The vast majority of experienced insiders know how VERY deep the Deep State/Blob (i.e. ACTUAL government) goes and don’t want to end up in prison or have their lives otherwise destroyed like anyone who has stood with Trump either before, during, or after his first term.
FURTHER, they realize, as I do, that everything is so absolutely, incredibly corrupt in such a complex and convoluted fashion due to, as Sundance has said, TRILLIONS of dollars being at stake, that their sacrifice will be futile.

I have not found ballotpedia.org to be accurate. Recently , they had a candidate for a HD in TX listed as a conservative and he was not. I sent them evidence that he leaned liberal, but nothing changed.

But Maloy has failed to hold her ground against establishment pressures on threats like spending and bureaucracy, according to Jenkins, who previously supported Maloy as a state delegate in the special nominating convention in June.
Maloy’s vote in favor of the $1.2 trillion 2024 government funding package and her decision to renew Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, after the failure of an amendment requiring warrants to collect information from Americans, both served as reasons for Lee’s endorsement and fodder for Jenkins’ attacks during the debate.
During the 2024 budget debate there were three options, Maloy said, another continuing resolution, shutting down government, or passing the negotiated spending bill.
“I chose the most fiscally responsible option, which is a spending bill. And it is by the way an overall cut in spending, and has really important conservative policy riders in it,” she said.
Jenkins, a former Green Beret liaison to Congress, said a supermajority of Utahns want to “hire” representatives that wield their slim majority in Congress to advance Republican priorities at all costs and with minimal concessions to the other side.
Jenkins said he would align himself with the uncompromising House Freedom Caucus if elected. Jenkins has been endorsed by the House Freedom Fund; a PAC devoted to supporting House Freedom Caucus members. Jenkins would be Utah’s first representative to join the group known for halting budget proceedings and ousting former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
“We cannot lead from a position of weakness and continual compromise, stepping away from Republican values that allow our principles to no longer have a seat at the table,” Jenkins said. “That’s called surrender. That’s not called compromise. We must lead.”
Maloy differentiated between compromising on degree and on principle, saying she shared the small-government goals of Jenkins but believes success lies in the hard work of relationship-building and policymaking, not the tactics of shutdowns and “hardline” promises which she said lead to conservatives not being “invited to the table” in the first place.
“I’ve taken some tough votes in the short time I’ve been in Congress,” Maloy said. “Leadership isn’t throwing out ultimatums or talking points — leadership’s getting in, doing the work and being accountable for the work you’re doing.”
Both candidates said they would vote for Trump in the presidential election. But Jenkins, who has also been endorsed by Trump allies like Vivek Ramaswamy and Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., tried to question Maloy’s loyalty to Trump and said one of his jobs as a GOP lawmaker would be to “remove legislative obstacles” to an effective Trump administration.

The Supreme Court doesn’t “intervene”, it’s the last step in the appellate process. The Supreme Court also has limited original jurisdiction as outlined in the Constitution. With either of these, some party must file a writ of certiorari where 4 of the nine justices must agree to grant the writ.
Our “justice” system already has enough problems with out-of-control law enforcement with civil asset forfeiture (making cash illegal), access to the secret fisa court, etc so we don’t need the other branch of the system having the ability to intervene on behalf of people.
Eric, The intervention in behalf of ‘people’ takes on more meaning when ‘people’ happens to be the leading candidate for President of the United States. Just about any lawyer with even a minor semblance of legal training should recognize how shameful the Manhattan trial was with massive violations and reversible errors of President Trump’s right to a fair trial. The “intervention” in the 2000 recount was because of Bush’s petition for cert and expedited hearing. He argued that the recount would not be finished before the Electoral College met, and the votes of Florida might not be included.
Trump needs to go through the New York Supreme Court-Appellate Division (possibly first with a panel and then a rehearing en banc, although he could ask for en banc to start), and then the New York Court of Appeals.
Jumping over this process would be a long shot, although I hope his lawyers do take it, along with all appropriate NY appeals.
Somebody better intervene about something soon or there will be nothing left to intervene about and no further need for a Supreme Court.

1. The Colorado Secretary of State refused to go on camera to answer any questions for the filmmakers
2. Tina Peters fully cooperated with the filmmakers
3. Tina Peters doesn’t have a horse in this race: she has never been involved in politics before her election.
4. The filmmakers do not have a horse in this race (they are focused on other issues) and are known for exposing truth
5. The evidence speaks for itself. Experts who have looked at the before/after hard disk images call it a “smoking gun.”
6. Tina lacks the technical skills to have pulled this off. Those who accuse her of modifying the records have yet to show who did the work.
7. Nobody seems to be able to explain how the corruption of the records happened if the manufacturer was honest.
8. The State doesn’t seem to want to pursue finding the individual responsible for modifying the election records.

The court had to agree with that. Given that is what they have argued before the lower court, the 9th ruled that the lower court could not use a precedent like Jacobson because Jacobson applied to a vaccine, not a therapeutic, as the Plaintiffs alleged. Yep. I keep trying to get this point across and I’m accused of being a naysayer. I am not, I’m just being realistic at this point.

You are not a naysayer. Locking Donald Trump up on fabricated charges has been a central part of the communist plan from the very beginning of his campaign for a second term. It’s a given at this point Donald Trump will be sentenced to multiple years in prison. We should not be surprised if he is sent to Rikers Island immediately following the sentence.
The many Democrats I’m personally in contact with through my extended family relationships, in my workplace, and in my surrounding community are eagerly looking forward to his sentencing and incarceration. These people — all of them, almost without exception — would lock up every MAGA politician and MAGA movement rank-and-file volunteer if they could find some way to do it.
I seriously doubt President Trump is going to prison. The Democrat game plan is for Trump to get probation in order for Hunter to also get probation on his gun crimes. The fix is in.
My conspiracy theory is no worse than yours or any of the others I have heard.
We are getting down to the wire as to whether the sentence will or won’t include either incarceration or possibly house arrest tied to a gag order of some kind.
If the Democratic Party base had its way, Donald Trump would be sentenced to four years in jail for each of the 34 charges leveled against him, all of that time served consecutively.
What happens next depends on what Biden’s DOJ working through Matthew Colangelo and Alvin Bragg have told Judge Merchan to do. Bragg says he wants Donald Trump sent to Rikers Island immediately.
Should we take Bragg at his word? Should we be thinking that Judge Merchan will take Bragg’s sentencing request as being a direct instruction from The Powers That Be?
We should not be too surprised if Joe Biden’s puppetmasters and Merrick Garland’s DOJ decide to risk the immediate political blowback which is certain to happen if Donald Trump is quickly sent to prison.
The cabal is coming after both with both barrels. The only thing that will stop them, is if they realize the tide of public opinion is going all Louis & Marie. They will then take the let them have their President and we will just spend the next 4 years obstructing our asses off.
