Election Validity Group Files Landmark Lawsuit in Pennsylvania\
United Sovereign Americans, Inc., a nonpartisan, all-volunteer election validity advocate group, and two Pennsylvania residents have filed a Writ of Mandamus, directed to Pennsylvania’s Secretary of the Commonwealth, the Bureau of Elections, the Bureau of Election Security and Technology, the Department of State, and the state Attorney General.
They have also named Attorney General Merrick Garland and the United States Department of Justice as additional “Respondents.”
They are claiming that the officials named above are not performing their duty to follow existing laws that safeguard our elections…
Out of 8,755,458 voter registrations, there was a total of 3,192,069 voter registration violations including:

I suggested months ago that all current voter registrations be “expired” and all voters be required to re-register with valid ID.
Won’t happen, but the only way to clean up the uniparty’s unholy mess.
That should happen every two or so election cycles nation wide. If the average length of home ownership is acknowledged to be 7 years (why mortgages are priced against the 10 year bond) then expire everyone after 8.
Which will solve nothing unless the clerks/bureaucrats/infrastructure that has been built over the last one hundred years is eliminated.
Trying to fix surface symptoms without eliminating causes is exhausting and futile.

If they are purged and people are allowed to re-register through the same corrupted process (NGO’s, motor voter, following fed rules that applicant can just check a box tje “proove” they are citizens, non profits signing people up on street corners, etc.) nothing changes.
Absolutely. An earnest effort at correctness would fix this disaster, regardless of methodology. If we want voter rolls accurate, they will become so.
I have shared this story before but will re-tell it for those who haven’t heard it.
My widowed mother was diagnosed with dementia in 2008 but it was still mild enough that I helped her fill out her ballots for a couple of years – she knew who she wanted to vote for but struggled to understand where to “draw the lines”.
By 2014, she was clearly not able to stay up on current events and I contacted the elections division for our country to have her removed from the voter rolls. They told me that unless she could come in, in person, and make the request herself, she would continue to receive ballots! In 2015, I moved her into a memory care facility, where she lived for almost five years, before passing away in May 2020.
Thankfully, I still had all of her mail sent to my address so when her ballot would arrive, I would simply tear it up…BUT, imagine my horror when I was at her facility one day in 2018 and saw the director of nursing with a stack of ballots on her desk in the box for outgoing mail. They were facedown so I could not see any names but when I looked at them, with a puzzled expression, she actually laughed and said that she had “always helped” the residents fill out their ballots at every place she had worked! This was a small facility but if she did that for 10-15% of the people, in every place she had worked, and others in her position were doing the same, that would add up to THOUSANDS of votes across the state, in every election!
I cannot believe (okay, maybe I can) that we do not require people to re-register, IN PERSON, every 10 years, to verify they are still at the same address, still live in the same state, are still mentally competent, are even still alive!!! This one step, IMHO, would eradicate at least half the current fraudulent ballots and the whole landscape would change overnight…and I guess that’s why it will never happen, unless and until, we, the people, DEMAND it!

That is so frustrating and SO wrong! Even though I knew how my mother would have voted, I still would never have filled out her ballot for her because it would be WRONG, but for those on the Left, the ends justify the means. If they cannot win by having better ideas and getting more support for their policies and their programs, they will lie, cheat, and steal, in order to “protect democracy”! Just today there was a conversation on a local news app regarding illegals voting and I was shocked at how many quoted the existing law which in fact allow them to get a driver’s permit and therefore an ID which then if they take to a voting precinct will most likely not be challenged. Biden knows exactly what he is doing and it is not to shore up the American workforce. They are also fabricating fake license plates and driving all over our city without insurance. This is not to say that there are not Americans doing the same thing.

I had an almost identical issue with a local nursing facility that I had a family member in. The nursing staff member actually illegally filled out an absentee ballot request changing the family member’s address to the nursing facility and the person’s phone number to the nurses station. When this was discovered, I contacted my local congressional rep who put me in touch with True the Vote and an investigator with our state’s election office. I also contacted the corporate owner of this facility and the person who did this was fired. The instructions on the back of the form clearly said the violation was a felony under state law. When I went to the local elections board there was only one person remotely helpful in getting me a copy of the application and explaining that this was illegal. The person who was asked to go into the data base and print the application for me, would not even speak to me. I will let you decide who these two employees were and how they responded so differently. These boards are full of typical government lard asses who vote consistently Democrat so they can live off of the taxpayers.

I believe what he said, in context of the Neil Oliver interview, was that Tucker had been pushing the Covid narrative–which he was, and which is why I quit watching Tucker in 2020. It is a no-lose for Trump.

One of the nice features of the ballot counting computers is the ability to weigh votes differently. For example, vote for Biden could be modified by a factor of 1.5, while a vote for Trump could be modified by a factor of 0.7.
Votes could also be fractionally counted. For example, a single vote could be counted as 0.35 for Trump and 0.65 for Biden.
A ballot should never be counted by a computer. We have hand counted ballots and have had fair elections and same day results for a couple hundred years and we need to return to this.

The House of Representatives recently held Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt for failing to turn over audio recordings of special counsel Robert Hur’s interviews with President Joe Biden.
Garland, appointed by Biden, refused to provide the recordings.
So the House adopted a resolution June 12 holding him in criminal contempt (making him only the third attorney general to be subjected to such a finding), and referred Garland for prosecution by … Garland.
Of course, the Justice Department refused to prosecute the case—even though it recently prosecuted former Trump aides Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro for committing the same offense, with both being sentenced to prison as a result.
Setting aside the apparent double standard of justice, this scenario highlights a deeper issue related to how Congress may enforce its own institutional prerogatives.
