Its always best to READ the actual ORDER issued by the Judge, rather tgan somebody’s ‘shorthand’ interpretation OF the order.

Considering events of the last few decades I wouldn’t put it past them…
I think its understandable but counterproductive to propose THEM doing things which are beyond the realm of possibility, just because they DO do that “Overton window” thing of moving PERCEPTIONS of whats possible.
They are NOT going to “cancel” or “postpone” the 2024 election, they are NOT going to jail or imprison PDJT, and they are NOT going to do as you suggest.
You are right, they are not going to cancel or postpone. All they have to do is make the results so unreliable that many jurisdictions can’t certify the election. What would cause this? How about sacrificing some low level democrats who were involved in multiple states with election fraud and corrupted voting machines. As an October surprise what would people do if they have zero trust in voting?
This would accomplish massive voter disenfranchisement, and create doubt in everyone’s mind about results. What would Joe do then? The results would not be known for possibly years while we wait for new elections, recounts, lawsuits, and protests to all be settled.
In the meantime they will use the media to question who is winner wherever they can. Why? Because it further denigrates the voting system and allows many democrats to stay in office until it’s all resolved. They would still have authority until certified elections happen. Given the investigative abilities of our FBLie, this could take, oh, 4years?
Beyond the realm? Probably, but if you try to think like them, sacrificing your own is valid if the ends justify the means. All they have to do is apply this in key districts.

In a post here a few days ago I asked, expecting some comments, that if President Trump was re-instated even a day before the 2024 Presidential Inauguration after having won the 2024 Presidential election, would he be able to serve that 2024 -2028 term?
I am inclined to think that Congress or the Supreme Court COULD reason that President Trump, being illegally NOT allowed to serve almost all his 2nd term, would still not be justification to go against the 22nd Amendment and therefore he could NOT serve a 3rd term.

IIRC, this had to do with German vote tallies being modified on a foreign server (Italy?) – the same server that modified US election results. Unlike the US, the Germans apparently have laws to prohibit foreign nations and corporations adding up their votes.
Nothing will come of it – everyone just has to save face.
What happened in Berlin in 2021 has nothing to do with American machines or counting in foreign countries. It was all about good old homegrown incompetence, and it doesn’t seem there was intent to change the result of the election in a certain direction. Thousands of people didn’t get to vote because too few voting boxes, ballots with wrong names on, no ballots and invalid emergency copied ballots. The election has already been repeated in part.

President Trump’s timing is not great here. Congressman Roy’s support of Governor DeSantis has been known for some time, as has his support for the removal of AG Paxton. If he wanted to encourage a primary challenge or two, the time for doing so was no later than Monday, December 11th, when the filing for a place on the Republican primary ballot in Texas closed, not fully one week later in an off the cuff social media post. Plus, Roy is one of the few Republicans in the House to try to scupper the NDAA because Speaker Johnson put the clean FISA renewal in it. Roy was even on War Room last week to make the case against the NDAA and FISA renewal.
As usual, we’re left with politicians at cross purposes with their constituents. Roy opposes a clean FISA renewal, but supports a presidential candidate whose candidacy is all about fooling the proles into thinking he will clean up FISA when, in fact, the powers that be will use him to make its reform impossible.
But instead of that argument, we get a social media post generically charging Roy with being a RINO too late for it to matter.
By way of comparison, Bannon agrees that both Elise Stefanik and Nancy Mace should be considered for VP by President Trump, but both of them voted for the NDAA with a clean FISA renewal. And Stefanik did so even though she knows better. Recall that Sundance always highlights her questioning of Comey about ignoring his duty to keep the Gang of Eight informed about Crossfire Hurricane.
I trust that President Trump has a very good reason for posting what he did about Jeff Roe, Lyin’ Ted, and Chip Roy. I assume he is well aware of the passed deadline. Thus, it’s why I said something is afoot.

I independently found the following gaping loophole in the US Code many years ago.
It’s actually offset/indented within the code, probably so employers don’t miss it.
Eliminate this loophole that allows businesses to hire illegals with no real consequences when caught doing so and you would thereby eliminate much of the incentive for illegal immigration – employment.
Guess who is specifically designated to be the SOLE authority responsible and enabled to eliminate it. The POTUS.
With this loophole present, you can hire some very tanned, Latino-looking guys in their mid-20s who can’t speak a word of English standing outside Home Depot who each have “a document or combination of documents that reasonably appears on its face to be genuine“ like something that says they were all born in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, etc., and YOU the employer are good to go and any effort on your part to get proof of the validity of those documents is not required and perhaps even ILLEGAL.

(1)(A) The PRESIDENT shall provide for the monitoring and evaluation of the degree to which the employment verification system established under subsection (b) provides a secure system to determine employment eligibility in the United States and shall examine the suitability of existing Federal and State identification systems for use for this purpose.
(1)(B) To the extent that the system established under subsection (b) is found not to be a secure system to determine employment eligibility in the United States, the PRESIDENT shall, subject to paragraph (3) and taking into account the results of any demonstration projects conducted under paragraph (4), implement such changes in (including additions to) the requirements of subsection (b) as may be necessary to establish a secure system to determine employment eligibility in the United States.
Of course, if any POTUS actually fixed this, who would work on nasty, giant poultry farms, in meat processing plants and in all of the other really nasty jobs where they don’t dare complain about working conditions or unionize because of their illegal status and easy replacement? Which is also why national, mandatory E-Verify will NEVER be enacted.

The telematics software to remotely disable vehicles in a safe and controlled manner has been in place for more than 20 years. The original scenario was to disable a stolen vehicle with telematics systems like OnStar.
Of course, for a myriad of indemnification, safety and privacy reasons the use of it was limited to the vehicle manufacture’s authorized concierge service.
What this bill does is absolve the manufactures of liability for its use by the government, but, most importantly, provides the Feds a “backdoor” into your vehicle’s software systems for surveillance and control.
Does this mean that the government can track the number of miles you have driven and tax you according?
Mileage, calculated by wheel rotation(odometer) and/or GPS location, is available through the same interface.
Plus the government will control whether you drive the car or not . Thomas Massie was explaining to Glenn Beck how the car can determone if you are too drunk to drive just by you swerving the car. Like if you aren’t paying attention and your car swerves the car will just shut down.
I’m sure the country’s innovative criminal element will soon have a workaround. And good old country boys, too.

I don’t know what’s at the link because I don’t click on links but my common sense tells me that a gov’t mandated kill switch would be for the same reason the dealers install them now (at a charge to the buyer), so they can disable the car that you bought if you don’t make your payment at a location that’s easiest for them to repossess it.

With drivers compelled to switch to digitally-enabled electric vehicles, this means their data will be used to calculate insurance premiums in real time.
According to the source, this data will include location tracking, healthy or unhealthy eating patterns in the driver’s locale, individual driving style, and will involve the monitoring of a built-in breathalyzer. The car will be remotely disabled if alcohol is detected, it is claimed, even if the driver’s alcohol level is below the legal limit.

I know several young men in their 20’s that are intelligent career oriented and that appear to be “switched on.”
They hunt, fish etc. However when it comes to regular dating, they have found that too many females of their age worship the likes of Taylor Swift, and have “ love affairs “ with their iPhones.

Reading about the expansion of the Capitol Police–satellite offices in varies major cities. I know PDJT has a ton of first priorities upon swearing-in as president, but this should be one of them, reigning in this expansion. Seriously, this government is out of control.

I seem to remember that at one time libraries were being designated as gathering places for citizens planning resistance to marshal law and the government takeover of electronic communication. Can’t remember how long ago or when that was in the conversation among Conservative groups.
Isn’t that the purview of Speaker of the House? As I recall, Nancy Pelosi is the one that ordered the satellite offices thus Mike Johnson should have the power to reverse that order.

The claim: Stiff person syndrome is a ‘known side effect’ of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine
Celine Dion revealed earlier this month that she has been diagnosed with a neurological disorder called stiff person syndrome. The disease is extremely rare and causes progressive muscle stiffness and painful spasms, according to Johns Hopkins Medicine.
The claim is false [NO, it’s UNPROVEN! – W]. Though Pfizer listed stiff person syndrome as an “adverse event of special interest” in a 2021 report, this doesn’t mean the disease is a side effect of the vaccine. The company says it is monitoring adverse events closely, but they have not been proven to have a causal relationship with the vaccine.
What’s at fault? MOST likely the same spike protein created by the injections.

Many neurological manifestations are part of COVID-19 infections, including movement disorders, but a clinical picture closely resembling stiff-person syndrome has not yet been described. Case presentation: We report a case of a stiff-person-like syndrome in the context of COVID-19 infection. A 79-year-old woman, with no prior history of diseases, presented global reversible stiffness associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection. We aim to shed light on several particularities regarding this clinical picture and its evolution in close relationship with the infectious disease progression, with full regression of symptoms and signs once the infectious process ceased. The impairment of speech and motility caused the wrong diagnosis of stroke in the Emergency Room. In addition, we would also like to emphasize the concomitant rhabdomyolysis, closely linked to the grade of muscle rigidity. Conclusions: We would like to raise awareness regarding this clinical setting and its association with SARS-COV-2 infection, to aid in its future recognition and management. To our knowledge, this is the first case of a stiff-person-like syndrome to be described in association with COVID-19 infection.

There’s an act underway to prevent corporations from buying homes and forcing them to sell after 10 years. It’s called the End Hedge Fund Control of American Homes Act of 2023. I sincerely hope it passes.
I like the idea. An alternate plan would be to deport all the illegals. Without them the corporations would not have renters and would chose to sell.
