It’s been 100 years since a Republican candidate has won the Bronx, but this evening Donald J. Trump will host his South Bronx rally in one of the bluest areas in the entire state of New York.
The rally is set to take place at 6pm before a massive crowd in Crotona Park – just weeks after another massive gathering of 100,000 supporters in New Jersey. Crotona Park , a 127 acre public park, is just blocks away from the boundary line of Rep Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s district.
Democrats (and assorted Marxist crazies) plan to hold a counter-rally at the other end of the same park.
“One of the other things I’m going to do — and I may be foolish in doing it — is I’m going to make a heavy play for New York, heavy play for New Jersey, heavy play for Virginia, heavy play for New Mexico, and a heavy play for a state that hasn’t been won in years, Minnesota.”

This Trump speech in the Bronx is the most direct, energetic, articulate, hard hitting, and yes highly entertaining political speech I’ve ever listened to. And I’ve been listening to political speeches for a long time; more than half a century in fact. It doesn’t get any better than this.
He’s home…he thrives on it and the people.

This is one of the best speeches I’ve ever heard him give. He hasn’t lost an ounce of his ability and enthusiasm. Inspiration like crazy.
Until a person is willing and able to open their HEART to True Love they are unable to hear “facts” or to use “reason” when analyzing those new “facts”.
CON Inc has, wittingly or unwittingly, inverted the truth by deploying opposite world slogans like ” facts don’t care about your feelings” then smugly labelling those they failed to persuade as useless libtards.
Fortunately, President Trump follows Christ’s example rather than emulating our eras pharisees. He understands that the way to a human beings mind is through their heart.
Those who have studied persuasion and/or effective communication sometimes refer to this as PACING ie only let their guard down enuf to truly listen to someone when a person believes that its SAFE to do so.
I doubt that’s the reason Trump can pull people in. I think right now fear is overtaking every other emotion when people find their grocery budget doesn’t stretch to feed their family. They see things going dark and see no light at the end of the tunnel. Safe was a long time ago and not relevant today. Save Me is the relevant cry.
So Trump PROVED that he was the one and only savior available now. He described the problems of New York that no one could solve. Until HE solved them. He reminded his audience, many of whom in that audience were likely only curious, of what the World Under Trump had been like. Then he reminded them of the world as it is today. The past was hope and, with his election, so could be the future.
Logic based on fear is far more likely to draw in the fearful.
