They blew insulation in the attic of the garage and over the sunroom yesterday. They did some sanding on the mud of the sunroom drywall.
Today they finish out the drywall and texture the ceiling.
Friday they paint the sunroom.
Also on Friday we go to pick out and buy the prefinished golden oak trim material.
Saturday Ryan finishes out the electrical in the sunroom.
Monday they install the trim except the baseboards.
Tuesday Scott installs the mini split HVAC unit.
After that they take out the old double windows and open the passage to the living room after they move a baseboard duct that sits under those windows.
That all sounds pretty exciting , Rah !

MAGA Mike Johnson had vowed not to take up another short-term extension, but backtracked as the first shutdown deadline in January neared.
The continuing resolution funding the government runs out Friday at 11:59 p.m. So far, the spending limits Republicans and Democrats agreed to, a week or so ago, have not translated into bills for full 2024 appropriations. That means neither a long-term continuing resolution nor a shutdown is off the table. Will they kick the can to March, or a partial government shutdown? Will we borrow more money? Our National Debt (MONEY WE OWE) HAS HIT $34 trillion ($34,000,000,000,000). Every American taxpayer owes $264,000 at this time. The government shutdown might be a blessing; it could cool off the spending machine that’s been running 24/7.
It is expected that we will borrow another trillion by the end of March. At the end of 2022, the national debt was $31.42 trillion, and the INTEREST paid the last quarter of 2022 was $213 billion. We are digging a financial grave for America. Look at the National Debt Clock; it’s breathtaking.

I fully understand why most people would view any other conservative news website as being a competitor to The Conservative Treehouse, however I have a tendency to view All conservative news websites as complementary to and of other conservative news websites. Why else would numerous Conservative Treehouse articles have a Hyperlink to the original source news website?
My routine or habit first thing every morning, sometimes during the day, and most times before going to bed, is to First scan through the headlines on The Conservative Treehouse, which is my primary news source (and scroll back a few days because many articles do not show up in the feed for one to two days, especially the SAF articles), then check my secondary source; TGP. Only occasionally do I check ZeroHedge which is my tertiary source, rarely do I go as far as checking my quaternary sources.
Anyway, if someone should know the reason why iPhone Safari is blocking me from accessing ZeroHedge or how to get around the Block, I would appreciate knowing.

I really have not changed anything lately and iOS has minimal customization settings. However, I did go to Safari and switched Block Pop-Ups to Off and I still cannot access the website.
You may have to google yourself out of your predicament:

Just tried Zerohedge via Safari on my iPad, and I do customize settings a lot, plus using paid ad blockers and anti-virus.
It loaded instantly.
The problem is at your end, NN. Take it to a computer shop. They can show you what settings to change, or you might have some sort of malware. It’s easy to pick up viruses if you browse, and what browser you use is generally irrelevant to that.
I am still able to access it 🤔
Nomen – go to your App Store and download Brave browser. Try using that instead. I have had it on my iphone, ipad and Mac for several years without any problems. Safari every now and then causes me grief and I don’t always know why.
PS – Zerohedge website works quite normally for me today.
One year ago yesterday my Dad passed away. It was past time. He was suffering. But that didn’t make it any easier.
My sister and I inherited the house. My sister really wanted it but if I were to sell her my half at half the appraised value it would have made it very tough on her budget. Especially since there was some work to be done.
I sold my half to her for $30,000 less than my half of the appraised value was.
She has done the improvements and it looks fantastic.
My reasoning was that it is the place where the family gathers for Christmas and I wanted to keep it that way.
I’m sure Dad and Mom are happy with the way things turned out. I amtoo!
