Reflection. 45 Days!
Are the next 45 days really about the political battles before us. Or is it really a time of purposeful distinction. purposeful division.
Is it really about Donald Trump -vs- Kamala Harris, or is it really about choosing between good -vs- evil.
(51) “Do you think I came to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but division. (52) From now on there will be five in one family divided against each other, three against two and two against three. (53) They will be divided, father against son and son against father, mother against daughter and daughter against mother, mother-in-law against daughter-in-law and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law.”
(54) He said to the crowd: “When you see a cloud rising in the west, immediately you say, ‘It’s going to rain,’ and it does. (55) And when the south wind blows, you say, ‘It’s going to be hot,’ and it is. (56) Hypocrites! You know how to interpret the appearance of the earth and the sky. How is it that you don’t know how to interpret this present time?”
We can all sense it. Even if we turn away to engage in busyness as a distraction, the sense will not subside.
There is a great urgency needed in our communication with our family, friends, loved ones and overall community. Do not negate your righteousness, nor diminish your instinctual value. Do not fear.
Do not fear.
Those who speak out are targeted, ridiculed, belittled, alinsky’d and shouted down until they are proved right.
Again and again, and again, and again, we were made to watch, or to endure the crude, bullying tactics of the social playground. Reasoned debate and argument have long since gone over the hill into uncomfortable history.
Now, the next 45 days, we enter one long slugfest, in which the loudest, angriest and most effectively insulting voices will seek to win by volume alone, so often echoed by mainstream media who hold reasoned voices in contempt; apparently preferring to ridicule and diminish rather than provide genuine space for those who had simple questions in need of non-pretending answers.
However, again and again, those shouted down are revealed as having been right all along.
If you are a regular reader of this site, you are generally a person who engages in intellectual discussion on daily events and more than likely a root cause thinker. You do not pretend. Meaning, you are able to grasp events at their cause and not at their consequence.
The challenge for all of us now is getting those who understand the big picture dynamics to stop being comfortable and sticking their heads in the sand about “motive.”
Most people are still clinging to beliefs around a principle of ‘rule of law’ that applies to national leadership writ large. We need to change that thinking quickly – or we will be left explaining ‘what happened’ again, far too late.
There is also an issue with conservative “ushers” guiding their audience into a state of tactical numbness. A willful blindness within part of the American electorate, a chosen refusal to acknowledge the implications of the unAmerican and unconstititional actions we are seeing on a daily basis.
It can no longer be presumed to be a matter of, “I can’t see what’s happening”, because a whole lot of normal Americans are clean and articulate. “I can’t see it”, just doesn’t cut it.
Perhaps we see what is happening, but it’s scary and complicated and confusing. Worse still, if we admit that we can see it, we become responsible in a way that we are not if we keep pretending, we can’t see it or hear it, or maybe don’t understand it.
Be honest inside your prayers.
Are we a bit afraid that if we give up the willful blindness we will perhaps start screaming, releasing the pent-up anger, and not be able to stop?
Fear not! Do we think we have so little courage? Do we really believe that we have no resources to bring to the battle? Or nothing more to contribute to the turning of the battle? I do not believe this to be true.
I believe in all of us.
My faith is strong. I believe in righteousness. I believe in a loving and purposeful God, and I believe in our ability to win.
We cannot escape the choosing. We must not escape the choosing. Trust me when I say your resolve, while extremely important now, is going to become even more important in the next 47 days.
Whether you want to accept it or not, we are all in this battle.
Believe me – no one gets to avoid this one.
We need to get hard now.
We need to fight like we are the third monkey on the ramp to Noah’s ark,… and brother, it’s starting to rain!

Everyday, Americans are bombarded with the “worry PysOps run by the binden / harris intelligence agencies.
The intelligence agencies do it with the aim of creating fear, uncertainty and despair among President Trump’s MAGA / America First movement. It is the same technique they have used for years with their “color revolutions” in foreign countries.
Since they have been exposing Americans to their FUD PsyOps for over 3+ years, it can be educational to review their failures:
They failed to stop President Trump from not conceding the 2020 fraudulent election.

They failed in their treasonous law-fare, multi-state lawsuits scheme.
They failed in their much ballyhooed nationwide 2024 pandemic to disrupt America.
They failed in recreating their 2020 election steal operation. The 2020 fraudulent election steal was the result of a perfect storm of evil intentions by the most heinous, bipartisan group of American citizens, both within and without the federal government. The 2020 fraudulent election steal was truly a one trick horse …….. it was a “Humpty-Humpty” fall event.” The 2024 steal effort is just a hint of the 2020 steal …. no doubt they will have their stealing hot spots but not up to the level to beat President Trump’s margin. The “illegals voting” is in its infant planning stage and won’t materialize to the extent they need.
They failed in their two assassination attempts of President Trump …. leaving the biden / harris secret service / FBI under suspicion and hardening the protection given to President Trump going forward.

I got a dose of this firsthand. In 2022 I was watching the dragged-out Arizona election count from here in MN. I tried to warn them to stop the counting, there was ample evidence of irregularities if not outright cheating, and if they let the democrats get to a number they would lose.
I harangued them as best I could in comments and posts. I reminded them that the only person who ever won against democrat election fraud was John Boehner when he went down to Florida and physically stopped the count.
There were a few indications that maybe I was convincing someone – and then Wendy Rogers stepped out and announced (as near as I can remember) that everyone should cool down, let the count play out, and go to court after. Whether I misunderstood her or not, I haven’t liked her since and, for me, she is the embodiment of someone you describe as conservative “ushers” guiding their audience into a state of tactical numbness.
Since then I have been trying to convince everyone that we should stop the 2024 election in its tracks at the first transgression, from not enough paper, printers won’t work, to tossing out our credentialed observers and blocking windows. But I warned that they should somehow get that idea to a judge for a ruling. And again I feel like I am making a little headway. But now I notice that democrats are talking about how they are going to handle disrupters.
Do you know that at the Constitutional Convention, George Washington lobbied for one amendment: Limit Congressional districts to include no more than 50,000 people?
Just as Carl Jung always said, “~ nothing is dumber than a crowd”. That is why democrats want big districts, polling places and cattle call counting places they can easily cause the chaos that allows fraud.
What if we demanded the smallest possible polling place, staffed by neighbors, encompassing no more than 3,000 voters, one day to vote, on paper ballots, counted, certified, and published right there for all to see before the totals only are forwarded to the District, which tallies, and again certifies their numbers before they are forwarded to the State for the final tally, certification, and publication?
Oh, and no State-wide voter registration lists, with only 3000 voters, resident volunteers could do a pre-election canvas of the neighborhood to register voters and identify anyone who needs assistance voting.
Imagine then trying to cheat under those circumstances, and if they managed to cheat, the only people they would be disenfranchising would be their own neighbors.

Why yes, I did know that. <smiles>
Problem is, if that was enacted and had held fast to this day, we would have 6,800 US Representatives in Congress! I guess they could hold their sessions in a small coliseum, but then you would need still need office space for them and their staff members. And of course all the funds to pay for all of that.
Course, we have the technology available that they could all just stay in their districts or states and electronically vote from there.
With 6800 Representatives there would be no need for a full-time, year round House of Representatives, no need for large staffs or the office-space to house them.
They could make do with a small office in their own district, with maybe a receptionist and another one or two staffers. All business in DC could be done while they roomed in hotels or boarding houses, just as they did during the early days of the Republic. Multiple Representatives could pool their own limited resources to perform the tasks that large permanent committees do today.
A huge number of Representatives would dilute the power any one of them holds to such an extent that lobbyists, influence groups and Swampy manipulators would be put out of business.
I try to convey the importance and seriousness of this election and other geopolitical events to those I love dearest. Most do not want to face it and I get “oh my god is everything political for you?” Yes, yes it is. The saving grace is most have not a clue and vote the way I instruct so there’s that!! Hang On Treepers, Treepers Hang On…
You might ask them who “made everything political”? From Football to the Olympics sports are political. From a simple Asprin for a headache to Elderly persons being prescribed 22 drugs, medicine is political.

I can sooooo relate to what your experience has been! My peeps also generally listen to me on how to vote, but it is exasperating that they simply want to close their eyes and ears to EVERYTHING political and do not understand that now “it” is NOT JUST POLITICS – it is life or death….for us all.

Early voting starts today in some states. A 45 day election. And even that likely is not going to be enough time for them to figure out the steal, at least not one that looks plausible to anyone with a functioning brain cell.

At a recent Trump rally in Tucson it appears that a weapon of some sort was used on some of his supporters. About 20 people were affected. The symptoms of the attack were described by some as chemical burns.
So now it appears they are physically going after Trump’s supporters as well.

Ephesians 6:10-20
Verse 16 of this passage speaks of “the fiery darts of the wicked one.” I have read this entire passage, including verse 16, hundreds of times, yet that single verse hit me this morning in a way that it never has before. Can there be any doubt that the probable chemical/laser attack at President Trump’s Tucson rally was an attack of “the fiery darts of the wicked one?”
Stand strong. Have faith. Be courageous. Pray continually.
I think there are many examples of fiery darts of the wicked one…no need to focus on any single event. Metaphorically speaking…all of these events are fiery darts!

He shared with me some lunch room discussions he had with his fellow teachers at the high school where he teaches American history. The discussion centered around recent events in the Israel war. He was dismayed by the “progressives” who hate Israeli “genocide”. He further shared his frustration with a special ed teacher who wants him to make unreasonable test accommodations for a special needs student in the name of equity. My son does not want to devalue a high school diploma in the name of equity.
I can see him making the distinction between good and evil in this election.
The more he thinks independently the better off he will be. Looks like he’s moving in the right direction.

Testing accommodations as well as any curriculum deviation is mandated in a SpEd student’s IEP or 504. He only need to meet those specifically defined. Nothing written in the IEP or 504 is unreasonable. Now, if his classroom environment does not provide for those specific accommodations, then it is on the SpEd teacher to figure it out. A simple agreeable outcome can be achieved with a quick and direct conversation between the two teachers.

I walked out onto my driveway in NW Arkansas on that cold Nov evening/morning and sat with a cigar and a rocks glass of bourbon. I then cried after hearing the election called for Trump. Tears of relief and of hope.
They are now tears of white hot anger and the pot has been over-pressured for years now. God is in control and not only is his grace asked for , but, His righteous judgement too.
I shared last night with my church home group. I asked for prayer for our country and a presidential candidate that evil forces are trying to kill. I stated that regardless of your political belief, this is unacceptable in America. I said a crises is looming for our country and we should prepare. Prepare just as we would if in a hurricane zone. We’re foolish if we don’t recognize we’re living in the Luke 12 passage. Satan & his cohorts have something wicked up their sleeve. Prepare for the worst and pray for best. Most of all we need to lean into the Lord. Hopefully, our business doesn’t blind us to what is surely on the horizon. The response from my dear brothers & sisters who I have the utmost respect for was silence.

His emotion in reading the scripture made me listen with total focus on the words being read to me. I teeter on being disheartened most days now as the corrupt media continues to spout polls of Coupmala being up in each and every state no matter that she cannot draw a crowd of hundreds let alone the tens of thousand being drawn by President Trump. The division in my family began during the 2016 elections, continued into the covid shutdowns, it was emphasized on January 6th, and our family never recovered.
I hate division. I hate the separateness. I hate that people who I once called friends and family are strangers to me now.
I stood firm. No malice, no hatefulness, no need to retort or reply to the hatred flung my way – mostly shock and disbelief. The accusations, and gaslighting were over the top. I won’t recover emotionally in my life time from what has transpired.
But, I will still stand firm.

So, here is something I struggle with.
Yes, I completely see the division and the coming conflict. I definitely see this fight as Good vs. Evil and have seen this clearly for decades.
So, then, what does this fight manifest itself as? Is it Trump gets elected and evil just goes away? I don’t think so. I think it get’s even worse and then, what does that fight look like?
Isn’t it our role to crush evil when and where we see it? And, since evil won’t just leave the battlefield, what are we to do?
I think this get’s incredibly bloody and we will have no choice but to step on their necks and destroy evil where we see it.
How do we reconcile these actions though?
That’s what I struggle with….knowing good people will have no choice but to do things that do not appear “good”…but in the fight against evil we will have to do what is necessary. Thoughts?
