Policy change: No call or other communication that is not traceable is accepted for “emergency purposes.” A call to 911 on a SIP trunk, for example, can be taken but is flagged as unreliable and thus cannot form probable cause for anything whatsoever.
Legal change #1: A person who commits an act of “swatting” is charged with attempted murder, said charge and prosecution is non-discretionary and is not bond-eligible. Any person aiding, abetting or suborning such an act, directly or indirectly, is likewise liable and this includes any police officer who acts in contravention to the above policy change, with said liability being personal, joint and several.
Legal change #2: Any person targeted in which assets are rolled or an encounter occurs where non-traceable communication was the source is entitled to recover not less than $100,000 for each occurrence from the responding officers personally if no physical damage to property, no harm to person and no arrest occurs, $250,000 for each occurrence if physical harm, arrest or property damage is incurred and $1 million, plus punitive damages, if discharge of a firearm or death to a person occurs.
Legal change #3: Any targeted individual or other person on the premises who has a lawful right to be present and who responds with lethal force to such an incursion where other than a clear knock, announce and reasonable notice and clear evidence that actual law enforcement is present is given by said responding authorities is absolutely immune, both civilly and criminally, from prosecution for the use of said force that takes place on or about said property or home.
That’s it.
If you try to do it via some “anonymous” pathway it doesn’t work.
If you do it via a traceable pathway you are liable for attempted murder. If the local cops, DA or others refuse to prosecute they are liable for attempted murder as accessories after the fact and if they act on a non-traceable and verifiable report that too attaches liability. To avoid this the local gendarme will have to document the pathway by which the report came and ascertain that it is traceable before assets roll or they risk doing 20 in the big house — and if they no-knock your house you can shoot them with impunity.

What do you expect of the 911 operator? What about the responding police to whom the 911 operator informs them of a non-traceable call? Expect them to stop at the nearest Dunkin Donuts to discuss the risks while the homeowner figures out which window to jump from.

In the 70s many black leaders were adamantly opposed to desegregating busing. They argued that the educational standards at black schools needed to be raised to that of the mostly white schools. I agree with them. The mostly black schools in inner cities turn out kids that can barely read, have extremely poor math skills, and you can forget about history.

My Daughter attended small community Public school….Big mistake on my part. Believing that schools were the responsible party for the basic or advanced education of your child was short sighted on my part. I went to parochial school and my parents were not tasked with educating their children. They paid money for competent people to do that. Not so in Public school. She was not prepared to go to college at all.
Because the Family has been utterly destroyed in the Black Community (working on Whites) the value of education is not taught on the whole.
I don’t know what it will take to turn this around, but taking federal govt. out of the picture seems first step, teacher testing another, get rid of upper layers, teachers unions, and compensate good teachers accordingly.
If generational is the problem, I hate to say this but when children are little, it is important to have very early programs that change their trajectory and counter their home experience. With powerful incentives given to excel in school work. And most important powerful incentives to stop out of wedlock births , putting Fathers back into the home (in time). I say in time because inner city young Black Men are not ready to be a leader in a household.

Two points:
ONE: Over the many decades, the globalists in the congressional and judicial branches have weaved their maze of unconstitutional acts, agreements, resolutions, controls, etc. into and with the cooperation of the globalists in the executive branch so that the “concept” of checks & balances no longer exists for “we the people.”
They have created a “catch-22 trap” infrastructure that allows them to control any newcomer into the government arena.
Most of the unconstitutional enforcement goons and departments are located in the executive branch. President Trump, backed up by the “2024 Constitutional Republic Mandate” from the electorate and using the enforcement of his oath, will be able to disband, at will and constitutionally, the unconstitutional elements and personnel in the executive branch, within 100 days.
TWO: The executive branch under President Trump is just one part of the MAGA / America First recapture of the federal government. The constitutional adjustment of the congressional and judicial branches will follow …….. as the MAGA / America First congressmen and senators are elected.
Without knowing the exact numbers, the % of MAGAs in the house and senate will increase in 2024/2025. After removing the unconstitutional, administrative-state from the executive branch (100 day mark) President Trump will be free to work with the leadership in the house, senate and judiciary to get their operations in line with the Constitution + approved amendments. He can bring to the negotiating table the mandate he received from the electorate.
This is the time to think and act big.
