This would have been a great idea for multiple reasons:
It illustrates how long Biden has been in politics. 35 years ago, he was already one of the longest-sitting Senators. It shows how much Biden has declined cognitively. A few years ago, Biden supporters started claiming that Biden was a lifelong stutterer, but Biden doesn’t stutter at all in his SOTU response. He also doesn’t start yelling for no reason. It shows how far Joe Biden has drifted from the fairly reasonable man he was in the early 1990s, where he favored more police and tougher prosecution of crime, and even wanted a crackdown on drugs coming across the border. Having our own ideas is what we’re about (and we don’t carrying grievances for a century — or several– like some do) but…well, we all know we’re losing that; collectivism is turning out to be as contagious as the common cold (haha — corona virus.) Cabrini greens was a Chicago housing project designed to help those poor Italians. Over time it became a dangerous area after blacks slowly replaced the Italians in the early 60s. I believe it was demolished in the 1980s.

I played hoops there a few times in the 90s.
My Italian grandfather came over in 1900 at the age of 2. That said, I am all for reparations. But ONLY if it means this ENDS all of this other talk about racial bias, systemic racism, DEI, police brutality and all that other nonsense. But it won’t. The problem is that no reparations can make up for slavery and make us “even.” The only way to make us “even” is if they were allowed to enslave white people for several hundred years. That’s it. That is literally the only way. Reparations will do nothing to stop the racial divide in this country, just add more fuel to the fire and one giant step toward basically making us “even.”
BTW for any history buffs , there was alot of white slavery back in the day – In North Africa with the Barbary pirates , who would periodically make slave raids up and down the Mediterranean coast and as far north as Iceland or capture merchant ships and sell their white captives in the thriving slave markets there – That should count for something in coming up with a “fair” reparations number …PS Fortunately , at least, in one case we have found an easy solution to a reparations issue- for Native Americans – through licensing their casinos .. .. Already happened. You may be owed reparation if you are of British, Icelandic, French, Spanish descent. Or have ancestors who lived in villages on the Mediterranean coast. The Berber Tribes pre-dated the Arabs and are different ethnically. Berbers are a very old ethnic group, one of the oldest pre-arab people in NW Africa. In the 7th century military Arab conquest eventually converted most of the Berbers to Islam.
Genetically most people living in Tunis/Morocco/Algeria were of Berber origin even though residents were divided between those that identified as Berber or Arab. (Berber was second class, at least back in the time of the Barbary Corsairs).

The disease in question is one we’ve all been told (and its true) is the most-transmissible virus known to man, otherwise called “measles.” Measles is so transmissible that if you put 1 person in a room who has it with 100 unprotected persons for an hour or so damn near every one of the 100 will get the measles. It routinely ripped through schools, businesses and similar for a very long time and as a result was one of the first focuses of vaccination when we figured out how to attenuate a live virus and stick it into a vial to be injected into humans.
Indeed, if you remember Apollo 13 the entire reason Swigert was on board was that the other intended astronaut for that flight, Ken Mattingly, had been exposed to the German variety, otherwise known as Rubella, and he did not have immunity from either previous illness or vaccination. The medical director refused to let him board (although the other two astronauts were immune and thus could not have infected them) since he had a decent probability of getting quite sick while in flight. He did not get the measles, incidentally.
Because measles is so contagious we are told that in order to protect against epidemic-scale outbreaks basically everyone has to be either previously ill or vaccinated. If not then, simply on the math, such outbreaks are inevitable because one person will get it and as it is so transmissible to others if we do not mandate vaccination to go to school, for example, we will sicken huge numbers of kids as soon as the first kid gets the disease and that is an unavoidable event.
Mathematically this all checks out and it has been dogma and enforced by law in the school systems for decades.
It has all been a lie and everyone involved at the government level — and I’ll bet most physicians as well — know it. That’s right, your doctor and specifically your pediatrician has been lying to you, either on purpose or as a result of deliberate ignorance, for 40+ years.

Unless it was included in the cocktail I got in ’63, I’ve never gotten a tetanus shot and I worked my whole lifetime in heavy industry and agriculture. Still vertical and breathing and haven’t seen a doctor since I forced myself to get a routine physical before going to Africa in the early 90’s Why? Malaria prophylactic. Unfortunately, I did take the version that the military vets ultimately had issues with, Lariam.

The prevailing attitude in public life is just to forget the whole thing. And yet we live now in a country very different from the one we inhabited five years ago. Our media is captured. Social media is widely censored in violation of the First Amendment, a problem being taken up by the Supreme Court this month with no certainty of the outcome. The administrative state that seized control has not given up power. Crime has been normalized. Art and music institutions are on the rocks. Public trust in all official institutions is at rock bottom. We don’t even know if we can trust the elections anymore.

i hate to always be that guy… but i am more convinced than ever that NO ONE will face any accounting, justice, consequence, or other, and no institution will be reasonably investigated – unless the people decide to do it themselves, the unpretty way.

We still do not have clarity on the timeline of the turnkey totalitarianism that seize the US for years ago starting March 13, 2020. That’s when the Trump admin invoked the Stafford Act, thereby granting FEMA new powers and money, and HHS issued its then-secret lockdown plans in the form of PanCAP Adapted.
Here’s what’s weird. This document came out on a Friday. But according to every autobiographical account – from Mike Pence and Scott Gottlieb to Deborah Birx and Jared Kushner – the gathered team did not meet with Trump himself until the weekend of the 14th and 15th, Saturday and Sunday.
According to their account, that was when they talked him into lockdowns and 15 days to flatten the curve. He announced this on Monday the 16th with the famous line: “All public and private venues where people gather should be closed.”
This makes no sense. The decision had already been made!
There are only two possibilities. One: the Department of Homeland Security issued this March 13 HHS document without Trump’s knowledge or authority. That seems unlikely. Two: Kushner, Birx, Pence, and Gottlieb are lying. They decided on a story and they are sticking to it.

I have not encountered him much in my readings. I did read that Jared gave up his bedroom on a Netahyahu visit to the UN years ago. The story of Charles Kushner is very interesting in many ways. Most of his fellows do not like him because he was brazen in his politicing, where they liked to keep their campaign contributions (steering bribery imo) hidden from public view. I used to be a regular reader of The Forward which I highly recommend, which did many exposes of him & his friends.

Don’t Count on American Compliance With Gun Confiscation

As someone who works in Second Amendment policy, I often feel as though I have heard every bad, impractical or naïve gun-control argument that could possibly exist; in fact, it is becoming increasingly rare for me to find myself truly stunned at a statement made by a pro-gun control politician or advocacy group.
Yet even I was struck speechless when former Congressman Beto O’Rourke suggested during his presidential campaign that Americans would simply comply with his proposed laws to confiscate tens of millions of their firearms.
“If we’re able to pass mandatory buybacks and I’m able to sign that into law, then I fully expect our fellow Americans to turn in their AR-15s and AK-47s,” said O’Rourke.
This was not a misstatement or a one-off comment. As O’Rourke’s spokesman, Chris Evans, later confirmed: “When a mandatory buyback program for assault weapons is enacted, it is the law. We expect people to follow the law here in the United States, and we know that Americans are law-abiding people.”
I am not writing this to promote civil-disobedience, but just to point out fundamentals of human nature that ideologues like O’Rourke and Joe Biden don’t appear to appreciate. They seem to think the American people, or perhaps any group of people, will simply conform to whatever ideological framework they decide to legislate.
This isn’t true for many reasons.
First, non-compliance with gun-confiscation laws has been widespread even in countries that don’t protect the right of citizens to keep and bear arms.
Second, Americans are already notoriously non-compliant with strict gun-control measures in states that have enacted them on a smaller scale.
And that’s why it will probably never happen, at least by the hands of legal US citizens. Who of them have a deep enough desire and the associated guts to enforce it?
Perhaps some of the millions of illegals streaming in who will be allowed to be cops or in the military and told, “enforce this or you’ll be deported”? Another ulterior motive for an open border?
In the current environment, it’s easy to manufacture crimes, see ‘Three Felonies a Day’ for the long-lived process of how it works, then confiscate out of an ‘abundance of caution’. We’ve seen this already and who writes the narrative? Law enforcement does. Who sells it? Media does.
Then there’s ‘laws’ like in California, Oregon, and Washington, ‘regulating’ private ownership of weapons and ammunition. I use those examples because I’m most aware of them. Here’s an example of late, just now being pushed through the state legislature in WA, putting onerous ‘regulations’ on FFL’s, defacto driving smaller ones out of business. Where do you think smaller FFL’s operate? In the conservative areas of a Communist controlled state.
It’s the same where I live. One has to use a FFL to buy most firearms (there are some exceptions if one is a ‘collector’ and has the appropriate FFL themselves). If there is only one or two FFL’s in a sparsely populated area, and they are driven out of business, how is one going to follow the law?
In California, they limit purchase of ammunition and one must buy it through a FFL. Gun and ammo control.
Who enforces these laws.? Locally, it’s the Sheriff, either directly or in cooperation with the state or federal authorities. Are Sheriffs refusing to cooperate? Ours cooperates, so far. He did mention ‘priority’, meaning he assigns priority arbitrarily. Whatever than means.
He could make firearms enforcement ‘low priority’. That’s possible. Do we think the Communists embedded here will let him get away with that? More likely, patriots will let him and the state./ fed get away with usurping more of our rights.
We, locally, voted for PDJT by a three to two margin in 2020, presuming the all-mail-in balloting wasn’t corrupted. The Sheriff ran unopposed. Sorry for the long wind but it was on my mind 🙂

I’m hungry to learn of any, or even one, to highlight them as a friend of Patriots.

The results provide substantial support for theories of Economic-Elite Domination and for theories of Biased Pluralism, but not for theories of Majoritarian Electoral Democracy or Majoritarian Pluralism.
In the United States, our findings indicate, the majority does not rule—at least not in the causal sense of actually determining policy outcomes.
When a majority of citizens disagrees with economic elites or with organized interests, they generally lose. Moreover, because of the strong status quo bias built into the U.S. political system [that describes the overwhelming influence of the administrative state and lobbyists – W], even when fairly large majorities of Americans favor policy change, they generally do not get it.

I would posit it’s healthy to be clear and firm and unwavering in one’s choices, particularly when and where it comes to elemental security surrounding the lives of oneself and one’s loved ones, and operate without exception.
One will necessarily have to train to become comfortable and focused on what would and will be otherwise uncomfortable. Peaceful men, historically, had to train, physically and psychologically, for war. Its reality broke many that it didn’t outright kill. My generation experienced this most poignantly with the Vietnam war.
I doubt the cops that my dad and his buddies killed, either purposely or incidentally, were all bad people. They simply chose to inure to and act on the side of Fascism. That’s how war goes. Their uniform didn’t give them a pass. Their actions dictated the results. Same with civilians. Harsh reality. 🙁

He took what everyone said would be a minimum of five years and got it done in six months – a really great accomplishment.
Now, recall Fauci at a conference a few years before Covid talking about how they needed to throw out the usual vaccine approval process and get things done much faster. All of that safety stuff and long term genetic studies were getting in the way of profits. Could Operation Warp Speed have happened if Fauci and others had wanted to stop it, or were they finding ways to “agree” to things they already wanted to do and just let the President think he was getting things done?

IMO, the ‘equal in the eyes of God’ indoctrination was enough for me and performing functional tasks to earn merit badges taught practical skills I use to this day. I still have my original Boy Scout compass, mess kit, canteen, backpack and sleeping bag to remind me some six decades later.
These orgs are good reminder that patriots, too, should band together and pursue similar avenues of indoctrination into the philosophy and spirituality we espouse and, further, indoctrinate the children into the world of critical thinking, doing their own research and learning, and questioning authority, and humans in authority, of all types. Teach them to love themselves first and respect and cherish the free will God gave them. We are all a community of parents 🙂

I became a Family Sciences major in college.
It was an in-depth analysis of all areas of family living.
Worldly people with MBA;s and engineering degrees might have looked down their nose at me, but I learned priceless information about family dynamics, and the changing roles of the modern family and what was positive, but especially the changes that were to our detriment.
One required class was Work and Relationships in the Home.
I rolled my eyes and thought I was taking a class on cleaning and housework, which I hated.
Turns out I was learning how with the advent of machines to help us with housework, relationships in the home changed dramatically.
Instead of someone washing dishes, and one drying – now there was a dishwasher and only one person doing the job.
Many of the opportunities for conversations that were had over completing simple tasks, cleaning, and quliting, disappeared.
Siblings that had shared beds and rooms, were now delegated to their own rooms, and their own chores.
The family garden disappeared. All the weeding done by children together was no longer a viable chore.
Children taking care of lambs, goats, horses, cows – all that went away.
What has replaced all these things? Isolation, self-amusement (videos, video games, etc).

I am happy to report that the families of my three, that ideal still exists, especially with my youngest and her husband who eschew all electronics and television. Latest of their many projects is a chicken coop and the chickens which will live there. She is requiring that before they arrive that her four read and learn all about the care and feeding of them, for which they will be responsible. They are so excited. Ages 11, and 9 year old triplets.

My oldest backpacked all over Europe after a summer school course in Spain during her final year at university.
She adored this movie and knew every word of every song and warned her fellow backpackers she would be entertaining them throughout their journey. When they reached Austria, she provided them with a stunning performance of The Hills Are Alive, complete with the wide armed gestures and twirling. She has a beautiful voice so they didn’t mind at all.
