Good morning Bet! The rain really poured down here around 3 AM and it is still drizzling now. We welcome every drop and praise Him for it. Mid-forties on the way to 59 later today. Looking forward to sixties for highs in the next couple of days.
‘Thought that we had escaped the freeze unscathed this time until I looked at our well. Since we have rain water we use the well just to water the garden. The heating tape that keeps the pipes warm had shorted and the pipe busted and all the 1500 gallon tank emptied so repairs are in order. At least we get to clean out all the rust from the bottom of the tank. So that’s another blessing. And the good Lord protected our rain water system from any problems. 🙌🙏🏻🙌

We had a wet night but sunny and warm now. Got under 0.4 inches of rain. My daughter and SIL further east in New Braunfels got over 4 inches of rain. We need that here badly.

On the point you bring out, about “if it were possible, even the elect . . . ” I would like to share my opinion of this; that the intended meaning is not, that we cannot be deceived; but referring to the intensity and subtlety of the craft. And the term, If it were possible, to me says two things. One, is that for those who are the loyal and faithful, enduring to the end, walking in the Spirit, and full of grace and knowledge of the Lord; NO! There will be no way for anyone to pluck us out of the Father’s hand. But, next to that, the Lord had repeatedly exhorted and warned us to “take heed that no one deceive us;” indicating vulnerability if we don’t stay awake and stay vigilant. The guarantees of keeping and delivering us out of all evil, are always conditional upon obedience. Otherwise, grace is changed into an abstract concept; instead of the real life power of God through the Spirit. Abstract concepts have no power to convict men of anything; but the Holy Spirit living and walking in the Believer in the real world; THAT is how God shines His light upon the evil, and through His people, convicts the world and draws them to Jesus.
We Confessional and theologically conservative Lutherans (of which there are few) appeal to the clear Law and Gospel as taught in Scripture.
Rather than tackle the distinction myself and try to distill it here for your edification, I refer your to the classic explanation, The Proper Distinction Between LAW AND GOSPEL: 39 Evening Lectures, by CFW Walther, Concordia Publishing House, St. Louis, 1929, 1986.
In short: Both are true though seemingly contradictory; for example, to the sinner secure in his sin, the Law is to be preached in order to win him back from the evil one; to the quivering, fearful Christian, the Gospel is to be preached, reassuring him of God’s everlasting love and forgiveness.

Just an odd hypothesis. One of the things the Covid lockdowns did was force people to do everything online: shopping, school, church, medical appointments etc. That’s a huge amount of data collected. Impossible to do in the normal course of events with American society having some vestige of civil liberties. China, on the other hand, had no such problem and was set to overtake the West in AI development, which needs HUGE data.
This video comes from 2019. Before the “pandemic” and funded by the Ford Foundation (CIA conduit). Take a look at the first 20 minutes and see if this is a tenable hypothesis. There are usually multiple goals with these things.

I recently was forced to resign my position at a company that is forcing employees to sign waivers to allow the company and other third party companies to collect and use the AI generated biometric information of employees. This system setup also includes what is loosely called a chinese credit scoring system. I was able to observe my score….. I refused to sign a waiver and informed the company that I was not giving them permission to collect any biometric data. The company informed me that I needed to resign…lol…
To comply is to work toward your own demise…You are in essence teaching the system to replace the workforce.

Luke 6:30-33 “Give to every man that asks of you; and of him that takes away your goods ask them not again. And as you would that men should do to you, you do also to them likewise. For if you love them which love you, what thank have you? For sinners also love those that love them. And if you do good to them which do good to you, what thank have you? For sinners also do even the same.”
Matthew 25:45 “Then shall He answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as you did it not to one of the least of these, you did it not to Me.”
When Jesus began teaching His disciples, about what it means practically, that the kingdom of heaven had come to them; He started with the Beatitudes. I think however, that the overall sense, even if not so said out loud; is that these are rather “nice thoughts or suggestions,” rather than implicit law laid out for saying who will or will not be saved. But when we look at it from the viewpoint, that the whole reason for repentance and the new birth, and the baptism of the Holy Spirit, is for washing of regeneration, and renovating us into the image of our Lord and Savior; then it becomes clear, that these are fundamental changes that have to happen in us, out of which all the mindset and virtues of the rest of the doctrine is built upon.
Jesus came in the flesh for our sake; so that by His sacrifice and sufferings on our account, would open the door of access to God, and recovering of the divine nature He originally created us to replicate. We have heard and believed, and taken by faith as our own, that we are crucified with Christ, and reckon ourselves dead indeed to sin; but alive by the power of His resurrection, being made new creatures in Christ: old things being passed away, and all things made new. We also understand, that this which the Lord has started in us, He will bring to completion in the fullness of time.
Now if we look carefully at each one of the fundamental character traits named in the Beatitudes; we see that there can be no other spirit in us, than that which loves and gives freely, without reservation or respect of persons; genuinely wishing well and making ourselves servants of even our enemies. For it will not be possible to be truly poor in spirit, or meek, or pure in heart, and a peacemaker; if we hold grudges against people, and hate those who aren’t in our narrow and “superior” political camp.
Jesus often tried using common illustrations from life, to bring His enemies to a better thinking about their arrogance and unmerciful form of religion. He spoke about how they led their animals out to watering in the morning; how if a woman that had only ten coins, if she lose one, sweeps and searches the whole house till she finds it; how a man having two sons, and the younger one is an immature and selfish idiot, and goes out into the world to waste his money and his life chasing sin; but when he comes to himself and repents, and comes home to his father, what joy there is over his having returned safe and sound.
There is also the story of a rich man and Lazarus; and the good Samaritan, for teaching us about how we are our brother’s keeper. Now knowing all these things, and how they will be the single point on which we shall all be judged at the last day; where is the room for exception? Or what place has a superior spirit and hatred for our enemies? According to Jesus there are no exceptions; not for political parties, and not for being enemies. And definitely not for Christian brethren with whom we are commanded to be like-minded, of one heart and one soul, and submitting ourselves one to another, as unto the Lord.
“Give to every man that asks of you; and of him that takes away your goods ask them not again;” means, being to each other like we expect and have experienced God being to us, even in our most unfit condition. “Give to every man that asks of you; and of him that takes away your goods ask them not again;” means, we aren’t making this world our home, and don’t need to fight to defend whatever we have, as if that were all our security and hope. It means following Jesus’ example, who did not speak up nor resist all being taken wrongly from Him, even His dignity and His life.
Psalm 37:1-11 “*Fret not (kindle not up) yourself because of evildoers, neither be you *envious (zealous) against the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shall you dwell in the land, and verily you shall be fed. Delight yourself also in the LORD; and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD; trust also in Him; and He shall bring [it] to pass. And He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your judgment as the noonday. Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him: *fret not (kindle not up) yourself because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked devices to pass. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: *fret not (kindle not up) yourself in any wise to do evil. For evildoers shall be *cut off (extinct): but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yes, you shall diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.”
Let’s look at it from another angle. If the Lord has called and chosen, and taken out from among any people, a man whom He can make a messenger and ambassador of reconciliation and salvation to those same people; doesn’t it mean that He has compassion and wishes for those people to be saved? Do we dare to imagine, that its because we are better then they, that God “picked us?”
God raised up from the children of Israel prophets and messengers; why? Because He wanted to save His people! It is never because He wants to show someone to be better than others; but completely the opposite; for a witness, that God wants to do this for everyone. And the fact that He chose one of their sons or daughters to send to them, only shows His particular love for THOSE people; out of whom He chose of their children, from out of their families!
Now we are brothers and sisters and neighbors of millions of Americans, who really know nothing of these things; and much of it is due to what they see in many so-called Christians. Others, obviously, say and do wickedly and blaspheme, for the very reason of Christians being good and holy and clean; because they want to be evil and unholy and filthy. Howsoever they take their course in life; we are nevertheless under covenant bond through the blood of Jesus, to live and walk like Him towards all people, regardless.
But we might, if we have such a heart, and care to look; see it even in their movies, and art, and music, that they are crying to God for love and truth and the meaning of life: even if we don’t like the way they’re asking, and have big issues with their politics! The land of Israel at the time of Christ and the apostles, was full of patriots and zealots, religious and non-religious; but Jesus did not go with any of them after their causes; and more than that, He did not balk at healing a Centurion’s servant, or speaking the truth respectfully to Pilate. Jesus did nothing but treat every man with honesty and respect, and spoke the truth in wisdom that no one could speak against or resist. All the things He commands us to do, “as Christians,” He Himself did perfectly, sincerely in good will towards even His worst enemies, that would eventually be His murderers.
James 2:8-9 “If you fulfill the Royal Law according to the Scripture, You shall love your neighbor as yourself, you do well: but if you have respect to persons, you commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.”
And Christ died and rose again to deliver us from being under the law, that we should be under grace. But if we do those things which under the law constitute evil and carry the sentence of death; you are not under grace, but under the law. Under grace implies, living and walking according to the Spirit of God in the divine nature, proving what is good and acceptable to God: walking in the grace of Christ does not transgress the law, but establishes the law. Love is the fulfilling of the law, by the grace of God really working in the heart of him that believes in Jesus. Loving therefore and giving, hoping for nothing in return, is not a nice suggestion, or a religious thought; but a way of life presided over by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and practical living of the words of Jesus.
You have to read Jesus’ difficult teachings (such as the Sermon on the Mount) in context–meaning as a sermon that was preached to those under the Law (see Gal. 4:4-5). When you look at it this way, you realize that Jesus was attempting to use the Law lawfully (as Paul later said) to lead people to Himself. So in the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus was saying, “You think the standard is down here, but I’m telling you the standard is not down here, but it’s up there way beyond the moon. And it’s not just actions, but the thoughts of your heart that need to be pure. Oh, and by the way, ‘Be perfect just as God is perfect.”
Anyone who doesn’t water down what Jesus is saying and applies it to themselves HONESTLY says, “That’s NUTS! I can’t do that–in fact, I’ve already failed a million times.” Precisely, and that’s exactly why you need a SAVIOR!
How do you make people give up on the Law and their own attempts to please God? You make them see how very perfect the Law is and how totally inept we all are to keep it (James 2:10 “For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it”)!
One more thing, we get hung up on trying to incorporate the Beatitudes into our lives and bearing fruit, etc. etc. I’m not saying it’s effortless because we have a choice. But let me remind you: It’s the fruit of the SPIRIT–it’s not your fruit or my fruit. It’s the fruit of Jesus living in and through us. “LET this mind be in you . . . ” How do you LET? You don’t hinder or stop something, but instead you allow it!

That which is impossible with men is possible with God; for with God, nothing shall be impossible. Why would anyone look at one jot or tittle of the law, and say, That’s impossible? Don’t you ever read the law? Love God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength? And love your neighbor as your own soul? How is that impossible? Except of course one is wedded to his sin and selfishness and stubborn rebellious ways! Are you telling us, that the priest and the Levite who came and looked on the beaten and naked man lying in the road, would have been nuts to get involved? Or that Dives really had no way to help his poor and sick brother Lazarus, every single day that he lay at his gate starving? Or if the Lord Jesus said, that only by doing everything He says, will we have the ability to stand against the storms of temptations, opposition, and contradiction and deceit of this world; that He said so, knowing it to be untrue?
You have believed what is false, and a slander against God. His commandments are not to prove how wicked we are, and without strength; but to show us His own character and conduct to imitate, sincerely from the heart. Or is it the sincerely from the heart that makes you stumble? Don’t you know, that it is in our willingness AND obedience, that He meets us with grace to overcome?
You know the story of the boy who cried Wolf? What do you think is the difference in Christians, who know their Master’s will, but continue to disobey, and not ever really set their account in order before Him; even though they keep saying, I’m sorry, forgive me: doesn’t there have to come a point, when sorry doesn’t cut it anymore, and actions have to be taken? Or do we suppose that God will really give those a pass at the judgment, who knew more than anyone else what salvation cost to God, and how He gave His all; but His so-called “bride” could never decide He is worth quitting sin for?
Not one tittle of the law or the prophets shall pass away until ALL is fulfilled. And judgment must begin at the house of God, or it would be utterly unjust to bring it upon those who know nothing at all. By our FRUITS shall we be known, what kind we are. A good tree cannot produce bad fruit; neither can a rotten tree produce good fruit. Except a man be born again, HE CANNOT SEE NOR ENTER THE KINGDOM OF GOD. All your arguments are based on man trying to do it in his own natural condition, as if there really is no power in the gospel to convert and heal.
You cannot pout the New Wine into old skins; for the bottles will be marred, and the wine spilled: but New Wine MUST be put into New Skins! We have to be begotten from above by the word of God and His Spirit, if we are to be made partakers of the divine nature. And it is the work of the Holy Spirit in us to guide us into all truth, and teach us all things: but the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge, and a good understanding have all they that trust in Him.
If you read and receive and believe, doesn’t it follow then, that you will act on what you say to God? If you have cried to Him for mercy and forgiveness; shouldn’t it be expected, that your sorrow and remorse would be seen in a changed man? We expect that in our children, and in society: but then God shouldn’t expect that of His Christians?
Absolutely a lie from the devil to hold you in darkness and sin; HYPOCRISY is their religion; stage-playing and lip service. They come and sit before the preacher and the prophet, as if they were God’s people; but they do not what He says. Its like going to a concert or a music recital: they love to hear the beautiful voice and them playing well on their instruments; but they go home just as they came, UNCHANGED. They go to church for the emotional/pseudo-religious feelings; but there is never a new birth or conversion or healing at all. “And My people love to have it so!”
2 Timothy 4:3-4 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

Hey, if you think you can imitate Christ well enough to work your way to heaven, you go right ahead and try your best. You won’t succeed, but you can try.
Christ didn’t come so that we could imitate Him or so that He could “help” us keep the Law. On the contrary, the New Testament teaches that born-again believers have died to Law, are not under the law, that the Law causes death, that the Law stirs up sin, and that it is old and obsolete. In fact, Paul teaches in Romans that abandoning grace for the Law is spiritual adultery. There’s nothing wrong with the Law, by the way–it is holy and perfect and good, but when people try to keep the Law, they are sinning (Romans 14:23b “everything that does not come from faith is sin”) because you cannot try to keep the Law and walk by faith at the same time (Romans 11:6)
But again, if you think you can keep the Law (with or without Jesus’ help), go for it, but you have to keep ALL 613 laws and not just the 10 commandments (or, rather, the 9 commandments since hardly anyone keeps the Sabbath holy these days), and you have to keep all those laws perfectly both outwardly and inwardly (in your thought life), and if you fail–or if you’ve already failed, you will go to hell. So, good luck with that! OR . . . OR you can accept Jesus as your Savior (I recommend this option)!
As for the “foundation” in 1 Corinthians 3:12-13, you have to back up and look at what that foundation is–Jesus Christ and ONLY Jesus Christ!
All of our “righteousness” is as filthy rags in God’s eyes; therefore, it’s Jesus for the foundation of salvation and Jesus for victorious Christian life (not some outward rules) and Jesus for any gold, silver, or precious stones (righteous works) in our lives.
In short, it’s Jesus plus nothing else (only we have to give Him permission because God is a gentleman and doesn’t barge in where He’s not wanted).
What do you think your salvation in Christ is for? Isn’t it to make you a New Creation? Is this done by man, or by man’s will? Impossible! You deliberately side-step the entire point I am trying to make. You do not talk about what I am talking about! New Wine cannot be put into old skins; the New Cloth cannot be used to mend the old fabric: ALL THINGS MUST BE MADE NEW. Nothing in what I wrote anywhere implies what you are accusing me of.
You bring up a most important teaching about what happens to us when we are saved. We become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that we should live to another, Him who was RAISED FROM THE DEAD. Now, Christ being raised again to life, dies no more; death no more has dominion over Him: and so are we by faith in Him, released from the former bondage of sin which brings death, by being made New Creations.
We have the earnest of the Spirit, the pledge of the whole inheritance we are about to receive, as a Certificate from the KING, vouching for our good standing with Him, and our honored membership in His kingdom. This Seal of God in our foreheads is the mark written by the Spirit of God, as one who sighs and cries for all the abominations being done in the city. God does not mark “as His own,” those who cannot find how to stop sinning against Him, or have itching ears for those who pervert His words.
Is there, or is there not, power of God in His word, in His gospel of Christ? Is our religion wholly fantasy and abstract concepts, that make words no longer mean what they say? When, for example, Jesus said to someone, Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more: was He mocking her, because He really knew, that there was no way she could stop sleeping with a man who was married? Seriously?
The only one who wants you to believe, that you cannot keep God’s commandments, and be perfect and upright before Him, is Satan. Nothing irritates him more, and tortures and distracts him, than one who fears God and avoids evil. So when he can get into the minds of the unestablished and unlearned, who are already inclined to love their lives in this world more than God; he has an easy time giving them a doctrine, that allows them to stay in sin without daring to hope for deliverance; while imagining that because they have “accepted Jesus” they will get a pass.
In the context of Isaiah’s saying, All our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; (the filthy rags being what a person cleans himself with;) these are the things people use to establish their own righteousness, because they are without knowledge of God’s righteousness. Jesus is the “end” the thing aimed at of the law, for righteousness, to all them that believe. The one who does righteousness is righteous, even as He is righteous. We are saved UNTO GOOD WORKS, which God has before ORDAINED, that we should walk in them.
If the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ has truly wrought repentance and conversion and healing in our hearts; then it will be worked out in our manner of life. Simply “accepting Jesus,” any wolf can do, by putting on clothing of a sheep: but it is still really a wolf inside. These kind are named by the Lord as false prophets, and false brethren. Which also implies, that there is a true sheep, in sheep’s clothing! Simply saying Lord, Lord, does not prove that anyone knows the Lord, or the Lord him; “but he that DOES THE WILL of My Father in heaven.
All those who “accepted Jesus, and asked Him to come in and be the Lord of their life” but did not the things he says; will not be granted entrance into the kingdom of God; but turned away to the outer darkness and weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth, because he knew them not. Its really quite simple! He that is of God, will hear God’s words; and will cease from hearing the instruction of those seeking to cause you to err from God’s words.
The substance of what we hope for, and the evidence of things not yet seen, (that is, the perfection and fullness of Christ’s completed redemption of His people), the substance and the evidence is our faith! By our faith we are counted righteous, and by our faith we are made whole. Our faith is shown by our manner of life; a manner of life which establishes the law. The only nature and character which establishes God’s law, is God’s nature and character; which He has begotten again in us through faith in the word of His Glad Tidings, Jesus Christ having come in the flesh. If however we do not exhibit that grace by keeping and doing the things contained in the law; it is in His sight, an uncircumcised heart, and outside the covenants of Promise. Jesus did not come to abolish the law; no matter how much men may like to wrench His words out of all meaning and authority; the kingdom of heaven having come into the heart by the New Birth, only grows into that which Christ has planted; or it isn’t His planting at all.
I think “close tolerances” is the operative principle in this case

British-American inventor (microphone, teleprinter), dies at 68
Biography: David Edward Hughes was a British-American inventor and musician. His most celebrated invention is the printing telegraph, which significantly enhanced the speed and efficiency of telecommunication during the late 19th century. The device used a keyboard that punched Morse Code onto paper tape, which could then be sent over the telegraph line at a pace much faster than handwriting.
Hughes’ contributions to telecommunication also extend to the field of wireless transmission. In the late 1870s, he built an apparatus to investigate the behavior of “spark discharges” in telegraph equipment. This led to the discovery of radio waves, a significant milestone in the evolution of wireless communication. However, due to his modest nature, Hughes did not patent his discovery, and the credit went to Heinrich Hertz, who made similar discoveries a decade later.
Aside from his telecommunication innovations, Hughes was also a skilled musician. He patented an automatic mechanism for a harp which allowed for a broader range of notes than was typically achievable. Music and invention were synergistic in Hughes’ life, as his musical knowledge often informed his scientific work.

August 29, 2000 – January 22, 2022 Chula Vista Micah Pietila-Wiggs, 21, died in a vehicle accident.
Most notably known for his long and flowing hair at the time, Micah was a member of the Eastlake Little League team that represented the West Region in the 2013 Little League Baseball World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The Eastlake Little League team won the United States Championship before falling, 6-4, to Musachi-Fuchu Little League (Tokyo, Japan) in the 67th World Championship game.

Do we expect God to come to us with His blessings and save us? He says – LOOK UNTO ME, and BE saved. The great difficulty spiritually is to concentrate on God, and it is His blessings that make it difficult. Troubles nearly always make us look to God; His blessings are apt to make us look elsewhere. The teaching of the Sermon on the Mount is, in effect – Narrow all your interest until the attitude of mind and heart and body is concentration of Jesus Christ. “Look unto Me.”
Many of us have a mental conception of what a Christian should be, and the lives of the saints become a hindrance to our concentration of God. There is no salvation in this way, it is not simple enough. “Look unto Me” and – not “you will be saved,” but “you ARE saved.” The very thing we look for, we shall find if we will concentrate on Him. We get preoccupied and sulky with God, while all the time He is saying – “Look up and be saved.” The difficulties and trials – the casting about in our minds as to what we shall do this summer, or tomorrow, all vanish when we look to God.
Rouse yourself up and look to God. Build your hope on Him. No matter if there are a hundred and one things that press, resolutely exclude them all and look to Him. “Look unto Me,” and salvation IS, the moment you look.

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

I am experiencing tremendous extreme difficulty with the site the past several months.
The problems just caused me to lose EVERYTHING I typed the past 5 minutes. I will have to submit multiple posts to describe
The site constantly reloads on average 1x/minute with the error “a problem has occurred And the page reloaded”
I’ve lost my message twice already
when it reloads it resets to the top of the page so I’ll have to scroll all the way back again. At 1x/minute it’s insufferable
Typing comments the letters are on a 3 second delay making it horroble to try and po
The site doesn’t work. Lost the message AGAIN
It all started about the time the pop ups appeared on the site. IDK what to do to fix it.

Go into various settings and block pop up ads.
Get and use adblockers.
Use Brave as your browser.
Be very controlling about who you let place cookies on your machine.
Don’t use the internet without using protection.
I already have as blockers and don’t allow cookies as much as possible.
IT IS ONLY THIS WEBSITE WHICH HAS THE PROBLEM
It behaves like it’s under attack to prevent people from using it
And the pop ups appear every few seconds continually obscuring the posts.

in my case, husband did something to my device’s security settings and it was fixed.
hope you find improvement in this, because “they” want us impeded and discouraged.

I was using brave at the time; still am.
had to do with “upping” the blockers or changing, but I’ll find out.

go to your device’s settings, then go to ‘privacy settings’ and put it to the highest level you can.

Many others have commented on this same issue.
One of administrators is aware, as she mentioned it was not this website, but “malware.”
I’ve tried all of “recommended solutions” others have used, and none work.
Even had our ISP visit our residence and they installed new router. Now it’s worse.
I type my comment in notepad, then copy and quickly paste on this webpage before it reloads. It helps but am sure this problem deters many from posting and reading.
I think there is a malware on this website. JMO.
I’m no techie but next step is to check out how to rid malware and adware on my Apple device – it has all the “symptoms.”
I am not an expert but I would say Apple is complicit in some way…

I suspect that there’s problems with the pop ups overloading the website and the website reboots. Like 1-2 times per minute.
And this only started after Sundance had to deploy the ads for additional revenue.
IDC about the pop ups as long as they can be cleared – and don’t crash the page.

Often, when I have trouble posting I clear all the cookies and make sure to update my browser (using Chrome) and that seems to help a lot.
I also use Malwarebytes and their Browser Guard which blocks ads as well as any sites (usually advertisers) that try to kidnap some websites functionality.

goto settings>privacy and security> turn off everything, only thing I have left on is private window for tor
then select clear browsing date> select the on exit tab, set it to clear all data upon exit, same for other tabs for when you close them
same for cookies tho clearing on this tab requires turning things on for force clearing and do not track requests block 3rd party cookies.
Now this kinda makes your user interface unhelpful once you close browsing from last session, as it never saves anything … but that’s the point, they use leftover data to target you with ads.
You then have to save bookmarks to sites you go to which is <ctl+D> so if you like a site you have been directed to save a bookmark for it.
As I sit here and write this CTH page, brave is blocking 39 items trackers, ads & more.
But I do not get forced page refreshes, this is also linux mint with a VPN, also have on my android phones that I generally do not have a problem with also with same VPN service on the phones.
YMMV as I do not browse much with a phone. Results should be similar tho.

For all the dog and cat lovers amongst our Treepers, The Ark is where my dog ended up when I was seperrated from her and when I was able to retrieve her I was impressed with how well they took care of my loved one. She was returned to me clean, no fleas or parasites and vaccinated, a little traumatized but she quickly came back to her old self. I have been volunteering once or twice a week since then to help clean the dog pens to show my gratitude for there diligence and care of the animals there. I help clean about 30 holding pens that hold between 7 and 2 dogs depending on the size of the pen. It is hard work takes about 6hrs and the man who I work with is grateful for my help and usually buys me lunch, the facility is severely understaffed and in typical Mexican fashion overworked and yet they treat all the animals as their own with love and respect. The owner has told me that before Scamdemic she had 14 employees and now she only has 5, her and her husband are there 24/7 and haven’t had a day off since the beginning of the lockdowns.
If you are one of the lucky ones who can afford to help, your contribution will be greatly appreciated and used appropriately. If not then a kind word in your prayers this evening is a wonderful gift also. 🖖🏻
