oh thank god the press brothels told me its “official” – i was just waiting for that….
As a result, special rules regarding “Telemed” appointments have changed.
Special “Covid rules” allowed Drs to chg for a regular conversation with a patient, over a telephone, if the patient did not have a smartphone, and so was unable to set up an actual “Telemed” appointment.
With the resinding of the Special Covid rules, they now are required to set up a video link, in order to be able to charge for a Telemed appointment.
There may well be other changes, as a result of this suspension of these Covid restrictions.
For instance, hopeful they will no longer test every hospital admission (for Covid) or isolate every one that tests positive, or refuse to operate on those who decline the jab, etc.
I am hoping to avoid a Covid test when I go into the hospital soon for major surgery. To avoid Covid vaxx-contaminated blood will be arranging to bank my own. Red Cross doesn’t make it easy.
That’s the nice thing about Time. It’s always on a relentless pursuit to expose Deception.

A lot of churches these days are engaging security. The church I’ve been attending has a Sheriff’s deputy at services. Fortunately its a red county with a constitutionally elected Sheriff. Our church has uniformed and armed police and multiple plain clothes security with carry rights. Pastor has specific security.
If not, there should be in every church. At our church, we have local PD spend Sundays parked out front.
In the South if someone comes in to a church intending to create disorder or violence there will be 25 men who stand up, calmly unholster their pistols and convince the perpetrator, one way or the other, to either get on his knees in prayerful supplication or remove himself from the premises forthwith.

This is the most important and yet troubling sentence in the majority opinion rendered by the 9-0 Supreme decision against the State of Colorado … to keep President Trump off the Ballot.
Important in that the court clearly states that Congress is the authority to remove a Federal Candidate from Office or from seeking Office. So, President Trump gets to move forward in the 2024 RNC Primary.
Troubling as it left the door open to continue using this method, via US Congressional actions, to stop a candidate from seeking Federal Office … with zero LEGAL criteria for applying the amendment. In other words, the door is left open for Congress to DECLARE a candidate is an insurrectionist.
Plus, the immunity case is still in front of President Trump. The criteria for applying the amendment in this case was purposely left out, to preclude establishing a precedent.
I have no doubt they are behind closed doors plotting how to get this done through Congress.

Exactly. SCOTUS is already saying it is responsibility of Congress to stop a Federal candidate from being on the ballot. It is also the responsibility of congress to remove a President from office which they can then be indicted in court for high crimes and misdemeanor.

Basically the states have no say in prosecution for a President while in office , unless Congress removes President by impeachment, and furthermore the DOJ which is inferior to the office of President has no authority to prosecute a President unless he has been removed by impeachment.

An odd data point this morning on Hugh Hewitt’s radio show.
He said that Nikki normally goes on his show. But very recently she stopped. With Super Tuesday coming up and millions of GOP primary voters in his audience, many of whom, Hugh admitted, would be inclined to vote for her, she would not come on. But Hugh pointed out that she went on Meet the Press yesterday, which has an audience of almost no GOP primary voters at all, and where the questions would be designed to deprive her of GOP votes (e.g., abortion questions).
You can’t attribute this to stupidity. She isn’t stupid. This is one of those things that make you go “Hmm….” A week or so ago someone posted here a video of a man opining that she is intending to dirty up GOP voter rolls with non-GOP. What is she up to?

I got a “tangible” stock market sell signal Friday last week. It is the first sell signal since August 2023. The August sell signal was followed by a November 1st 2023 buy signal for those who are following along.
It is very early in the system indication and the present picture can abruptly change which is why I use a break-even stop. None of this has anything to do with what I “think” the market will do. It has everything to do with what I “see”.
So, for those of us who have our retirement accounts in stocks/mutual funds, etc. and do not want to take the tax hit to cash them all out, would you suggest converting to cash only or to a mix of bonds/cash? I know that no one can accurately predict the exact right time to sell (other than Nancy Pelosi, who must be some kind of investing genius) but I have been holding off and trying to ride the “up” until later in the year, as I suspect the Fed et. al. do not want the market to crash prior to the election as that would guarantee a Trump victory with a margin too big for the cheat to be believable, IMHO!
Bonds rise when rates are cut. Those should start getting being cut slowly during the next few months. Bonds have already started rising and should continue if my advice is of any help.
As I have said before, I only use the Dow Jones Index. I care less about anything individual. I suggest people use their 401-ks or any tax deferred retirement accounts if applicable.
Everything is strictly technical. I get a buy signal where it is time to buy and a sell signal where it is time to sell. I can’t give any recommendation on your situation. I just stay focused on the Dow Jones Index and use technical indicators for buy and sell execution. There is nothing 100% so it is why I use Break Even stops to protect capital preservation in the event my position goes against me.

I had to develop the indicators myself and it took 20-years to do it. There are others out there who who have had to do the same thing and I found out 20-years is about average.
