Can he get Paxton by an adversarial Senate? That’s my open question. Is there a way to sneak him in the back door as an ‘acting’ or ‘interim’ AG?
If my posit of adversarial Senate is correct, IMO PDJT should keep any appointees subject to approval, the real ones he wants, to himself during the campaign. Play their game. Guile and deceit. 👍

In order to go around Senate with ‘interim/acting appointment’ candidate must
have already been previously approved by Senate for another position.
For example…when DJT appointed Ric Grenell as ‘Acting DNI’
he had already been approved by Senate for Ambassador to Germany.
He will not have a majority in the Senate, its unlikely he will have even one true MAGA, certainly not more than one.
As for RINOS, they are the ones that blocked his nominees, and forced him to take traitors; it WAS NOT Schumer, it was McConnell.
Now, IF he returns to DC with 11″ of solud blackmail, and some of it on Republicon leadership, its possible he can leverage that, either into getting his admin picks, or in persuading certain R leadership to retire.
See, from an optics point of view, it was ‘easier’ for them to have a RINO majority denying him his picks, than it would have been a DEM majority, because then it would have looked partisan.
This next term, Romney led a group of Decepticons to say if PDJT wins, they are prepared to switch parties, so really all bets are off.
Certainly PDJT has thought about this, and he knows part of the problem was a R controlled Senate confirmation, so he presumably has thought of a work-around.

This represents a false assumption.
Unfortunately, nobody ever asks the real question.
Back in the Fall of 2019 (Oct ?), the Democrats gamed the 2020 election (at MIT ?). There were reports at the time about how some scenarios had states seceding from the union, etc.
The first question is .. what did the Democrats learn in that simulation ?
I believe what they learned is that if you were to cheat, there aren’t enough laws and enough time to discover and undo the cheat.
The real ultimate question is .. is this true ?
If this is true, this means that either party, or any party can cheat and get away with it.
The veneer of legitimacy is so thin that most politicians will turn their heads to avoid contesting such an election (see Nixon 1960).
2020 election also validated that lesson.
They might have come to the realization they have a better chance at keeping Trump from assuming office rather than winning the office.
I saw Eric Trump tonight and he fears they have begun organizing House members who will, should he win, refuse to certify the election based on the argument that DJT is an insurrectionist.
This means that the all the dem cheats and bullies and oligarchs plan to win the House in huge numbers.
No, they don’t need huge #’s, just one ir two more than 1/2; thats all they need for a majority, along with a Uniparty partner eager to give it to them, and facillitate their insurection (the Repubs).
The thing is, right now they could have a couplr if more R’s resign ‘flipping’ the House to Dem control, and they could then pass legislation barring PDJT from the ballot.
So, why don’t they?
Because since the illegitimate impeachment attempt (because Roberts refused to preside) failed to convict him of Insurection, no criminal court can, and without both a genuine impeachment with conviction, and criminal conviction, both for insurrection, they can not pass such legislation and have it survive Constitutional muster.
Hence, they can not refuse to certify election results that show the electorate clearly and overwhelmingly voting for him, because THEY think, without either a successful Impeachment, with trial and conviction, AND a similar Criminal trial and conviction, that is is unfit to serve because he allegedly was involved in an insurection.
Rejecting electors is if they have reason to quedtion whether the official results reflect the will of the voters.
It is NOT for them to reject the electors, aknowledging the electors DO reflect the will of the voters, but saying THEY, Congress are rejecting the voters will.
Thats not how it works.
They are grasping at straws, but eventually WILL come around to accepting PDJT in 2024.

An intensive 6-year investigation has revealed the identity of the man whose Social Security Number (SSN) is being used by President Obama.
Jean Paul Ludwig, who was born in France in 1890, immigrated to the United States in 1924, and was assigned SSN 042-68-4425 (President Obama’s current SSN) rec’d on or about March 1977.
Mr. Ludwig lived most of his adult life in Connecticut. Because of that, his SSN begins with the digits 042, which are among only a select few reserved for Connecticut residents.
Barack H. Obama never lived or worked in that state! Therefore, there is no reason on earth for his SSN to start with the digits 042. None whatsoever!
Now comes the best part! J. P. Ludwig spent the final months of his life in Hawaii, where he died.
Conveniently, Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Payne Dunham, worked part-time in the Probate Office in the Honolulu Hawaii Courthouse, and therefore had access to the SSNs of deceased individuals.
The Social Security Administration was never informed of Ludwig’s death, and because he never received Social Security benefits there were no benefits to stop and therefore, no questions were ever raised.
The suspicion, of course, is that Dunham, knowing her grandson was not a U.S. Citizen, either because he was born in Kenya, or became a citizen of Indonesia upon his adoption by Lolo Soetoro, simply scoured the probate records, until she found someone, who died who was not receiving Social Security benefits, and selected Mr. Ludwig’ s Connecticut SSN for her grandson, Barry Obama.
Just wait until the head Birther himself, Donald Trump, gets past the birth certificate and onto the issue of Barry O’s use of a stolen SSN. You will see leftist heads exploding, because they will have no way of Defending Obama.
