Welcome Home! In a very complex hostage rescue operation in Nuseirat Central Gaza (an area that the IDF didn’t get into previously and was guarded by hundreds of terrorists), Four hostages who were kidnapped from the Party were rescued.
The YAMAM (Israel’s national Counter terror Police unit) with Intelligence people and IDF rescued the hostages were released at two seperate locations. One YAMAM fighter was badly injured everyone else is well.
One of the rescued is Noa Argaman whose kidnapped on a motorcycle was documented and well known footage that symbolized the hopelessness of the hostages. Prayers for a full recovery of the brave fighter. The terror area was left with some 80 plus bodies. The operation was drilled for over weeks of preparations. I will post some footage.

God morning, Treeper friends.

Seeing my old office manager today for dinner. She is (or was) a staunch liberal.

Her sister gave my toddler daughter her first (and only) major sunburn. Their family is naturally tan and has no need for sunscreen at the pool while she was babysitting … the one and only time… while we were out of town.

I love this woman. She was always smiling. Thick as theives with her Irish sisters. Yep.. Irish but they must have had some Indian… feather not dot… considering they tanned like unruly natives perpetually in God’s sunshine.

Her daughter went into teaching. Spent years dreaming of being a teacher and collecting Crayola crayon… primary color…. cutesy decorations for her first student classroom. She decorated her first room at the elementary school and the Principal forced her to remove it all. Only pastel soft colors… they were trying to keep the children… subdued. I wonder what her daughter thinks…. now?

Her husband was a popular public high school Assistant Football Coach. That family bled football. He passed away quite suddenly. She was very much in love with her husband.

I love this woman. I’m polar opposite to her in politics which sadly has become like religion in such dire circumstances.

I will seek to listen more than to speak today. Ask open ended questions that encourage story telling.

I will ask God to measure the words I use and that the Truth I speak will be delivered to her in love.

Evening Prayer For Forgiveness

Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing me through this day and Lord, forgive me for the times when I have wandered outside Your best will for me, instead of trusting You implicitly.
 
Thank You, that You are such a gracious Shepherd to me and that You come and rescue me even when I lose my way and stray from the path that You have laid out for me.
 
As I look back over today, I know Lord that there were things that I should have said and done differently, and times when I reacted in a manner that was not honouring Your holy name. Forgive me I pray, but thank You, Father, that You always faithfully prepared to gently bring me back to Yourself.
 
Give me a good night’s sleep I pray, knowing that there is no condemnation because I am in Christ, and may I wake up in the morning refreshed and ready to do Your will. In Jesus’ name I pray,

Evening Prayer For Future Guidance

Heavenly Father, as I lie down to sleep tonight, I pray that You would guard my sleeping and protect my mind from wandering thoughts and unnecessary planning. Teach me to wait for Your perfect timing and not to try to plan my future in my own strength.
 
Lord, I know that You have scheduled every day of my life. Help me to trust You in all things and rely on You to lead me along the straight path and guide me in the direction that You would have me to go.
 
Give me patience to wait for Your perfect timing, and may I not trust in my own abilities and scheming, but rather rest in Your love and trust my future into Your hands.
 
And so now Lord, I commit this night to you, asking that I would rest soundly and wake refreshed and strong to do Your bidding. This I ask in Jesus’ precious name,

Prayer Of Thanksgiving In The Evening

Praise Your holy name Heavenly Father, for granting yet another day in my life and for being with me every step of the way. Thank You for the many blessings that You have provided and the love and fellowship that I have with the friends and family that in Your grace You have placed in my life.
 
My heart is so thankful for all the many blessings that I enjoy day by day, and today I am once again reminded that Your mercies are new every morning and Your faithfulness endures from generation to generation.
 
Thank You, that I have been brought into Your family and have been made a child of God and a citizen of heaven. Words cannot express my love and devotion to You Lord
 
I pray that You would watch over me as I rest tonight, and that You would give me a restful nights sleep so that I may wake up in the morning refreshed in body and spirit and ready to do Your will. Guard all those that I love and may we all grow in grace and in a knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ in the days that lie ahead. This I ask in His precious name,

At the meeting with Noa and her father, the father says that he asked to rescue his daughter so she can see her mom before the mom dies (she has advanced cancer).

Well Steve and I got the ramp done then he brought over a bucket full of top soil from the pile he has had forever and I filled various holes and low places in the yard. Then he tilled up the places where I need to put down topsoil and plant grass so that I can use a landscapers rake to get out the rocks before putting top soil down.

After we had that done we noticed the grandpa of the man of the family that are our new neighbors digging holes. He was working on putting in an old American Playground equipment swing set. It’s a big one with 4 swings, a trapeze, and rings. So big it has a center pipe support. Steve too his tractor and I took my Little Giant ladder and we helped them get it together and erected. Now, as I type this, there are 4 kids out there swinging! Their two little girls and a couple of somewhat older girls that must be nieces. That swing set is going to get a lot of use over the years I’m sure.

Our Heavenly Father, Your children come to you tonight to ask for healing and peace throughout our country so that we may return to being One Nation Under God. Guide us to be leaders in Your Kingdom, spreading Your Love and Salvation to all. Forgive us our sins and deliver us from evil.

Lord, we ask for a blanket of protection over all our troops and law enforcement who serve to defend and protect us. Bless our representatives with the strength and wisdom they need to achieve the path You have chosen for us.

Please place Your Guardian Angels of Protection around Donald Trump and his family as they seek to lead America back to You. Also, we pray for Angels to protect and support our Sundance as he works for justice and peace.
