My first thought on the subject was, of course they have to be diplomatic due to the large numbers of Muslims they have allowed asylum into their countries. Many of those countries have Muslims in high political positions. The real answer is, they are just Weak!

You are absolutely correct. The regime in Iran is horrible. And their people deserve better.
However, that regime would have never been able to come to power in the first place had not the US and UK interfered in Iran’s internal politics during Operation Ajax in the 1950s to depose a popularly elected leader and replaced him with an equally brutal Shah that acquiesced to Western intrigues.
Had we stayed of Iran’s business back then and had let the Iranian people determine their own destiny, the crazed theocratic ayahtollahs would probably had never been able to appeal to the native population as an answer to depose a Western created backed and supported despotic Shah (king).

To be honest BK I only looked back to BHO, a mistake indeed. I have a dear friend whose father was a Colonel in the Air Force. They were stationed in Iran for several years in the early 70s and she enjoyed her time there. Once the Shah was installed the entire country went to he**. Then Bush took out Saddam Hussein in Iraq, it has been downhill ever since. BHO is just finishing what his predecessors started.

Iraq received most of its military aid from the Soviet Union.
During the first years of the Iran-Iraq war the US did not have any contacts with either Iran or Iraq. Even later on most of the military supplies to Iraq came from the USSR but also China, France and Italy. According to the Stockholm International Peace Institute (SIPRI), the USSR, France, and China together accounted for over 90% of the value of Iraq’s arms imports between 1980 and 1988 (the duration of the Iran-Iraq war) .
However, when Iran started to gain momentum the US felt it had to intervene to some extent. In 1982 Ronald Reagan decided that the United States “could not afford to allow Iraq to lose the war to Iran”. The US removed Iraq from the list of countries “supporting terrorism” and began to sell weapons to Iraq, but as noted above to a much smaller extent than both the big Communist countries and some European states.
It is true that the US sold Iraq chemical precursors to chemical warfare agents but so did also France, Italy West Germany among others.

Varroa are parasites, they grow to a certain size, and must have a larger host to attach to; anyone too small cannot be a suitable host. That is a natural deterrent to plagues built by Nature.
When the progressives/improvers of comercial beekeeping many decades ago had the bright idea to fashion honeycomb 3-5mm larger than that naturally built by unmanaged bees (bees stop growing when the cell they develop in is filed), they did so to make bees “bigger, stronger, and more productive” – that was the reason in theory for disrupting & changing what the bees were doing of their own accord; ‘we need bees to produce more for Humans to pillage’.
Bees that develop from eggs laid in too-large honeycomb cells are like body builders on steroids – they are bigger, seem stronger, but they are inherently weaker & have a more fragile constitution of health than naturally robust, unmolested naturally smaller bees.
They are also just large enough to host varroa mites comfortably… to their increased detriment; not small enough or strong enough to resist or control the parasites themselves.

Like most, if not nearly all, the well intention-ed 20th-21st Century Movements … the Women’s Liberation movement was high jacked and morphed into the horrendous abomination we have today … with its twisted messages of transgenderism, murder of the unborn, destruction of core values, neutering of the male population … et al.

With their large, well-disciplined, and well-funded professionalized party organization, the Democrats are fully capable of turning out enough legal Democrat voters to come within striking distance of a victory in November. IMHO, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will be the Democrat’s 2024 nominees. Just as happened in 2020, choosing the two weakest candidates who ever ran for president and vice-president has the benefit of lulling the Republican opposition into a sense of complacency about the upcoming November election.
The upshot here is that Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans must work hard enough before November to get at least 85 million votes in November, possibly as many as 90 million, in order to overcome a Democrat total vote count of 70 to 75 million legal ballots plus 10 to 15 million illegal/fraudulent ballots.

Merchan has done so many things to screw Trump, but one you may not have noticed is the day off. Trials judges usually have a day off from trial during which they have hearings on other cases. The jurors can tend to personal business like medical appointments.
Many judges make Friday the day off, so the court staff, jurors, and parties can have three-day weekends. Merchan knew Trump could do a lot of campaigning in three days, so he made Wednesday the day off.
However, Merchan couldn’t quite bring himself to tell Trump he couldn’t attend Barron’s graduation. So Trump got a three-day weekend.
And Trump’s lawyer masterfully played the cross so when the jury left for a three-day weekend, the last thing they heard was Cohen admitting he lied. Repeatedly.
In addition, the lawyer did not finish the cross, so the jury was left wondering, “what will Cohen admit to next?” over the weekend.
Well, now we know it was stealing from the Trump organization, which Cohen told Bragg about. A well-planned prosecution starts with a strong witness and closes with one.
Bragg (or the Biden DOJ lawyer who’s doing the trial) probably thought Cohen would make a strong finish.

Wikileaks’ Julian Assange’s wins right to appeal U.S. extradition
LONDON — A British court gave Wikileaks founder Julian Assange permission to launch a full appeal against his extradition to the United States on espionage charges Monday, after more than a decade of legal battles.
Two judges at the High Court in London said the Australian-born Assange could have a full appeal to hear his argument that he might be discriminated against because he is a foreign national.
Assange’s legal avenues in the U.K. would have been exhausted if the High Court had ruled the extradition could go ahead. His legal team said last week that Assange could have been put on a plane to the U.S. within 24 hours if they ruled against him.
Assange’s lawyer Edward Fitzgerald had told the judges they should not accept the assurance given by American prosecutors that his client could seek the protections given under the First Amendment, as a U.S court would not be bound by this. “We say this is a blatantly inadequate assurance,” he told the court, Reuters reported.
However, Reuters said that he had accepted a separate assurance that Assange would not face the death penalty, saying the U.S. had provided an “unambiguous promise not to charge any capital offense.”
It could be months before the appeal is heard.

My commentary is an “if” statement and states what should happen if true. The guilt question is left to the fact finder.
2). Your statements on the other hand are without support and are clearly in disagreement with what a federal grand jury decided. So kindly support your statement with the actual law stating that a foreign person can not be charged under the Espionage Act for what he is actually charged with. The law states “Whoever” and “any person”. Given that I have argued this case at length on a political debate forum, I doubt you can argue that doesn’t apply.
For me, this case is about whether he attempted to assist Manning or not. If he did, he is appropriately charged, and I doubt a jury would find him not guilty.

I am not the prosecution. It is the prosecution has to establish what they allege in their indictment to the fact finder at trial. But I can show what the they allege.
The superseding indictment alleges communication between the two and even quotes them at times.
If the indictments allegations are true and provable through their communications, I do not see a jury exonerating him.

Burden of proof, which is on the STATE.
Admissable evidence; detirmined by the Judge, based on law and precedent.
Reasonable doubt, as decided by the JURY.
These convis the State says they have, between Manning and,assange, for instance; HOW were they obtained?
And if Manning was recruited BY Gov. officials or manipulated into entrapping Assange, is gheir discovery evidence that could prove it?
If the information the government has was obtained wrongly that would be for the defense to raise at trial. We are not at that point yet.
Do you think you could show it was wrongly obtained?
It certainly wasn’t shown in Manning’s trial to be wrongly obtained, nor was it shown that Manning was recruited to entrap some other person in Manning’s trial.

My understanding of the terminology “walk” and your understanding appear to be different.
Manning served time prior to trial and after being found guilty. So no, manning did not walk. Manning’s sentence was later commuted by Obama.
Manning then served another year for contempt for refusing to testify before a grand jury investigating Assange.
And yes, Manning gave the info he retrieved to Assange. There is no doubt about that.
The question is did Assange attempt to assist Manning in obtaining that information.
President Trump’s trials at the hands of the justice department demonstrates that there is no justice in this country and a jury in a deep state/commie district is no guarantee of a fair and just trial. Assange would be subject to the same system that’s trying to take out President Trump.
