This is the open thread Treeper Church benediction . . . Be blessed Treeper friends, and always know that Our Lord is watching over those of his children who believe in Him. So, how do you express belief? It’s simple as can be: just do it. Exactly how you chose to accept Him is up to you. The way I do it is as, as I said, quite simple. I see Our Lord as I see my father. I speak with Him in the same way I used to speak to my late father. There is reverence there, deep respect and trust there. Our Lord is, and always has been, my father. He can be for you too. All you have to do is ask. Do that and you are in. Honest.

Good morning, brother Garrison.
Blessings upon your head and nape rubs for your little Tinksters. I so miss church. The church I knew when they weren’t selling themselves to appeasement. They just wanted to teach the Good Book, the power of Christ through His Resurrection, the wisdom through the Holy Spirit, and the Holiness of God. I miss the Living Water so much, like a parched desert dweller.
I miss my brothers and sisters. I miss the intimacy we shared and how it was impossible to not know what was going on each other’s lives because we lived so close in mind, Spirit, and body. The love of The Lord puts politics in its rightful place… and there is only One Lord.
You are right, no matter where we are – our salvation is assured through belief in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, Who paid the price we could not pay for our sins, Who died and rose on the cross conquering death, and He sits at the Right Hand of God our Father and the devil is made His footstool. Our faith in Christ as our Savior ensures our Eternity with Him in Perfection no matter our circumstances.
Father God,
I humbly pray and ask that You would reveal Yourself mightily in ways great and small, but oh-so-obvious, to our Treeper pals and pass throughs today. Touch them, Father, and assure them that You are near. Envelope them and shield them in Your Wings and remind them that You do not make mistakes and can use all their circumstances for their good as You Promise in Romans 8:28. He makes all things work for the good of those who love Him and who are called according to His Purpose.
Should we forget, let us read Psalm 139 to remember how You are with us from beginning to end and how precious we are in Your Sight.

Very true, Bet. Today at the bookstore a guy I’m acquainted with asked for a ride home. Although, we’ve shared coffee-drinking space for a long time, we’ve never progressed past exchanging pleasantries. Today was different.
Our short ride across town gave us an opportunity to talk a bit about religion and belief. Suddenly we found that we both shared similar strong beliefs, even experiences. That anonymous coffee-drinker in the corner suddenly wasn’t so unknown to me. Shared faith, allows this to happen. 🙂

We are sending twin grandlads off to university next year, Chloe. And we are really feeling it. One chapter closes and another begins. That’s natural, as is the sadness we feel (for us) tyat we will play diminishing parts in their lives.
But there is another feeling as well…trepidation in wondering what sort of world they will inherit. It’s an awful feeling.
What you said about those who went before us to secure a good life for their posterity can be applied to our time.
We must do our best to secure it for ours. We will fight it differently, but it will be nothing short of the same principles that the first Revolutionary War was fought for. May Almighty God go with us 🙏🏻

Jeremiah 25:1-11 “The word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the people of Judah in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, that was the first year of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; the which Jeremiah the prophet spoke to all the people of Judah, and to all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, saying, From the thirteenth year of Josiah the son of Amon king of Judah, even to this day, that is the three and twentieth year, the word of the LORD has come to me, and I have spoken to you, rising early and speaking; but you have not hearkened. And the LORD has sent to you all His servants the prophets, rising early and sending them; but you have not hearkened, nor inclined your ear to hear. They said, Turn you again now every one from his evil way, and from the evil of your doings, and dwell in the land that the LORD has given to you and to your fathers for ever and ever: and go not after other gods to serve them, and to worship them, and provoke Me not to anger with the works of your hands; and I will do you no hurt. Yet you have not hearkened unto Me, says the LORD; that you might provoke Me to anger with the works of your hands to your own hurt.

Why does God raise up righteous kings? Why does He call His prophets, and send them to speak to His people? Because the people are His chief concern; because He loves the people and has compassion on them, and all their bitter bondage. Why then also, do the people not discern their time; neither know or appreciate the worth of their soul; so they have no concern or conviction to hear the words of God, and His salvation?
When Josiah became king, after his father Amon had died, he was only eight years old. But remarkably, over the next eight years, God would already be moving upon his heart, and directing him in His ways; so that by the time he was just sixteen years old, he already had it in his heart to seek the LORD God of his father David, and to begin to take command of the kingdom for God: and first of all, was to cleanse the land of all the idols and uncleanness; as well the lands of the neighboring countries.
No doubt that when he began to hear the preaching and prophesying of Jeremiah, when he was about thirteen years old; the LORD saw his tender and receptive heart, and moved him to think deeply about the gravity of the times; and about the ways of the people, who were clearly willingly oblivious and incoherent of the things of God, and so of their own sad and futile lives, still chasing their idols and the desires for evil things.
Josiah must have seen the people’s general disdain for listening to Jeremiah, or any one speaking to them about the LORD; and that there was no one going to stop their sinning and serving idols, until it were forcibly taken from them, and destroyed. So he had to start the work of his own volition, out of his own convictions, regardless of public opinion. Thus God used Josiah to begin to cleanse the land, and to afford one last chance for the people to consider their ways and repent.
But even though they had all enjoyed the blessings and benefits of the king’s righteous acts, and of his fear of God; yet their own hearts remained unchanged. For many it is easy to just go along, and let others decide for them: and when godly leaders make it good for all their citizens; they don’t feel the personal need to take a course of action towards religion; but are trusting in just being one going along in agreement. Psalms 55:19 “. . . Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.”
Even while the whole country mourned and wept with shock and broken hearts, when Josiah was killed; they had never repented or been converted themselves over all the time Josiah was with them. They made light of and mocked Jeremiah, and many held grudges against him for his words, about the impending doom, and that their only way of escape was to surrender to the Chaldeans; in other words, ACCEPT THE PUNISHMENT, and appeal to God’s mercy and miraculous power, acting in faith. And as has always been their way, as soon as God’s champion was taken away, they went back and did worse than their fathers. And so, now they would have leaders after their own ways; and God gave them Jehoiakim, and finally Zedekiah, in order to bring His wrath upon them.
The people had no idea just how short their time remaining really was. They looked on stupidly, as the king of Egypt decided who would now be their king, and even what his name would be. Meanwhile, all on the other side of Mesopotamia, in the country of the Chaldeans; God was preparing a man, to whom He would give the charge of taking over the world; and especially being charged with bringing His wrath upon the “hypocritical nation.” The people who had despised and rejected the kingdom of God through the house of David, were about to have it taken away from them till the end of the world; and they couldn’t care less.
Why has God put all these things in the Bible? For us, now, in this last time! The examples are for our instruction and warning; and the writings of the prophets are for a light for us to take heed unto. Even while they gather together in great crowds, to sit and listen to their favorite pastors and teachers and “church celebrities;” who is there to give forth the sense and the meaning of the word in the way it was intended, that would eventually turn the people from their sins, and their idols; and prepare to meet their God?
It should be interesting to note here; how that of the five churches in Revelation, which the Lord had things against, and they needed to repent; to none of them did the Lord say a thing about how they were going to deal with the imminent horror of tribulation; but only the gravest warnings of not even being saved at all.

Last October,I saw Sammy Hagar & The Circle down in Hollyweird,FL (George Thorogood and the Destroyers opened).Jason Bonham was drumming for Sammy,and the were all joking around saying that the didn’t let the drummer talk because nobody could understand him (heavy british accent).
So Jason sings ‘day-oh’,and everyone replied ‘day ay ay oh’.
Then he sang something else (I honestly can’t quite remember),and everyone replied in kind…
Then he sang,’country roads’…and everyone immediately followed with (singing)…’take me home,to the place,I belong,West Virginia,mountain mama,take me home,country roads’.It was louder than you could possible imagine,and everyone was smiling and laughing,including the band.

Paul says he is overruled, overmastered, held as in a vice, by the love of Christ. Very few of us know what it means to be held in a grip by the love of God; we are held by the constraint of our experience only. The one thing that held Paul, until there was nothing else on his horizon, was the love of God. “The love of Christ constraineth us” – when you hear that note in a man or woman, you can never mistake it. You know that the Spirit of God is getting unhindered way in that life.
When we are born again of the Spirit of God, the note of testimony is on what God has done for us, and rightly so. But the baptism of the Holy Ghost obliterates that forever, and we begin to realize what Jesus meant when He said – “Ye shall be witnesses unto Me.” Not witnesses to what Jesus can do – that is an elementary witness – but “WITNESSES UNTO ME.” We will take everything that happens as happening to Him, whether it be praise or blame, persecution or commendation. No one can stand like that for Jesus Christ who is not constrained by the majesty of His personal power. It is the only thing that matters, and the strange thing is that it is the last thing realized by the Christian worker. Paul says he is gripped by the love of God, that is why he acts as he does. Men may call him mad or sober, but he does not care; there is only one thing he is living for, and that is to persuade men of the judgment seat of God, and of the love of Christ. This abandon to the love of Christ is the one thing that bears fruit in the life, and it will always leave the impression of the holiness and of the power of God, never of our personal holiness.

In 1881, Harley Proctor, the son of the co-founder of Procter & Gamble, and a soap salesman of legend, decided they needed an “angle” to sell their product, Ivory soap. He wanted to say it was pure, but his laboratories told him there were impurities in it, a total of 0.56% impurities.
So Harley decided honesty was the best policy, and began to tout Ivory soap as “99 and 44/100ths percent pure.” The classic marketing slogan stuck.
In his first epistle, John speaks of being pure. Jesus is pure, he says, and His desire for you is to have the same perfection. However, in this world, there are impurities.
Through the power of the Holy Spirit, believers seek to avoid sin in their lives, but it can have a way of seeping in—from impure thoughts to impure activities. When that happens, you confess, you repent, and you seek to be restored to the full will of God.
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9). When Jesus cleanses you, you are more than 99 and 44/100ths percent pure, you are cleansed from ALL unrighteousness. Your sins have been cast into the deepest part of the sea (Micah 7:19) and God has posted a sign, “No Fishing!”
The world is fainting and falling under the heavy weight of sin, in need of a thorough spiritual cleansing. Jesus promises that one day you will be like Him (1 John 3:2).
A Savior is needed, and a Savior has come! As a beloved child of God, be ready always to share the hope that is in you (1 Peter 3:15).
Pray for pastors and teachers who minister to those who serve in government to always point the way to Jesus and His cleansing power.

SAF Report: I witnessed something the other day I wish to share.
I live in Whitestown, Indiana – two towns west of Carmel, Indiana which has been affectionately called the Beverly Hills of the Midwest. It is. Gilded Carmel practically glows with it’s Casey DeSantis’esque ladies and wealthy families.
Central Indiana is a hot spot for dirty politics and I’ve lived and worked in big cities for powerful companies; East San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Antonio and I’ve always been politically in tune.
The other day, we were leaving our direct pay, functional medicine practitioner in Carmel, and we were instructed to start consuming Brazil Nuts for thyroid health… among many other instructions. Having daughter out of school for the appointment and wanting to start her right away, we drove across the street to the Meijer grocery store.
I office close to this store, so I know this grocery store well, but haven’t been to it in a long time. When I walked in, I was taken aback at how well-stocked the produce section was. The produce section looked like something prior COVID in this farm rich, bread basket of America.
I went in looking for Brazil nuts and couldn’t find them sold alone, however the produce struck me so hard that I purchased $4 worth of turnips (this is before realizing I shouldn’t eat turnips due to thyroid issues – so don’t get stuck on that fact.) The turnips in Whitestown – just two small towns to the west – are small, wrinkled, old, and not to be desired and I could barely find three little ones a bit larger than golf balls as a side dish. The turnips in Carmel are large, fresh, and abundant… their proper size of baseballs if not even larger the size of softballs! Everything in that store was large, fresh, brilliantly colored, and abundant.
So, with my conspiratorial mind, I came to the conclusion that “someone” was making decisions on who got the good stuff. The monied, power players, don’t have an untidy, produce-dying, third world country of a grocery store, because the psyop for them is that there “is no fiscal problems. There is no problems with farmers. There is no change to their luxurious standard of living.”
The real impact is to middle and lower class and the well-heeled don’t pay mind to us as long as we show up to work everyday and do their bidding.
Now, Whitestown is not a dump and homes here average around $400K for something modest. Rents for 1 BR 1 BA apartments are upwards of $1,500/month. It is an up and coming, edge of farmland, quickly industrialized town that is seeing exponential growth especially due to the Eli Lilly acquisition of massive amounts of farmland on the I-65 corridor near us, just 2 1/2 hours SE of Chicago. Whitestown has had upwards of 40 to 60 large concrete tilt-up warehouses, the size of Boeing hangars, built within a two year timespan… it is sickening and the source of much alarm at the destruction to our rich soil farmland that will never come back.
Look at our grocery store compared to that of Carmel two towns over. The Powers That
BeSeem want to give rich people the indication that nothing is wrong, Joe Biden’s policies are not failing America, and people are crazy to think that our America is in such trouble.The contrast was astounding and we are only 12 miles apart. I am fascinated by your discovery of two entirely different quality food suppliers found in two locations only 12 miles apart. Maybe it’s worth the 12 mile drive to go food shopping evry week or so.
OTOH, you might meet up with the manager of your local store and invite him/her to visit the Meijer store in Carmel. And then possibly help you understand why such a striking difference between what he (or she) is buying and reselling compared to Meijer.
I’m going to ask my wife to see if we have such a difference between our local food stores and those located about 20 minutes away in a more upscale community, the next county south of us and closer to DC. She likes to do all of the food shopping these days since we are retired and she doesn’t like to sit around…
Woo … I live in a rather nice SF Bay Area suburb where we have a locally owned Boutique grocery store, Diablo Foods, with full butcher shop, and carefully curated produce section. It is where all our local millionaires go to shop. I used to … until COVID … when their prices appeared to almost double overnight. When they started charging $3.50 PER avocado … I started slum-buying at our local Safeway whose produce manager appears to save $$ buying pre-rotted vegetables.
So, yes … RICH people get all the best stuff. However … at least in my town … they have to pay through the nose to get it. For our local millionaires … a 50-100% higher food bill doesn’t phase them anymore than $5.95/gal. gasoline does. Not so for families of modest means such as mine.
But this fabulous tune from Godspell should give us all comfort when facing the worldly reality of unequal income distribution. Christ said “the poor will always be with us” … implied is also that the rich will always be with us as well. Because of where I live, I have had to struggle to learn not to envy or covet my neighbors possessions. I have learned that lesson well from my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Mine is a state of shock in that I know how bountiful my state is and there should be no hunger. We grow food here and it is rich in quality and abundance.
I sound the alarm for the farms taken over, the hamstringing of our farmers, and the destruction of our land. The Powers That Seem are strangling production.
It is as if nothing I’ve ever seen.
Those with wealth, who use their affluence to drive policy and policy makers, have no idea what’s outside their oblivious existence.

JWoo, I can’t say that I even looked at any of the store produce sections when I was back in October to compare but the Meijer in Carmel vs the Meijer in Whitestown should come thru the same distribution warehouse, however the store could be ordering a grade #2 product instead of a #1. (#1… retail store quality pretty to the eye, #2 not so pretty to the eye restaurant quality, #3 aka “chopper” not pretty at all with bug tracks and blems & bruised to “chop” around (cheap restaurant quality .. think buffet)
They could also be ordering Jumbo versions of turnips rather than large or mediums … & based on volume of sales of that particular item
I have been ordering 25 lb cases of jumbo red onions for a while now as they keep a good while and are much better quality than the “Kroger” carries since Wuflu (bit cheaper too), I would love to do it for green peppers too as they have been very poor quality (rather dehydrated) since Wuflu but I can’t use 25 lbs of those before they are bad .. so I still buy as needed from K, same for Jalapenos (also rather dehydrated).
This issue here in town did not occur before Wuflu (this is year 13.2 now), this is a rather wealthy town (there is a natural grocer here that I do not go to it as it is expensive and when I was forced to it had poor/old produce @ expensive pricing, I guess I should check it out as I am down there every Wed to do karaoke in same building of strip mall.
The changes made during & after Wuflu are inexplicable tho, why/what would they be forced to change from Wuflu is unknown to me
I am rather dumbfounded that my (just purchased 40#) pricing on chicken breasts currently are less now than before Wuflu, but store price is still 2.99 house branded, 4.49 name brand, 8.99 natural/ aka faux organic, I was buying (sams)retail chicken @ 1.79 pre Wuflu as it was less than delivered wholesale.

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.

This morning, Chris went to a doughnut shop just around the corner, something we treat ourselves to every Sunday. There were two tiny girls sitting at a small table as he went in, their dad at the counter. Chris asked them, “Is your Daddy buying ME any doughnuts??”

Is God’s direct quote of higher value than something his prophets (or apostles) tell us?
Are both of higher value than a bit of history?
Where do all the laws and the begats fall on this scale of values for things in the Bible?
And what about the temptation of Jesus or the part in Job where the Bible quotes Satan?
If we aren’t careful, we could end up with a modified religion. It just reminds me of the stories of people cutting the miracles out of the new testament.
Though I’ve always liked Bibles that put Jesus words in red to highlight who spoke them.
Also, I understand why God and Jesus are separated, but that barrels straight into understandings of the Trinity. It is hard to keep everybody happy.

An update and hopefully useful information –
Those reading here know that I have had some pretty severe long-Covid issues. We found a direct-pay, functional medicine practitioner that it took 5 months to get an appointment and there has been much progress. Namely, the 22 blood tests have returned and we have some diagnoses.
I have the genetic mutation MTHFR – fortunately, Savannah did not inherit this. (Praise God!)
I have Hypothyroidism diagnosed 2 years after daughter’s birth, 15 years ago.
During COVID diagnosed 9/1/2021, I experienced damage to my systems… respiratory damage, including the addition of sleep apnea, overnight pushed into full blown menopause without any perimenopausal symptoms, etc. Those changes are irreversible and the lung damage will worsen over time now. I have ongoing Parosmia due to damage to olfactory nerves in my brain that are not going away. I have had extreme weight gain which I attributed to depression due to tragedies experienced these last 4 years. I may have been wrong with that.
Because I am Hypothyroid, I am frequently tested with full panel bloodwork and CT scans, so very fortunately, I have a solid history of benchmarks and what is “normal” with my body.
Last May, my blood work came back insane with 6 to 7 markers off the charts. It was so out of character, I forced my medical provider to do the full panel again at a different location because I didn’t believe it and the new doctor was trying to push me to statins.
Nine months later, those markers are now verified as correct and my thyroid and cardiovascular system have remarkably changed. So what happened that cause me to completely fall out of calibration? Could it have been the Regeneron Monoclonal Antibody infusions we received during our Covid treatment? We did not take any of the experimental “vaccines”. We may not know definitively the origin of my change, but something definitely changed.
What may be of some interest you, gentle readers, is that there is upwards of 40% of our general population who tests positive for a MTHFR genetic mutation. My new functional medicine practitioner believes this percentage is really much higher – above 90%.
So, what is MTHFR? It “provides instructions to your system”. It’s easy to remember, because its acronym looks like a bad word.
“The term MTHFR stands for methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase. MTHFR is an enzyme that breaks down the amino acids’ homocysteine and folate. Homocysteine is an amino acid that works to maintain the body’s cells. Folate is one of the B-vitamins needed to make red and white blood cells in the bone marrow. Folate also converts carbohydrates into energy and produces DNA and RNA. Each plays an important role in the body’s daily functions and both are important.”

As for me specifically, I go in on Thursday to do a blood pressure test to measure the elasticity of my veins. Then, I will be wearing a monitor for 24 hours to consistently measure my blood pressure. I am currently no longer just Hypothyroid, I have been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s auto-immune disease, and am experiencing consistent stage 2 Hypertension. I may have had Hashimoto’s all along, but no doctor formally diagnosed me… despite me asking about it because of the characteristics of my experience.
I am now on a Paleo Diet Autoimmune Program food list – which ironically my thyroid issues eliminate several of its “healthy’ cruciferous vegetables. I am in mourning for my tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, cabbage, collard greens, kale, turnips, arugula, bok choy, horseradish (oh no!), wasabi (what, no sushi???), no green peppers, no chili peppers…. no dairy, no oatmeal (what? hearth healthy oatmeal that I love?).
Seriously – It is easier for me to remember what I CAN eat than what I CAN’T eat.
When you have MTHFR mutation, one needs “Methylated” vitamins. I am now on a daunting regimen of treatment Armour Thyroid, K-2, D-3, NAC, Fish Oil (4 Grams), Berberine Synergy, Magnesium Glycinate, Naltrexone HCL, Red Yeast Rice, Liquid IV Electrolyte hydration (I drink tons of water, but I was still parched so I’m missing electrolytes), Super Beets, and Brazil nuts – of all the weirdest things. (Did I mention that I absolutely detest pills? I detest Big Pharma more.)

Before you get scared of Direct Pay, functional medicine doctors – our blessed practitioner has a cost of $150 initial consult, $104.50 for subsequent appts, and my blood pressure tests on Thursday will cost $90. The $4,000 (gulp) in blood work was all covered by my health insurance with the exception of about $800 that I am contesting. (I will pay the $800 – it was worth it to me to find out why my body decided to revolt so violently against me.)
Now, for those who have read of our plight – can you imagine my thoughts on that young hospitalist among the new breed of doctors NOT practicing medicine who didn’t believe in the merits of D-3 and Omega 3’s????
I may end up on heart meds, but at least now we have root causes. Inflammation is my nemesis. Those foods that seem for all intents and purposes “beneficial” attack and harm me.
And my sweet daughter is being protected now through her treatments with the impending prospect of hereditary thyroid issues and we are also reviewing the Dr. Amen protocol for her ADHD to determine which type she has to provide her further supplementation to support her brain synapses. I praise God for two little Brazil Nuts that can help her, her L-Theanine, and her new Ferritin for iron. Someone is now medically looking out for her and partnering with me. Praise God!

I too have thyroid issues and use Brazil nuts as a supplement for Selenium.
It is a necessary nutrient for us but too much can be dangerous, especially if using as a supplement, and if you eat more than two Brazil nuts daily.
It sounds like you might be aware of that as you said Savannah’s ‘two little nuts’ – as those two give a high limit dose – that is all I allow daily. I love them and at times I would have three or four.
Having just those occasional four nuts gave me some of the side effects listed in article link below. There are many serious ones that can come from too much selenium and each Brazil nut may contain a great variation in amount.
One I experienced was a garlic taste in my mouth on occasion. I was puzzled because I seldom use even garlic powder and had no food that had garlic in it. I couldn’t figure out why.
Soon I came across the article at link below and there it was, a listed side effect of selenium overdose. After I cut back to two nuts a day it didn’t happen again.

I am still learning about all of these things and I’m quite certain there’s others out there who may be experiencing similar issues. It’s why I’m sharing it.
I want people to find hope and for a little while there, I was losing mine. It’s disconcerting to lay down and not be able to breathe, or sleep, or relax.
I’m praying hard that direct pay doctors become more and more accessible for the public, as we all navigate our broken healthcare system. People still need catastrophic health insurance coverage, but if you can manage to lower monthly premiums, keep catastrophic coverage, and implement functional health… the quality of life may improve.

Ms JWoo… for the thyroid problem, look into lack of iodine. If you have some, rub an inch or so patch on your forearm and watch to see how quickly your body absorbs it. If within 10-30 minutes, you likely need to add iodine to either your diet, supplements or rub on liquid ‘as needed’. If it stays on your skin for more than a few hours, you body has enough ‘for now’. Can reverse a ‘goiter’. Husband and I are planning to have the MTHFR test this year, soon. We have a really diversified and healthy diet… but what I “thought” was healthy… the cruciferous veggies noted… are actually iodine depleters.
So… time to get serious… and drastically alter my diet and cut those things out.
