I don’t think Donald will make the same mistake twice. If he does, if he makes just one big slip, it’s over for our republic and it’s over for him. Biden is gone. It isn’t so cut and dry. It allows for the permanent resignation of the president, which makes the VP president (section 1).
It also allows the president to say he is unable to properly discharge his duties by written letter to congress – and later take his position back over – with the VP acting as president until his return.

1) vp and cabinet deliver a proclamation in writing of president’s inability to perform to both leaders of Congress;
2) the president has the ability to counter said proclamation in writing;
3) the parties in 1) then have four days to reassert their proclamation or conform to the president’s own determination.
4) if the vp and cabinet hold firm on their assertion of inability to perform, both the House and the Senate investigate and a vote is held; in both houses a 2/3rds majority is required to remove the president.
Nonetheless, it is the impetus of the vp and cabinet heads to initiate this process.
