President Donald Trump has a sit-down conversation with Theo Von at Trump’s country club in Bedminster, New Jersey to discuss reforming healthcare, border security, his friendship with Dana White and why he refrains from drinking and smoking.
Theo Von is a likeable young man who has casual conversations and a large podcast audience. The conversation with President Trump about addiction and the challenges around drugs and alcohol is very interesting and insightful. WATCH:

I looked this morning for a Rumble version on a Theo Von account. He has an account, but no videos in it. While looking I ran across this and watched it. Very good!
[2023-04-25] Theo Von Talks About Meeting Donald Trump at UFC
By ninjaman1994
https://rumble.com/v37mzm6-2023-04-25-theo-von-talks-about-meeting-donald-trump-at-ufc.html
Trump manages to remain genuinely refined, disciplined and naturally high class, while being empathic and sympathetic to Main Street and the precariot illiterate and working poor
Trumps tastes and refinements are on the luxury end of the social spectrum but he is comfortable and relaxed walking into Mainstreet USA and sharing with the people
Drugs and alcohol have devastated the USA, especially white rural and middle class during Covid and now the Bidenomics
“ am not off the people, but I am for the people”
Oh for goodness sakes! The man from Queens likes Mickey Ds.
He also loves Diet Cokes and lots of other fast food plus he loves ketchup with his steaks!
As bad as other problems.
Why… that makes him sound almost human and a ‘regular guy’, doesn’t it? NOT the ‘orange man bad’ the left tries to pin on him…
The People’s President, Donald J Trump
Interview: Donald Trump After 9/11 on NBC – September 13, 2001
President Trump’s policies are Main Street vs K Street.
Like Theo said, we need to get Big Pharma and Big Lobbying out of our bz. It is killing us just as much as the other drugs.
Oxycotin and it’s ilk have killed far more Americans that most illegal drugs. Fentynal is the other major killer (a Chyna specialty).
that is a fallacy
The oxy – especially the oxy laced with fentanyl – is the ILLEGAL street variety that is killing people. Blaming doctors and drug companies for people dying from fentanyl is ridiculous. Don’t take any drugs that aren’t prescribed for you and filled at a pharmacy and you don’t have to worry about addiction.
I’ve had orthopedic surgeries – very painful – and my docs prescribed opioids for pain. They were very clear about only taking them as prescribed, and what NOT to do. The docs knew how long I was likely to be in a lot of pain and prescribed accordingly. Once I should not be in pain they stopped giving me opiates and they told me right up front how long they wpuld prescribe. One doc said, “If you still think you need the Percocet after three weeks, there’s a problem.”
25 years ago, Doctors were ignorant of the effects of opioids. My daughter is a prime example of what happened to many people then. I won’t go into details. I doubt many people go out on the street to buy fentanyl. Street drugs are being laced with it. Even marijuana. Only taking prescriptions filled at a pharmacy is great advice, but you have to understand the desperation some people feel.
You have a reading comprehension issue? I didn’t say squat about doctors in relationship to those two drugs – I stated the two drugs that have killed the most Americans over the last decade.
However, since you broached the subject – you’re full of it and your personal experience with percocet candy has nothing to do with the subject and if you actually understood the subject you would also understand that the addictive effects of drugs aren’t the same, regardless of them being in the same general class of drugs.
Oxycotin is a big pharma drug – regardless of HOW people acquire it. The Sacklers plead guilty and attempted to buy their way out of it with a settlement of billions of dollars. Further, there is ample documentation of it being massively subscribed by doctors – to the point that in some areas there were more prescriptions written than there were people that lived there.
There is also extensive testimony from people who became hooked, whereby it started off as “the doctor prescribed it for physical pain after injury” and its addictive affects did the rest. There was never a need for it to be laced with fentanyl to kill untold people, including those disproportionately affected by federal policies that wiped out large swaths of American jobs and drove the economy into the pits.
As far as fentanyl – THE major producer is in fact China and the supplier for all that pours into the country and as Lindy pointed out has been used to lace everything under the sun.
Big Food.
Check the labels on your grocery store purchases. Find one that isn’t bioengineered.
Need to take down Wall Street. They have done more damage to America than anyone outside the Intelligence Community. It was Wall Street and all the Hedge Funders who decimated the rust belt by buying up the companies using their revenue for stock buybacks then sent what remained overseas. Boeing is a current example. Since 1998 Boeing has spent $ 61 billion on stock buybacks not R&D not product development not product improvement. Boeing has been run by accountants since at least 2013. In 2023 they eliminated their R&D department. BlackRock, Vanguard, Berkshire Hathaway, State Street and their ilk have become behemoths that dictate what companies do, not the companies’ customers. Antitrust laws have been ignored allowing companies to merge beyond imagination. Enriching the investment banks and creating markets dominated by a few big players. Look at the media/communications or food industries and you will find them dominated by large multinational companies that violate antitrust laws but were allowed to grow due to the buying off of DC by Wall Street via their lobbyist writing the laws that Congress passed. It has gotten out of hand when so called entrepreneurs want to start a company and have it bought out by a bigger company not have it grow and become a market leader on its own. Or where someone like Musk, whose extreme wealth is due to his companies being the largest private contractors for government, fits corporatism aka fascism yet he is lauded because he bought X and is allowing free speech, but only if it fits his company guidelines. The first amendment is free speech even speech you don’t like.
Trump has his work cut out and with Vance as VP and Kennedy and Musk floated as working in his administration one has to wonder if he is playing mind games with the media or if he is serious. If serious we are in trouble. Kennedy and Musk are democrats who believe in climate change nonsense and Vance has Thiel and the IC in his stable none of which are MAGA.
Advertising for drugs should be pulled from Television….as a start. As bad a decision as taking our country off the gold standard. IMHO
Most docs I know would love to see pharmaceutical ads taken off TV. They are really tired of patients seeing ads for drugs then coming to their offices demanding those drugs.
Lawyer and Medicare ads also should be pulled. Most are lies IMHO.
Yes, the liquor stores remaining open during Covid devastated my family.
What and who was and wasn’t declared “essential businesses” was one of THE most telling red flags of the entire nonsense.
Churches were closed but liquor stores and strip clubs were open??? Strip clubs must be a major money laundering source for the deep state to get that preferential treatment!!!! Who knew?
The plan to create pandemic lockdowns, including designating essential and non-essential businesses, closing schools, etc, etc…. was drawn up in 2007 under the Bush administration.
And the sponsors of the plan were a who’s who of big business, who benefited at the expense of mom and pop stores.
Our demonic leaders plan way way ahead. But idiot secularists think everybody just wakes up in the morning and tries to earn an honest living, wuth the exception of a few bad apples.
They have no concept of biblical evil.
Read the Old Testament. Things are cyclical. mess up and the LORD will take care of business. Go straight for a while, then that false god thing. Takes many years and we’re still stupid. At this point, I wonder how horrible Sodom and Gomorrah were compared to today. This is today and the LORD God, Abba Father has to be on His last nerve.
The Fear & Control Campaign was just plain evil. Fauci’s declared in 2017 there would be an epidemic in 2020. Layers of evil in the swamp.
I have a friend who is the head of an ER. She said she has never seen as many incidents of alcohol poisoning as she did during COVID. I guess people being confined to their homes caused a lot of people to be bored and they drank to relieve the boredom and the anxiety caused by the media’s nonstop hyping of how “we’re all gonna die” of COVID. She said they also had a lot of drug overdoses, but it was the alcohol poisoning that really stood out.
I am not OF the people
but I am FOR the people
Already 5.5 million views.
I watched it on regular YouTube this morning.
Cocaine will turn you into a damn owl homie….
Now kids are doing the Tussi instead of coke. 😶🌫️
Looked it up. The drug tusi/tuci may contain ketamine, mescaline, fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana, bath salts and other ingredients. Or it may not have any cocaine in it at all. It’s a combination of stimulants and depressants coming out of South American (Columbia) cartels who get some or all of the ingredients shipped in from China. Nasty business! It is reportedly being circulated through nightclubs, concerts, etc., as well as on the street. It is not known what the full effects of the drug may be but it is very dangerous and deadly.
I watched the entire thing…very different and that is a good thing. Most of this guy’s viewers are apolitical to a certain extent and Trump is smart to keep doing things like this to counter the fake news narratives about his manner and character. He’s relatable, empathetic, and shows a personal insight into his family with who many can identify. He makes the links to his son Barron and the UFC, which is what brought this all about.
I’ve enjoyed the several podcasts linked here recently. If Barron keeps finding podcasters that young voters respect to interview Pres. Trump, I see two upsides.
First – Trump vacuums up the young vote as part of his victory.
Second – Barron’s political advisory skills and influence will be proven.
Baron might be an old soul. But it’s important he be protected. The older Trump kids have years of experience dealing with the outside world. I adore Melania’s Mama Bear approach to raising him.
In terms of protection, being an advisor or consultant is far safer than being a candidate.
Maybe Barron can reign in some of his older brother Don Jr.’s more foolish ideas.
It’s interesting that they are not revealing where Barron will be going to college. I’ve heard NYU, but have not heard any confirmation of that.
As a boomer who could be Theo’s dad, I was really proud of him scoring a big guest like Trump.
Theo is great fun.
Great interview. Authenticity on both sides. Understand Von’s audience is the 18-35yr demographic and POTUS Trump stated Barron was a listener. Another example of DJT going to the people for campaigning.
And quite intelligent. Not afraid to ask anything, and very compassionate when he knew it might be a hurtful convo.
Theo’s actual dad was in his 70s when Theo was born.
Politicians talk like game show hosts. The president is genuinely down to earth.
Hmm… game show hosts..
Have you ever watched Family Feud with Steve Harvey? When we watch that we have to turn on the subtitles.
Steve Harvey is great questioning little kids in the Art Linkletter mold.
The blue collar billionaire … brilliant … well played Mr. Trump… absolutely brilliant
Helping President Trump gain momentum with young voters. Von is a respectful breath of fresh air.
Great chat.. No Pretending .. The youth need to know the real Trump..
I would love to see Theo interview Mike Lindell.
They have both have had the same kind of struggles and are both fighters. Both now also know President Trump. I think it would be quite a conversation.
I agree!
That would be a very interesting interview.
👍 👍
The piece on Alcoholism was very well done, and explained in a straightforward manner, and accurate.
Your real President “ touched” a number of the podcasts listeners with that.
Cheers!
This was a great interview. Trump is reaching many non-republicans. The young podcasts listeners are interested in hearing more from Trump. He and Theo had a good time, as did the listeners.
I really like these casual conversations. It is a way to see the real Trump…and why his friends like him so much.
i can’t get over the nearly tragic story behind this young man,
and how he shares the same experience with so many of his contemporaries.
what has America done to it’s youth?
so sad.
addiction, rehab, sobriety if they’re lucky, repeat as necessary.
missed opportunities, lost chances, delayed lives.
PT was gracious, understanding, and forthright as usual.
i think his admonition “no drugs, no drinking, no cigarettes” was repeated to benefit the audience,
as was his “if you never start, you never miss it” comment.
i do think he was a little surprised at how extensive is theo’s backstory.
yes, i think it was a good interview, and a good choice to do it.
frankly, PT’s parenting advice should be turned into a video series
and broadcast 24/7 into every K-12 school in America.
this young man seemed very eager for PT’s thoughts –
perhaps as a wise father figure PT can reach the disaffected youth out there.
but, as i said this morning, DUDE!
rules of the road dictate you ask your interviewees how they would like you to address them….
and i’m kinda thinking PT did not say “call me DUDE”!😂😂
I LOVE THAT IDEA!
We used to get Presidential messages growing up. By either the President or the First Lady.
“PT’s parenting advice should be turned into a video series.”
Agree.
I noticed Trump doing what good parents do: he allowed Theo to come to the proper conclusions instead of berating him or lecturing him.
Lovely.
When a young person is allowed to conclude a course of action is for his best, he is much more inclined to try to follow it.
yes, Nan G!
PT led, he did not push.
effective, and affirming.
theo was given confidence and strength from the exchange,
and that extra empowerment might just keep him clean and sober.
lovely, indeed! 😁
Love & Logic
Yeah, he called him “Dude” as well as “Donald.” I can’t believe there weren’t some ground rules including that President Trump must be addressed as “Mr. President.” That is so simple and so obvious and yet Von never addressed him as such. Von is 44 years old. He is the age of President Trump’s older sons. If he was a contemporary of Barron’s I might understand him not knowing the proper way to address a former President, but Von is old enough to know better. I could tell that Von was nervous and President Trump was very patient with him. I did catch President Trump saying, “Yes, let’s wrap this up” toward the end.
yeah, “dude” got my dander up a bit, too!😂
i think it is symptomatic of the gaps in conduct that are in turn symptomatic of the missed education,
missed opportunities, and missed guidance of so many in that generation.
if you spend 25 years high, all of a sudden you’re 44 years old and you haven’t learned very much.
i don’t blame theo, that kind of drug culture nihilism was foisted on far too many of our youth,
and not all of it can be chalked up to personal failings.
not making excuses, just think this is basically a decent kid, who got sucked into a culture that has been falsely glamorized and now he’s playing catch up.
i think he’ll learn just fine, if he has someone to teach him.
that’s why i half jokingly suggested a series of videos fro PT –
“how to conduct yourself in public” (“small bites, Barron!”😁),
“how to behave in a business meeting”, “how to meet the President”…
👍🏻😊👍🏻
Theo called him “Donald” a number of times. I think that was really good, as “Mr. President” just wouldn’t have cut it. And I bet Theo did that because PDJT suggested it.
I got the impression that prior to cameras rolling trump said Just call me Donald.
He’s got more on his plate than to trifle over things like that.
I watched this yesterday, linked from Trump’s Truth Social acct, and was a bit surprised that best he could say about his eldest son is that “He’s a good hunter.” Then today, Sundance posted the Fredo article!
Noticed that.
Good to know he knows.
I’ve heard POTUS speak with pride about Don, Jr.
As a parent of three children, you love and are proud of each of them for what you can be. They are all different, but you love them all equally.
Don, Jr. is a “ready-fire-aim” kind of person. He just shoots from the hip without thinking much about it sometimes I think. But those people are often very useful. My pastor often speaks of the Apostle Peter being of that personality type, and look how he turned out!
Great interview!
Different type format.
Just two men – discussing life.
President Trump being his authentic self.
I really enjoyed watching 👏👏
Can you imagine Kamala, or Biden doing something like this?
They would be scared sihtless. So, no, never in a million years.
This is the President I want to see. Great interview and a shout out to Barron Trump for his understanding what’s an important age group.
Twice now.
Keep going President Trump. The rest of us need to focus and share what Clyburn, AME church and ballot counters are doing, WE need to win this country back.
The GOP needs to have ballots prepared and ready to be found and counted if the dems pull out their fake ones from under the table.
Theo was very determined to get answers and commitments concerning medince and health care. He’s quite clear that it’s organized to maximize profits. President Trump gave me the impression that there was little one could do about it to really change it. I found that limiting and disheartening.
I disagree. But I clearly heard a different interview than you did and know what he did during his first four years, and what he has talked about doing in the future.
The truth of the matter though is that many of these things are legislative. He can’t make legislative promises unless we have a majority on both sides.
That does not mean he doesn’t go away not thinking about Theo’s very intelligent suggestions and recommendations.
Remember that President Trump is the one who had a conversation with a waitress about tips and the next thing you know he was pushing No Tax On Tips, now stolen by Queen Kamala.
Legislatively he is also the one who brought us Right To Try.
This to your second paragraph: ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^. Many upvotes to your entire post, but yeah, especially that second one. A lot of people just don’t get it.
McConnell & McCain screwed Trump over on Obamacare, so Trump was being truthful that it takes more than just a president on healthcare (to do it legally).
TBS, somehow illegals are eligible for Obamacare effective this coming Nov. 1. I don’t know how this happened. Illegals were not eligible under the original Obama care legislation. Also student loan repayments were to go to paying for Obamacare when Obama moved the student loan business from banks to the government.
Theo’s slow, dumb hick thing is a put on. He’s got one of the sharpest minds in comedy today. The other comedians are kind of in awe of theo.
He was discovered by Howie Mandel, who hired Theo to work behind the scenes at some gameshow, and one day the signal in Howie’s earpiece got crossed with Theo’s, so Howie sat there listening to Theo basically talk to himself and says it was some of the funniest stuff he’s ever heard in his life.
So Howie kind of took Theo under his tutelage
The dirt serpent comment is the kind of thing that sets theo apart on his own plane. It’s a laser sharp perfect take on kid rock.
Kamala Harris’ Proposed Cabinet Leaks, Shows Eric Holder Being Rewarded with Powerful Position
For her secretary of state, the report claims Harris has tapped Delaware Sen. Chris Coons for the slot. Coons has previously floated restricting aid to Israel by applying conditions to it.
The report also notes CIA director Bill Burns and current National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan are also on the vice president’s short list to fill the secretary of state role.
Another familiar face is Harris’ reported pick for the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.
Pete Buttigieg, the current transportation secretary for President Joe Biden, has been eyed for the position, the Axios report says. While his ability to oversee national infrastructure is still in question after several disastrous years at the helm, the appointment would keep him around powerful players for at least four more years.
Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo, who once appeared to be a top choice as Harris worked to decide who her running mate would be, is supposedly being looked at to oversee the Treasury Department.
For the position of attorney general, the report says Harris is considering former Sen. Doug Jones.
Jones was beaten in his home state of Alabama in 2020, seeing Republican Tommy Tuberville flip the seat red.
Other reported choices Harris is considering include investment bank president Ray McGuire for commerce secretary, and the ascension of two of Harris’ current top staffers into key White House roles.
One of those who would be moved up in position is Phil Gordon, Harris’ current national security adviser. Gordon is indicated as being a top choice for the higher national security adviser office.
Brian Fallon, Harris’ senior campaign communications adviser, would be tapped to become the White House press secretary.
In addition, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer has a good chance of being awarded a position in Harris’ administration.
As for Eric Holder, who served as attorney general under former President Barack Obama and is now working with Harris’ campaign, he is reportedly the top candidate for the chief of staff position.

Charlotte99, you know the rules, there is a place for this and it is not here. I think you will more at home on TGP.
Keep a close eye on Holder.
Absolutely not on topic but you just had to post it here as a good little comrade didn’t you!! Flagged!
Healthcare reform or insurance industry reform?
Sadly there actually isn’t true healthcare in the majority of today’s medical-industrial complex, obviously with the rare exceptions – usually provided by those who have stepped outside the system.
Hypocrite Alert: Kamala Harris Forces Plane to Circle for 15 Extra Minutes to Hear Husband Speak at DNC, Ignoring Climate Change Rhetoric
https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/08/hypocrite-alert-kamala-harris-forces-plane-circle-15/
I walked into my living room a few minutes ago and my two granddaughters (ages 21 and 25) were watching this. MAGA!
Way better instincts than Don, Jr.
The contrast with Kamala couldn’t be more stark. She’d never sit down for a free ranging conversation like this, her handlers wouldn’t allow it for fear she’d start cackling or rambling endlessly about yellow buses or something. I would be surprised if they allowed her to stray far from the security blanket of her teleprompter.
J
“What is the most powerful lobby?”
Um… Israel?
Nope, nada, not even close.
Largest lobby is the the lawyers…
In the the late 80s my favorite college course was the Litigiousness of America.
Between them and the Pharmaceutical Lobby, I am a firm supporter in NO lobbyists in the USA.
” I don’t mind discussing it, if it saves just one person its worth the discussion.” …….. That right there folks is why I love Mr. Donald J Trump. He is the real deal. Plus at the very end President Trump shows genuine concern for this Theo Von guy that I have never heard of until today.
I would rather see more interviews like this instead of more rally speeches.
Wow. This turned into a little bit of a disaster part way through. Need to correct the record here because something was said by President Trump that is absolutely preposterous.
The most powerful lobby in D.C. is NOT “lawyers.” This is so preposterous its laughable. That’s an absurdly naive answer. We get that his knee jerk reaction is to say lawyers because of the incessant lawfare against him. Truth is the most powerful lobby in D.C. is AIPAC…the Israeli lobby. President Trump is generally clueless about geopolitics and the workings of our own government in D.C. That’s a problem folks. Not saying he won’t be a good prez. He’s our last best hope, but some of us do expect more from our prez.
Israel runs 100% of our government and our military. If anyone doubts that please watch Netanyahu’s visit a few weeks ago where 99% of Congress kissed his butt. Ask yourself how many carrier battle groups DOD (not Congress mind you) sent to help Israel continue the genocide and ethnic cleansing. Ask members of Congress for an honest answer and they readily admit they are watched by the AIPAC lobby reps in D.C to make sure Israel gets what it wants. Members of Congress do everything to insure it does get what it wants and American People be damned. Its another grift. Congress is bought and paid for by AIPAC.
This wasn’t addressed in this interview, but its another stunning example too many folks simply are not informed about. We hope someone competent schools President Trump before he makes another huge blunder like leaving the nuclear arms treaty with Russia. The treaty prevented the U.S. and Russia from possessing any land-based cruise missiles that can strike within a range of 310 to 3,410 miles. That was the biggest boneheaded decision in centuries and the world is now on the precipice of nuclear Armageddon because of what he did because he simply does not know diddly squat about geopolitics and he has really crappy advisors. He was advised by Deep Stater Mike Pompeo. Trump’s “picker” is broken.
Facts are stubborn things.
R&R
What you said about AIPAC is hard to dispute. The amount of money they give to state reps and senators is preposterous and publicly available for all to see. Yes we have allies but to the best of my knowledge england and Italy and Canada don’t have an army
Of boots on the ground meeting with our government officials and stroking big checks or bragging openly on twitter that an AIPAC backed candidate “took down” the incumbent who dared criticize Israel. Again, we all have allies and need allies. But this feels like more than influence when you actually do some reading on the subject. And sorry its not enough for me
To ignore just because someone says “do you want the terrorists to win?”…I can be against terrorism and also against powerful foreign lobbyists owning my countries elected officials.
According to Open Secrets:
China’s total spending since 2016 – – – $429,797,294
Israel’s total spending since 2016 – – – $188,125,744
It’s easy to dispute.
If you understand the big picture, you understand the fight.
Israel is not what’s wrong with the U.S.
Why do the Muslims in Gaza allow attacks on Israel when they know they are going to get their arses kicked?
You’re no different than the enemies of Israel. You use their terms of derision, genocide and ethnic cleansing. Hamas’s sole goal is to complete the destruction of Israel which was anticipated in 1948 but not accomplished. You seem to be ignorant of the gravity of the issue Israel is facing. Trump gave Bibi a warm hug of a handshake. Supporting the State of Israel is a given, although not to you. You’d be happy if it was absorbed into a trilateral entity or some other ridiculous configuration You’re entitled to your opinion but lay off Donald Trump. He’s way smarter than you’ll ever be. He has more knowledge of geopolitics in his little finger than you have anywhere in your anti jewish body.
Why not rag on Zelensky? He’s getting way more than Israel.
Here is a great documentary to watch.
18 minutes.
There are a lot of other documentaries
out there, but I find this the best to
begin research. Great old photos.
Britain in Palestine 1917-1948 – YouTube

Don’t drink the Kool-Aid.
So, I threw my ego away, and now
I always research on my own.
The more I learn…the more I realize how
much I don’t know.
Wake up.
The US Chamber of Congress is the largest and most powerful lobby group in DC.
Nope, not true, Israel is not the problem, Islam is the problem, and you will be fighting Islamists on your street if Israel loses.
Remember: Israel is only the Little Satan, the U.S. is the Great Satan.
Islam’s stated constitutional goals are to push Israel into the Sea and then destroy the U.S.
I think u r wrong about the US/Russia nuclear treaty.
That HAD to be shut down: the original treaty was made and signed when the world had 2 super powers: USA and USSR. It does nothing to counter current and advancing adversaries such as China, North Korea, and bringing up the rear quickly—Iran.
These current adversaries ARE developing the technologies and capabilities the US and now Russia were hamstrung from doing.
The treaty was good for the geopolitical order of the 20th century, but its suicide for the 21st because we have to deter a few more adversaries—who I would argue are far less rational in their decision-making—who are NOT bound by this treaty in the current century.
I think if one wants to become more appreciative of this man Donald John Trump, this is a very good place to start. Trump is very relaxed, soft spoken, honest, inquisitive and revealing. This young man Theo is very interesting, easy to like and I would like to know him personally. Very good conversation.
I have decided I like conversations more than interviews. The conversation with Elon was extremely revealing and meaningful.
Conversations v interviews? Conversations for me.
Theo a legend for this.
Was listening to this while I was out driving hilarious but also very emotional when he was talking about his brother Fred.
I had a hard time watching this kid. He seemed to be very JUMPY like he was on something. He did ask some very good questions, but he was a Bernie Bro so I will leave it at that.
Agree. Theo was obviously either recovering from or still on something. Perhaps he was nervous in the presence of such a strong personality. But he seemed ill-prepared with questions and the conversation seemed to dwell too long on addiction issues. Not that those aren’t an important problem in present day America but is that what the Gen Z folks really want to hear?
This is the interview I wish Elon had done earlier. At this point trump has been so demonized that he needs to get away from traditional interviews and platforms. He needs to remind people that he is human. This was a good conversation about just regular life stuff for the most part. Trump needs more of these where he just Talks about his likes and experiences.
Thinking about this a few hours after watching: What’s really extraordinary is how Theo von did not gush over President Trump. No awe there, no hero-worshipping, no arrogance over how he might have “scored” the interview. And he didn’t interrupt (well, mostly:) It was a genuine conversation that ebbed and flowed, no gotcha questions. Exceptionally well done. I just wish PT had answered the question about his older brother, Fred. Theo asked twice but PT talked around it. Gotta wonder if it was just too painful, or personal.
Is a transcript available?
It’s much faster to read than listen, even if the nuances can be lost. But since we know Trump enough by now, I could take the risk.
Yes. As with most YouTube videos, read the description. Scroll to the bottom. Click “show transcript”.
I love Trump.
I’ve loved him since 2015; heck I’ve loved him since he was in “Home Alone 2”.
Stuff like this reminds me of why I love him.
Barron Trump and his best friend and influencer Bo Loudon are informal social media advisors to PDJT. They’re focusing on delivering Gen-Z votes. Bo (age 17 but will turn 18 in time to vote 11/5) is the more visible of the two with a heavy social media presence. He constantly posts across social media, calls PDJT ‘Rightful President Trump’ and counteracts media bias. He’s also appeared on Laura Ingraham’s show and others.
These two are already movers and shakers and apparently have big future plans.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13735501/Barron-Trump-Donald-GenZ-influencer-Bo-Loudon-voters-president.html
Bo is Dr. Gina Loudon’s son. She is Dr. Gina on Real America’s Voice – watched her interview Bo the other day, and she is a proud Mama Bear similar to Melania. Bo seems to be doing well on his own.
Thanks for the link. I highly recommend it to everyone.
Wonderful article about Barron and Bo, so young and yet accomplishing so much to help President Trump (and this nation).
Just finished watching on YT, the last 10-15 minutes are politically the most powerful and explain why the Powers that Be are nervous, His host brought up the ‘coup’ Kamala being a ‘roller skater’ not Trump. Very clever strategy to tap into an increasingly aware demographic, who largely skate over the regime propaganda.
It was also interesting watching Trump morph into a father figure, and how Theo reacted to this, and in the end was left wondering, who interviewed whom?
Doing these podcasts is a brilliant strategy to actually reach the people! The MSM sure as heck wouldn’t give him this type of opportunity!
Not just reaching people, reaching a demographic who are increasingly aware of the state of the nation that is being bequeathed to them.
The reach of this interview is enormous….much bigger, I suspect, than any of us realize.
my five grandchildren, ranging in ages from 18 -23, think this is the coolest thing ever
along with the other podcast he did Aidin Ross.
Theodor Capitani von Kurnatowski III a/k/a Theo Von
I never heard of Theo Von so I had to look him up: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theo_Von
A lot more about him can be found by any simple web search, but here’s the deal: the Left hates him. Surprised?

Trump is routing around the legacy media with podcasts to get his message out. VERY smart.
I might be wrong, but I think that Baron advised his dad to do this interview.
He has the Trump blood for success.
A/k/a common sense 😊
PLEASE TALK TO THE YOUNG VOTERS AT HOME TOO—OUR SON DAUGHTERS AND NEPHEW.
REMIND THEM THAT KAMALA HARRIS CALL THEIR AGE BRACKET STUPID!
I hope that this interview reaches the youth vote but Theo Von is an idiot – as in not a smart guy. President Trump has been very patient with him in this interview.
AGREED. Mr. Von needs a lesson…….not only in respecting his elders, but respecting a former President of the United States! Under NO circumstances was it polite to use his first name, and “Dude” was appalling.
I took a screen shot of the videos count. I’m interested in the 10 day total. Theo interviewed Bernie and it published 8 days ago. Today that video had 1.8 million views.
Trumps is at 6.5 million in 1 day. Dave Ramsey is at 1.7 3 months ago.
What’s interesting is you have to go to his channel to see the video with Trump. On the YouTube app, if you just put Theo Von in the search the Bernie video is at top and same when you click videos – no Trump video; however click his name to go to his channel and there is the Trump video — move along, nothing to see here folks.
I watched the entire interview and mostly, it wasn’t even about politics.
Here was a man still fighting addiction, and the best known man on the face of this earth having an amazing conversation. President Trump is amazing and Theo’s respect for him, even though the occasional “Dude” “Donald” were said, spoken respectfully.
No…it was not in any form or fashion respectful. We are in this mess today because the sixties ushered in a tolerance for overlooking or excusing that which isn’t . Mr. President.
Excellent Interview!
What would be even more interesting is an interview with Trump and Sundance.
