Just got back from a most unsuccessful shopping trip. Oh well.
It’s 120,000 degrees out and I just had my first G&T! All is well.
When my to-be husband and I got over our collective paranoia 35 years ago (both our spouses having left for greener fields), we decided to look for a place for us and abused and abandoned animals. We found it, thank The Lord.
We’ve rescued, trapped, adopted, loved over 60 animals since that moment. Can’t explain it, other than it seemed to be our mission, and it unites us.
It is often difficult, heart rending, sad, overwhelming, time consuming, tiring, and always very expensive.
But……it is also heartwarming, fulfilling, entertaining, educational, uniting. humerous, and our life.
In my professional life, many of my patients wanted to come, bring grandchildren etc and we decided – no. They aren’t spectscles on display – they are our family.

Update.
Had a VERY GOOD day, with biopsy results finding (as anticipated) SOME Cancerous or pre-cancerous cells, but less than 10% of the total.
My understanding is stage 3-4 is virtually ALL of the cells from the biopsy are cancerous.
I am able to talk again, first time in weeks, and I am no longer as “full of it” as I was for weeks if you get my drift.
I am walking a lot, getting vitally needed excercise.
My spirits have been good thru out, and have been cracking up the stsff with my jokes.
I HAVE started the Ivermectine/Fanbabnazole again, I stopped it when I first entered the hospital.
They don’t do surgery for this anymore, but I will be getting Chemo and radiation to shrink the growth down to -0-.
I’m upbeat, have good attitude, good support and am optimistic.
Great news dutch !! Very happy for you. The results, support and good attitude go a long way in helping one feel better. I am looking forward to reading your comments here for many more years to come !!

Wonderful news, given the other possibilities. Of course, we would all rather there was no news to report at all. You might ask your doctor(s) about the viability of cryotherapy. It is a less invasive treatment. I have had it and it was a relatively easy, painless and one time process. (I have also had radiation which was a royal pain)

The hospitals anticipates releasing me next Monday, then I go home (350 miles) where there is an Oncology clinic that appears quite open to various threapies.
In fact they are the only ones in Northern Az. doing clinical trials right now.
The Dr. said the current studies are that the chemo and Rad. therapy is 100% successful, just over 50% of the time.
But yes, if I can get cryro rather than radiation I am all for it.
And I have resumed the Ivermectin and fanban, and will include the curcumin once I get back home.
I am already walking over a mile/day, here in the hospital.
Curcumin is a blood thinner, Dutch. I know you’ve heard it before from another, so please make sure you clear anything you are taking “supplementally” with your oncologist. (hugs – and I’ll try to stop “mothering” you)
Circumin is good for inflammation and if you have problems with it thinning your blood, you can take Vitamin D with K. I am a Pharmacist and can be a bleeder, but have not had any problems. I take Vitamin D with K. I would suggest that you find a Pharmacy that compounds. They usually have a good selection of supplements that are effective. I go to Health and Wellness Pharmacy in Nashville.
That’s K2 with the Vitamin D, right?

Thanks for the info! I didn’t know about the D and K offsetting the blood thinning qualities. I take both in a 10:1 ratio, but don’t have the Circumin as part of my regimen. I’m also taking Berberine Synergy, Arterosil HP (when I can afford that supplement – it’s spendy – $100/month supply), Red Yeast Rice, and Super Beets. The Arterosil HP is to help with my veins which were narrowing and “brittle” for lack of a better term. We love our compounding pharmacy here and one can get “hard to find” products if the need arises. (Dr. Aziz – Central Indiana)

Hi Tennessee Girl. I’ve just been reading about Vitamin D with MK4 and 7 and how it helps in osteoporosis, calcium absorption, etc. I’m getting some for my husband to take with his Vitamin D. He is on high doses of statin and fenofibrate and developed a D deficiency. Doc prescribed high D2 (50,000) once a week. VA quit wanting to fill it so now he takes D3 -5,000 daily none with any K2. His last labs showed he is spilling calcium. Why our doctor never added the K2 is beyond me. I want him off the statins too. He’s been on ever increasing doses for over 20 years. I’ve been researching Berberine as a replacement for statins and for metformin. We see our doc in August and will bring that up with her. Hopefully, she will have some knowledge of that alternative but not confident she will.
As a pharmacist, am I on the right track?
Since I can’t see a chart and lab values, I really can’t comment on specifics. However, I was diagnosed with osteopenia. One MD wanted to put me on the shots. Another MD whose specialty is osteoporosis put me on a protein drink with high Calcium content and Vitamin D with K. No shots. Very Thankful.

Again I cannot comment, but I share concerns about statins which may or may not be pertinent to your case.
I checked and they do ship supplements out of state. Dr. Mark Binkley is the Pharm D and is very knowledgeable in alternative therapies. A lot of Physicians are not knowledgeable in supplements. Daughter in law who is late twenties has been battling cancers tumors for about 2 years, MD Anderson gave protocol for treatment twice, two operations until she finally tried vitamin C therapy and fenbendazole. Clean petscan first time in two years.
MD even said surgery was wrong when she was checked.
I took fenbendazole for 30 days 450 milligrams had no side effects.
Parasites don’t fully mature usually and cause tumors when the larva disperse from eggs. Ivermectin has been proven to kill cancer cells, which are a parasite by nature.
Cats Are notorious for this effect, the larva move around from cat to human and humans end up with issues.
Used to be every spring you got wormed, now we think that’s ridiculous. I grew up on a farm and parasites are a constant battle for man and beast.

Just saw this on my way out the door.
We both take a 12mg tab once a week.
I’ve had bad asthma for over 60 years (I know you thought I was a spring chicken – in keeping with your theme today!) Was on steroids everyday for over 35 years. I was able for a time to be without, but increasingly, I need it to survive. Lloyd has done CPR on me a few times, which is why I keep him around!
One of the reasons I moved to the desert was because every time I got a cold back east (a lot), I ended up in ICU for a time.
Anyhow, my reason for telling you this is that maybe this will help someone else.
When I feel a cold coming on, doc has me increase my steroid and take an antibiotic and I can still get dangerously ill. About 3 years ago, I added 12mg of Ivermectin at the first hint and kept it up every day till better. Lo and behold, I was better in days rather than weeks! Really, I consider it a miracle drug.
I know there are many, if not most, MDs out there who would strenuously disagree. My doc considers me a PIA (and tells me!), but we are the best of friends. The day I met him, 38 years ago, he saved my life. I tell him, if he retires before I croak, I will haunt him for the rest of my days!

The final question is…will I serve myself or serve Him by going in His direction and leaving my plans behind? My answer is Yes to Jesus for the world cannot save me. PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

By the Power of the Holy Spirit in Us, we sent Comfort Angels to cuddle the babies in distress whose lives are viciously taken from them.
By the Power of the Holy Spirit in Us, we sent the Reasoning Angels to mothers contemplating abortion to remind them of the alternatives.
As the Protector of the Unborn, we ask You to strengthen our resolve at the state level where it is lawful to kill a viable newborn.

Along with other books of literature – there is a book called “The Element of Style” fourth edition by William Strunk Jr and E.B. White – it is a great book for writers. Best $330 I’ve spent in a while for the course and materials.

The plan to stop him from moving forward to take back the seat of the President has also failed. Don’t you see, no matter the design or their plans, they have failed against My David and My nation. They have more up their sleeves but you guessed it – they will fail. Their coup and their fraudulent govt will fail with their next moves against this nation. Their plans to smoothly switch their candidate will fail. Things will not go how they designed them to go with replacing The Biden. It will bring backlash and resistance. The DNC convention will be unprecedented for them and not in a good way. I make a big batch of Mexican rice with veggies and freeze in single portion bags for quick sides. My air fryer has a rotisserie attachment and a Cornish game hen is done in about 35 minutes. One is perfect for two meals for me and kiddo.
I thai’d up this rice by adding: fresh chopped pineapple, raisins, dried Montmorency cherries, and roasted peanuts.
Dinner for lunch today as I start second job tonight! But still time to bond with kiddo over a really nice meal.
Harry Houdini has his own seat at the table and sits very politely awaiting his portion. Chicken and occasional pea slipped in..
One thing I miss about IN, stopping to get ears of corn directly from the farmer on the way home on the SE side. sigh
