What may happen if the SC decides that the Constitution gives Presidential immunity for actions taken while in office, I wonder?
Would it give cover to Biden for all of his potential unconstitutional decisions?
Biden has immunity from his Constitutional violations. As do Obama and Bush. As do all the Representatives and Senators who continually implement blatantly unconstitutional laws and regulations. As do the judges who purposely rule against the intent and word of the Constitution.
That is why only a Citizens’ purge of local, State and Federal governments can restore Liberty.

If it were to find absolute immunity whenever an act is undertaken under the cloak of Presidential authority and in violation of the duty to execute the laws faithfully, and of a criminal or treasonous nature, yes.

But if Biden as President were to offer a small child up to the Crown Prince of Norway to induce him to sign a favorable trade agreement, is the remedy truly only Impeachment?

This. This is my second major bone of contention with how these illegals get into the USA. First one is who is funding them to get to Mexico? Find them all and take care of them so they cannot fund any illegal border crossers at all. Arrest them for treason if they are Americans.
Second, is the Mexican govt. allowing their country to be used as a conduit to funnel these illegals to our border and helping them get across. Mexicos govt needs to face stiff penalties for allowing this. PTrump made sure they stopped and kept the illegals in Mexico or they faced economic penalties from the USA. It’s insane to let another country to be able to dictate who crosses into our sovereign nation.
I pray PTrump takes care of both things immediately and finishes and reinforces the wall when re-elected. This has to stop and no more any immigration for at least 5 years so we can clear out as many illegals as possible.

Don’t know if this is being reported widely, however, Thursday, Federal Judge, Irene Berger, of the Southern District of West Virginia, has DISMISSED the lawsuit filed by John Anthony Castro to keep President Trump off the West Virginia ballot in 2024.
The judge found that Castro could not demonstrate “standing”. Castro had described himself as a candidate for president and said Trump’s presence on the ballot would harm his chances. U.S. District Judge Irene Berger found that the evidence submitted removes “any doubt that Mr. Castro’s purported ‘campaign’ exists as a vehicle for pursuing litigation, not votes.”

From my own investigation finding examples not even covered in the film:
In the 1994 Tom Clacy book “Debt of Honor” a 747 was flown into the Capital building during the State of the Union speech. The pilot flew out of range of east coast radars on the scheduled flight path and then came back in at exteremly low levels to avoid them. The plane was being shuttled elesewhere, so it had no passengers.
Samuel Joseph Byck was an American hijacker and attempted assassin. On February 22, 1974, he attempted to hijack a plane flying out of Baltimore/Washington International Airport, intending to crash into the White House in the hopes of killing President Richard Nixon.

Bruce Ivins was NOT GUILTY if I’d been on a jury with zero seconds of deliberation after watching this documentary.
The mail box used near KKG, which would have been absolutely pointless and STUPID of him to use, was simply a back door way to cleverly frame him and would have been something known to anyone wanting to use him as a patsy.
But he made it easy for them – he committed suicide, most likely driven to that by the investigation’s harassment.

Jack goes directly to the DC appeals court. The DC appeals court sets aside all cases and rules speedily in favor of Jack. En banc review is denied and the trial stay lifted.
Trump goes to SCOTUS but the trial schedule is back on.
Then what?
Jack has already gone to the DC appeals court in a filing which Trump responded to. I believe the court is to hear arguments on January 9.
If your scenario takes place, Trump will file for a stay with the SCOTUS which they will approve while the court agrees to hear an appeal.
Trial schedule back off.
What you are also overlooking is the fact that all this takes time and there is no way a March 4th trial date will hold. There are millions of pages of discovery that Trump has already filed on as being so voluminous as to require the trial date be extended.
The bottom line is that Trump will have secured the requisite number of delegates and the nomination in March, long before any of these cases get to trial, if they ever do.

From an empirical observation, nothing has occurred over the past week to impact voters’ views to change that dramatically.
