Kamala Harris isn’t an Art. II, §1, Cl. 5 natural-born Citizen and simply being born here doesn’t make her so. She got away with it as VP – Trump should not allow her to get away with it as the Commander-In-Chief…not without a fight.

This is why Trump should file a suit against Kamala Harris on natural-born Citizen violation grounds as soon as she is either the appointed president or officially designated as the DNC presidential nominee.

Once nominated by the DNC, Trump would have the judicial standing to bring the question of her constitutionality to court and seek a declaratory judgment. There would be no point in seeking injunctive relief. The only point at which eligibility can be effectively challenged will be at the point Congress counts the electoral votes. At that point, it will be up to the members of Congress to decide whether they want to allow Citizens with foreign allegiances to become Commander-in-Chief of the nation’s armed forces or whether it would be more prudent to require our Commanders-in-Chief to be born natural American citizens exclusively.

Just the result of picking a person for the color of their skin and not the content of their character.

For those who may think this is being driven by the opposition, there has been discussion of exactly what she’s on, online, since about the time she ascended to the vice presidency.

I think the school of thought that she’s on some sort of cocktail, with some of it being prescription, carries a lot of weight.

I also think that she may be taking a belt or two last minute, to cover for stage fright.

Many people who perform as themselves in the public eye take a swig of Dutch courage before taking the stage. It isn’t the same thing as alcoholism.

Kamala is a small woman and I think gets drunk over a small amount of booze, especially since she’s likely mixing it with something else.

The question is, this woman has some kind of serious problem going, so why is she wanting to take on an even more high-pressure job?
