I have a question on how anyone can claim that President Trump was trying to overturn the 2020 election by an insurrection.
The whole purpose of the J6 Rally was to bring attention to a flawed 2020 election because of substantial evidence of fraud and corruption during the voting and ballot counting process in several key/swing states.
The desired outcome of J6 was NOT to disqualify certain Biden Electors and certify Trump electors in their place, but to delay certification for ten days, I think, to give selected states time to evaluate the evidence of a corrupt election to ensure their election was valid and the correct electors sent to Washington for certification. This is a legal process as defined by the Electoral Count Act of 1887.
If President Trump had demanded the Biden electors be disqualified and his electors be certified then they may have a case that he was trying to overturn the election. But, he did not do that.
Also, President Trump did not call for rioting or going INTO the Capitol to demand he be re-certified as President. He cannot be held accountable for the actions of others that he did not call for or encourage. The same can be said of any protest organizers, participants or supporters who do not break the law are cause damage during a protest.
President Trump was still President on J6 and it was his Constitutional duty to attempt to ensure the election results were accurate and the properly elected candidates were indeed accepted.
It’s unfortunate that our courts don’t see it that way since they do not want to get involved in election issues. If they had over the years accepted cases that claimed voter fraud and corruption maybe the election administrators would be more careful to follow election laws. And if they would have actually taken cases in GA, AZ, PA, MI, etc to litigate any corruption that occurred the J6 never would have happened,

Last week on the Daily Sceptic, I wrote about the attempts of Government and campaigners to effectively make being female into a form of officially recognized disability as regards the menopause. Yet, as such a move would apply to only half the population, would it not be potentially discriminatory in nature? Why should only women be able to claim they’re disabled when they’re not? Can’t transgender males get in on the act too? And if not, why not?
An equally valid path towards a potential life on disability benefits would be simply to begin self-identifying as being disabled in a general sense, even though in actual fact you are completely able-bodied. Once, such ideas were considered fit only for poor-taste comedy-skits like those of Lou and Andy on Little Britain. Now, there is a whole social movement devoted to the idea out there. It is called ‘transableism’, and it makes mere transgenderism sound positively sane by comparison.

And we were able to verify that with the county clerk, Bob Genetski, who’s been fabulous in helping us to uncover these inconsistencies in the voter rolls. The story came out and the Holland police Department was asked to investigate it. They turned the investigation over to Jocelyn Benson’s office, and I’ve been told that since then, Jocelyn Benson has quietly removed that address from the voter rolls that had 19 voters attached to it and eight people who had voted…
Tens of thousands of ballots were mailed in Georgia alone to obviously ineligible addresses due to the TOTAL POS ERIC system’s failure to catch them as recently proven by this Fractal software:
