UN official advised Iranian nuclear program, report reveals
Abdolrasool Divsallar maintains contact and close ties with several Iranian military officials before becoming part of UN’s specialized weapons of mass destruction team
However, Divsallar’s uncovered resume reveals he advised an IRGC general and held key positions in institutions involved in the nuclear program, which were later sanctioned by the United States. Ah, we have a “Reproductive Freedom Amendment” referendum coming up in Maryland. The amendment wording says “a person” rather than “a woman” is entitled to services. Despite attempts by some legislators to add age restrictions, parental consent requirements, or to not permit sex-change therapies/operations, the majority struck down those changes. And like Nancy Pelosi famously said, “You have to pass the bill to see what’s in the bill.” If this referendum passes (likely), how all the terms, spending, oversight, etc., all come after, and it doesn’t have to go through the legislature to be approved. Wes Moore, our governor, is rabidly pro-abortion, so we can predict how the details will play out.

The consolidation of facilities requires mail in some areas to be taken to a neighboring state to be processed and then returned for delivery. (Again, in the Utah primary ballot disaster, the ballots were taken to a processing center in a different state before they were returned to Utah, too late to be counted.) The LTO initiative is designed to “reduce the overall number of transportation trips between sorting facilities and delivery units” by creating more efficiently processable loads. However, this has apparently involved holding some mail at delivery units beyond the day it was “collected,” according to a separate USPS audit conducted on a pilot location for the initiative.

In Nevada, where there are early voting places, each one has a secure drop box that the ballot envelopes are date stamped by the poll worker then the voter drops their mail-in ballot into the secure box; and those are carefully counted and put into secure envelopes at the end of each day and delivered by a party of two people of different political parties to the registrar of voters office each evening –
so in Nevada, a voter can make sure they don’t rely on the postal service to deliver their ballot, drop it off personally in a secured drop box at any voting center. There are protocols in place and they are highly monitored as there must be two witnesses, of different parties, at each polling location that verifies what gets put into those secured envelopes for delivery at the end of the day, having to sign their names as witness under oath.

This is likely to be reversed either by AC or SCOTUS down the road…after the election. But to dems…the end justifies the means (lawfare interference to rig the election).
As I recall, most legal scholars that reported on the trial stated the conviction would be overturned. The conviction was legally flawed. The appeal process, I think, has to go through the NY courts before it can be appealed to the Supreme Court.
Even if he defers sentencing, the effect will alter millions of votes-he’s a convicted felon that’s going to jail and any appeal will be way after the election.
The judge should be able to be tried and convicted of treason if this does indeed alter the election, IMO.
Nothing short of the Death Penalty would suffice for attempting to usurp the lawful order of a Presidential Election. That being said those that enabled it by failing to step in and put an end to this should also be liable as co conspirators.

Election math should be simple: 1 Voter = 1 Ballot = 1 Valid Vote. Those 3 numbers should always match. That’s the basic goal of a commonsense election rule up for final approval by the State Board of Elections in Georgia on Aug. 19.
The rule aligns exactly with Georgia’s election statutes on tabulating election results and ensures that election officials reconcile the number of ballots cast to the number of voters who are shown as having cast a ballot.
If 200 voters cast ballots in a precinct, but election officials tally 220 ballots, election officials must investigate and find out why the count of voters to ballots cast is off.
This is how election officials catch errors, so that we don’t have a repeat of more than 3,000 duplicate ballots that were scanned, counted, and certified in Fulton County during the 2020 election recount in Georgia.
What’s not to love? Apparently, the left’s argument is that the “certification” of the election results does not mean that the results are accurate.

Earlier this week, the mystery surrounding the origins of SARS-CoV-2 took another bewildering turn when the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic revealed that a “multi-decade, senior-level, current [CIA] officer” stepped forward to claim that when six of the seven specialists tasked by the CIA with investigating the origins of the virus concluded with low confidence that it likely came from a lab in Wuhan, the CIA paid those scientists hush money to reverse their decision. The six experts who were offered “financial incentives”—otherwise known as bribes—eventually concluded that the origin of the pandemic was uncertain. For its part, the CIA has denied the whistleblower’s claims. This denial was issued by CIA spokesperson Tammy Kupperman Thorp who, until just two years ago, worked as a journalist for CNN and NBC News covering, among other things, the CIA.
What we still don’t know is what exactly was covered up. China isn’t a U.S. ally. So why would the CIA want to hide evidence that the virus might have come from a Chinese government laboratory? The answer may have to do with the fact that funding for the infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology came from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)—which is relevant because USAID, while nominally America’s foreign aid agency, has decadeslong ties to the CIA and a history of acting as a cutout for the intelligence agency.
This is not the first time questions regarding America’s intelligence agencies’ ties to the Wuhan lab have come up. In June, I reported that one of the earliest gain-of-function experiments done at the Wuhan lab—where Chinese virologist Shi Zhengli houses what is likely the largest collection of bat-borne coronaviruses in the world—were funded by USAID. The aid agency’s funding was initially omitted from the paper that published the results of those experiments. But these new whistleblower allegations, which come from the CIA itself, present the first plausible evidence connecting America’s lead intelligence agency to efforts to sway official assessments of the pandemic’s origin.
Why would the United States government want to give Chinese researchers, who answer to their CCP bosses, the ability to conduct research that could potentially lead to mass deaths? And why would they want to fund it? One answer lies in Fauci’s true role inside the government. Contrary to the popular depiction of Fauci as an altruistic public health official, he was in fact deeply embedded in the U.S. military establishment through his role as the first head of U.S. biodefense, which made intelligence gathering essential to his work.

Some may not be familiar with the illegal certification lawsuits brought by the Brunson brother’s over the past 4 years. They were brought up to the Supreme Court. These are the cases that the Supreme Court could use to declare the biden / harris administration was illegally certified as the winner of the 2020 election.
Their cases are based on some members of legislative branch and the Executive Branch not following their oaths to investigate the 2020 election in the 1/6/2021 proceedings. Below is the statement of the first case filed:

This action is against 388 federal officers in their official capacities which include President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr, Vice President Kamala Harris, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and former Vice President Michael Richard Pence (“Respondents”). All the Respondents have taken the required Oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and as such they are liable for consequences when they violate the Oath of Office.
Respondents were properly warned and were requested to make an investigation into a highly covert swift and powerful enemy, as stated below, seeking to destroy the Constitution and the United States, Respondents purposely thwarted all efforts to investigate this, whereupon this enemy was not checked or investigated, therefore the Respondents adhered to this enemy. Because of Respondents intentional refusal to investigate this enemy, Petitioner Raland J Brunson (“Brunson”) brought this action against Respondents because he was seriously personally damaged and violated by this action of Respondents, and consequently this action unilaterally violated the rights of every citizen of the U.S.A. and perhaps the rights of every person living, and all courts of law.
On January 6, 2021, the 117th Congress held a proceeding and debate in Washington DC (“Proceeding”). This Proceeding was for the purpose of counting votes under the 2020 Presidential election for the President and Vice President of the United States under Amendment XII. During this Proceeding over 100 members of U.S. Congress claimed factual evidence that the said election was rigged. The refusal of the Respondents to investigate this congressional claim (the enemy) is an act of treason and

A successfully rigged election has the same end result as an act of war; to place into power whom the victor wants, which in this case is Biden, who, if not stopped immediately, will continue to destroy the fundamental freedoms of Brunson and all U.S. Citizens and courts of law.
Due to the fact that this case represents a national security breach on a unprecedented level like never before seen seriously damaging and violating Brunson and coincidently effects every citizen of the U.S.A. and courts of law. Therefore, Brunson moves this court to grant this petition, or in the alternative without continuing further, order the trial court to grant Brunson’s complaint in its fullest. Brunson’s complaint is the mechanism that can immediately remove the Respondents from office without leaving this country vulnerable without a President and Vice President.
Despite the grave importance of this case, the trial court granted Respondents motion to dismiss (“Motion”) by stating “IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff Raland Brunson’s action is dismissed without prejudice”. (“Order”) This Order followed the trial court’s order to adopt its report and recommendation that Brunson did not get until close to the beginning of Oct. 2022 thus prejudicing Brunson from timely filing any objections, and the Order did not properly address Brunson’s opposition to the Motion. Brunson’s opposition clearly shows that Brunson has standing.
Per Brunson’s opening brief and as outlined in Brunson’s said opposition (both not properly addressed by the lower courts) Brunson’s has standing and the trial court has full proper jurisdiction to rule on the merits of this case based upon the following factors:
CONCLUSION
This petition is set forth in the interest of justice in protecting Brunson’s right to petition for a redress of grievances against the Respondents, and ensuring his right of due process against the encroachment of the doctrine of equitable maxim, and charging the Respondents who failed to investigate the allegations of a rigged election by having them removed from office without further delay.
The Brunson brother’s 2020 election fraud cases listed the specific members of the legislative and executive branches who didn’t follow their oaths. Below is the list from the first suit.

Yes it has a camoflouge value for sure…They still wear them while out and about, nothing new there….Oak Park suburb is the absolute worst.
I suppose you end the risk of getting it on your face because the mask prevents you from doing whatever it is you are doing that could cause you to get it on your face. Which I don’t want to even think about.

Anyone can have a studio in their home, and sell downloads, no need for a big studio.
Similarly, anyone can podcast, so who needs network studios, etc.
