RFKJ is a Democrat. So it seems more likely he would join the Democrat ticket than the Republican ticket. Perhaps he asked to join the Dems and they said no or said yes but not at a position he wanted. So, RFKJ sends his VP nominee out to say RFKJ is considering joining the Republicans in the hope of getting a better offer from the Dems. I guess we’ll see on Friday.

I know this whole situation has become polarizing. I believe Sundance originally said RFK would take more votes from Trump than he would from Harris, but then recently said he thought the republicans who were going to vote for RFK were never Trumpers anyway (which would mean those votes wouldn’t have really been taken from Trump because they weren’t voting for him in the first place).
I think the latter thinking is over simplifying because I also have loved ones who were planning on voting for RFK who may now vote for Trump especially if RFK gives a convincing endorsement and will be involved in Trump’s admin somehow (of course there are certain positions he should be kept FAR AWAY from, but NIH or FDA would be fine).
Regardless of RFK’s motivations, I think this is a positive development. All his potential voters probably won’t now vote for Trump. Some might stay home, but if 60% of them now vote for Trump it’s a good thing.

So the dems took RFK Jr. off the blue state ballots to neuter his ability to hurt the Harris vote. He was left on the red state ballots because he could significantly eat into President Trump’s final tally and maybe cost him the state. That is why dem’s were not interested in an RFK Jr. dropping out of the race and endorsing Harris. We on the right can agree with most of what they identify as what’s wrong and who made it that way. RFK, Jr. can not be trusted. None of the Kennedy’s can. If he gets out of the race, great, endorses Trump, wonderful. But, he can not be CIA Director. Stick him at Health and Human Services and watch him like a hawk. If he wavers from what Trump wants out of that Department, he promptly and unceremoniously needs to be fired. MAGA or your out.
Rfk Jr would never be appointed CIA director nor does he want that position… nor is he qualified for it.
While I could never vote for him for elected office, I admired him greatly during the darkest days of Covid. He was mercilessly attacked and banned by the censorship complex. One of a handful of people brave enough to speak out.
The speech he gave in Washington on a day when it was about 10 degrees, was one of the greatest things I have ever watched.
He is misguided on a lot of things. But unlike today’s Democrats, I do not believe he hates America.
I will always appreciate his courage during the dark times when the Harris-Biden regime wanted to forcibly inject you in order to keep a job and participate minimally in society.

It is an interesting twist. I think it can be used to give a sense of America coming together (and a rejection of the current woke democrat class and race warfare). Mushy independents will be attracted to that as well as the Reagan democrats.
A position on a commission to investigate childhood vaccines (and food safety and health issues) to make recommendations to Congress would be a good position.
I have concerns about CDC, NIH, or high level health position because I am afraid he will bring climate change into the Healthcare mix (going beyond standard environmental issues).
Likewise, I have concerns he could use a cabinet position to later stab Trump in the back. There should be people more senior who can always refute and thwart such an attempt.
Childhood vaccines has been his life’s work. I think he could actually benefit the country in that area.

His running mate did a podcast with Tom Bilyeu where she said that Democrat operatives were in the campaign posing as staff but really trying to sabotage by creating legal problems. Sounds like motivation to want to make sure the DNC loses this one.

I just happened to read an email from Naomi Wolf’s substack, to which I thought I had recently unsubscribed, only to discover one new entry, so I unsubscribed again before reading it.
(I had found her repetitive over the past few months and really need to clear out the junk. She was my first pick to stop – not that I dislike her, but she was low on my list.)
This last email was a doozy, though. She is giddy to the skies about a possibility of RFKJr’s announcement.
She went off on an imaginative spree in which PDJT & Vance form some sort of equal coalition with RFKJr and Shanahan (a pure leftist from what I understand). Sort of a group presidency…
From that she jumped to claiming Vance has too much of an “angry” vibe (oh she thinks PDJT does too) and threw J.D. under the bus offhand. Her plan is that RFKJr somehow “ascends” to the presidency in 2028.
Stopped reading around that point. I now wish I hadn’t suggested her the other day in one of the roles sundance is working on. I take that back!

Very interesting to hear from RFK jr that PDJT contacted him hours after the assassination attempt and invited RFKjr to speak with his team & family. When RFK jr after the discussion with the Trump-team tried to approach the Dems he was turned away.

I listened to what Nicole Shanahan had to say. That’s how I know I don’t like her voice. More importantly, I have learned by listening and reading that I do not like her policies. Nor do I like the policies of RFK Jr. because I have listened to them and read them. The only good thing about Junior is his opposition to the vax. That’s not enough for me to vote for him. I don’t want him in Trump’s cabinet, either. We have plenty of other good candidates from which to choose.
RFK Jr. strikes me as a mercenary which is defined as 1) someone who is motivated solely by a desire for monetary gain, 2) hired for service in a foreign army, 3) acting for reward; serving for pay; paid; hired; hireling; venal.

I remember the NIH medical tyranny vividly. Kennedy was a valiant leader when needed. We should welcome Kennedy with open arms and loose him on the NIH, CDC, FDA and Pharma-AMA complex, for these are powerful and very difficult to defeat.
