Original Operation Chaos was launched in 2008. Vote for whoever was trailing in delegates – Clinton or Obama – to extend the Democrat primaries.

Why is this Haley woman even allowed to be in a primary? She is not a natural born citizen, as her parents did not become citizens until years after her birth. Yes, this matters. It’s in the Constitution. To be allowed to be President you have to be: 1) 35 years or older , 2) lived in the USA for at least the last 14 years, 3) must be a natural born citizen. This applies to the President, and after the adoption of the 12th Amendment, to the Vice President as well.

Not after, not never, not just one parent. Both parents. And in the USA or it’s territories or possessions. No, SCOTUS has never made a ruling on NBC. Why should they? Do they need to rule that the sun rises in the East? Take it the next step, and it leads directly to how it is the 50 STATE Governments, where the real political power resides, and how the Uniparty has worked to distort that.
The Natl. Parties (for Natl elections) and State Parties (for State/local elections) essentially conduct THEIR primaries, using the States infrastrucure for conducting elections, and can run them any way they want.
Think of a trade show being put on in a State or County owned facility, and the R and D parties as renting space for their booth.
Its only when we get to the GENERAL, that the State Govt, thru the SoS has an obligation to certify that every name on the ballot meets the legislative/Constitutional requirements to serve in the office.
So, the way it actually works; the Natl. Party Chairs sign 50 letters, certifying that their nominees for POTUS and VPOTUS are qualified for the office.
A POTUS must be at least 35 y.o (IIRC) but the Party Chair does not include a copy of the Birth Certificate, they just (basically) tell the SoS’s “Trust us we assure you the nominees are old enough!” and unfortunately the SoS’s have taken the parties letter as ‘proof’ that the nominees meet the Constitutional requirements.
So, they are failing in their duty to “Certify” when they defer to the parties, private corporationd with a vested interest, and fail to simply tell the Party chairs “Please provide proof your nominees meet the Constitutional requirements, BEFORE we put their names on the ballot for the General election.
The Statutes call for the SoS to ‘certify’ but they don’t specify what they must do TO certify.
We saw the same thing with election results; the County Recorders certify results to the SoS, who certifies to the Legislature, who then appoint electors, IIRC the Gov. even gets incvolved at some point, and of coarse finally a Joint Session of Congress certifies, and at NO POINT was any of these certifications intended to be a rubber stamp of the assurances of those earlier in the process, its NOT an “Honor System”.

There are two types of jurisdiction: political and legal. Donald Harris and Shyamala Gopalan were under the political jurisdiction of Jamaica and India (respectively) at the time of their lovely daughter’s birth.
The Constitution does not differentiate nor specify. In United States v. Wong Kim Ark, SCOTUS determined that both parents being here and making the USA their permanent domicile met the “jurisdiction” (type of jurisdiction apparently did not matter) requirement for their child born here.
Further, if you read down through U.S. v. Wong, you find that SCOTUS in another case (used as precedent) resolved the “natural born citizen” question by first recognizing that the Constitution was based in most principles upon English common law:

Alabama, Mr. Justice Matthews, delivering the judgment of the court, said:”There is no common law of the United States, in the sense of a national customary law, distinct from the common law of England as adopted by the several States each for itself, applied as its local law, and subject to such alteration as may be provided by its own statutes. . . . The interpretation of the Constitution of the United States is necessarily influenced by the fact that its provisions are framed in the language of the English common law, and are to be read in the light of its history.”
So English common law said (essentially) that any child born of aliens within the King’s Protectorate (Kingdom) and who were not enemies of the kingdom or official representatives of a foreign kingdom / country was in fact a “natural born citizen”.

Overseas military bases are not considered sovereign territory as embassies and consulates are. That being said, Juan McStain was constitutionally eligible since he was born in the Panama Canal Zone which was a U.S. possession/territory at the time. This situation would have also applied to Barry Goldwater, who was born when Arizona was a territory and not an admitted U.S. state.

If I could interpret this differently: There is no chance of Nikki Haley “winning” in New Hampshire and there is no way they are going to stop Trump. The primaries are over. This is David Plouffe throwing in the towel. So he shrugs and says, “Yeah, well, okay, if you want to try that, go ahead. Ain’t gonna work.”
The Government Party has shifted to a rear-guard action to try and stir up some dust while they kick the can down the road on their Biden-problem. Barack Obama’s 2008 victory was due to a combination of the voting public’s complete disgust with George W. Bush, the use of Obama as a blank slate on which the voter’s hopes and desires could be written, and the GOP Establishment’s choice of John McCain as their means for keeping the Republican Party and its RINO politicians in their role as the Democrat’s well-paid controlled opposition.

Assuming that the Uniparty is confident in the effectiveness of their election fraud machine, there would be no compelling reason to drop Joe Biden and therefore risk the possibility that his loyal following might become less inclined to come out for the Democrats in November 2024, thus making it less likely their candidate can come within striking distance of a win.
This did not start with Operation Chaos in 2008. It started in 2004 when Arlen Scumbag Specter sent letters to Democrats asking them to switch affiliation so they could vote against Pat Toomey in the Repukes primary and save his worthless carcass (which they did).

If you ask me, people need to get used to the fact that the powers that took over the country in 2020 — really, 2008 — have said over and over, in many different ways, that they will not allow Trump to be president again. For one thing, the fact that they haven’t jettisoned President Mushroom says loud and clear that they intend to keep a demented figurehead in office so they can do what they want and then blame it all on him. The other problem is that about 30% of the citizenry has been made literally delusional by a steady stream of Big Lies and that about 20% of us don’t care. If they don’t push Trump out of the picture electorally, I assume that they will just take over by force.
That all means that there is no way out of this other than somehow, with God’s help, to get these vandals, perverts, and Satanists out of power. Miracles can happen, but I think we’re running out of time, sadly, for Trump to help us do that.

One of the many valuable lessons of 2022 Maracopa County, is that voter SUPPRESSION of MAGA votes, NOT ballot stuffing alone, was neccesary to overcoming KL’s landslide.

ANY message, even well intentioned, which amplifies the narrative that “all is lost, they will steal it again, nothing has been done!” etc. must be aggresively countered.
2020 was NOT a repeat if 2016, 2022 was NOT a repeat of 2020 or 2016, and there is no reason to believe 2024 will be a repeat of 2020 or 2022, its just as reasonable to expect it to be a repeat of 2016.
I hear what you’re saying, and I’m usually the one around here that accuses others of being black-pilled. But I need to push back a little. Saying that it doesn’t look to me like we can ride Trump back into control isn’t the same as saying all is lost — unless, of course, someone has put all his or her eggs in one basket, the one carried by Trump. I’m just trying to read the signs, and I think Democrat legislators saying they will never relinquish power and the party keeping a vegetable in place as a candidate until it’s seemingly too late to change horses speak volumes.
The other thing that does is that these people, the ones that already engineered a coup, show no signs of giving a rat’s ass about the rule of law except when they can bend it for their own use. Suppose Trump is somehow declared the winner? Do you really think they’ll voluntarily give up control, wait to get fired and/or arrested, put all their efforts to start WWIII back in storage until the next time they manage to get control?
You might be right, but I don’t see anything to show me that the fraud machine is being countered or dismantled. I’m hoping against hope that there is a plan, but we’ve been down that road before and found ourselves waiting for someone else to fix things that they couldn’t. My point is that we need to acknowledge that they probably still have the upper hand and, unfortunately, that we’re not in a situation like we were in 1980 but rather like the one in 1860. If I’m right, we need to be honest with ourselves and prepare accordingly.

Castelleto, as far as the national presidential election is concerned, what is required for us to win is a huge MAGA turnout in November 2024 combined with a well-funded, well-coordinated, and highly proactive election integrity effort focused primarily on the swing states.
Not to say that election integrity efforts for 2024 can’t be supported in other states to some limited extent. But the effort for right now must be focused on the swing states.
Time is short. The fraudsters in the Uniparty are even now tuning up their election fraud machine. For myself, I will not stand on the sidelines and just watch it happen. Win or lose, I will be in the game.
Knowing that post-election lawsuits cannot succeed in rescuing a stolen election, I’ve made a decision this week that all of my personal political contributions for 2024 will go directly to the Trump campaign and to the proactive efforts of True the Vote.
