I know that because I grew up on the exact same “streets” she grew up on. I actually lived up the street from where she went to school, and she lived down the street from where I went to school, during the seldom discussed childhood and adolescence she actually spent living in an upperclass enclave in Montreal, Canada.
Kamala Harris grew up in the most upscale neighborhood, which, at the time she lived there, was not only the nicest neighborhood in Montreal, but was the richest one in all of Canada. Far from the struggle of “the streets” Harris now purports to have been down with.
Watching Harris, as someone who grew up the same way, in the same place, with the same culture, I am stunned at her alluding to coming from a place of marginalization, oppression, or strife, even remotely. It can’t be overstated how preposterous that claim is. It’s actually laughable, ridiculous — completely made up.
Kamala Harris has created a chameleon-like persona and has heralded policies based on what is politically convenient at any given moment, for the purpose of exploiting opportunity for herself to get ahead. And it’s worked (so far). She has found herself running for president in a moment where the media and elites are too dumb (or too lazy, or both) to analyze policy, and instead focus solely on physical traits, like race.
She is a posuer, an imposter, fake as three inch acrylic fingernails. 💅
Interesting, your description suggests Kamala comes from money. She grew up in a well-to-do neighborhood but chose to go to a college not among those considered to be among the elite or even near elite academically. Although Howard University is considered a fine school.
Next she chose to go to a fourth quartile and lowly ranked law school, Hastings College, now known as Univ of San Francisco Law. A fourth ranked law school and far from prestigious, or even average. Was she not ambitious then? Both her parents went to California Berkley. Clearly a prestigious college, so they were fully aware of how selecting a superior ranked college can be important help in a career.
Her younger sister Maya, graduated Cal Berkley and Stanford Law School, both at the top of the elite list which makes my point about awareness of importance of college selection to career path. A logical conclusion is that Kamala is not a good student who could not qualify for elite or near elite status and had to settle for a fourth rate law school.
Seems to be a similar pattern as Joe took and for the same reason, i.e. does not have the mental capacity to be POTUS.
The msm is working diligently to scrub all that. By November she will be the most intelligent, respected, admired, and articulate woman on the whole planet.

Israel Update:
I am back to posting Israel Updates after a while, because big things are happening and I don’t see much reporting on US media that is busy with the elections.
-I will begin with Blinken meeting with the G7 counterparts.
He said that the Iranian/Hezbollah attack on Israel may begin this Monday. Expecting it to be in 24-48 hours.
Unlike the attack of 13 April, this time the scenarios of how they will attack are unknown.
The US is trying to minimize the Iran/Hezbollah attack and then the retaliation of Israel.
The deployment of US assets to the area is only for defense. He is trying to use the G7 counterparts to press on Iran to minimize the attack.
“The goal is to limit the influence of the attacks of Iran and Hezbollah, as this is the best way to prevent a wide war.” Note: I am not sure what this means? Does it mean that they will limit the Israeli retaliation to almost zero like they did the last time which leads to this time?
-The Commander of the Central Command of the US is arriving to Israel today for coordination with the IDF.
-Bibi: “Iran and its proxies are seeking to surround us with a ring of terror. We are determined to stand against them in all the fronts and fields -near and far. Anyone seeking to hurt us will pay a very high price”.
-US Secretary of Defense talked with his Israeli counterpart and repeated the US standing with Israel and Israel’s right to defend itself. He also expressed his strong support of a ceasefire in Gaza and a hostage release deal.
-The Jordanian Secretary of State visited Iran, a rare visit and first in a decade.
Iran needs to cross Jordan with their missiles and drones on the way to Israel. Last time they helped intercepting and permitted the US and Israel to use their air space to intercept. It was told that they are fine now too. I hope it stays that way. He said that he came to express worry and not to represent Israel.
-Reports from senior Iranian Officials that they are determined to punish Israel seriously even if it will bring about a full war. Note: In Iran only one person matters. It’s the Supreme Leader. For now he wants Iran to act. All other threats and talks are meaningless. They will do what he tells them to do.
-While we know that there are talks about a possible preemptive strike to minimize the consequences of the imminent attack, in Israel there is a frustration in the public of sitting and waiting like ducks in a range at the mercy of Iran and some defensive actions.
If we will experience a massive disaster Bibi will lose the support that he still has in the public.
In the Six Days War it was a similar situation and the preemptive strike saved the nation. We were already preparing mass graves and we turned the tables.
Note: Today I was reading comments of Israeli public in a center left media outlet. The comment that got the most likes was: “The Democrats set the Middle East on fire”.
If we had Trump he would simply tell the Iranians that “if one missile will be fired on Israel they will regret it”. Trump would have provided Israel with the means to take out the nuclear reactors in Iran. Israel can do most of it regardless but some sites are too deep and require munitions that we don’t have as far as I know. It is possible that Israel solved this problem by now but it is not known.
On the last attack the US pressured Israel to almost not retaliate so now they are seeking a much larger attack. This time they must pay dearly. But Bibi is probably planning on going to war with Hezbollah and securing the North border, so he may cut a deal with the US of another mild response for shipments of munitions that we need for that war. As you know Biden is withholding munitions of aggressive nature. We shall see. Hopefully this time the Israeli response will start before the Iranian missiles even arrive to Israel. Or better a preemptive strike. Teheran to Tel-Aviv is almost 1,200 miles away.
Again I am mentioning the “policy of containment” that led to 10/7. Our dealing with our enemies is always in reaction to the number of Israelis they killed. It took 10/7 to go into Gaza.
It took 12 dead kids to kill the Chief of Staff of Hezbollah. This is where Bibi is responsible. It’s a big responsibility to wait for dead Israelis before acting decisively.
-Back and forth continues with Hezbollah. Today they published two more dead terrorists. Up to 392 dead since 10/7.
-IDF is doing a good job in Gaza. I see images of systematic blow up of tunnels in Rafah. Daily killing of terrorists. I need to find the list and update but the participants of 10/7 are getting assasinated regularly. We have their identities and no one will be left alive aside for prisoners. I hope the death penalty will be implemented for 10/7 participants. We didn’t get to it yet because of the hostages. It may require legislation. Israel only executed one since 1948. The Nazi Eichman who was over the death camps in Europe.

Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.
Thank you Father God, my Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that I am more than a conqueror in my Lord Jesus. I pray all of this in the mighty name of my Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

From where did this concept come
Made up to release us say some
From what are we excused
How are we to be recused
If we can do nothing without God
Then letting go would be flawed
Truth be told on your own power
Eternal value will not flower
Are we so bold as to take credit
From He whose Spirit led it
Can we bring forth fruit from effort
Is it possible to accomplish befort
Letting go does not mean sitting back
Allowing God to take up the slack
Acknowledging His power to ease
Waiting for God to appease
If apart from Him we can do nothing
Then how do we accomplish something
We claim we are doing it for Him
How empty is this thoughtless whim
If we lean not on our own understanding
We open up to God’s mind-expanding
If we trust in God with all of our heart
Then we acknowledge Him from the start
We see His part in all of our ways
We need Him for all of our days
For without Him we will surely fail
In all we try we are beyond the pale
So what then are we letting go
Are we letting God manage the show
The struggle the strife of the fight
Are we attempting to take flight
If we are his hands and feet on earth
Are we missing the point of our worth
Can we operate alone in tact
Then go to God after the fact
So is letting God and letting go
Mean we play no part in the show
How can His kingdom ever come
If we let go before the job is done
What is it God wants us to do
What job has God given to you
What is it He commands

I checked on the VOCES8 concert at the St. George’s Episcopal Church in Nashville, TN for the October 18, 2024 concert.
Tickets to attend are FREE, non-ticketed events, with open seating. Now, you will need to check each venue closest to you to confirm this, but how outstanding to be able to see VOCES8 perform live for free.
Nashville is about 6 hours from us, but I think we may try to attend that.
