My mother had Alzheimer’s for the last five years of her life. The mental and physical deterioration in her last year of life rapidly accelerated and it was obvious she had only six months or so left to live. Biden isn’t quite at that point yet, but he is getting closer with each passing month.

Dementia and Alzheimer’s shouldn’t really be used (as they are often) interchangeably. Senile dementia is a general term that describes a range of symptoms, while Alzheimer’s is a specific disease that is the most common cause of dementia.
Most posting such comments, are basing it on their personal experience of dealing with alz. patients working within the restrictions of both legal and ethical limitations on treatment, restrictions Joes handlers are not under.

I’m using the IV3 data, It’s great as far as it goes, but it doesn’t go quite far enough. Going through the changed address data has to be done one record at a time. It’s pretty tedious. In my county there are almost 20,000 records with Moved From Registered Address data. There also is Non-Standard Addresses data. Although the voter data includes the date that a Permanent Change of Address request was put in, that date has to be manually input to a comment field in order to export it with the other information. That makes the process even more cumbersome.
All States follow NVRA procedures regarding removing voters from the rolls. Basically, unless a voter whose address has changed replies to a confirmation letter from the BOE, they remain on the rolls until 2 election cycles have occurred without them voting. This is why the date is critical. The exported records, which are in an Excel compatible format, have to have a formula field added that can look at that date and identify those voters that meet the two election cycle threshold. In my limited experience, about 14% of the records appear to be beyond the date they should have been removed. The data can be reviewed by multiple people, so if there were enough volunteers maybe this could be done in a reasonable amount of time. On the other hand, if I had the whole data set, with dates, I could sort it and identify which of the 20,000 voter records to challenge in a matter of minutes.
There is another problem. In MD, and I suspect many other States, voter challenges are only accepted from sources defined by law, and citizens aren’t one of them. So there is a question on how findings could be used. ERIC, used in some States, is by contract expected to identify Moved From Registered Address data. If we can use the IV3 data to demonstrate that they’re not doing that, perhaps they can be sued for non-performance. Perhaps publicizing the data that identifies issues with voter rolls will help inspire legislation to fix it. Also, identifying bad addresses and asking that ballots not be sent to those locations might yield results.
While I think this is a good tool, its application is not as straight forward as you might hope, and its utility is diminished by the cumbersome process to review records.

If Democrat-run California wants to force residents into electric vehicles (EVs), Democrat-run California had better start cracking down on crime. Talk about the law of unintended consequences…
“Thieves are targeting high-powered Tesla and other EV charging stations and stealing the heavy cable for the copper metal inside,” reports San Francisco’s NBC affiliate. “In Vallejo, someone cut cables from nine charging stations — leaving Tesla drivers in a bind and causing tens of thousands of dollars in damage and repair costs.”
“I think this is the second time or third that these have been cut,” a local EV driver added. “So they need to put some gates up or something. I don’t know what they can do, but this is pretty inconvenient.”

I’m surprised Tesla is using copper, if they are. Aluminum works fine for such applications like DC supercharging. Of course some criminals aren’t up on conductor nuances.
Utilities often use aluminum instead of copper for pad mounts and primary/secondary voltages for the same reason. It’s easy for anyone with a hot stick to open the circuit at the pole then steal the conductor from the conduit. With aluminum they’ll get some nice wire with little value.
