That was a battle because prior POTUSES for decades had permitted grossly, and inexplicably unfair trade deals with China, so extremely anti-America that we had an $800k/year trade deficit with China by the time Trump entered office.
IMO, China did conspire with the left/dems, maybe RINOs too… to punish Trump for succeeding to cow China into accepting those fair trade with the US… and the Left/globalists/Nancy wanted … wanted … Trump’s great economy to be dessimated by a Pandemic as their only hope of defeating Trump in 2020. Several, maybe many RINOs included and conspired too.
That Pandemic was a win-win for both China and US left/globalists that would use ANY means to defeat Trump in 2020. Both wanted Trump defeated.
The Pandemic also opened the door to dramatically changing our election system so that in 2020, and still today, over 70% of votes are cast via mail-in ballot or early in-person voting and then uncounted ballots are stored for weeks in unsecure storage rooms/computers until counted on election day.
PDT has said repeatedly that he wants a return to same day, in-person voting, w/photo ID, paper ballots, hand counted by Americans (observers of both parties) on election day… how we have done it for 200 years. That’s not going to happen in 2020.
I think Trump/RNC-Lara are now recommending that MAGA vote early by mail-in ballot or early in-person voting, in part, bc … of what was done to Kari Lake – machines didn’t work on election day disenfranchising 1000s of MAGA voters… and corrupt judges refused to extend voting hours.
Also, grossly outdated voter registration lists are a big problem too.
I think it was AZ Rs that recently went to court to reject 500k-1.2 M ineligible/illegal voters still on AZ voter registration lists. Many 1000s of fraud Biden ballots/votes could be created using those lists.
Just knowing the names of voters who moved out of county/state — 95% will not vote at their old address — creates the opportunity to generate 1000s of fraud mail-in ballots.
It is GREAT, though, that Rs already possess/generated these lists of ineligible voters, b/c … now, regardless of the court’s decision, none of these names can be used to generate fraud Biden or down-ballot D votes.
IMO, in 2019, the US left/globalists… did conspire with a willing China, angry that PDT “bested” them in trade negotiations… to launch that bio-weapon virus on Americans and the West… as punishment.
Thank God PT was so quick to deny entry to anyone entering the US from China. No doubt many 1000s of American lives were saved b/c of PDJT’s swift action.

So, my operating theory is that they intentionally put “stop-orders” into these operations, giving them an exit ramp if things somehow went South.
After all, in retrospect its obvious to me the Mueller operation, as planned was to be so obnoxious that President “Your fired!” Trump would fire Mueller team, leading to Impeachment for Obstruction, and when he didn’t and the Mueller team “investigation” ran out of steam and began to cost them more than it benefited, they had to bring in Barr/Durham to figure out a way to wind it down.
So, learning from that, I THOUGHT they might have INTENTIONALLY appointed Smith improperly, and even set up the potential to have these cases dismissed, since they only wanted them for the “Court of Public Opinion”.
If however, that is NOT the case, than these gross f-ups are like fingerprints of Joe all over these cases, because of Joes long history, recognised by Obama and Gates, of never missing an opportunity to F things up.
How could they possibly think they could appoint Smith the way they did, and have PDJT’s lawyers NOT challenge it?
IF your main attack of your opponent is a series of lawfare cases, wouldn’t you think you would find the sharpest knives in the drawer, to pursue these cases, not the dullest, broken butter knives?

In addition, ironically the “Trump tax cuts” showed reducing taxes can increase collections, so the cost of paying IRS agents to chase down the tax on tips, is a losing proposition.
The non-tipped workers get taxed on all their wages.
Most tipped jobs are low level service jobs. Most people do not want to wait tables, deal in casinos where smoke is blown directly in your face, clean hotel rooms, park cars, haul cocktails around in a mini skirt, or dance half naked in front of a room of men.
With PDJT you have a choice: you can save a nice portion of your income and do these low level jobs until you are 67 years old or do these jobs in order to afford raising your children or do these jobs until you’ve paid your house off and then move into management.
If I know PDJT, he will also push for tax cuts for people who have non-tipped jobs. If we can afford to squander trillions of dollars on the rest of the world then we can surely put money back into EVERYONE’S POCKETS.
Taxing tips began back in 1982 after Congress enacted the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) as a means of generating revenue through a series of tax increases, spending cuts, and other measures.
Our country did just fine letting tipped people keep their tip money tax free.
ALSO, non tipped workers get a guaranteed wage. Tipped workers potentially have the chance to make little to nothing in tips. Some days may be great. Other days a big fat near zero.
Non tipped workers know what they are going to earn every week. That is the payoff for choosing not to be a tipped worker.
ALSO, when you, non tipped employee go on paid vacation, you get paid your entire salary. Tipped employees only get paid by their employer their base salary which is usually minimum wage. It does not include tips.
Biden did gain 88,000 votes though.
