I watched it live on my iPhone sitting 3000 miles away . I saw all the activity from the east side of the Capitol and then when they entered, the rotunda, Ashli Babbitt, nearly all of it. But not the FBI inciting rioting on the west side.
From my perspective it looked like a peaceful protest assisted by Capitol police who invited them in. I saw them open the gates for the people.
I think everyone else was influenced by the corrupt media‘s sensationalism .
And I bet you saw the Capitol police start shooting rubber bullets into the crowd. I did. I didn’t see anything of where Roseanne Boyland and others were getting beat to death by the cops until much later.
Still to this day they have never said a word about her, but I saw it. It turned my stomach and broke my heart.

Concur. And it’s worth noting that I think Tucker had an epiphany of sorts when he was fired for beginning to question the narrative. He was getting too close to the truth at times, so FOX fired him. I suspect that would change even Trump’s harshest critics.
I like listening to Tucker interview mostly when he’s not talking lol. I mean that. He is a seemingly good listener. As contrasted diametrically to say, his new road dog pal Alex Jones – ( who I am convinced only asks questions of his guests so that HE can answer them first in a “I already know the answer so I’m gonna tell you your answer first” kind of way ).
But one realization I just had as I watched a Megyn Kelly interview ( she gets smart people on sometimes ) and a Tucker interview like the full Halperin one being discussed now… and well..
It seems these mega MSM star talk heads, when they leave their comfy network perches to fly solo, immediately move ( even pivot in some cases like Kelly has ) to a more centrist, if not “right” leaning sway.

Just voted early at my Georgia county “voting center”. Trump’s name was the top-of-page first choice for POTUS.
The D’oh-minion machine gave me a printout with all of my choices displayed in plain English. I fed it into the Majik Tabulator and saw the green “successful scan” light shine.
Directly over the scanner was a legal notice complete with GA state codebook citations stating that “non-citizens are prohibited from voting in Georgia”.
It should also have stated that “election officials are prohibited from doing their job, because one Fulton County judge ruled otherwise, therefore maintaining zero accountability in GA.”

“What’s happened to Tucker?” That question did NOT mean where did Tucker go; how is he doing, or what is he up to lately.
They know damn well Tucker left the warm false comfort of their illusionary existence inside the Establishment Bubble. Tucker’s comments and observations about his personal and professional history, his evolving political views, his choices of interview guests, his responses to his guests’ remarks, his speeches and responses in conference Q&A sessions…have all clearly signaled that he is NOT the Tucker of 1997, or of 2005, or 2012, or 2016 or even 2020.
Halperin knows it too. Despite his calm, detached demeanor during this interview, I sensed he was quietly disturbed by Tucker’s disagreement at times (“hmmm, thats not the Tucker I used to know…”).
IMHO Halperin is increasingly going to find himself not being a respected or sought after political pundit unless he wakes up, steps out of DC Bubbledom and faces and accepts reality of the massive corruption in which he operates with seeming indifference and profits.
When President Trump wins again, the reactions will ‘not’ be the same. He’s carrying a lot of diverse civilians and they’re not going to stand by and let their nation be destroyed. I further predict that the elected GOP politicians will meekly accept all of that, if not support it.

What this guy is saying is that “tens of millions” of Americans will have a “mental breakdown” and possibly be “violent” if Trump wins. I call horse puckey on that. If they are that mentally fragile, they need psychiatric help and spiritual help.

I am prepared for a breakdown in civil society and that means a lot of things and covers a broad area of action on my part that does not include having a mental breakdown and raging out at other people. It is entirely possible that our newly elected president will be marched out of the courtroom on cuffs to serve whatever grotesque term Merchan imposes, at the behest of those, state and Deep State,who have been attempting to ” not see his kind” ever ascend to the office of the presidency. They are salivating over the vision, and having to wait has only made them more vindictive.
I believe Merchan said in his statement that he would delay said sentencing until that date “if necessary”. The exact words escape me.

What does that imply?

Unless I’m “underthinking” it, as I like you caught immediately at the time as wording being potentially highly significant. I think that last(?) ruling using that language by Merchan was concurrent with the SCOTUS ruling ( or was about to be?? ) as to “presidential immunity – “official v unoffical” etc”- –
and simply that those rulings could possibly render any “sentence” by Merchan’s court to be rendered moot. I suppose like in Chutkan’s J.Smith D.C. charade, the issues of “official v unofficial” would likewise need to be both considered as well as ruled upon before any sentence could legally be pronounced.
Actually it is ALL going to be moot since if Merchan does proceed, and the trial ends with a sentence of one kind or another – that absurd case is going to overturned ultimately anyway.

An ethical judge might. Merchan is not.
But I have learned to never ascribe a noble and constitutional deliverance of a SC ruling to anyone who has been conscripted to “get Trump.”
