It started with a company called INSLAW and their software, PROMIS, that was meant to collate evidence/crimes/etc to share with police depts. DoJ STOLE IT and practically bankrupted INSLAW. The owner of the software then set about trying to get his money…. that morphed into The Octupus Murders.
Danny Casolaro was an investigative reporter who fell down the rabbit hole…. he ended up dead in a hotel room. He had recently encountered a DoD Military Intelligence operative who claimed to have info for him.
The investigation took him all around the world. He discovered that PROMIS was being used to spy.
He also encountered a nutty hacker who claimed that the DoJ had tasked him with reading the code for the stolen software.
Anyway, after all the twists and turns and several investigative journalists took on the story…. they all ended up consumed by it and had to stop for the sanity. Danny didn’t. One of the interesting aspects is that the hacker is the guy who kept feeding info to the reporters and dragging them further and further into the great big hole of a conspiracy.
The Netflix documentary is by another young journalist who took on the story and wanted to find out how Danny died. He too went on a dark journey….

Second, we are, unfortunately, not at all in agreement about nullification.
In the famous words of Thomas Jefferson, ” That the several states who formed that instrument ( the U.S. Constitution), being sovereign and independent, have the unquestionable right to judge of its infraction, and that a nullification, by those sovereignties, of all unauthorized acts done under the colour of that instrument, is the rightful remedy. Without this right, they would be under the dominion, absolute and unlimited, of whosoever might exercise this right of judgment for them”
Or in the words of Madison in his Report of 1500: “in case of deliberate, palpable, and dangerous exercise of other powers not granted by the said compact ( the U.S. Constitution), the states, who are parties thereto, have the right, and are in duty bound to interpose for the arresting the progress of the evil, and for maintaining within their respective limits, the authorities, rights and liberties appertaining to them”.
Article VI Clause 3 : The Oath of Office – All State legislators and appointees are bound to support the U.S. Constitution.
Article VI Clause 2: Supremacy Clause – Law pursuant to the Constitution are supreme. Laws that are NOT pursuant to the Constitutions are acts of usurpation.
Nullification is the Article VI solution.
So…I do not agree that the U.S. Supreme Court is the arbiter or judge of constitutionality of federal laws. I believe, as did our founders, that the States and their citizens are the judges.
I also believe that you , and every state legislator, is duty and oath bound to ensure that your constituents are not subjected to unconstitutional federal laws or any act of usurpation.
It is not the role of our elected state officials to agree to abide by unconstitutional laws because not doing so might risk the receipt of some federal grant money. That is NOT upholding the oath.
Now is the time to be bold, and assume the powers and uphold the duties afforded to your office by the U.S. Constitution…and protect your constituents.

More Ukrainian M1 Abrams tanks were destroyed in the vicinity of the village of Berdychi over the past week, one of them knocked out by Russian infantry while another ended up disabled in a duel against a T-72B3 main battle tank. The total tally of destroyed US-supplied armor, confirmed by the Russian Defense Ministry and corroborated by footage circulating online, now stands at three tanks.
Two more M1 Abrams tanks were reportedly damaged in combat, with two Abrams-based engineering machines, M1150 Assault Breacher Vehicles also destroyed by Russian troops.
The US-made vehicles made their long-anticipated first appearance on the frontline in late February amid the Ukrainian effort to stop advancing Russian troops after the fall of Avdeevka. ‘Close call’ for Zelensky?
On Wednesday, the Russian military conducted a high-precision missile strike on a port facility in the Ukrainian Black Sea city of Odessa, targeting a hangar said to be housing sea drones. The drones have been repeatedly used by Kiev to attack Russian navy ships, as well as the Crimean Bridge.
The strike occurred while the Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky was in the city, hosting a Greek delegation led by Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis. The sea-drones hangar was in a direct view of the delegation, prompting media speculation that the presidential convoy was the true target of the strike. The suggestion, however, has been refuted by Moscow.
The strike on the hangar came shortly after a reported attack on the Russian naval patrol ship Sergey Kotov, said to have been targeted by multiple sea drones near the Kerch Strait. While Ukrainian military intelligence claimed the vessel sank during the attack, the Russian side remained silent on the matter, while footage circulating online suggested the ship suffered at least one hit.

“Hundreds” of fraudulent call centers have been established in Ukraine and Eastern Europe to run investment scams, national broadcaster CBC has reported
Canada has become a major target for scammers operating from Ukraine and Eastern Europe, state broadcaster CBC/Radio Canada reported this week, adding that the nation has been seen as “easy prey” by the criminals due to the authorities’ inaction.
Information about a vast investment scam network operating online and through phone calls was provided to the broadcaster by a whistleblower identified only as ‘Alex’. The man claimed that the network includes “hundreds” of fraudulent call centers based in Ukraine and elsewhere in Eastern Europe. According to CBC, just one such center in Kiev employs some 150 people, whose “only job” is “to steal the life savings of Canadians.”🤣
The criminals lure their victims through social media ads on Facebook and other platforms offering risk-free, high-yield cryptocurrency investments, CBC reported. Such ads reportedly often include images of Canada’s prominent public figures, like Prime Minister Justin Trudeau or opposition leader Pierre Poilievre, supposedly promoting the investments.
According to CBC, the scammers started recruiting people to specifically work with “Canada only.” A Radio Canada journalist was able to apply for such a “job” at a Kiev-based call center that exclusively targeted Canadians.
Such “agents” were offered a monthly base salary of $1,200 and a 10% commission on all the money they stole. Those who were able to get $100,000 from their victims per month could see their salary rise to $1,500, the broadcaster reported.
“It’s going to corrupt authorities. We don’t know where the money goes. It can go to the black market, maybe to drugs, maybe to weapons… destination unknown.”
”These criminals love Canada,” Mark Solomons, a senior investigator at IFW Global, an Australian company specializing in fraud recovery, told CBC. According to him, the government does not put enough effort into prosecuting such cases, and the chances of the criminals being caught “are very slim.”
Several law enforcement agencies and ministries contacted by CBC, including Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc’s office and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, as well as the Foreign Ministry, refused to provide any comment on the issue.

The Biden DOJ has declared it will fight, in court, against any efforts to stop the use of street corner drop boxes, nationwide, in 2024.
Let’s say that in multiple states, the courts side with the DOJ/blue/purple states, even some RINO controlled red states and permit these drop boxes… WHAT are we going to do to ensure another election is not stolen? We also should include specific election integrity protection measures IN our court pleadings.
In other words, don’t just argue against the drop boxes in your pleading… also include a list of specific protections the court can decide to approve IF the judge says these election drop boxes are legal. . . Which they may.
So… we need multiple election integrity measures listed in multiple court pleadings and we want courts deciding on them too, individually if possible. Not a lawyer… so not sure this can or how it would be done. We have just 8 months till November. We need to consolidate remedies in our court pleadings/cases. Don’t have time to lose and then bring new case.
It is CRITICAL to the nation and our survival that Americans can trust that the 2024 election is honest and authentic. I don’t want civil war… although I do believe out corrupt govt does want that.
Some ideas:
1. Cameras at all drop box locations must be installed and monitored 24/7 by both campaigns… and no one is permitted to put more than one ballot in a drop box. If we see anyone do this… we need lawyers ready to deal with it.
2. All retrieval of cast ballots from every box must include/be done in the presence of a trusted rep from both the Trump and Biden campaign… and other campaigns, ie.; RFK Jr. if they want.
3. Not sure where these drop box ballots go once retrieved — to USPS … or… directly to election boards — for verification of the outer envelope and then stored until election day counting… where are they stored? We need a LIST of every storage location in every state.
4. At ALL election boards where the outer envelope is verified and recorded in their election board database, a Trump and Biden campaign rep (+ other campaigns if desired) MUST be present to monitor AS the envelopes are opened & verified AND then separated from their outer envelope… and as those now unidentifiable handwritten ballots are then placed in boxes for storage … until counting on election day.
However…
5. IMO… ALL mail-in ballots AND early in-person votes/ballots received PRIOR to election day … must be verified and COUNTED the DAY they are received… and in the presence of … trusted reps from both Trump & Biden campaigns. No doubt there are many many Trump supporters nationwide who would be willing to handle this task.
This daily counting if ballots as received …. would also alleviate the serious problem of …. ridiculously storing millions of UNCOUNTED cast votes for weeks b4 they are counted on election day. Instead, we would have a RUNNING TALLY of all early cast votes each DAY… and those tallies would be publicized.
That way … storing votes that have already been counted is no threat to achieving an honest election bc the votes were already counted. They are merely being stored… and there is no point to switching real ballot boxes with fraud ballot boxes.
The fact is that all these ballots are worth trillions of $$ and tremendous power. They deserve to be protected at Fort Knox (not posdible/legal) … under 24/7 armed guard. Even then I still wouldn’t trust the security.
The legitimate concern that political operatives CAN enter many ballot storage rooms – w/keys or codes- and switch real ballot boxes with fraud ballot boxes would no longer be … a legitimate danger… as it absolutely is now.
Anyone who has seen The Godfather knows how EASY it is to commit this fraud/theft and switch boxes…OR … throw away R ballots.
Many state voter databases – used at election boards where these ballots are verified– do IDENTIFY whether a voter is/or was an R, D or I. It’s EASY to know WHICH cast ballots to throw away (R/likely Trump ballits) and replace them with an unidentifiable fraud ballot.
How? The partisan election staffer just puts all R ballots – the likely Trump votes/ballots – in a PILE and replaces many/most of those R ballots with fraud Biden ballots… which STEAL the vote away from Americans… so they/we wasted our time voting bc our Trump vote CAN be thrown in the trash or more likely BURNED and our vote replaced with a fraud Biden ballot. And NO ONE would know this UNLESS the election board staffers are monitored AS they verify outer envelopes… and put the ballots in boxes.

OR…. HOW can real ballot boxes be switched with fraud ballot boxes and then the fraud ballot boxes are STORED until election day?
EASY- Just need a partisan election staffer — likely bribed but many would probably do it for free bc most election board staffers ARE partisans– willing to give the key or code to the storage room… + a FEW other things, ie, print-out a new identical storage box label for the fraud ballot boxes so the political operatives criminals can place them on the frsud boxes when they switch the boxes. It’s ridiculously EASY to commit massive election fraud in multiple ways.
And none of the ballots in these storage boxes are verifiable anymore– once separated from the outer identifiable envelope. They become just unidentifiable hand written ballots. EASY to replace the real ballots/boxes with fraud non-descript fraud ballots… and boxes.
This crime/switch … could be committed within 10-15 min at each storage location… in the middle of the night and no one would know. That is likely exactly how it was done in 2020 and 2022.
What do we SACRIFICE? Well, we sacrifice the some of the surprise on election night… bc we will have a PUBLIC running tally of cast votes weeks b4 election day… which will progress to election day. Campaigns will have to work harder to get out votes 4 their side too.
If we want the CONVENIENCE of early in-person voting and mass mail-in voting — and Americans do like that– then we simply must sacrifice some of the surprise on election night… in order to ensure we have election integrity.
Again… it is critical in 2024 that Americans CAN trust that our elections ARE honest, fair and authentic. We cannot survive another rigged election. We can’t go through this again. It really could trigger civil war which we don’t want bc that would be very bad for our country in multiple and serious ways.
6. IF we cannot count ballots each day as received (courts say no)… then we need cameras at every ballot storage location… and 24/7 guards representing both/all political candidates. Not sure how well that will work. We all know how cameras (& secuiry) were diffused/removed re Epstein’s prison cell. Easy to manipulate cameras, unfortunately, so while we should have them, they aren’t that trustworthy. Need 24/7 security too. Better than nothing… IF we can’t get daily cast ballot tallies.
Best to … include these protections IN our court pleadings. We don’t have time to screw around. Create solutions/other measures to ensure election integrity and FORCE courts/judges to decide on these other/additional election integrity OPTIONS for securing ballots.
7. MAKE THESE CASES PUBLIC. The msm succeeded in hiding the evidence re: 60 2020 cases…. They only reported the results, and in distorted ways. And, usually these cases were tossed out by judges (often corrupt) on the catch-all “standing” issue… so that the actual evidence was never adjudicated. We cannot have a repeat of this.
We need WEB SITES, Podcaster NEWS/media sources… the RNC… all dedicated to ….PUBLISHING, constantly, the election Integrity protections we include in all the cases we bring.
FORCE the dems/rinos to publicly DEFEND/explain why they do not want these reasonable election integrity protections.
Use Fox, newsmax… podcasts, twitter/X etc … any and all media to …. REPORT THE DETAILS of these cases… and our explanations re: WHY we are including these election integrity protections. Agaib… FORCE, publicly, Dems/Rinos and judges to DEFEND why/if they refuse to agree to basic, COMMON SENSE election integrity protections.
We need Rogan… Hunter and many others to broadcast these cases… and DISCUSS the details of our cases …. so that millions if Americans (lots of young voters) know WHAT dems/rinos are fighting to stop which is really any election integrity measures. They CLAIM they r fighting against voter suppression. That is a lie. They are fighting to MAKE massive nationwide election fraud easy to commit.
8. ALL voters NEED to take a picture of THEIR BALLOT b4 … mailing it in OR putting it in the machines during early voting. We need an independent RECORD of WHO we actually voted for.
The RNC… our media, Trump campaign… need to TELL US publicly multiple times to TAKE A PICTURE of your BALLOT. We need Rogan, Tucker, everyone telling us to take a picture of your ballot B4 u mail it OR put it in the machines.
9. We need daily tallies of CAST VOTES for early voters that insert their ballots in these Dominion and other machines. WHY? Because those tallies ALREADY EXIST in the machines so we don’t want JUST polutical operatives OR dominion to be the only ones to know WHAT the daily tallies are. It needs to be public… daily public reports.
We will still have somewhat of a surprise on election night re: those who cast their vote on election day… but we will ALL know where the vote stands… daily weeks b4 election day. We cannot trust that Dominion and other election computers won’t change, delete, mis-calculate votes… bc their computers CAN do this. They were designed to do it. No logical reason to assume they do not do what they designed their systems TO do.
10. We also need to clean-up state voter databases. Most are approximately 40% inaccurate with many 1000s of intelligible voters still on these voter lists and fraud votes CAN be created for them and the actual voter – who moved out of the state, county– wouldn’t even know. Many many Jane Smiths or Juan Reyes in the country. Very hard to track them all down to see IF multiple votes for the same person occurred in multiple states.
Millions of Americans MOVE every year- owning and renting… but they remain on these voter lists as active voters. With no Photo ID required to vote in many states, anyone can show up… and vote using some else’s name. There is no reason our voter lists are this crappy. A list from most MLS services can be easily generated to list/identify by address everyone who sold their home. Renters who moved are more difficult to track but not impossible. I personally could help with this re: 3 states.

This is an astonishing document. As far as I know, only two people were jailed and for a very, very long time for assisting the Soviets to get the nuclear bomb. Yet listening to Major Jordan, it should have been a goodly part of Washington DC.
