The sniper was one of three snipers, members of local tactical teams, who were stationed inside the building that the shooter used in the attack, the officer said. The operations plan had them stationed inside, looking out windows toward the rally, scanning the crowd. The details about the three snipers were first reported by the local news outlet BeaverCountian.com.
One sniper inside spotted the gunman, Thomas Matthew Crooks, outside and looking up at the roof, observing the building and disappearing, according to the officer who spoke to CBS News. The sniper observed Crooks as he returned to the building, sat down and looked at his phone. At that point, one of the local snipers took a picture of Crooks.
Next, the local sniper observed Crooks looking through a rangefinder, an instrument routinely used by marksmen to determine the distance of a target, and he immediately radioed to the command post, according to the local law enforcement officer. The local sniper also attempted to send the photo of the gunman up the chain of command.
Officials then lost track of Crooks, who disappeared, but soon returned for a third time with a backpack. The local sniper team called for backup — alerting the command post that the gunman had a backpack and was walking toward the back of the building.
By the time other local officers responded to the backup request, the gunman had scaled the building, positioning himself above and behind the local snipers inside the building, according to the officer.
Two other municipal police officers who heard the call for back-up attempted to climb onto the roof. Butler County Sheriff Michael Sloupe told CBS Pittsburgh station KDKA that an armed municipal officer with Butler Township was hoisted by another officer onto the roof of the building where the gunman had taken a position. Elon Musk said on Tuesday in a post on X, formerly Twitter, that he plans to move his company SpaceX headquarters from California over what he said was a new law in the state that was “attacking both families and companies.”

I have a totally different take on the RFK Jr. Leaked Video on ‘X’, and I think it was a brilliant plan by both.
RFK has remained in this race for one reason: to spoil it for Biden. All polls show that his candidacy helps Trump and hurts Biden. RFK knows he has no chance to win… but he obviously can tilt it. His 6-10% is powerful.
At this point, I believe Trump and RFK are working together. Not sure if that was the case before hand, but it is now.
Yesterday, Trump makes a statement requesting Secret Service Protection for RFK, and Biden’s team immediately has to do it. How could they not optically?
Meanwhile, they have this ‘taped’ conversation, on speakerphone (which Trump knew because we all know when we are on speakerphone, it just sounds different). And they discuss two main things, both of which help Trump.
The next day, RFK Jr.’s son ‘leaks’ the video. Followed by RFJ Jr. himself, tweeting to all his followers and voters on ‘X’ that it was just an ‘accident’ while re-sending the video out for all to see. It was basically a guarantee that HIS followers would see it.
This helps Trump in 2 ways:
1- RFK voters hear that Trump is ‘on their side’ on this vaccine thing and wants to work with RFK, and that Trump is the only one that can win. They know now that by voting for Trump, they get RFK into the administration too… whereas a vote for Biden guarantees both lose. The brilliant Donald is ‘selling’ RFK’s voters directly on how the only way their vote counts is by voting for him. And RFK is directly and willingly giving them that information, without argument. Basically a tacit agreement with Trump.
2 – Why on earth would Biden ask Trump “why did you decide to move your head” or whatever to that effect. That’s such an odd thing to ask, isn’t it? I mean, maybe it’s nothing. But it sounds suspiciously like Biden was told the assassination failed and when he asked How, they told him it was because Trump moved his head at the last second. And demented old Biden has a demonstrated history of being stupid enough to ask that of Trump, not realizing he’s giving himself away.
Trump can’t come out and accuse Biden. But he can cryptically and strategically get the message out there with a ‘unintentional’ leak.
No matter what the two thought of each other before July 13, and it seemed cordial and respectful, it had to bring to two together. I mean, assassination by gunfire is the one thing they now absolutely have in common.
I would love it for Trump to let RFK expose Bill Gates and take him down. I would love for Trump to re-open the Kennedy assassinations and let RFK be in charge… because there is nobody on the planet people would trust more to give us an honest assessment that Robert Kennedy’s son himself.
Kennedy may not be perfect… but take a page out of what France just did. Alliances win battles. And there is no bigger battle than the one we face in 2024.
Interesting analysis. The tape was leaked yesterday and then was leaked again today when RFK Jr, publicly apologized. Seems like RFK III had some interesting requests like locking up Dr. Tony “I am Science” Fauci for crimes against humanity.

This is the most incriminating evidence demonstrating this weekend’s attempted assassination was a known event amongst powerful players. Like airlines were shorted before 9/11 (presumably by people connected to the terrorists), “somebody” placed a massive 8 million share bet that Trump Media (DJT) would inexplicably collapse this week. To people outside the finance world, this DOES NOT HAPPEN without a leak of non-public information. Going into the RNC, securing Trump’s nomination, we should have seen the OPPOSITE activity, with bets for shares increasing being placed (on Trump driving traffic to Truth Social as nominee & potentially President). For decades, the clearest proof of foreknowledge of 9/11 has been the airline stock shorts, but was explained by the terrorists “leaking” knowledge beforehand. Who “leaked” knowledge of Trump’s assassination if it was a lone wolf acting alone? No one. Someone knew.
