While the media are decrying the collateral damage during an Israeli mission to rescue four of the missing hostages kidnapped by Hamas, the same media are avoiding any mention that the hostages were not found in underground tunnels. The four Israeli hostages rescued were held in houses amid a high-density Palestinian population.
The Israeli forces launched a blitz of rockets and firepower into the areas while the rescue raid was ongoing. Hundreds of Hamas and Palestinian supporters of Hamas were reportedly killed in the rescue operation. One Israeli IDF member was killed, four hostages were rescued.
(Via Politico) – […] The army said it rescued Noa Argamani, 25; Almog Meir Jan, 21; Andrey Kozlov, 27; and Shlomi Ziv, 40, in two separate locations in a complex special daytime operation in the heart of Nuseirat in central Gaza.
Argamani has been one of the most widely recognized hostages since she was abducted from a music festival in southern Israel. The video of her abduction was among the first to surface, images of her horrified face widely shared — Argamani detained between two men on a motorcycle, one arm outstretched and the other held down as she screams “Don’t kill me!”
Her mother, Liora, has stage four brain cancer and in April released a video pleading to see her daughter before she dies.
Hamas killed about 1,200 people and kidnapped some 250 hostages during the Oct. 7 attack, which triggered the Israel-Hamas war. About half were released in a weeklong cease-fire in November. Israel says more than 130 hostages remain, with about a quarter of those believed dead, and divisions are deepening in the country over the best way to bring them home. (read more)
The Washington Post reported, “IDF spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari said Israeli forces had prepared for weeks for the “high risk, complex mission,” which was “based on precise intelligence” and began at 11 a.m. local time Saturday. The forces came under fire inside the two buildings where the hostages were held and while leaving Gaza, he said, adding that one member of the Yamam, the Israeli police counterterrorism unit, was seriously injured during the operation. The Israeli police later announced Chief Inspector Arnon Zmora died of his wounds.”

Praise our Lord!
Always and forever. I praise our Lord Jesus. I ask God “why” we are here. I’ve never been given an answer, but I always feel this sense of love from Him.
I love people. It’s a failing of mine, but why would our God create us if not for love?
We’re flawed, and we need Jesus to bridge that gap, but we are also the creation of God.
And we should all of us love every single day as if it were our last, being that creation of God. Being this person that can do amazing things if we shed away our fear.
I’m not going to pretend like I have always been that way in my life, but what an inspiring way to be like. To go into every day with that energy.
We are here to learn and to be tested. May our loving Father bless and strengthen you in His work. Bless you and yours. Praise God. Amen
The Lions of Judah May God keep you safe.
Good News! Meanwhile, newly enlisted U.S. soldiers, are shopping for a new dress and heels to wear to their next encounter in Ukraine.
If you’re out to make a splash, cheri,
Do know your new American military haberdashery!
CRT buttons and buckles, and Woke ruffles and lace
Represent the new US Military arms race!
Remember what the US Military is now here for
Why they must be dressed to kill
If they have to think like Communists and look like Cleopatra
Then they will!
Grow up. This isn’t a game.
There are only two types who have given their lives that we could be free and live. Soldiers gave their lives so you could be free of tyranny and live an earthly life. Or Lord gave His life to free us of the bondage of sin and live eternally with God. Blessings to both and praise to our God in Jesus name. Amen
Seriously put a sock in it Stur. Our job is to reconstruct the Army, not tear down our youngest Soldiers.
No, it’s not our job. It’s the job of the US military. They caused the problem and now they want to fix it with a “new” draft resolution sponsored by a female from PA. Note, only men, not women.
The military didn’t cause the problem they have.
That was done by the Trojan horse infiltrators in our civilian government that the military is beholden to follow their orders and policies.
Its good to know the DC narrative media (Politico/AP and Washington Compost) are not always fake. Only sometimes….as needed, like during elections and pandemics. But not now. Not this time. Why would they lie right?
Liam Neeson Criticized For Killing 31 Innocent Human Traffickers Just To Get Back One Hostage
I think most people would believe the building behind the actor is not a prop.
That looks like Jeffrey Epstein and Zelensky.
And shorter than short.
We cannot allow this Feral Populaton to continue in Gaza. islam IS Hamas, is ISIS, and all of its’ Depravity must be kept to a minimum.
We don’t allow Rabid Animals to roam our civil society. We kill them
We cannot allow these Feral Anti Human creatures to spread their Depravity into our Inclusive Civil Society ANYMORE.
our Corrupt Politicians have brought this Feral inbreeding culture into ours and it is unreconcilable.
We must Ban islam, Destroy ALL Mosques, Deport the FILTHY imams that teach the worst form of islam – Wahabism.
Anything less than this is pointless
The Feral population is marching on the white house today, assaulting park rangers and of course no arrests were made.
In Gaza??? How ‘bout we get rid of the feral, rabid animals in THIS country!!!!
Islam is not compatible with Western Culture. They need to go back to their Islamist countries. Why are they here??? Why have they infiltrated most of Europe??? We know why. They were led in by the Globalist Cabal with the intention of creating chaos.
GETTEMOUTTAHERE!!!!
Why are they here? Jihad. They go where they can wage Jihad: Jihad by the sword, Jihad through the law, “Jihad of the womb.”
If you want trouble, then put ten Gods in 1 continent.
Kept to a minimum in real terms has to mean to smoke every one of the pieces of human garbage and all those who support or hide them. Like to load up every single airhead who’s protesting in support of “Palestine ” and ship them to be the special guests of the Hamas filth
After 9/11, the U.S. government brought in MORE “immigrants” from terror-sponsor countries than the number of those persons before 9/11.
G.H.W. Bush, Clinton, G.W. Bush, Obama – they all did the same on that policy of importing angry people from terror-sponsor countries.
That radioactive pile appears to now be reaching “critical mass.”
After WW2 we imported nazis. After Korea we imported Koreans. After Vietnam we imported Vietnamese. After Somalia we imported Somalis. After 9-11 we imported all manner of Muslims.
After desert storm we imported Iraqis. After Afghanistan we imported afghans.
Notice a pattern? Only once was the patter broken only to be mended & used again.
Just a little over a little over the top!
Is Islam a cult? What honorable religion spews hate? Such as kill the infidel?
It is a oppressive retrograde socio – political system covered with a religious patina.
As an American, a Christian, and an overall supporter of the Jewish State of Israel, I found the attacks last year to be horrible. And it’s really sickening how many Arab and Persian actors like to use the Arabs near Israel to cause constant chaos.
But Israel aren’t totally “good guys”. They’re going a little too far in my opinion. I’ll probably take some crap for that opinion, but “wielding the hammer of anger” comes with some flak. And I question any government that seems to have the same characters in charge for like 20 years. Doesn’t seem “democratic” to me. I don’t hate Bibi, but why is he in charge again? Why is it like Palestinians have been continuously applying for Israeli citizenship (being granted) to get away from the nuts who rule them, but Israel just sits there letting this fester until it blows up (again) and now are just like “kill everyone!”.
They’ve literally killed 1% of Gaza. Let that sink in. 1% of a population. That’s sick people. I know what Hamas did was sick, but this is also sick. WTF?!
Israel is “going a little too far?” I don’t think they are going far enough. If 1% of Gaza’s population has been killed it’s not Israel’s fault. Hamas hides within the civilian population and invites their deaths. That is most definitely sick, but to apply the “sick” label to Israel is nonsense.
I’m not a blind idiot who thinks in such black and white terms when it comes to warfare. Because I’ve actually been IN warfare. I have a sense of what is actually going on, and it’s never as simple as you are saying. Israel is being indiscriminate, and I guarantee they knew about the stupid parasol attack ahead of time and let it happen to kick this off. I support Israel as pretty much the only nation with it’s shit together in that region, but they like to play games like this instead of just smashing things when they find out about it.
But whatever you want to believe is fine. Just don’t steal my taxes to pay for it because you have some crap beliefs that have nothing to do with reality. Israel aren’t the good guys. Hamas are definitely the bad guys, as is Iran. Ukraine is not the good guys, nor is Russia. It’s all bad guys and victims and I want no part of it.
Bibi remains PM as long as the war goes on. His nephew was killed in the early days of the war last October. He is HIGHLY motivated to let this drag on in perpetuity.
Benny Ganz was going to quit and take his party with him today, but called it off when they brought the hostages home.
There is definitely more going on than meets the eye. Feels like every citizen on the planet is being played for some sort of fool these days.
We always have been…the only difference is now many more of us know this to be so.
Cheers!
🤔
What timing!
Very prescient, Miya.
Interesting.
Was literally texting with family last night when Ganz announced a presser. Asked him “what would it take for Ganz not to exit and leave Bibi’s administration in chaos?”
His answer was “something massive.”
He texted me again after the rescue. “This fits the bill.”
Ganz cancelled his presser shortly after. I’m surprised Biden(‘s admin) greenlit helping Bibi remain in power; seems like (t)he(y) would have enjoyed seeing him flounder.
Which is why so many of us don’t “trust the plan” (if we ever did…)
Good Lord, I’ve seen your negative comments about Israel on here before. You have brought your followers with you I see. (19 upvotes?!!) Talk about being played for some sort of fool! The meaning of your post does not fool me. You are here to do nothing good.
You do know she is Jewish and has relatives in Israel, don’t you?
She has more of a right to criticize their policies and shortcomings more than most.
Thank you, my friend.
There are none so blind as those who refuse to see. I pray for those who continue to blindly trust in institutions, since they will be the most confused and upset in the tears to come. Keyboard warriors perform very poorly in the field and I hope for her sake she never has to live in a war zone.
Have you ever been to Israel? The real, daily life Israel beyond the tourist attractions? Met or loved her people? Spoken to them? Asked them their hopes, dreams, and views for how their country should be run? Truly listened to what they have to say?
I have and I have formed my opinions thusly. I will be happy to discuss when you have something to say beyond insults.
***Correct Perspective Here!***
and I believe his brother was killed on the Raid at Entebbe. The guy knows personal loss and the war on Israel.
It does make me wonder how they had precise intelligence on the hostages according to the article, but missed the October 7th attack completely.
Americans helped with this raid and they’ve been using “humanitarian aid” on the floating dock the US built in Gaza as a pretense for intelligence gathering.
Typical America, never give without getting something in return.
Re “Typical America, never give without getting something in return.”
I was sympathetic with your comments/opinions up until that comment. However, with that, you lost all credibility with me. No nation throughout the history of the world has given more and received less in return than the U.S.A.!
Do you have any idea what America gets back from countries they give foreign aid to?
Resources, propaganda, intel?
Before Africa started kicking us out, we were forcing gay marriage and abortion on them in return for food, then using the statistics of nations allowing both to brainwash kids at home.
We have bases all over the world, many areas of which we helped destroy before taking over, neocolonialism style, with, prior to Biden, countries depending on the big bully to protect them while being unable to protect themselves (see Japan).
The US is the number one child sex trafficker in the world. We help facilitate illegal organ harvesting. Our intel people operate and blackmail across the planet.
These are only the first things that spring to mind.
We’ve strong-armed everyone for years and manipulated our way into maintaining hegemony status. You’ll see what we’ve gotten out of it when that tap stops.
PS- My degree was in political science and I’ve spent over twenty years living, breathing, and working international relations. EVERYTHING the US gives comes at a price. I’m sorry you haven’t realized that yet.
If he was an elite, he would know what the common taxpayers’ gifts were buying. Access to others’ resources and commodities for the interests of the elites that the DS IC controlled government provides with brute military force.
“War is a Racket” highly decorated Smedley Butler about 80-90 years ago.
Re “If he was an elite, he would know what the common taxpayers’ gifts were buying.”
With all due respect, I beg to differ. I am not an elite by any means; and, I know We The People, aka, taxpayers get virtually nothing in return for our investment. See my last comment to Miya.
I was in Kathmandu in 76, travelling wit Peace Corp folks, one of whom had a Nepali girlfriend. The ambassador was at the movie, when we tried to enter, they wouldn’t let the Nepalese lady in because ‘natives weren’t allowed’ when the ambassador was in attendance.
Just sayin’.
American politics is the very best money can buy!
You were trained to come on here and ply your Israeli zionist propaganda. Nothing could be further from the truth. Israel is the culprit of all you just said.
I suggest well-meaning posters simply ignore this Israeli.
What YOU are doing here at CTH comes at a price too. 30 pieces of silver seems about right.
Those 30 pieces of silver were paid by Jewish Pharisses to condemn our Lord and Savior.
Re “My degree was in political science and I’ve spent over twenty years living, breathing, and working international relations. EVERYTHING the US gives comes at a price. I’m sorry you haven’t realized that yet.”
When I speak of America, I’m referring to its citizens. Everything given that you mention comes from We The people, aka, taxpayers; whereas, NONE of the “returns” on our mostly involuntary investment which you mention benefit US. I’m sorry you haven’t realized that yet.
One thousand upvotes JT.
Thank you, kind Sir!
They also missed the “Yom Kippur War” initial attack years ago. Too much complacency and contempt for the jihadis who’ve been ruling Gaza after having been voted in by the Gazan population who still support them.

People had said it was the most secure border in the world ,yet that happened 🤔
If it doesn’t make sense , maybe it doesn’t.
Johnathan Pollard certainly believes that it doesn’t make sense. A person I spoke with right after 10/07, who served in the IDF also told me that it doesn’t make sense.
They are paying attention now. They were not before 10/7
There was plenty of raw data before 10/7. But raw data does not become “intelligence” until somebody pays attention to it and converts raw data into something actionable.
nice assessment of a key distinction, Gulag
thx
That “raw data” was turned into actionable intelligence by lower and mid ranking military intelligence personnel and ran up the chain, and has been attested to by those who composed it.
The senior leadership ignored it at both the military and political levels.
The only question that remains is: was it due to incompetence or intentional?
And those are the facts.
Intel is a very fickle info. Sometimes ya gotta let things play out to not inform your enemy of your knowledge! Politics usually come into play here! I witnessed this while serving in the Vietnam era! I was in intelligence!
Israel is absolutely not being indiscriminate. If they were, there would be dead piles of Hamas / Gazans everywhere and those same uneducated zealots would be crying out to rid themselves of Hamas.
Right now, Hamas is a bigger threat to the average Gazan than is Israel.
That’s fine. Let Israel deal with their domestic issues but let’s stop enabling the opposition as well by empowering Iran. And stop butting into their domestic/foreign affairs altogether. And same goes for Russia/Ukraine.
let’s stop enabling the opposition as well by empowering Iran
nail on the head, but
ya got ta have a talk with Obama and Valjar and whoever else is running the Biden administration
they’re Iran-lovers
God says Israel will not cease to be a nation before His eyes.
Take it or leave it.
Trust God. Fear not.
No this christian zionism was spread amongst american christians by Israelis, who rewarded christian leaders for misreading it.
So what Obama , Bush and Biden did to Muslims in Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan was OK?
But when Israel does it to rescue hostages its not???
Check your moral compass
As far as I’m concerned if Israel wipes them out, then good.
Civilians invaded Israel and too hostages alongside with Hamas
Civilians were hiding the hostages
They can all die as far as I am concerned
FAFO
“I’m not a blind idiot…”
You’re far worse.
Nice to see someone here willing to criticize Israel. I fear a lot of readers here aren’t as informed about this mess as they should be, and if they knew what time it really was they might not be so quick to go black and white…
‘Israel is being indiscriminate’
calling you out:
https://hotair.com/john-s-2/2024/06/07/associated-press-looks-at-the-gaza-casualty-numbers-n3789872
https://washingtonstand.com/commentary/israel-estimates-approximately-11-civiliancombatant-death-ratio-in-gaza
You need to read 1 Samuel 15-3
Sometimes, wiping them all out is the right thing to do
Wow you guarantee israel knew about it. Well your guarantee is darn valuable. I mean you’ve been reading stuff about what is going on!
If they kill 99%, the task is not finished!
So you support killing women and children and random dudes just because you are sitting here thousands of miles away and it won’t affect you but “muh Israel” demands you to say such an asinine thing? Seriously, that is a disgusting thing to say. In any war. I don’t care if we were fighting Commie China, I wouldn’t wish for 100% of Chinese to die. WTF man.
If you haven’t noticed Israel is the side trying to minimize civilian casualties, because they are the ones getting clobbered by international media when they happen.
Hamas is the side trying to instigate civilian casualties and always exaggerating numbers of women and children killed because they are the ones getting propaganda victories when civilians are killed.
Don’t listen to whoever screams the loudest. Watch to see who benefits and who does not.
I cannot believe someone as intelligent as you are could possibly come to this conclusion using the data currently available.
The data is showing a near absolute genocide on the part of Israel and we are being asked to ignore it because the political left wishes for a genocide for political reasons.
I’m sorry but Israel is doing us no favors in this situation. What is happening is disgusting. It’s evil.
“It’s evil.”
You’re evil.
Chosenness is exactly that – being ‘chosen’ to invade, enslave and genocide ‘the cattle’ aka anyone foreign.
We are signing our final death warrant with this absurd reality-inverting self immolation called ‘christian zionism.’
The score card is generally 15 to 20 to 1 ratio for Israel every time a skirmish starts up .
Pretty sure this might be the last one.
Gee I think by your last comment you could drastically change your perspective on ‘those who scream the loudest.’
Reminder-OBAMA BUSH AND BIDEN DID EXACTY THAT AND YOU DIDNT COMPLAIN THEN.
Obama and Biden drone killed innocent kids
Don’t care. The population you speak of is holding the hostages and were celebrating in the streets on October 7. They were happier than NFL fans whose team just won the Superbowl when the monsters paraded the hostages bleeding from their anuses and vaginas through the streets.
These same people voted for Hamas as their ruling government and support their kids singing songs about killing the Jew. And it doesn’t just stop at Jews they’d gladly do the same to any non-muslim.
Keln must not have and sisters or daughters.
Keln doesn’t let himself be ruled by emotions. Only logic.
warped logic at best. What’s your solution to the Israel/Hamas/Hezbollah/Iran/Jordan issue? You repeatedly judge others…don’t take offense and get snippy when others judge you dear Brother in Christ.
You can’t insult someone then say “if you respond to me don’t get snippy”.
Do you see the double standard in that?
But it’s alright Linda. Look, we’re all responding to this stuff and let’s be honest, the world doesn’t give us simple algebra problems to deal with. I’m not an expert on this stuff. I never claimed to be. I’m just a vet who got the old bad orders after bad orders and had to do the mission.
You may not like my logic. That’s cool. But my logic is based on absolute data that I have. Subject to change based on new data. And current data suggests it would be a terrible idea for US troops in either Ukraine or Israel. Like momentously bad idea.
I suspect, based on what I know that you are upper middle or upper class, you see these things as “issues” that neither you nor your husband nor your own children might get involved in. And for you is just an opinon.
I’m a member of that universally reviled middle class. One of those suckers that went into the military because I had no prospects for college or anything else unless I did. The kind of person that people like you look down on as scum or whatever.
You can think what you think and all of that, I won’t insult you over it. But I have actually fought for my country. I’ve seen what enemies do, and asked the questions to find out why they do that. And I survived.
So take it from me, ma’am. I think I know better what I am talking about than you do. Dear sister in Christ.
A terrible idea to send US troops to Israel or Ukraine Keln? Well then it is close to assured that is what we will probably do. We specialize in terrible ideas.
You noticed that too?
Yeah George. I know. I know.
That’s what’s gonna happen no matter how many “smart” people say otherwise.
Jaysus, Josef, and Mahree there’s no end to it.
Don’t give up your day job…your vision of me is totally wrong. I am free to say whatever I like and you are free to disagree but you have no right to tell me what I can and can’t say. Please show my words where I said I look down as scum or whatever on our military!
I am no fan of the military leadership’s decision to go woke, their disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, the treatment of our veterans and their refusal to allow religious exemption from vaccine mandates.
The Biden admin is funding both side of the war in Gaza…to what end? Israel is under global pressure to back off on getting rid of Hamas. They are a sovereign nation and have a right to exist, defend themselves and live in peace like every nation on this planet. Hamas dug up the water pipes to make rockets to fire into Israel, destroying their infrastructure in favor of killing Israelis. It is proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that Hamas puts their rocket launchers in civilian areas using schools, hospitals, children’s playgrounds. Some of those facilities are run by the U.N. making them complicit at best. Hamas has nothing but hatred for Israel…from the river to the sea….that means the elimination of all of Israel. I read that 42 of the Israeli hostages are now dead. War sucks but Hamas has shown zero intentional of accepting a peaceful two state solution. They have made their choice…evil, hatred, genocide of Jews instead of peace.
BS
OK, what particularly in what I said is BS?
I’m serious, I want to know.
Just read what you wrote.
So what do you reccommend?
Me? Nobody voted for me into anything so why should I recommend anything? I just don’t want my taxes paying for yet another war.
You keep spewing your ideas. I was wondering if you had any solutions.
Yeah my idea is stop taking my money and shuffling it off to some foreign country.
That good enough for you?
These aren’t wars they’re genocides. The Ukrainians are being genocided purposely. Anyone who doesn’t live inside an echo chamber recognizes this. Young men’s bodies are being returned missing organs. Whole sections of Ukraine are now using Hebrew. Eretz Israel = genocide of native europeans, and whoever else poses a threat to their hegemony.
I grew up around these people. They were the most disgusting culture in their character of any I’ve encountered. Utterly disgusting.
Some of that I didn’t know and I was already appalled for a long time now.
And facts and reality. This site has always leaned somewhat cultish when it came to issues like Trump but that in itself isn’t totally lethal although reckless. This worshipping of the evils of Israel and its Talmud and drive to genocide the ‘goyim’ and especially the evil european gentiles (whose cultures they invaded with the Romans to exploit and parasite), though, has become a death cult.
And which Muslim country do you hail from Laila?
I mean if you gonna troll in a conservative site on behalf of islamists, shouldn’t you at least choose a less Arabic name than Laila?
Incredible assumption you make, that voting has any meaning in Gaza. Again, a lot of these people have found their way into Israel to get away from Hamas. And you think it’s a democratic process in Gaza? How cute.
So you say the hostages went willingly into Gaza?
Video footage of Noa being abducted on October 7. Note that her captors are all in civilian clothes.
Do not for a moment forget who started this war and why the IDF is fighting in Gaza. We will bring them all home.
https://t.me/beholdisraelchannel/33556
on the way out of Gaza after being rescued by Israel
https://t.me/beholdisraelchannel/33550
I dunno if you have a reading comprehension problem or are being purposely obtuse, but I am referring to the massive emigration of Palestinians into Israel over the past decade. Nearly half a million Palestinians live in Israel now. Because they wanted to get away from Gaza.
Under Hamas, there is no freedom in Gaza. There is no “democracy”. They are a warlord-led government of thugs. And naturally any Gazans that could, got out and went to Israel. Where they were treated well and even have representatives in the Israeli government now.
This is the stuff all of you people who get all excited over this do not understand. You don’t even look it up. You just go all half-cocked on it “Israel good, Palestine bad” without actually understanding anything going on in reality.
Hamas is a terrorist organization that is acting like a government. It’s horrible. The conditions for the Gazans living under them is horrific. They didn’t “vote for Hamas”. How stupid are you? Hamas took power, and that is that. And now Gazans are paying for the provocations of Hamas. Granted, I hand Israel half the blame because they knew all of this stuff was gonna happen, but killing Gazans doesn’t kill Hamas.
Hamas will survive and gleefully count the Gazan dead and run a PR campaign against Israel that the Western Left will just lap up.
And Israel is so stupid they will just supply the ammo against them.
And then a bunch of American Christians will start prophesying about Armageddon again and claim we’re all supposed to be “with Israel”, when this is all just stupids fighting stupids again and the only people who die are victims that weren’t even involved.
Palestinians do not live in Israel, before October 7 they were allowed to enter Israel to work. Israel removed their own citizens from the West Bank and Gaza to provide a place for them. Oh and the ones that were allowed to enter Israel for work were the ones that were involved in the massacre 😛
Btw, the citizens of Israel elected Bibi to be PM, afterall it is a democracy government.
According to Israel’s own records, over 2 million Palestinians live within Israel proper, comprising 21% of the population, and are (mostly) represented by the United Arab List party.
What the actual F are you smoking? Do you not ever look anything up? Have you been to Israel? There are Palestinians everywhere. They are a giant minority there. What are you even talking about?????
Define a Palestinian.
An Arab from the Levant region which was called “Palestine” by the Roman Empire when it occupied the area.
As convoluted as the term is, these people have been there for over a thousand years. If we want to get into a whole argument about how “unfair” it was that the Romans caused the Jewish diaspora and Arabs swooped right in to take their place, I mean we can do that. But historical reality is what it is. These people who call themselves “Palestinians” can trace back 20 odd generations or more living in that same spot.
Arabs did not swoop in to take Jews’ place following Roman Diaspora. They may have lived there, but so have the Samaritans lived there continuously despite the Roman Diaspora, holding the Jews’ spots for them. Stupid word games you are playing.
And the “Palestinians” only lived there as Jordanian citizens, not as an independent people. Plus, Jordan abdicated its claims to Israel, thus abdicating “Palestinians” claims to Israel. Or would you give the US back to the American Indians?
They literally did. And they did the same in northern Africa and eventually Spain. You would have to be completely ignorant of history or some boxed-in Muslim to believe differently.
That may be technically true. But the region was not referred to as “Palestine” for the past thousand years. It was all part of the Ottoman province of Syria for most of that time.
The name “Palestine” did not reemerge until after WW1 when the French and British took control of former Ottoman-Turkish territories. The French split their pieces up into a territory they called Syria and another (that they hoped to reserve for Christians) called Lebanon. The Brits are who revived the name “Palestine” because of their fondness for Rome. Then the Brits split off the lands west of the Jordan “Trans-Jordan” to reward the Hashemite tribe for their help during the “Arab Revolt” (led by the famous English adventurer Lawrence of Arabia.)
Most of the actual Arabs have not lived there for more than 150 years. Most of them were migrant workers under the Ottoman Turks or like the Hashemites they moved into the area from the Hijaz after WW1. Jerusalem was 60% Jewish back in the 1800s. But most of the non-Jewish ethnic groups are folded in with the Arabs as non-Jews when it comes to Israel .
The Romans were insulting the vanquished Jews by renaming Judea after the ancient enemy of Israel the Philistines. Insulting the Jews was also the Arab resistance adopted the name “Palestinian” back in the 1960s when they formed the PLO.
Because the name Palestine is of Roman origin not local origin and because there is no “P” sound in Arabic most ordinary “Palestinians” cannot even pronounce the name “Palestine.” They say something that sounds like “Falestine” or “Balestine” unless they are fluent in other languages that do have a “P” sound.
It’s “technically true” because it’s true. You can type a bunch of words, but that doesn’t change facts.
And yeah, even Britain called it “Palestine”, like only 80 years ago.
Dude…stop simping for AIPAC. WTF.
There was no diaspora of jews into Europe by any force at ALL. This is pure colonial jewish myth.
The Romans did NOT cause any jewish diaspora. Around 30 jews max were maybe taken into bondage around 70 AD. But for the most part, the jews and romans were partners in their conquest of Europe.
Jews colonized Europe. They never had any right to be there.
🤪 🤪 🤪 🤪
Read Genesis 32:28 and then Joshua 13-19 for God’s promise to the Jews and the division of the promised land between the 12 tribes, circa 1200 BC. This is all God’s land, not the Romans, made up Palestinians or anyone else…it is God’s land.
That promise was to ALL Israelites. Judah was but one tribe, who was promised the area around ancient Judea.
And when those tribes inherited that land, it was called Canaan.
The actual lands of the two ancient kingdoms of Israel and Judah, were called Samaria and Judea.
Define a ‘european jew.’ Or ‘the Chosen People.’
Read the Bible.
I sure hope you straighten out your attitude…heh this is my last word to you. You started out condemning, then did a complete 180 into ‘o im a christian’ but bashing the faith.
My faith has nothing to do with modern Israel. It has to do with Christ. I am under no commandment by the holy Word to serve some Israeli State.
And frankly, what you just said is the most lame thing I’ve ever heard. You didn’t even make an argument. Maybe try thinking about all of this stuff for a few minutes. I guarantee if you are an intelligent person, you will figure out what I am saying and where I am coming from.
Whether you are an intelligent person or not, I leave up to God to judge. Not my place to say it.
…”you have a reading comprehension problem or are being purposely obtuse…”
…”What the actual F are you smoking?”
…”And frankly, what you just said is the most lame thing I’ve ever heard.”
Keln….if you keep on insulting other Treepers, you will be banned. Howeve, you’re welcome to contribute a contrary opinion in a civil and respectful manner.
So I can be insulted but not do the same back.
Understood.
I will adjust my language accordingly.
I’ve calmed down a tiny bit (just a tiny bit) and wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how much I appreciate you Ad rem. No, I’m not trying to butter you up, but you’ve been such a wonderful presence all of these years. I know I go halfcocked sometimes, and I’ve hardly been the only one.
I do appreciate you. And yeah I was being a turd. You always make the right call Ad rem.
Tbat’s right, be the good slave.
The jewish name for european women is ‘shiksa’ and it means literally ‘dirty and unclean abomination.’ Which is exactly what their value system is, they pioneered projectionism, lol.
I’ve known Palestinians and Israeli Jews who fell in love, married, had babies and moved to the US just to try to live in peace without each side rejecting them all the time. Even the character “Ziva” on NCIS had an Arabic neighbor who was her best friend as children in Israel.
And people of the era before the wars in the 40’s say they got along just fine .
Also Japanese and Germans who fell in love during WWII, married and came to US to raise their children in peace (relative.). Those kids are old now. That is an immigration reason that I understand and support.
The jews under Begin raided Palestinian villages and raped all the woman and murdered all the children wherever they detected resistance. Even some Israelis admit this.
.
There is no such thing as “Palestinians”. It’s a fake moniker invented by the “PLO” in 1968, whose platform essentially means “throw out the Jews and give us Arabs ALL of the Middle East”.
Currently, there are Gazans (in formerly Egyptian territory), and there are other people of mostly bedouin Arab ancestry who migrated in and around what is now Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, the Sinai, etc. and that part of Israel called “the West Bank” (Israeli territory that Jordan occupied from 1948-67.)
.
When Rome basically curb-stomped the Jews in the region in the 130s AD, they renamed the province Palestine-Syria. And after that anyone from there, whether Roman or otherwise was considered Palestinian.
So while there has never historically ever been a Palestinian identity as far as an actual State. The term is very, very, very old. The PLO didn’t make it up.
I do find it amusing that Arabs embraced an old Roman affectation though. Anything to annoy the Jews I guess, whose homeland it actually is.
I think that was 60 ad,and all Christian Jews had left.
I believe it was punishment God promised.
The naming of the territory was in the 130s AD according to Roman texts. I do not know about before. I was using facts.
With that said, yeah probably what people said predated the actual official thing. There is a lot of evidence in Roman writings to support that.
And they surely had a lot to say about Christian Romans. Several Romans thought it was gonna take the whole system over. They all died long before that happened, but ends up they were correct.

Anyone interested in anti Semitic reading can just go to biblicisminstitute.wordpress.com and see for themselves. Just scroll down the page and check out the righthand sidebar. Some of the pictures and some of the article titles are outright anti Semitic . Click on a few titles here and there that don’t outwardly appear antiSemitic and you’re in for more of the same.
Butt hurt from different opinions.
Thoughts of a Zionist state go back well into the 1800’s and are generally tied to Marxist, fact .
.
“Palestinian Liberation Organization”!? To be “liberated” from WHAT?
There was never a Palestinian “identity”. Nevermind stuff like a flag, pretend nationality, etc. There were tribes. Wandering goat herders. People who built little. A whole lot who migrated in from what’s now Jordan in the first part of 20th Century. Even on the “West Bank” now — “homes” that are tents and shacks, deliberately sitting in the way of where Israel since 1968 has had to protect its border from a second glom by Jordan.
By the way, I’m part Prussian. Maybe I should be lobbing missiles somewhere?
.
Yeah where ?
My bad , I was thinking about the Romans killing the judean’s
This topic went so off the rails, I dunno what you even said, but I like you so who cares. How you doing John?
I’m good , honestly tired of all the cheering on murder in these wars myself .
All wars are banker wars ,and don’t happen by chance .
And people who call themselves Christians on here cheer it on at times .
And everyone seems to ignore the animal in the room, about who actually runs the world ,and pulls the strings because they want the be politically correct, yet cheer on killing.
Israel created and funded Hamas ,the US created and funded the Taliban.
Both our enemies,ah hello ,stop cheering on this war !
Guess our two wars taught us nothing.
You started the derailment.
What actually happened was that the jews and the romans formed a partnership around 160 BC. At first it was military but it evolved into more of a trading one as time wore on. They were completely united in their quest to invade and subjugate – and even genocide – the native inhabitants of Western Europe. Many historians would characterize their invasion of France as a genocide.
This entire notion that a bunch of rich bankers were ‘enslaved’ into Europe has zero historical validity and defies common sense to boot. The jews are doing now what they have always done – invading, colonizing, and genociding.
Helloooooooo !
I used to live in a city where a rich section was called the Jewish Ghetto. But the European Ghetto was not rich we are told. Jewish people suffered greatly and the long held story says that handling money was unclean for Christians so Jews were allowed to do that job. Seems like multiple strata of Jewish people. We have many descendants of Jews here who have lost everything through hardship and intermarriage – they have lost the religion, food, culture and community but they know that they came from Jewish people way back. I know there’s many rich Jews but I think there are many poor ones too. Kind of like people thinking all Italians are Mafias or all Mexicans are in the cartel or all white peoples have generational wealth. I’ve NEVER heard what you have written here but it does make sense and causes me to reconsider other things as well.
I stopped reading at “YOU PEOPLE.” Much learning hath made thee mad.
What massive emigration of Palestinians into israel?
What are you talking about?
Ad Rem, clean up in isle 7……..
My previous comment was removed. That’s unfortunate.
I really do not think it is good to ask for authority to remove someone saying things you do not like or agree with.
Do you understand how dangerous that is?
We are a nation built upon the principles of freedom, including speech.
Appealing to authority to “take away” something you do not like is tantamount to authoritarianism.
I don’t know you, but the fact that you are here tells me you are not a fan of authoritarianism at all.
Sometimes we like-minded individuals have disagreements on some things. And that’s OK.
A sufficient number of flaggings will automatically remove a comment.
Not all deletions are the work of our Moderators.
Huh.
Well that explains like half of the things I ever said on here.
I dunno why so many treepers disagree with me. I mean I worked hard to get Trump in 2016. And again I did it in 2020. Thought I wasn’t totally persona non grata. But I get why I can be sometimes “against the grain”.
My views haven’t changed.
I see you pop up alot Maquis. Thanks bud. I mean it seems like not much of a thing, but I always appreciate a kind face. Especially in this ever-changing world.
I don’t have the answers. Neither does Sundance.
Oh, he tries. I love the old guy, but man sometimes there is no way to predict what these idiots are doing. Because they are idiots. Never forget that. All of my time in government taught me one thing…they’re really stupid. No count people that should never do anything.
And one more thing while I have your ear. I was given a lot of crap because I disagreed with Sundance on something. I dunno what it was. Just because I disagree with him on something doesn’t mean I disagree with him on everything. Not even close. I love Sundance. It just means one thing. I could even be wrong on that one thing, I dunno. I don’t let pride dictate my thoughts.
Always happy to see you drop by as well, Brother.
Hope Is Never Vain and sometimes that’s all we can offer each other, and quite often, that’s enough.
I posit our daily prayers here are so well met for we understand all too well how dire our times are and how beyond our grasp seem the ability to reverse them, and that’s always the first step to answers and solutions, recognition of need and of the Source for the courage and inspiration to discover and create the answers.
“I dunno why so many treepers disagree with me.”
Keln- If you seriously want to know, I’ll give it a shot. I’m late in glossing through these comments but what stands out is that you come across as a very angry person and that anger ends up directed at others in a personal way. You also come across very arrogant, condescending, and yes, hard to face given your last sentence, but full of pride. That’s the difficult one for most all. Not trying to be mean, but giving you a sincere answer to you comment.
This description of Keln sounds very familiar… Hmmmm.
Ive never flagged anything,🤔
But there others who do.
This site functions more often as a cult. These are not people who truly tolerate dissent or difference. I have tired of the death cult myself, not to mention rank hypocrisy. What you will find here is a cult of willful, very determined ignorance infiltrated by Israelis masquerading as ‘christian evangelicals,’ not that there aren’t a ton of those woefully misinformed and even brainwashed types.
That was one of the most accurate observations I’ve read from another Treeper in ages.
There are several of us who have observed the same thing. And often point it out in more subtle manners.
You have my ear, Laila. <
😎
Hamas is supported by >Iran, a Shia Islam Nation. … In the theology of Shia Islam, the revealing of the 12th Imam, the al-Mahdi, necessitates the >killing of all the Jews. … The theology of Shia Islam is available on the Internet. … The true nature of the theology is hidden by many information sites, and search engines; but the theology of the hidden 12th Imam, the al-Mahdi, is findable on the Internet.
In basic Islamic theology the non-Muslims will be able to choose Islam or die. [But, Shia Islam preaches death to the Jews.] …. Random Jihadi attacks in our world, the criminals cry out, ‘Allah Akbar’. … We never seem to hear, “I’m for Hamas or The Supreme Leader.”
The “Religion of Peace” is about the Peace of Death actually. [The commentator, Kein, is capable making a good analysis about a place under Islamic Law. [See his analysis about Gaza.]

In Judeo-Christianity, we learn:
“Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?”
He said to him, “You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.

The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments.”

Just as a note:
The Turkish census of ->1905, which counts only Ottoman subjects, gives these figures: Jews, 45,000; Moslems, 8,000; Orthodox Christians, 6000; Latins, 2500; Armenians, 950; Protestants, 800; Melkites,ú Copts, 150; Abyssinians, 100; Jacobites, 100; Catholic Syrians, 50.

As the Good Book says, “The barren land will bloom once again.”
FIY: I’m a religious Catholic (Irish-American).
It is clear to God and everyone that Iran supports Hamas. Why does that translate to “we should throw billions of dollars as it” to you?
You quote Scripture, yet I do not see anything in that Scripture that demands Christians financially support a nation created in 1947.
I think your pastor took you for a ride.
And yeah, if you guys want to get into a theological discussion of this, I am ready. We Christians are under no obligations to protect modern Israel. At all. We are not required to ignore their sins because of any reason at all. That’s ridiculous.
Kein, in your comment you said, ~>Why does that translate to “we should throw billions of dollars as it” to you?<-. … The usage of quotation marks implies I said that, or there is someone’s ‘side’ I’m defending.
I didn’t say, the phrase you quoted.
As for a “pastor” taking me for a ride, = I quoted Jesus Christ from the Bible about, ‘loving God above all things, and your neighbor as yourself.’ … There is a good reason to support all good people. The Just War Doctrine would support that idea.
>>>> Yes, I support the Jews in Israel, and all Godly people everywhere. …….. May God Bless Israel.
*************************************************
My comments about Iran, Hamas, and Shia theology are findable on the Internet.
+The Israelis (Jews) are >NOT wilfully killing all the Moslems in Gaza. … The Israelis are targeting Hamas, and its allies.
The ‘Palestinians’ are basically Arabs, that entered ‘Israel’ during the Moslem conquests. They speak a ‘Palestinian-Arabic’ now days.
The original peoples in the ‘holy lands’ of Israel = ‘The country of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Girgashites, the Hivites and the Jebusites’ peoples are far more likely to have been mixed with the >Israelites (Jews), >than the Arabs. History records the Arabs arrived thousands of years after the Jews. The Arabs were the vanguard of the Moslem invasion.
[There never was a ‘Palestine’ country. Palestine is a name used by the Roman Empire during the Conquest of the Jews. … Because of our Western Civilization Heritage, the name Palestine has entered our vocabulary.]
All this is on the Internet.
There’s a general misunderstanding about current situation in the middle-east, and its >history. … The misunderstandings seem to be intentionally caused by the Islamists.

THIS IS IMPORTANT! = This is how we should live our lives, and demand our leaders to enact our country’s domestic and foreign policies:
In Judeo-Christianity, we learn:
“Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?”
He said to him, “You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.
This is the greatest and the first commandment.
The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments.”
[The Good Book]
Israel was created way back in the time of Abraham. Without Torah, no one would even think that plot of desert was anything special. Once it was deemed special and a covenant for Jews, THEN everyone else wanted it for their own.
I know that muslims have been raping and slaughtering everyone else for 1400 hundred years. I know that there are 100s of millions of murdered Hindus, I know that Europeans were kept as sex slaves by the hundreds of thousands/ probably millions, and that the girls/ women were so cheap they were traded for breakfast.
I know that the Middle East used to be filled with Christians and now there are few. I know that sub-Sahara Africa is experiencing non-stop murder and rape against pagan and Christian people by muslims.
I know that islam means submission and they are a conquest cult that has only 1 goal: to kill or convert the infidel.
I know that a survey of muslim women in Kuwait during the ISIS terror found that 90% agreed that it was the right of muslim men to take and use non-muslim girls and women as sex slaves.
I know that Palestinian children are taught to hate and kill the Jew in their schools and that Palestinian families celebrate when their sons “martyr” themselves to kill the infidel and then cash big fat checks from money the US Government gives their government.
But you probably think muslim committed torture/genocide is cute.
I always thought it was “cute” when CTH posters used CTH like Go Fund Me, but I might be mistaken there.
I don’t think any of that is cute. Why are you putting words into my mouth?
It’s ridiculous when someone points out facts and the response is “Those facts do not align with my beliefs and so you are a bad person”.
Stop being so ridiculous. I said what I said and I think it’s pretty obvious where I am coming from and what I believe.
The fact that you cannot accept it is a personal problem on your part, not mine.
This is what happens when you Monday Quarterback in other countries Business .
Unless we have any skin in Israel’s business we should keep our Monday Quarterbacking opinions to ourselves.
No, you condescended to me in your earlier comment and called my points “cute.”
Beyond that, I stand by my point that I don’t give a crap what happens in Gaza as muslims have a 1400 year history of murder and rape and would gladly do what happened to Israeli women and children on October 7 to any non-muslim they encounter.
Personally, I’m minding my business by saying that Israel can do whatever they want in response to the October 7 attacks. Who am I to tell them how they should respond? If someone came and raped and murdered my children, I’d want the area that hides and supports them nuked.
I find it curious how many people cry for the poor Palestinian victims, but seem to pay zero attention to the hundreds of thousands of Africans be murdered and enslaved in the name of islam every year. Or the Christians in Pakistan that are murdered daily, or the Southeat Asian Christians that are murdered or their girls stolen, gang-raped, then forcibly married and converted. 1400 hundred years and it never stops.
>> “[A majority of t]hese same people voted for Hamas as their ruling government…” (assuming an honest and fair election, an assumption I personally no longer make without convincing evidence).
The thing is there are certainly some people who did not vote for, or willingly support, Hamas, though they most likely are very quiet about it.
As a minor example, I live in Massachusetts and I know plenty of people — though not nearly enough –who voted for Trump whom you will never know.
Is there even ONE election, in the whole World, that we can now have confidence was valid?
No. Not in the last 50 years.
Man…you are more black pilled than I am.
Actually he advocates getting involved on the local level.
Maybe in Iraq after Saddam when they had to get ink on their fingers, maybe. The people were so excited to be rid of the despot I lean toward, “they tried”.
My doubt began in 1980 when I realized that I probably could have voted in 3 states and nothing to stop me.
So true Lulu.
I believe Sundance was one who wrote about this right after the Oct 7th attack by Hamas and compared the numbers of what happened to Israel to the US.
Israel is a geographly small country as well as in population.
If we took the numbers of the dead and captured by Hamas in Israel and used the percentages to compare to the population here in America, we here would have had around 55,000 Americans killed and several thousand kidnapped.
All in less than a day, a few hours really.
Having well trained and well equiped soldiers of a foreign country enter America like that and kill and kidnap our fellow citizens would be quite a shock.
We should and probably would be focused on what we do next to make sure this never happened again.
I am a bit astonished at how some who think they are being logical in their judgment of Israel’s actions.
Claiming to be “logical” in their judgment of Israel they also seem to be callig those of us who disagree with them as raving, unstable people.
We are not.
Nor are we uninformed.
Can you please answer the same question, using America in comparison once again: “if we took the number of Gaza residents killed by Israel in retaliation for the Oct. 7 attack by Hamas (current figure is 36,000+), and compared that number to the population here in America, we would have around ____ killed.
How is it right to keep killing–bombing, shooting, and bulldozing–for 8 months after a terror attack? I am talking about civilians (that include women and children) that are not armed terrorists? And the explanation that they were killed because Hamas uses them as shields does not fly: explain how thousands of people were needed to shield terrorists who have tunnels to retreat into?
Explain why Israel herded
all Gazans into the south of the strip to be safe, then into one city–the city of Rafah–to be safe, and is now bombing and shooting up safe encampment zones in Rafah? Why has Israel shut off electricity, water, and medical aid to civilians in Gaza?
Why has Israel attacked and murdered humanitarian aid convoys and workers?
I do not understand people of the living God justifying the killing of an entire population to retaliate against a group of terrorists. And don’t pile on me because I used the word group…I used it because compared to the number of Gaza civilians, the number of terrorists is less.
Do you all know about Netanyahu’s 2035 Plan?
He and his ‘group’ have plans to build a 2nd Dubai on the Gaza Strip ground.
You know what–we are digesting information from different sources. Many read and listen to news and commentary only from collective West news outlets.
Others rely on information from independent news outlets and journalists, plus a variety of news agencies around the world.
The collective West media follows the globalist script and dictates, and they temper news with propaganda.
At this point in time and history, I trust the truth to come from independent sources.
I do not hate or demonize those who think and believe differently than I do. I just hope that more would expand their information horizons, and ultimately be seekers if truth and peace.
Amazing how many Hamas are here commenting.
Murderers, rapists, thugs, killers, anti freedom, pro slavery Hamas.
You read a well reasoned thoughtful post emphasizing the seeking of truth wherever it can be found and your response is that the commenter is a terrorist?
You’re really not trying very hard, are you, to address or respond or even counter anything, simply make up the most silly accusation possible and fire away, and with none of the intended kindness and graciousness of the poster you are demonizing.
I’m cheering pretty much every contributor to this discussion because within myself I have never been able to resolve it. Thanks to all for trying with this most difficult topic.
I’ve read there’s a big deposit of natural gas in Gaza ,not sure if it’s true 🤔
For decades it’s always been poor Israel,as they shoot fish in a barrel .
Supplied with the best US weapons .
I’ve been in the minority or this subject for close to two decades .
I found it very surprising the narrative changed .
And I certainly don’t want to be on the side of the left .
But I’ve held this opinion for a long time .
I read that somewhere as well. The premise was that Israel funded/created 10/7 to have an excuse to get all the Palestinians out so they can access that oil. I have no way to evaluate this information except to know I saw it once and now it’s gone. Almost nothing surprises. It’s too much for one individual to keep up with.
Atrocities are atrocities Lulu. We should not accept any of them. However the Israelis have committed their share of atrocities as well.
This conflict started in the 1940s when the British decided to play God and grant land in Palestine to one people and banish another people who were living there. It should be noted that the people living in Palestine at the time had no connection to the Axis powers and had very little to do with WWII at all.
But, so be it. What was done was done. However it should come as no surprise that anger among the previous owners turned to hatred even unto this day. Couple that with the Gazan people being kept in basically an open air prison and that is a formula that will create mad dogs.
In any event Lulu the plan is that the Gazans who survive will eventually be sent to America. You understand that right?
I do understand the plan – but since we’ve been mass bringing in muslims since the 90s they’d do it anyway.
I see no moral equivalence between muslims and Israel. Sorry, I’m not even a fan of Israel, but one group has killed 100s of millions of people over the last 14 centuries and raped, enslaved, and tortured even more.
Agreed Lulu. However the Bolsheviks and their Rothchild backers on a per capita basis were certainly no slouches at murdering Christians.
Right , everyone wants to ignore the Bolshevik revolution in Russia, where 50-70 million Russians were killed .
And who did that ? And how many churches were burned to the ground .
There was a young woman who had the bleeding that the media keep using photos of her even yesterday but they Never say her name like they do others. Why? SAY HER NAME! TELL HER STORY!
Use of her photos all the time repeatedly without even a name is very suspicious to me.
In the video she is put into the front of the truck and then you hear a gunshot. She is identified as a random Israeli woman only. She could be Palestinian who crossed them somehow. Media just keeps using her photos over and over and over without proper ID Feels false and disrespectful. Plus I didn’t know there was black Palestinians either.
Maybe you should move to Israel and let us know if you are of the same opinion after a few years.
Notice that the hostages were being housed by civilians. That makes them complicate.
So Hamas can claim “ it wasn’t me” they hide in hospitals and kindergartens and ambulances. Hide their weapons under little girls beds and access tunnels from their bedrooms.
Most of the killing on Oct. 7 was done by civilians who then had parades dragged bodies and passed out goodies.
85 percent would vote the the hamas in again. And the numbers reported by Hamas probably shouldn’t be trusted.
Bibi is in charge because he was elected . They use actual ballots.
Americans are still being held hostage in Gaza too.
Why don’t we know their names?
There is a reason why NONE of the other Arab countries will take the
Palestinians in..For all their fussing about this humanity crisis not one of
them is opening thier borders to let the refugees in…There is a reason for that.
Nor should we. But a really wierd thing happened to me when viewing footage of Palestinians fleeing and that was that I started crying. This isn’t me. So that event is a truth burbling up from the All Knowing that I still haven’t digested fully.
Many of those hostages were taken by “civilians.” Perhaps half of those who invaded into Israel on 10/7 were civilians not actual Hamas. Look at the videos from that day. The well-equipped, uniformed guys were Hamas. The slovenly looking guys wearing wife-beaters & flip-flops, looking like they just rolled out of bed, armed with whatever they could pick up off the battlefield… those were civilians who just joined into the fun and games looking to join in the looting, rape and slave-taking. In some of the video you see many of those civilians brought their young sons along to get a taste of it all. Jihad is an activity for the whole family.
1% huh…is that what they said?
Mizaru
Kikazaru
Iwazaru
.
Yeah no great shock that reply went over your head.
Another rude comment……from the “people” lover.
The Palestinians are part of the problem – they support Hamas. NO country wants to take them in – why? Do a little reading on this to gain more perspective.
Only the nation of Israel removed their own people by force from Gaza and provided the Palestinians a place to live 🙁
It would take a giant idiot of massive proportions to believe that none of the Palestinians had anything to do with it. Obviously there is at least some support among the population. Otherwise it would get overwhelmed.
But Germany is still dealing with that same “but surely some of your people worked with the nazis” complex.
It’s really grey area to figure out who, and just killing everyone is kinda overboard.
I think “some support”equates out to about 99% of the population.
You’d have to scroll up to see the figures I popped out, but judging by the immigration numbers from Palestine to Israel, I don’t think it’s near 99%. In fact most people seem to want to get the hell out of there. But Israel has tight immigration controls.
The whole thing is FUBAR. Nobody wanted or asked for Hamas. Think about it man. Most people aren’t that hardcore anything, they just want to live and be left alone. You can’t actually believe all of those people living there wanted to die for Allah. Cmon….
Just because it’s foreign to our culture doesn’t mean that it’s not true.
I wonder how long you managed to serve in the military here. You are very vocal when someone disagrees with you. How’d that work out for you in the military? Your attitude (man, dude, etc) resembles many of the college -age students I managed when I was a co-ed dorm director.
There is a reason why NONE of the other Arab countries have taken any of
the Palestians in.. They all fuss and moan about the humanitarian crisis and how
bad Israel is being so mean to the people of Gaza.. Yet NOT ONE of the arab
countries have taken them in.. Why? What do they know? There is a reason
Why?
Well yeah. They look at Palestinians as like their version of Mexicans. No offense to Mexicans.
they’re perfectly willing to use Palestinians to sabotage Israel, but they don’t want them.
.
Since 1948.
.
Other Arabs don’t care about other Arabs, including the Palestinians, unless they are blood-related by tribe. When Arabs kill unrelated Arabs nobody cares. When unrelated Arabs die from natural disasters nobody cares.
But as Muslims they very much care about the honor of Islam. If a Jew kills a Muslim there is OUTRAGE. They don’t care about the dead person as a person, they care about them solely as a representative of Islam. They see it as an attack against Islam. And an attack against Islam is something all Muslims will fight to avenge, particularly if a Muslim was attacked by the hated Jews. Jews are singled out for special hatred in the Koran.
So no Arab country is going to take in Palestinian refugees or provide much help for Palestinians. But every Muslim country will support getting retribution against killers of Muslims and will work to expel any and all non-Muslims and particularly Jews from territory they consider to be “Muslim lands.” They want the Palestinians to stay right where they are so as to preserve the Muslim claim on those lands.
Egypt some years ago let some of the “PALS” in and had the same problem Israel has had to face with them. They caused all kind of trouble in Egypt. Sooo….I guess they were either killed or Egypt moved them out. I wonder which one it was.
I read that the Hashemite kingdom has many Palestinians but they are restricted in what jobs they can hold. No government jobs.
Kinda ironic, supposedly Hitler filled a boat with Jews and asked that anyone take them ,and nobody would, including the US.
Another strange fact , Hitler told the Jews to take their money and leave to Palestine, and many did .
The things the narrative writers leave out of history.
Firstly, 99% of Gazans are terrorists, born and raised from the age of five. Secondly, you lie. You are not an overall supporter of Israel.
Kelm is one of those new Trolls who bring their activism in the form of lie at the beginning of thier scree.
But we know them now. I wonder what name Kelm will ise next time?
Not new at all.
Been here far longer than yourself.
Maybe Keln was planted here to bloom when the time was ripe.
Been here for ages. Pops in periodically. He’s not trolling here. He believes it.
Qualifying his view with “I’ve been in combat” helpful and doesn’t qualify his opinion any more than anyone else here.
War sucks. Precluding war means proving you’re the baddest, meanest SOBs available. That hasn’t and won’t change until Jesus returns.
I know my opinions aren’t always accepted, and I accept I am sometimes wrong. Lord knows that is true. But I really do appreciate you old Treepers pointing out I’m not some troll.
An idiot, sure I might be that. But never a troll!
Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish between the two. You had me wondering.
100% fair response.
I know you are not a troll, Keln, and I just ‘met’ you tonight!
You are a person who is willing to have discourse with others who do not share your opinion.
Used to be called debating when I was in high school and college, and that was in the 1970s.
Just so you are aware…I’m the Les Deplorables guy. Some of the old timers here know that. I’m 100% pro-Trump and pro-MAGA. But I do not just accept things because people accept things. If I was that kind of person I never would have did the meme I did. I probably would barely vote.
I’m passionate about all of it. Most people do not listen to me, and that’s fair enough. But I very much appreciate your comment. Thank you aDoozy.

Merveille!!
He/she/it is probably picking out their next screen name now.
Keln has weathered quite a bit without resorting to such a tactic.
Sometimes an over-harsh contrarian but never such a coward.
There are, however, folks in this very thread that were indeed banned who snuck back in with new monikers, but retained the same silly voices and aggressive agendas.
Thank you, Maquis, for upur voice of reason and calm.
Sheesh.
Is it more fun to type derogatory one-liners than to type a thoughtful comment or reference a website for facts?
Now why is it okay for you to name-call and slander a commenter who types differently than you?
Oh he’s been here a long time at least since the primaries for 2016.
Maybe he just has common sense? I always supported Israel. I`m starting to question things when less than 1% of the world population has the vast majority of high ranking jobs in the west???? Interesting new president of Mexico is a jew? Republican Congressman Massie was on Tucker. Every congressman has an AIPAC lobbiest personassigned to him ???
Would you please tell us where you got that 99%, born and raised from the age of five statistic? Seriously, I would like to know so that I can explore further. Thanks.
Israel sent some 15,000,0000 texts to evacuate civilians, a few millions flyers, delayed major operations to give the civilians time to move.
Israel is the only nation in history to do so. And the only nation who is providing food and water to its enemy in a war time.
The ratio of combatant to civilian death is lower than the US in Iraq for urban areas. When you watch buildings go down you don’t see the context. In most cases it’s empty buildings which were used for terror or attacks against terrorists after the civilians left.
You should thank Biden for starting this war with billions of dollars to Iran and making sure it continues by stopping the munitions and threatening Israel if it completes the job. No Israeli is there to just “kill everyone”. This is a Hamas propaganda.
In the first few weeks there may have been some revenge aspect but it’s illegal to target civilians in the IDF as a stated target and people went to jail for such things.
But the way. In proportion to its population 10/7 was in US dimention 56,000 dead in one day and about 10,000 abducted.
What would the US do in such a case? The Jews in Israel are 1/40 of the US population.
Shalom.
This is a good day for the hostages that were rescued; may there be many more rescues to come.
Brother, I don’t think making comparison with Iraq is a great optic. What we did in Iraq was criminal. And I know people don’t want to hear that or accept it. And certainly within the military there was a bit of a “sick to my stomach” feeling about it a lot of times, but what the US did in Iraq was f’ing evil.
That doesn’t give Israel a free pass to do evil.
People, this stuff has to stop. What are we doing?
But Keln, Madeleine Albright said it was all worth it.
Indeed, and her demonic heirs are now tempting a nuclear exchange with Russia.
I doubt they’ve calculated the cost, they typically don’t pay it themselves anyway, but I rather suspect they are confident it is entirely worth it as well.
Barf
Yes, the US killed a lot of Iraqis. I know. I was there. But many, perhaps most, of the Iraqi civilians who got dead were killed by other Iraqis.
The same thing is undoubtedly happening in Gaza. Many, perhaps most, of the civilians are getting killed by stray fire or by placing themselves into the target areas after they had the opportunity to escape.
That said, the US was in Iraq because the US (well the NeoCons) chose to attack Iraq. If the US had not chosen to attack Iraq, almost a million Iraqis would not have gotten killed.
Israel is in Gaza because Gaza chose to attack Israel. If Gaza had not attacked Israel, then Gazans would not be getting killed.
Why did Gaza attack Israel and why did Israel let it happen?
You do recognize the commonality between Al Queda and Hamas, do you not?
Not excusing either, but their creators, and prompters, are far from guiltless, and neither surreptitiously created useful antagonist organizations would have acted as they did without some measure of direction.
You’re too logical for the haters.
Who created Hamas, when and why?
Japan Times Oct/Nov 23
Israelcreated Hames to get rid of PLO.
Look at some maps showing Palestinians from the 40`s until now. They shring a lot. That might be a problem.
Sick.
When Hamas is defeated “this stuff will stop”. Otherwise it will go on forever. They educate their children that the greatest virtue and a “ticket to heaven” is killing Jews. All their headquarters and command centers are under hospitals, schools and civilian locations which makes this war difficult. They built some 400,000 Miles of tunnels. Enough to protect all the population. But their strategy is to increase civilian casualties and promote it internationally. So when the job is over the civilians will have a chance. No different than Nazi Germany and Japan.
It’s easy to sit in the US or Europe and criticize the civilian death toll. It’s not easy to fight a barbaric enemy that uses civilians as human shields. We have hundreds of thousands Reservists who lost their jobs and families and some are already a half a year and more fighting. They know that this is an existential war for Israel and it will require a long explanation and understanding of the region to know why it’s existential. But basically in the Middle East when you’re perceived as weak all the prey animals come after the blood. Let me know if you have questions. I will answer. Shalom.
Israel is losing big time. That
s coming from our ex military publicly. Israel wont prevail. It is a millenia – old feud between cousins (Arabs and Jews are both Semitic people).
Agreed!
Hi again, David. ✡️✝️✡️ I always read your posts. Thank for your info.
BTW, I still think of that video you posted where all the Israeli soldiers were singing together in that room with definitely tight comaraderie.
Thank you.
Thank you David. Am Israel Chai!
❤️
Your drinking the Kool aid. Did you miss the foreign voluntary aid workers approved by Israel get murdered.
What is too far when the criminals are still walking free? Either all of them are dealt with or none. There is no grey area here. It’s a free and peaceful society or chaos, murder, and destruction. It’s clear one side doesn’t want peace and they must be made to understand the consequences of their choices.
Zero sum ensures all lose.
You say: “As an American, a Christian, and an overall supporter of the Jewish State of Israel, I found the attacks last year to be horrible.”
I agree with that statement, but the rest of your rant tells me you are of the opposite opinion!
Someone once told me, if someone says “but” in a sentence, you should ignore everything they said before it.
I thought that was wise, and then quickly learned that is not necessarily the case.
I said what I said to frame the person I am. I am a Christian. One of those evangelicals your momma told you about. “One of them”. I play bluegrass and sing bluegrass and I live bluegrass.
That’s the sorta fella I am. But I was in the military. I went from navy submarine to army intel and weird things inbetween right into the Iraq war and shit just is not simple. It’s never simple. There will never be as clear a “bad guy” as Nazi Germany circa 1944 like ever.
Those guys literally invented evil and made uniforms to match it. We don’t get bad guys like that in the real world anymore. There is no “Dr. Badguy” now and I swear if “Badguy” translated to something in German there would have been a doctor named that probably doing wicked experiments on prisoners. Those guys were unhinged evil.
We don’t get that anymore. We can’t just “stand up” against evil like that anymore. It’s all subtle now.
I will say that Hamas is evil. No question. Iran’s government is also evil. Easy deduction there. And they supply Hamas. Everyone knows it.
But beyond that? Man, I think Israel went too far. They’re killing people who aren’t Hamas. And Hamas is more than willing to sacrifice every person in Gaza to get what they want. It’s a severe level of asymmetrical warfare, and I dunno the right answer. But what’s going down now ain’t good.
Gotta interject some kudos here. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a treeper – particularly one of long standing — hold his ground on this site against all comers. Not saying I agree with each of your posts, but yeah, you make me sit back and ponder a bit. As in — why do I believe what I believe, and are those beliefs possibly flawed? On what facts have I based those beliefs? Are there even any actual facts on which one can rely to formulate an opinion?
Being challenged to reconsider one’s beliefs on any issue, not just this one, is never a bad thing.
That comment is appreciated. And yeah, I dunno I am right or anything. Who knows they are “right”?
I just have my gut to go on. But I’m not dying on a hill or anything. If people disagree, well they disagree. So what? Not like I can make a difference either way.’
But your comment made me happy to see. Thank you.
You did good.
I’ve incurred the same thing as you multiple times here.
I watched this whole thing last night.
I, too, am former Army (MI MOS HUMINT) PSYOPS unit.
You were working against a team and held your ground.
See my originating comment down thread.
Conducted my own recon.
You drew them out.
Hang in there.
😉
True dat !
Keep plowing.
The Truth shall set you free.
“But beyond that? Man, I think Israel went too far. They’re killing people who aren’t Hamas. And Hamas is more than willing to sacrifice every person in Gaza to get what they want. It’s a severe level of asymmetrical warfare, and I dunno the right answer. But what’s going down now ain’t good.”
You are exactly right, Keln.
Sometimes I wonder if the reason we can’t see the bad guy is because we are it. I also have extreme reticence against upstarts like us judging cultures that have been around since before the Bible. I don’t like interfering with those nations with a long history. Sometimes I wonder if the situation is contrived just to kill the culture, kill the history and transform all of humanity into a quivering malleable mass focused on basic survival and no room for anything else? One concept that I am sure is delusion is the US being the epitome of human civilization because if that were true we would be able to negotiate with diplomacy not weapons. Funding both sides of a conflict is a bad look for me to have to contemplate and try to understand why it is acceptable or correct in any way.
To me, ranting means angry hollering, name-calling, and cussing.
I have not seen such typing from Keln.
Dude, it does happen some times. I’m not so innocent like that.
So you are taking Hamas’ figure of about 24,000 killed as against a population of about 2 million in Gaza to get to 1%. Consider this: Hamas is supposedly about 36,000, which is 1.5% of the population. Israel says it has killed about 10,000 Hamas members. So are you concerned about all 24,000 killed? Or just the 14,000 who were not Hamas, which is only .7% of the population?
What about Hamas killing 100% of the civilians it encountered October 7? You seem very affected by statistics.
Please, let’s not do statistics. Does everyone know the old saying “if your head is in a bucket of ice water and your ass is on fire, you should feel fine”?
It all averages out in the end?
The IDF says it killed 12,000-13,000 Terrorists. And that was over a month ago.
Says, nobody knows.
Re “…and now are just like ‘kill everyone!’.
They’ve literally killed 1% of Gaza. Let that sink in. 1% of a population. That’s sick people. I know what Hamas did was sick, but this is also sick.”
Apparently, you haven’t read Joshua 6:20-21. You probably don’t own a Bible; so, I’ll save you the trouble of looking it up…
Joshua 6:20-21 KJV:
So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city. And they utterly destroyed all that was in the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox, and sheep, and ass, with the edge of the sword.
Your question might be better posed to Hamas. And/or the reporters who allegedly rode gliders to film the planned massacre.
Or the Israeli government that let it happen to destroy Gaza. Gas, and oil deposits discovered over there.
Just offshore in the Med.
One Percent is MINISCULE!
It required killing 11% of the ENTIRE pre-war population of Germany and Austria to win WW2
We killed about 5% of the entire pre-war population if Japan.
Casualties in German and Japanese militaries were upwards of 35-40%. Go to Germany and walk through an old graveyard in any village. You will see headstone after headstone with young men dead between 1939-45. And that is only the fraction of those whose bodies were recovered.
The American Civil War killed 2.5% of the pre-war population of the entire United States, North and South.
Casualties in the South were far higher. Approximately 20% of all Confederate soldiers did not survive the war.
Historical studies have shown it typically requires killing at least 30% of a determined enemy’s military age male population to force them to submit. That holds true from the Peloponnesian war in ancient Greece, to Roman times, to Napoleon, to both World Wars. Wars kill people, a LOT of people. That is why it is such a bad idea to start a war.
Dude. Get a new format. That “i love ____ BUT” Schtick is transparent and outdated.
It’s a shame how much neglect or concern Christians give to their brothers in Christ that live in the Arab world. I’m hearing such dehumanizing language on these pages. Yet they simp for a country that is as degenerate as your average western nation. What a shame.
^^^^^^^^
Yes.
Eastern Orthodox and Oriental Christianity has been under attack for decades and no one sheds a tear nor discusses. And why is that?
Egypt, Iraq, Israel, Ukraine, Somalia, Sudan, Ethiopia, India, Balkans, Armenia, etc.
You forgot Syria.
Yes I did.
TY for the assist.
We had a Palestinian Christian church here and I got to visit once. Really hard to sing hymns when the prevailing language is one that you never heard before.
IMO, if a civilian aided and held hostages, they must suffer the consequences.
Over 85% of this scum voted for Hamas.
As far as I am concerned if they get killed-TOUGH LUCK
FAFO
You dont mess with Israel.
They get their kids to hide bombs and carry guns
They teach their kids to shoot guns and lob grenades from childhood
Heck they even photograph their babies with guns and grenades in their cots
SO I DONT CARE IF ISRAEL KILLS THEM
Its the ony way they will learn
Can’t say that isn’t true for a lot of kids in the Muslim world .
What motivated them ?
You learned that from mainstream media. Was it correct, or propaganda? I wonder myself.
Any sympathy for Hamas is BS. Name the other country it that area that has freedom?
‘Palestine’ should be n*ked from orbit, and the world would be a better place.
You certainly don’t seem to understand anything ABOUT our ally Israel, the only democracy in the middle east. Your criticism of Israel is uninformed and it appears you do not care that Israel is fighting for their survival against a heinous, bloodthirsty, relentless and rabid enemy—an enemy who wants them ALL dead..
This war against Hamas must be won with the biggest hammer Israel can muster. You might as well criticize Almighty God, because He has a hammer and has told His chosen people to use it when He deemed it necessary. I guess you would say Almighty God went too far!!
Please read something from Caroline Glick on JNS.com besides listening to the daily propaganda we see in our mainstream media. Discount the jihadist rants of the radical Palestinian supporters. From the River to the Sea is not a vacation tour agenda.
Keln said:
They’ve literally killed 1% of Gaza. Let that sink in. 1% of a population. That’s sick people
Keln, what percent of the Gaza population are Hamas combatants?
Maybe it’s more than 1 percent
Maybe that 1 percent is perfectly commensurate with a reasonable and measured military operation
Maybe “1% !!!” indicates that the military operation is incomplete … that not enough militants have been eliminated so far
I think you might want to be more circumspect than to come in here shouting about “1% !!!” with the effect of shocking or buffaloing us into viewing that kill rate as hideously profligate and careless on Israel’s part
It might be no such thing, man
The Israeli police later announced Chief Inspector Arnon Zmora died of his wounds.
Netanyahu’s older brother was killed in 1976 in the rescue of Israeli passengers whose plane was hijacked by Palestinian terrorists and taken to Entebbe, Uganda.
Eternal rest grant to them, O Lord, and may light perpetual shine upon them.
May God bless Israel, and may God deliver His punishment upon Israel’s enemies.
Amen and amen.

Shin Bet is light years ahead of FBI .
May Commander Arnon Zamora, killed during the raid to rescue four Israeli hostages, Rest in Peace. He is a true, authentic hero.
They renamed the mission after him
Noa rescued on her father’s birthday, in time to see her mother, suffering from Stage 4 brain cancer and pleading for the last eight months to see her daughter, before she passes.
Praise God.
Sidenote, @Sundance or anyone else, I’ve seen reports stating Mohammed Deif was killed during this and Israel has his body. Can anyone else confirm?
I did a search and could find no information verifying this.
It’s true. The mom is with a stage 4 cancer and pled Hamas to let her see her daughter. I can find it. See my videos on the open thread the President is congratulating her and say “I hope your mom will win”. Here is about the birthday.
https://youtube.com/shorts/fybvQqg54o0?si=mjJ5o9ORKX9aTkV-
That wasn’t the question asked.
Miya sought accurate information about reports of the death of Mohammed Deif.
Noa’s story has already been repeated many times here, we lack no information on that front, and we are happy for her and her family even as we grieve for the ravages she will surely spend all her days recovering from.
✔️
Someone said that “Maybe Muhammad Deif is dead” (I say it in an YouTube video) and this took off on social media.
It’s fake news to the best of my knowledge.
What you needlessly said to David —You’ve been triggered.
Vraiment?
And you’re triggered because he was legitimately called out for deflecting from the question asked.
11 hours ago :
Yes, lots of speculation, but nothing concrete.
You would think if they’d managed this, it would have been announced by now. Beginning to think it was fog of war this morning, but we might hear something as Israel wakes up (it’s 5:30 over there…my normal wakeup time, haha).
Thank you. I retract this then.
Noa Argamani and her mother were reunited at the hospital today.
That is good to hear.
Biden doesn’t get that there isn’t any moral equivalence.
Muslims kill infidels. That’s anyone who doesn’t worship their god.
Israel is killing Hamas so Hamas cannot ever kill any infidel ever again.
Correct answer!
If everyone would just flip the script for a bit and personalize what happened, you would be going scorched earth on the perpetrators yourselves. Wouldn’t you? Why can’t Israel? I hope Israel obliterates Hamas. IF my daughters and granddaughters, mother or sisters, were raped to death, brutalized, and dragged around by the hair until dead, I would kill every last one of those involved, with or without “permission” from the “global community”, whether or not there was “collateral damage”. When I hear people say, “Israel has gone too far” it’s shocking to me. What is too far? Please tell me.
Hell, look what we did to Iraq and Afghanistan post 9/11.
Brietbart reporting that CAIR had a sad about this.
And some now silent others closer to home.
F Hamas, F Iran, F Joe Biden
today is USS Liberty Memorial Day
https://scheerpost.com/2024/06/08/dont-forget-the-uss-libertys-dead-and-wounded/
CAIR is pissed too many terrorists got smeared in the operation.

I guess it’s “unfair” more Jews didn’t die in the rescue.
Here’s an interesting experiment. Ask your pastor if your church has ever accepted money from AIPAC or their subsidiary Christians United for Israel.
I love my country, the United States of America.
I’m not getting involved in these politics of other countries and I’m not letting them hijack my Christianity with donations. And I think some of you need to really think about that and look into it. We aren’t Israelis. We certainly aren’t Arabs and I don’t think we have too many Muslims here. We all know all of the problems in that garbage pile of a region the Middle East. But that’s not our problem. We aren’t going to hasten or prevent Armageddon or the Rapture by getting involved with these idiots.
So maybe just chill out with this stuff. Fix your eyes on Jesus, continue you to follow the Faith, and stop worrying about things that do not affect you. What happens in Israel isn’t our problem. It does not change anything. That country is run by people who think abortion is just fine. I don’t agree with them.
Lots of Arab Christians. My best friend is Armenian-Arab and reads here regularly now. She’s Orthodox and her family’s only been in the US since right before the genocide (the one in 1915 that no one talks about).
I pay attention to this because I have friends and family in the area (some of whom were living in bunkers last year because of this mess). I also have friends stationed in Germany who have seen Gazans loaded onto planes bound for the US. That part, at least, is going to be our problem. It’s not the 1990s anymore where the US could bomb the hell out of people in the sandbox and nothing happened at home. The administration is actively importing the casualties of Israel’s war. Sure, they’re also importing every other problem group on the planet, but it’s terribly naive to think we aren’t impacted by this at all.
What does anything you said have to do with American Christians?
God does not make a distinction between American Christians, Chinese Christians, Muslim Christians etal. Today’s gospel Jesus taught this clearly, when He asks, “Who are my mother, my brothers?” in Matthew 12:48.
This question seems puzzling at first, as Jesus is aware of who His family is. However, He is not asking about His biological family, but rather about those who are His true family in the eyes of God.
Who are these? “Whoever does the will of God”
Obedience to God’s Word is essential to knowing His will. The Bible is where Christians seek to apply its teachings to our lives, trusting that God’s Word is a lamp for our feet and a light for our path (Psalm 119:105).
Be Led by Love
The Bible teaches that we should be led by love, not by our own desires or emotions. We should seek to do God’s will because we love Him, not because we feel like it or because it’s convenient. This means we should be willing to make sacrifices and take risks to follow God’s guidance, even when it’s difficult. Complex and multifaceted that is rooted in the Bible and various religious traditions. Involving understanding God’s sovereign will, His plan of salvation, and His commands, as well as seeking guidance through prayer, the Holy Spirit, and obedience.
Jesus Himself is the embodiment perfect example of doing God’s will – even though He is God, the Second Person- subjected Himself perfectly by doing the will of God the Father, the First Person.
Peace be with you.
It is our problem because we are next.
Next for what? A Hamas attack?
I am well aware of all of the military aged males from various countries entering our borders as a result of terrible policy. I don’t think what I said makes me a “dolt”. But you do sound a bit unhinged. Life isn’t “this or that” you know. There is nuance to things. If you cannot accept that, then you are a “dolt” as you say.
Reality is not zero sum
I’m deeply impressed by your vision of yourself…let me bow down to you oh great one with superior knowledge over all worldly things. I am honored to be in a conversation with such a profound philosopher who can impart such a profound understanding in spite of his tender years and ignorance.
You think we’re exempt?
We’re fighting them over there, so they don’t flood the borders over here? /s
I commend your tenacity, because most CTH commenters admire Ixrael with a fervor bordering on idolatry.
I am not one of those admirers.
I am!
America 🇺🇸 FIRST!
Hmmm…what happened here:
Gen 1:27-31 KJV
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
¶ And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
What happened to accepting Christ and following the guidance of our Holy Spirit, and not using bible verses against our brothers and sisters because they are far more interested in personal politics than our actual faith?
Is that the “what happened here” you were getting at?
Troll.
JAW, you and I know I have been here for a long time and I have no idea why you of all people would call me that. Maybe consider the context of my words instead of being so reactionary. Because I know for a fact you are not an idiot and this response makes no sense in that context.
But if you are dead set on being an idiot, I won’t get in your way Sir.
Nope. Been a treeper a very long time, just doesn’t post often. Today was a rare exception:) And could we please not call others “trolls” simply because we don’t like or agree with what they say?
Thank you!
At least this is moderately more sensible. I’m for leaving them to kill each other or find a solution – without us.
The intervention of the rest of the Middle East (or Muslims) is the problem.
“I am not getting involved in these politics with other countries…..”
You certainly appear to be giving “these politics” plenty of time and energy with this situation in Israel despite your claim of not my monky not my circus attitude.
“Israel has gone too far” is an opinion you have developed and have no trouble sharing it with othere here.
You do not seem to be as “hands off” the politics of foreign governments you claim to be.
Each Repub (Dem?) member of Congress has an AIPAC guy per Thomas Massie:
MASSIE: It’s like your babysitter. Your AIPAC babysitter who is always talking to you for AIPAC. They’re probably a constituent in your district, but they are, you know, firmly embedded in AIPAC.
CARLSON: And every member has something like this.
MASSIE: Every Re– I don’t know how it works on the Democrats’ side. But that’s how it works on the Republican side. And when they come to D.C., you go have lunch with them. And they’ve got your cell number and you have conversations with them. So I’ve had like–
CARLSON: That’s absolutely crazy.
MASSIE: I’ve had four members of Congress say, “I’ll talk to my AIPAC person.” And like that’s clearly what we call them, my AIPAC guy. I’ll talk to my AIPAC guy and see if I can get them to, you know, dial those ads back.
CARLSON: Why have I never heard this before?
MASSIE: It doesn’t benefit anybody. Why would they want to tell their constituents that they’ve basically got a buddy system with somebody who’s representing a foreign country? It doesn’t benefit the congressman for people to know that. So they’re not going to tell you that.
Saw that!!! New Mexican President is a jew Sheinbaum??? Less than 1% of world population is jews, but they hold rediculous amounts of top jobs in every industry, and government. Makes me wonder why. I
m sure it isnt for the average Israeli.Amen.
Keln, I thank you for your thoughtful anposts here this evening.
That “garbage pile of religion the Middle East” is the birth place of Jesus, Christianity, the belief in one good, the Bible.
It’s the basis of Western values and if you have children they may have names in Hebrew like “Jacob, Josh, Nathan, Rebecca, Ben, Isaac, Naomi, Noa, Mary. It has everything to do with you. It goes beyond just historical facts.
And yes you have enough Muslims in the US to get the Democrats to stay in power. See numbers in Michigan, Minnesota, Arizona, etc… I don’t think that you should fight other nations wars but isolationism is also based on the false premise that there is no significant intentional interaction
And yes by all means ask your Pastor if they get money from AIPAC. I am sure that the answer is “no”.
Christinas United for Israel live Israel and their people donate and organize support for Israel because of their deep religious beliefs. They don’t have some endless government resources to pay churches to join them. Do have a problem with their beliefs and how they want to spend their time and money?
You think they don’t love America? Why would you even mention them?
Shalom.
While our religious views indeed come from the Middle East, our values and culture come from Greece and Rome primarily.
Using “isolationism” to deflect from our MAGA America 🇺🇸 FIRST agendas is noted, because they are two disparate outlooks.
AIPAC was noted by one earlier commenter that referenced Massie pointing out that every single Republican congress member had an AIPAC “person” that had to be conferred with on every single issue they debate, implying that foreign interests control the affairs of US legislation and policy.
That means the interests of Americans are second to a foreign entity.
And MAGA is determined to recapture our government for OUR interests.
America 🇺🇸 FIRST!
Ah, Greece and Rome, I proudly say that I have been to both, and loved them. So much fascinating history, and I long to return.
It’s hard to believe but I am tending to agree with your America First policy.
A nation should always put its citizens first.
If I lived in the US I would be voting for Trump which in my humble opinion is the last chance of the US to get out of the deep hole that the Globalists dug for it.
But what is the best for America is another subject.
Was the US fight against Nazi Germany was good for America?
Did the wars that were suppose to stop the expansion of the USSR serve America?
As to Middle East influence on US and Western Civilization Vs Roman and Greek. Each had its place. But the basis of the moral codes of the West are from Israel, bible, etc…
Your Founders were deeply religious people and the Christian Biblical influence is all over the foundations of the US.
The Romas and Greeks were good in science and art but religion and morality are from the area of Israel.
Take care.
No. I’m not Mossad. LOL.
” Hundreds of Hamas and Palestinian supporters of Hamas were reportedly killed in the rescue operation”.
According to whom? Rashis Talib or Hamas?
Hello friends,
I posted quite a few videos on the open thread.
The rescue team with the hostages had their vehicle damaged at the escape.
Areal cover saw hundreds of terrorists coming to kill the escaping histages and soldiers. Terrorists with RPGs, heavy machine guns and AKs. The IDF used areal support with helicopters and others. We don’t know how many terrorists were killed and how many civilians but the estimation is of more than a hundred terrorists.
But Hamas affiliated channel is trying to claim that the Hamas was not holding the hostages suggesting that the civilians are terrorists too.
Either way when you have hostages and come under fire of RPGs and other you do what you have to do.
CNN and the Progressive media are sickening.
As a note the hostages have reported that they were forced to learn Koran, brainwash and abuse.
Just so you know who the left is supporting.
They weren’t born to walk on water
They weren’t born to sack and slaughter
But on their soul, they weren’t born
To stoop and knuckle under
They have again thrown some thunder
They have again worked some wonder
Yes, Israel grows older but it’s soul remains alive
Let their hearts now grow colder and as bitter as a falcon in the dive
Awesome!
Well I read that maybe for the 4 rescued, it could have been around 200 killed…but wasnt that the exchange agreement for the hostages…like 50 Palestinians released for 1 hostage…Go figure, now Israel doesnt have to go thru the release process in Biden’s deal 😛
Glad to see you, David. Anything on Deif? Wondering about the likelihood and/or strength of possible retaliation.
Deif is likely fake news.
Thank you for the update! Could not find confirmation either, so am discarding. I’m certain the IDF will continue the hunt.
Here’s what Israel and the West dealing with:
https://x.com/ImtiazMadmood/status/1797159870300291515
“Islam is Love, not Hate”
“Kill the unbelievers wherever you find them.” Koran 2:191
“Make war on the infidels living in your neighborhood.” Koran 9:123
“When opportunity arises, kill the infidels wherever you catch them.” Koran 9:5
“Maim and crucify the infidels ” Koran 5:33
“Punish the unbelievers with garments of fire, hooked iron rods, boiling water; melt their skin and bellies.” Koran 22:19
“Terrorize and behead those who believe in scriptures other than the Qur’an.” Koran 8:12
Held in houses within the Gaza population. Interesting. No wonder that aspect is not being reported.
Am very happy for the rescued hostages and their families. They do have a long road of recovery ahead and praying they find the healing they will need.
What is the significance of the initial observation that none of the media are reporting they were held in houses, not underground?
The MarxMerdia is playing up civilian casualties as war crimes, while ignoring, as they are right now, that Hamas is using their civilians as human shields, ensuring significant body counts for all the actions required to rescue hostages.
They are not going to report facts that make any sentient mind recognize that Hamas wants its civilians to die for propaganda purposes and takes steps to ensure such happens.
Thank you. I get it now.
Although, I suspect there would still be a lot of collateral damage aboveground for any underground rescue mission.
Certainly.
The creators of Hamas trained them well.
Hamas uses the regular population as human shields. Public relations for Hamas is getting the civilian population killed so that they can blame Israel and appeal to useful idiots in the West.
This was one of the most complex and successful hostage rescue operations in history. Israel went into the heart of enemy territory, in an urban environment with a dense civilian population being used as human shields, to extract four people.
Terrorist hostage-takers should not be given a free pass simply because they hold hostages in a civilian area. Israel has the right to rescue their people regardless of where they are held. You hold hostages? you know of held hostages? you are a either a terrorist or conspirator.
This operation took place in one of the most densely populated civilian areas in Gaza. Israel did not choose the location. Hxmas intentionally hid hostages there to use their own civilians as cover, making them entirely responsible for any civilian casualties. The numbers of 500 wounded and 210 dead are most probably fake, as the numbers come from the hostage takers and their organizations… (this should be obvious but it’s clearly not)

Thank you. Apparently according to Gazan sources Noa was held by A Doctor and his son (An Al Jazeera Reporter) in their house. They were paid by Hamas. They were both killed in the rescue and the son’s wife too.
It goes beyond just “human shields”.
Congrats & Welcome Home!
Thank You Lord!
Today is the 57’th anniversary of Israel attacking the American ship USS Liberty, killing 34 and wounding 174 sailors.
If you kidnap people and hold them hostage in a civilian area held by civilians, you have no right to complain when civilians are killed during the hostages’ rescue. That is simply common sense. I’m glad the hostages were rescued, and I could care less how many civilians holding them prisoner were killed. If the Hamas goons don’t want civilians killed, they should stop hiding amongst them.
A very interesting night observing intently and carefully analyzing all comments ftom all sides on this post.
A veritable HUMINT “gold mine.”
Thanks all!
F hamas. Bunch of inbred ingrates
By the way, “from the river to the sea,” that stupid little slogan can go both ways.
I have always wondered why muslims do not eat pigs and then it come to me, they are pigs and it would be cannibalism!
I know that is harsh, but I remember these people doing their yelling and screaming in joy dances, when ever anything major happens that kills infidels in mass. Then comes what they did on Oct. 7th. I also remember where it says in the bible, Samuel: Destroy everything that belongs to them as an offering to the Lord. Do not allow anything to live. Put to death men women children and small babies. And the animals.
Now you should research why God said to do that! Evil will be destroyed from this planet and Universe. Nothing is going to stop that!!!
I have no love for Hamas and am ambivalent towards the “Palestinians,” but that interpretation of Samuel you made is at best, disingenuous, and at worst, blasphemous.
Those verses you refer to were a divine command to Saul directed towards the Amelakites, who were descended from Esau (Edomites) for their previous transgressions against the Israelites in their time of vulnerability and need. There are references of God’s displeasure of the Edomites also.
It should be noted that Esau was Jacob’s (Israel) brother, not his uncle’s children (Ishmael), progenitor of the Arabs.
The Amelakites were neither Arab (descended from Ishmael) nor Muslim. Islam did not even exist until over a millenia later. They were worshipers of Baal and Moloch, and by some accounts, Qus.
And you’re telling someone else to go research????
Where is the blaspheme, Black Knight. REALLY! But go on ahead and be a critic. The real problem , you just do not like being told to do something. I have a neighbor like that, hard headed old man!
Here Look up the, 1 Samuel 15: 3-23. Research that also.
Do not need a history lessen.
And who are you to presume that you or anyone can tell me or anyone else what to do?
And you made my point by citing the scripture I’m obviously more acquainted than you.
Verse 3 clearly states Amelakites. Every thing else I stated is accurate.
Blasphemy is when you misquote God for an agenda.
The shoe fits.
There were health laws that were established 1000s of years ago about not eating meat from animals that had split hoofs(if I am recalling correctly), they were considered unclean.
Pork could contain trichinosis which can encyst in the muscles and brains of humans. That’s not the worst of what it does.
The reason it takes so much firepower to pull off a hostage rescue in Gaza is because 80% (per recent polls) of the Gaza population are Hamas or Hamas-auxiliaries. Without a solid wall of firepower to cordon off the objective area, it would be flooded by hostiles.
Watch the movie Blackhawk Down to visualize a similar situation. The entire population is hostile.
There really are almost no “civilian” casualties in Gaza. Almost everybody there is actually Hamas or giving support to Hamas. “Hearts and Minds” are not winnable there.
My minority opinion of Israel
https://biblicisminstitute.wordpress.com/2015/07/28/how-the-ashkenazi-jews-conquered-the-west/
I was fooled the better part of my life , deception has been going for centuries.
This makes sense to me .
You’re entitled to your opinion.
You posted this up thread.
Your link is to a despicable anti Semitic site. Anyone doubting this just needs to go to the link and start looking at the pictures and the titles of the articles in the right hand sidebar. Even titles that don’t look ant Semitic turn out to be when you click on them.
If you read it , it blows words like Semite up, as made up ,along with Jew ,which is a newer alternative name for judean .
Not all people calling themselves Jews agree with Zionism ,and many are Christian .
And I have quite a few people in my family who refer to themselves as Jews , and I guess my grandson is part one .
So to accuse me of being a Semite is hogwash.
Close on the alternative name. Idumeans, who were a mixture of Judahites, Edomites and various Canannite tribes.
The two later forced to convert during the time of Hyrcanus circa 113 BC.
Good news but Israel is a very confusing situation. There is supposed to be a terrible war going on but this week there is a huge gay pride festival occurring. No sign of war and supposedly 250,000 taking part. What are we supposed to think.
RIP Arnon Zamora
You were brave.
They named the operation after Zamra.
Bibi’s brother was killed in the Entebbe rescue of hostages held by Idi Amin.
‘A hero of Israel’: Counterterrorism Officer Arnon Zamora dies after rescuing hostages
Arnon Zamora was fatally wounded during the rescue operation, which brought back four hostages from Hamas captivity.

Looking forward to the debriefs from these guys.
God Bless and Protect them.
CNN under fire for a shocking mistake when reporting on Israel’s daring rescue of four hostages from Hamas
CNN has come under fire for its use of language in its reporting of the rescue of four hostages held by HAMAS since October, in a raid in GAZA on Saturday.
During an interview discussing the hostage rescue operation a headline appeared on the screen stating the hostages had been ‘released’ as opposed to having been ‘rescued’.
On-air, news anchor Victor Blackwell was interviewing Ian Bremmer of Eurasia Group – although neither of the men used the word ‘release’ in their discussion.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13509691/CNN-criticism-Israeli-hostages-Hamas.html
Under fire, and stuckA short while later, as the three hostages and Zamora were being extracted from Nuseirat, their vehicle came under fire, causing it to get stuck in Gaza. Other forces quickly reached the scene to rescue them, bringing them to a makeshift helipad in Gaza, from where they were airlifted to Tel Hashomer Hospital in central Israel.
Noa was similarly taken by helicopter to the hospital, shortly before the other three were extracted from Gaza.
According to the IDF, the rescue forces faced a massive amount of gunfire and RPG fire in Nuseirat, leading the ground troops and the Israeli Air Force to carry out major strikes in the area.
The strikes, targeting the areas from where Hamas operatives were opening fire, were aimed at protecting the rescue forces and the hostages.
Hamas’s government media office said at least 210 people were killed amid the operation.
The IDF acknowledged that it killed Palestinian civilians amid the fighting, but it placed the blame on Hamas for holding hostages and fighting in a dense civilian environment.

Some people in this thread should seriously consider amending their world views.
I will leave a general remark: bombs and bullets are only a last resort – when all diplomacy has failed – not a first resort.
And if you reach and preach for the “bombs first”, dont be suprised if one day someone will reach for THEIR bomb first and drop it on YOUR head.. first. One reaps what they sow and US foreign policy is sowing a lot of bombs. And yes they are US bombs that are killing Palestinians, both terrorists and a heck of a lot of collateral damage civilians.
You attack my country and kidnap and rape my daughter, you can bet your sweet ass it won’t be teddy bears I will drop on your head. I will not give a tinkers damn who makes the bombs.
Somehow, Joe will take credit for this while admonishing Israel for the deaths of “civilians” who were imprisoning the hostages.
God bless Arnon Zamora, a hero.
Israel paid the price sadly, with the loss of one of its stellar IDF members. Joy and sorrow.
Suspicious cat is, well, very suspicious over this event……
Andrey Kozlov, 27
Just so happens that the only Russian citizen is freed. Ouch, that musta been a political nightmare for Hamas. So….how do you get rid of such a sticky position? Easy. You give “precise intelligence” to the Russkies, who then give “precise intelligence” to the IDF, but you can’t just let that one Russky get freed, because that would look way too conscripted, so you have to throw in a few others just to confuse things….perhaps people who paid very lucrative hostage fees to be included on this op?
This. In Lebanon 40 years ago, some Sovs were kidnapped by the crazies there. The Sovs found relatives of the kidnappers, and killed/mutilated them. The Sov hostages were released. Hamas knows not to cross the Russians.
From the river to the sea push the hamazzes into the sea and do not let them touch dry land ever again.
Meanwhile, LGB rails about “red lines” and doesn’t lift a finger to save the American hostages. Of course, they could all be dead, so……….
Hamas is NFG!
Another truth bomb lands on target. Scurry around as they may, the MSM and their deep state enablers have had their curtain of lies and deflections shredded. Hamas is Gaza and all Gaza is Hamas. Anyone one who believes otherwise is an enabler and supporter of unbridled wanton terrorism and the indiscriminate death of innocent individuals for twisted ideological and/or so-called “religious” beliefs/indoctrination.
Tapioca Brain probably told Bibi a few days ago to just leave them there… “It’s not a big deal, man. We do it all the time!”…
