While I think it would be foolish for anyone to wager $, on what SCOTUS will rule, I am never the less guardedly optimistic, long term.
Firstly, I do not think any of the Lawfare cases against PDJT will survive appeal to SCOTUS, and I don’t think they are intended to.
Beyond that, there is a long history of A) States NOT challenging Federal overreach on the basis of 10A, when they COULD have B) whenever they have, they win to the point that the Federal Government usually ‘backs down’ C) there is no equivalent of a ‘statute of limitations’ on such challenges.
Examples of States assertion of Federalism;
Legalising MJ for recreational use, Sanctuary cities/States on immigration, and a State declaring Ivermectine as OTC are 3 recent examples that come to mind.
Just cause we disapprove, doesn’t mean they aren’t clear examplesof States telling the Feds to stick it, and the Feds not fighting it.
Imagine a States MAGA Gov. and A.G. forbidding the Feds from arresting any J6 protesters?
Without local police on scene to actually carry out the arrest and transport, the Feds are actually pretty impotent.
Without a State Health Dept. issued “Certificate of Need” no hospital can operate; they must close their doors.

A President, honoring his oath, as the Executive Branch, cannot associate with, nor defend, any “written law that is unconstitutional.”
The “written law” President Jefferson referred to are the unconstitutional administrative-state’s rules, acts, declarations, interpretations, agreements, and even some laws that the un-American globalists have enacted over the past century, slowly eroding the freedoms and rights of the American citizens and states as defined in the Constitutional Republic’s Constitution and the legally approved amendments.
It should be noted that the globalists (like W and o-bummer) in the Executive Branch have aided and abetted the legislative and judicial branches in putting the unconstitutional actions on the Executive Branch. But, it is now up to President Trump to right the wrongs they have done.
When President Trump, using his oath, divests the Executive Branch of its unconditional personnel, departments and processes then he will have the Executive Branch back on sound Constitutional footing and will be ready to proceed with the rest of Making America Great Again. While I agree with your assessment of not relying on individuals ( robed jurists) to save us, the intent of the U.S.Constitution was that people of faith and common sense, with a system of checks and balances ( separation of powers within govt ) would be able to prevail in governing. So,no, I will not look to the singular to save us, but will work to return us to the faith, knowledge,and commitments that the Constitution requires.

Niger’s Military Junta Revokes Military Deal with US: State TV
Niger’s military leadership revoked an agreement relating to the status of US military staff in the country, according to a statement Saturday on State TV.
“The American presence on Niger’s territory is illegal and violates all constitutional rules,” said Amadou Abdramane, the junta’s spokesman.

I’m skeptical that’s why they passed the Tik Tok ban now. The mainstream papers-WSJ, NY Times, Financial Times-are very pro-Palestinian, so a significant number of the ruling class must be just fine with anti-Israel messages. And the State Department is anti-Israel and wants Iran to be the power player in the Middle East. I suspect it’s because of the upcoming election. Hamas’s original plan of maximizing the civilian causalities didn’t work.
The foot soldiers were able to control most of Gaza within a few weeks minimizing the civilian casualties, so Hamas had to exaggerate the death toll to create global rage against Israel.
The ground operation and the brave foot soldiers who risked their lives dismantling Hamas death traps in one of the most populated areas while under Hamas fire have been guided by Divine power.
The majority is focused on Hamas’ lies but we are seeing the sacrifice of the brave soldiers on the ground.
