Since words mean things, how does this make sense, either from the perspective of assessing what is “sacred for God” or from what seems to be a matter of fact assertion of what is “sacred for God” in general with no scriptural support offered whatsoever?
Because man these days say since society changes, God’s laws and His Scripture also changes – meaning also that the things God calls sin are now acceptable parts of society, so they are no longer sins. This is nowhere in the Bible. So God’s laws and His Scripture (must) now change to man’s societal and cultural, political changes?
Your question as to what is sacred is what you call a matter of fact assertion with no scriptural support offered whatsoever. God’s word does not change with societal changes. God does not change with societal changes. Consider what God says about himself and his word.
“God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind” (Numbers 23:19). “But you [God] remain the same, and your years will never end” (Psalm 102:27). “Your word, LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens” (Psalm 119:89). “The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever” (Isaiah 40:8). “I the Lord do not change” (Malachi 3:6). “Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away” (Matthew 24:35). “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8). “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows” (James 1:17).
Are our conscience, sacred or allowed to be readily and easily violated by other justifications, from self or other influences that seek to dull it? The truth of the matter is that people’s sins brought down God’s punishment:
Word mean things? What Revelation makes known to us is confirmed by our own experience. Paul the Apostle exhorted the faithful to “stand firm and hold fast to the traditions that you were taught by us, either by word of mouth or by our letter” (2 Thessalonians 2:15).
Either you believe or you do not. There is no shortcut, no shorter degree programs or accelerated learning programs just as we age year after year in sequence, we learn (or not) as we age. We can’t accelerate our growth at age 20 to 21 because that is the age when we are allowed “personal freedom”.
There is nothing wrong to question what’s in the Bible. The difference is looking for justification comparing God’s words to man’s which is our limited human understanding. There is no spoon-feeding. A seeker who is sincere will find the truth, the way as it is planned for him/her (not for someone else). The living Word is lived both in word and deed. A lifetime. Stops only we we leave this mortal shell.
Take it how you will. When we read the Bible we pray first that what God intends for us to understand is given us, that He has caused all holy Scriptures to be written for our learning. To grant that we may in such wise hear them, read, mark, learn and inwardly digest them – that by patience and comfort of His Holy Word, we may embrace and ever hold fast the blessed hope of everlasting life: which He hast given us in our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Our sanctity, our dignity, our conscience given to all true children of God. How long? All of every living breath till we pass.

Saw a documentary about honeybadgers, one escaped from his enclosure and immediately went to the male lions enclosure; he “wanted” to fight the lion, and jumped down into the lion enclosure.
The lion stood and roared and the honey badger ran straight at the lion, flipped on his back, slid between the lions front legs, stopping with his head and front paws right at the lions back legs,….and again the H.B. is laying on its back.
The HB did his best to turn the king if the jungle into a “trans” and the lion was last seen running up the road, crying…
Badgers, skunks and wolverines are the apex of apex critters, imo.
I’ve had pet skunks. They’re outstanding companions. They’ll play and snuggle like a kitty….until somebody they don’t like shows up. Then they go kinda honey badger. My last one trained itself to use a litter box.
I saw my first “tame” wolverine on johnny carson. Twice. They’d bring it with it’s life companion, a Labrador retriever. They never stopped moving throughout the whole segment. It was kinetic on a whole nother level. I’d only ever seen them presented as hugely dangerous and aggressive, and wild beyond reach.
Some years later I saw a documentary of a guy who rescued and raised two wolverines and a martin. The wolverines were socialized, in their own way, to humans and really responsive and smart. Really cool to see.
They were affectionate and attentive, again, in their own way, but it was clear they loved their human.
My vet told me years ago, if Weasels and Martins were the size of a medium dog, everything on earth would be dead! lol!

The more I read, Ma, such as your experiences, and the more videos I see of animal behaviour with humans and others which we’d consider to be natural enemies of one another, the more convinced I become that we know very little of their kingdoms.

I’ve only met one psychiatrist one time (not for my health) and my impression was that he was full of manure. So I can’t offer any analysis (no pun intended) from any extensive research or experience.
I personally believe that most “normal” people who have occasional problems for which they seek psychiatric help are probably not educated or have no background in faith or bible doctrine. From what I have learned and know about doctrine, there isn’t any situation for which one can’t deal with emotionally and spiritually that isn’t addressed in Gods handbook for life. That sounds weird and wacky to those who haven’t studied the Bible but those who have studied it for many years under a good pastor-teacher know exactly what I mean and the accuracy of my assertion.
At that point, pieces of paper achieve their true value, which is as fire starter material.
You will own the property you can defend, against those who will try to take it away.
Dollars, Treasury notes, mortgages, loan agreements,…not even useful as toilet paper.
Agree that the paper becomes useless, assuming the courts have not gotten any better than at present.’
But when the armed sheriff & deputies or cops show up to escort you off the property because the county or bank foreclosed on it due to unpaid taxes or mortgage, and your are no longer the title holder, there will be a moment when a hard decision must be made. Die “defending it” or walk away peacefully. Only the strongest force wins in those situations.

It just boggles the mind. The majority of the American people are over the top disgusted with the government. We have a very “quiet” philosophy, each of us with his or her own red line, of legitimate peaceful protest. We’ve seen the manipulations of our government and the malicious treatment of our peaceful protests (J6). We’ve seen the glorification of rabid mob protests and lack of justice. We know our government is rotten to the core. Trump gives us great hope, but he’s only one guy. A really admirable, self-sacrificing, “good guy”. We like him.
It still feels like to me, that The Powers That Be have one goal in mind and that is to destroy our country from within. They want to turn up the pressure. They want to tighten the screws. They want us to feel the boot on our necks. They want CW2. They want us killing one another. They want us to display our vulnerabilities so they can exploit more attack vectors. They have already kicked off another world war. They have already unleashed a virus (with more to come…). They’ve changed the tax law to specifically go after small business. They’re dying to implement their CBDC weapon upon all of us so we can neither buy or sell without the mark. I could go on.
The world is a mess right now. Where are the peacekeepers (not the fake U.N.)? Where are the pure in heart? Where are the righteous? It’s just such a rotten shame that evil people want to rule the world and have pushed us to the brink. I rebuke Satan and stand firm to the end.
