The oath is found in Article II of the Constitution. It contains 35 words and goes as follows:

It demands he “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
As such, it doesn’t require of him to do the same for the unconstitutional administrative-state’s rules, acts, declarations, interpretations, agreements, and even some laws that the un-American globalists have enacted over the past century, slowly eroding the freedoms and rights of the American citizens defined in the “original Constitution and the legally approved amendments.”
As President, he cannot associate with, nor defend, any written law that is unconstitutional.
This the “written law” that Thomas Jefferson wrote about when he warned Americans that the Constitution isn’t a suicide pact …… in his words:

IMHO(In My Humble Opinion) in addition to this Constitutional mandate, there is another ingrained in the Constitution, and about to get re-affirmed from these prosecutions of PDJT by Smith around “National Security” issues.

He can NOT be gainsayed by the Legislature, the Judiciary or his own Executive Branch Departments; other than attempting to remove him from office, by 25thA or Impeachment, there is NO check on his authority in this area.

A by-product of eliminating the unconstitutional administrative-state will be a huge reduction in the federal footprint that has grown over the past century. Heck, when you look at what they have been doing……coming after us along with our freedoms and giving away our assets ….. we don’t need them.
President Trump, with his actions, will be force feeding states rights to the state and local entities. He firmly believes in it and they won’t have any choice at that point but to sign on to the needed changes.

I started working in my local elections this year so I could get closer to the fraud and I realized elections are a tangled web that takes time to understand and unravel.
We should all devote some time in the elections so we can truly have an effect on securing our elections. If Patriots do not pay attention to the transfer of our votes(the gold); we can never be sure that they are correctly tabulated.
One day soon, we should be able to eliminate the machines and we will need to be present to count the ballots. If we are not vigilant we only have ourselves to blame.

It’s time for Trump to appeal directly to them as the “court of primary jurisdiction,” asking them to re-affirm what they have already ruled over the past two hundred years. The President IS what is described in “Article 2,” and his plenary powers and prerogatives derive directly from it. He is not merely a (wo)man: he is a Sovereign Branch.
Being tasked to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed,” if he thought that he recognized the Federal crime of election fraud, it was his Duty to speak up. And his words and actions are not subject to review by his own nor any other Branch. This is “settled law.” The President cannot commit a crime by exercising his Oath of Office as he alone deems proper.

There has never been effective oversight of the NSA’s bulk collections programs, or indeed, intelligence agencies in general. There’s been a lot of noise made about this vaunted oversight in defense of programs revealed by leaked documents, but this is nothing more than a talking point.
At The Big Picture, a clip of Sen. John D. Rockefeller (then Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence) discussing how oversight actually works has been posted. It’s from an interview given in 2007, about the time the FISA Amendments Act was being put together to replace the expiring Protect America Act. The amendments act, among other things, extended the length of warrantless surveillance and gave telecoms retroactive immunity for their participation in the NSA’s bulk collections.

I call my library and email them my request to order books I want available. They have to comply ~ I know this because I met with the County Administrator for all 7 libraries and discovered they are required to order books for circulation if the request is made from a tax payer.
I did not know that. I’ll have to ask them to order some books I’ve been wanting to read.
I read about cultural marxists taking library jobs and clearing out books that expose them and reveal truths & history they want to be kept hidden. I found this to be the case long ago at my local libraries.
Since giving me an opening about books, Winston, wanted to let you all know I waited 14-16 months for my local library to give me their ONE copy of “The Creature From Jekyll Island” by G. Edward Griffin. When I got on the waiting list there were 17 ahead of me. Their excuse is they can only purchase from the publisher, and yet there’s a cornucopia of titles about the alphabet folks. The book is a great expose of the Federal Reserve System. Since I didn’t attend the Evelyn Wood Speed Reading School, it may be a while before the next requester gets the book!

There is a very interesting development here in Texas, which I discovered while watching the progress of TX HS Bill 182 and Senate Bill 6 , which were put in place after the November 7 elections that are working to repeal WEP and GPO provisions robbing State Employees of their rightfully earned social security money in Texas.
The congressional liaison for the Texas Retired Teachers Association, Tim Lee, has been reporting progress on the legislation.
He reported last week that “somebody” (not the TX AG) has filed suit in Texas to overturn the 7 November elections due to “voting machine irregularities”. Tim Lee described the law suits as “frivolous”.
There has not been a hint of this law suit in the TX News Media. So far, very few details have surfaced but something very odd is happening that is not necessarily a good thing v/v voting machines in Texas.
This past election in Texas was primarily focused on State-Local Financial Bonds as well as State Local Constitutional-Charter changes. Many of ballot entries won by sizable margins, I will admit to voting against many of the local bond issues and some of the State Constitutional ballot entries.

It further allows them to make profit from the control of the land by simply controlling it. Whether the transition to a cashless system begins now or in the near future, it should not come as a surprise. Parts of the Bible are over 10k years old. The entire “Mark of The Beast” will be coming where people will not be able to buy or sell without
“The Mark”. Certainly sounds like cash won’t even be a consideration when that prophecy comes true.
Paper fiat money would be worthless at that point. “Savings” would be confiscated. These are some of the reasons that wherever one is, that a local community of mutual support which includes farmers and ranchers needs to be set up.
If the current crop of dark forces aren’t stopped, the only way to survive will be via a barter system and tightly knit communities. However, they can indeed be stopped – by non-compliance and prayer. In this case non-compliance partially involves using cash for transactions and refusing to do business with any business that won’t take cash or checks. People must stop being slaves to “convenience” and “easy”, lest they become slaves to something infinitely worse.
There is a reason that Sundance’s dystopian picture rings with truth – on one side of the fence is one of the dystopian ant hives (C40 or 15-min cities), on the other are what remain of free people and Christ’s children.

Universal, because this ONE I.D. will “do it all” and be a drivers licence, passport, social Security/tax I.D., selective service, credit/debit card and include health info, all in one.
Biometric because with so much info, they must be able to assure ‘security” as a miscreant stealing and using it would be identity theft nightmare.
Hence, they intend fingerprint, retinal scans etc, SO THAT a bad actor obtaining the I.D. would be meaningless, as they couldn’t USE it,…not without your thumb or eyeball that is.

And IMHO no amount fof illusion, of convenience or security or manufactured crises is going to change that, at least I hope not!
