Media Blackout Over Illegal Immigrant Who Murdered GA Student

With 7.3 million illegal immigrants entering into the country since Joe Biden was inaugurated as president, the national security threat of an unsecured border has become perhaps the biggest issue heading into the 2024 Presidential Election.

The border crisis has even overshadowed a stagnant economy and foreign policy that has seen entangle itself in several theaters of war abroad. While the Biden administration brushes off this premise as a racist alt-right fever dream, the reality of that threat has come to affect everyday life for the average american. In its most recent whitewashing of the immigration crisis, the media establishment has all but entirely blacked out the murder Laken Riley, a 22-year old nursing student in Georgia. The lack of coverage about her murder is ostensibly because she was killed by an illegal immigrant who was able to enter the country due to the Biden administration’s open-border policy.

Riley was a junior enrolled at the Augusta University, studying in its nursing school. University authorities’ worst nightmares were realized when her body was discovered early Thursday afternoon following reports she had gone missing after going for a jog around the intramural sports fields 2.5 miles from the nearby University Of Georgia’s main campus in Athens where she had been a student until 2023. Riley’s body was identified by the Athens-Clarke County Coroner’s office on Friday morning. The coroner assigned blunt force trauma as the cause of death, according to University Of Georgia Police Chief Jeff Clark during a statement made following the identification of Riley’s body. During that announcement, Clark also announced that 26 year-old Venezuelan national Jose Antonio Ibarra had been arrested in connection with Riley’s murder.

Ibarra’s brother Diego was also arrested on Friday, though for charges unrelated to Riley’s murder. Diego Ibarra was taken into state custody although charged federally for possession of a fraudulent green card, a crime that likely facilitated his brother’s illegal immigration from Venezuela into the US where he took residence in Athens, GA.

Ex-NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly claimed Sunday that New York City’s quality of life “has really deteriorated” as he railed against subway crime, a shortage of cops, anti-public-safety policies, reckless scooters and the migrant crisis.

“I met a man from London a couple of weeks ago. I asked him what he thought about New York. … He said, ’It looks like there’s nobody in charge.’ That’s exactly my feeling,” said Kelly, who served for 12 years as police chief under then-Mayor Mike Bloomberg and previously under the late Mayor David Dinkins, on the “Cats Roundtable” on WABC 770 AM radio.

The Big Apple’s former top cop said the visitor specifically complained about migrants milling outside the Roosevelt Hotel intake center in Manhattan and “mentally deranged” homeless people on the street, while lamenting that many items were locked away in stores because of rampant shoplifting.

“We know subway crime is still very much an issue, and it’s keeping people off of the subways,” Kelly added to host John Catsimatidis, noting a random murder on the D train a few days ago.

“It’s a bad time,” he said of the city. “The quality of life in New York has really deteriorated. Scooters are everywhere. They’re on the sidewalks. They’re going through red lights. You have to look 360 degrees before you cross the street.

“I’m pessimistic, certainly, about the short-term situation as far as New York is concerned.”

Laken Riley murder suspect Jose Ibarra was free because the system is broken

Laken Riley is dead because America failed to protect her.

For every crime her suspected killer committed, he was let free.

Police say the killing of the Augusta University College nursing student was a “crime of opportunity,” but it was an opportunity provided again and again by a callous Biden administration and a justice system gone mad.

The suspect, Jose Antonio Ibarra, illegally crossed the border into El Paso in September of last year. Yes, illegally.

Despite what activists might claim, he was not an “asylum seeker.” That’s a designation for someone who is fleeing religious or political persecution.

They cross the border, then, coached by charity groups, make bogus claims of asylum.

Ibarra’s wife admits that’s why they got married, “so we could join our asylum cases,” she told The Post, and look more sympathetic.

New details emerge in the death of a Campbellsville Christian University student –

According to Taylor County Coroner Daniel Cook, 18-year-old Josiah Kilman died as a result of manual strangulation, and police have charged 21-year-old Charles Escalera with murder.

Cook said, “Our office obviously was notified, and it was through the investigation that we deemed the death suspicious. A little bit later on we released to the public that we were looking for a person of interest due to findings through the investigation.”

Police have also informed us that Escalera was found in Green County when a farmer saw him in a barn.

Escalera has officially been charged with murder and second-degree burglary.

The Kilman family released this statement, “Josiah Malachi Kilman was a young, 18-year-old Christian man from Columbia Falls, Montana, who had a passionate heart on fire for the Lord. He was attending Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, Kentucky on a biblical scholarship with the dreams of leading others to follow the Lord through the Christian principles, of which he himself adhered to. He was well known to many as an avid athlete and faithful religious leader. Josiah influenced many hearts as he was a true example of compassion, kindness and love. I disagree with vaccines in general, all vaccines…therefore me and mine didn’t take the “clot shot”. I was able to easily look up, before it was suppressed and found lots of information early in 2020 and I knew that the Wuhan Con was well, a con. To be abundantly clear, with zero equivocation, the glo-bull-ist CFR/NWO/WEF cabal released C-19 to get rid of President Trump!
 
Think of the blistering heat that our Great American President Donald J Trump has endured for 7.5 + years, so I generally give him a pass. But in retrospect, when they asked for “2 weeks to flatten the curve” he should have stringently adhered to it.
But, imagine one day you’re in the Oval Office as president, sitting behind The Resolute Desk, you know Making America Great Again, when a gaggle of “experts”, sleazy swamp rats slink in and tell you millions are going to die in the next 30-60-90 days in the USA alone, what would you do? After I changed my britches perhaps I’d have done many of the same things?
 
In retrospect you’d tell’em to go f_uck themselves, but in the moment?

I still hear; “they are winning”. This got me thinking. Since “they” control the internet, but with CTH, Truth Social, opposing views etc. are still able to post or broadcast belies that narrative.
If “they” truly controlled everything how does that square with “they are winning”.
I believe the exact opposite is true “they are losing”.
These demons are squirming and they know with each day again, our commonality will be their demise.
Note: To be fair, where they are winning is inside of their fraudulent systems, government, enemy MSM, entertainment, sports, education, etc.  “We” have “them” outnumbered 100,000 to 1…we need to act like it.
 
If you look for answers in their systems, well, that’s foolishness. It’s a lie/gas-lighting…all hooey to drive their false narratives. Anyone and everyone at the top in these systems are fully compromised and are now fighting for their lives and by extension so are we.

The Administrative State is Destroying our Country

It is clear to me that we are increasingly being governed by an “Administrative State” instead of by our chosen representatives. Indeed, we are more and more becoming a “Regulation Nation” which is a true threat to our Constitutional Republic.

What do I mean by that? I mean that we are being governed by regulations and rules issued by administrative agencies, instead of being governed by laws duly passed by our elected officials. 

Why does that matter? Because agencies are run by unelected, government bureaucrats who are beholden to nobody but the person who appointed them. They don’t care what the voters think or want or don’t want. They don’t need to care. They don’t need your vote to stay in power. They only have to appease the politician(s) who appointed them. If they just follow the yellow brick road, they will land on the other side of the rainbow.

Shockingly, some legislators are okay with this, because it allows them to escape any sort of responsibility or blame for an unpopular (or illegal) rule that is implemented by the bureaucrats sitting in the agencies (you know, the ones with no accountability to us voters). But, legislators should not only care, they should actively work to stop the Administrative State, because not only do many of these “regulations” usurp a legislator’s law-making power, but they are wholly unconstitutional!

You will remember from grade school Social Studies class that our government is comprised of three, co-equal branches: the Legislative branch (senators and assemblymembers who make our laws), the Executive branch (governors and the president who are supposed to enforce our laws), and the Judicial branch (judges and courts which adjudicate our laws). Each branch has its own powers and authorities, as bestowed upon them by our Constitution. Any power that is not delineated in our Constitution is reserved for the people. Remember my long-uttered phrase that, the Constitution was written to keep the government in check, not to keep we the people in check!

There is no fourth branch of government. There is no branch called the Administrative State. There is no authority in the Constitution to have agencies that make rules/regulations that employ the force of law. And yet, we see at the federal level as well as at the state level, Executive branches that are chock full of bloated, power-hungry agencies that have given themselves an astonishing amount of never-authorized-by-the-people power. In many cases, those powers are unconstitutional, meaning the agency did not have the authority to make the rule or do the thing they are doing (or trying to do).

Special Counsel Robert Hur could not determine who had access to Joe Biden’s stolen classified documents stored at Penn Biden Center because security deleted all the visitor logs from 2017-2021.

According to Hur, Joe Biden kept more than 600 pages of classified documents in unlocked drawers/closets at the Penn Biden Center and stored some of them in dilapidated boxes in his Delaware garage and other unsecured locations.

The FBI identified numerous folders, including many labeled “EYES ONLY VPOTUS” which contained highly classified material related to intelligence sources and methods…

“[In] October 2017, Chung relocated the 15 boxes a few blocks away to the newly built Penn Biden Center on the sixth floor of another D.C. office building, where she unpacked Biden’s White House documents – including some marked “top secret” – and placed them into a three-drawer filing cabinet in her outer office adjoining Biden’s office, which was designed to resemble his old West Wing suite.
