My told a story about the time he was in the army and successfully did something similar. The camp commander was a pr**k, so my uncle organized a chow boycott. It involve everyone going to breakfast and no one going to lunch. After six weeks of tons of food being thrown away and multiple threats from the commander, he was relieved of his command for losing control of his troops. It was a fascinating story at the time when I was young and a great lesson that the power structure can be turned upside down if the peons work together.
Anything is possible when people work together. Many on this site has bemoaned their inability to do something to change our reality, but by all pulling in the same direction the leveraged effect is compounded. It is always about reaching a determined consensus on which direction to pull. I would suggest that there are many strategic minds perched on these branches. While I agree Dutchman’s idea has the potential to cause a noticeable impact, the impact would not preferentially affect the elites like turning D.C. into a parking lot due to the strategic dumping of cow dung at critical pinch points.
Another sand in the gears event I personally observed in France was when only three essential certified production workers walked off the job when the AMERICAN expert arrived, effectively shutting down the entire production. I was very impressed with this strategy because only a few workers were financially impacted while the other workers sat on there hands and were still paid. It turns out that the few workers that walked off the job were made whole by the other workers, so all the negatives were directly felt by management who was the real focus of displeasure.
So, instead of creating a crisis that impacts everyone equally, development of a plan that throws sand in a direction that disproportionately impacts the political class would create the right type of leverage. Thus, I propose that the local status update post be expanded to collect and Pareto (rank) until a consensus plan can be formulated and endorsed by the majority. The best plan will be perfectly legal, easy to implement, and cause immediate impact.
Let the gamesmanship planning begin. If it does not matter who gets the credit for success, everyone wins.

I have been sharing that information with anyone who will listen. This will be a Constitutional Amendment if it passes with just a 1-vote majority – thanks to the last “Issue One”. That required a Yes-vote to make it MORE DIFFICULT to pass a Constitutional Amendment. That was another deceptive bill that fooled a lot of people. The NO votes won that one.
