama before the 2020 “election”, “You don’t have to do this, Joe” hinting perhaps at “You don’t have to be a total puppet and be forced out of office due to your dementia, thereby tarnishing your (bad anyway) political legacy.”
I warned prior to Trump’s too-early debate with Biden that it would be a win-win for Biden: either he would do well in the same way that Harris later did (play on Trump’s ego to get him sidetracked from a best offense) which would help him if he ran OR he would do so poorly that it would provide an avenue to reveal to the gas-lit Dimocrat audience Biden’s dementia and Harris would be swapped in PRIOR to the Dim convention to run a short, stealthy as possible campaign. I found out later that Dan Bongino had made the same warning.
Our only luck has been that Harris has turned out to be an idiot.

States are announcing they will accept ballots after election day and it will take days or weeks to determine results
