A federal judge denied a right-wing group’s request to require Arizona county election officials to verify the citizenship status of every federal-only voter ahead of the November general election. Current practices for voter roll maintenance will stay in place as litigation continues.
This order is in response to a Sept. 15 request from the plaintiffs asking the court to require the defendants to submit citizenship inquiry requests to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for all federal-only voters before the general election.
Arizona District Judge Krissa Lanham ruled that the plaintiffs lacked standing and failed to show how the relief they requested would address the harm of “vote dilution” that they alleged. Additionally, she noted that voters cannot be removed from voter rolls within 90 days of an election per the National Voter Registration Act.

She refused and instead claimed “we offered a bill.” Well yes, Biden/Harris did offer a bill but said bill permitted close to 2 million illegal crossings a year and while the bill was blocked the fact is that they dropped the prior restrictions that would have almost-certainly prevented those crossings, perhaps with the intent of trying to force that bill’s passage and permanent admission of millions of illegal crossers per year forever into the future.

Why haven’t the RNC, Trump campaign, and Georgia congressmen/women appealed the recent bullshit rulings against election integrity not today but yesterday? Every single law passed was struck down and I have yet to see anything from the RNC, Lara Trump, or anyone anywhere.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas appointed an independent panel to investigate the failures of the Secret Service after the two confirmed assassination attempts on Donald Trump’s life, and he probably wishes he hadn’t. In their report, released Wednesday, the group of former law enforcement officials absolutely brutalized the agency for their ineptitude and culture rot.
“The Secret Service has become bureaucratic, complacent, and static even though risks have multiplied and technology has evolved,” the panel wrote in its report released Wednesday
Many of the issues that the Panel has identified throughout this report, particularly regarding the Panel’s ‘deeper concerns,’ are ultimately attributable, directly or indirectly, to the Service’s culture. A refreshment of leadership, with new perspectives, will contribute to the Service’s resolution of those issues,” the panel wrote
“The Secret Service has become bureaucratic, complacent, and static even though risks have multiplied and technology has evolved.” The bipartisan review board recommended numerous changes at the embattled agency in a 52-page report being released this morning.
“The Panel expresses extreme skepticism that many of the Service’s non-protective (investigative) missions meaningfully contribute to the Service’s protective capability and is concerned that they may materially distract from it,” the report says.
Mayorkas released a statement saying he was grateful for the report and would “fully consider” their findings. Seeing as he’s one of the most inept members of a clueless administration and has previously been held held in contempt of Congress, don’t expect any effective action soon.
One thing is for sure, the once stellar reputation of the Secret Service has been nuked, possibly beyond repair.
