Treeper friends, I’m saddened to say that I can no longer continue to curate the music I’ve so enjoyed posting here. A few weeks agoI had a couple of hard falls which fractured two fingers on my left hand. This sharply reduced my ability to write to hunting-and-pecking. As a result I’ve decided that I can no longer make music commentary—at least for now.
I’m seeking medical help and hopefully I’ll be able regain the range-of-motion I’ve lost. When that happens I’ll return to curating . . . I just can’t continue to do it now. My apologies, dwar friends . . .
However. I will continue to post classical guitar videos. I’ll do this as long you enjoy the posts . . . 🙂

Dearest Garrison, please, first and foremost, do not worry about disappointing your loving friends here which we all are. Your only concern should be getting those fingers back in working, painless order. And that takes time, alas, and you are receiving appropriate help for that. Improvement in your mobility will come, and to that end, our prayers to the Great Healer that He will guide your doctors and therapists in their work to make it happen are offered.

Remember what you told Betsy? “As long as it’s fun.” Typing with broken fingers is no fun and this is a safe haven, you should not feel compelled to post as if it is a job.
Sometimes, real life calls… either like a siren’s song or like an emergency vehicle. One heeds those callings as there is much real life to live and attend to. Right now, your hand is telling you “enough”.
You’ve mentioned that you played guitar and I can only imagine how your injury must make you feel that something blessed has been stolen from you. I understand the thief of this world and how his evil nuisance plunders.
We are a support system, Garrison, a reprieve from the domination of this world’s wayward humanity. To come here is to visit a friendly town square and the personalities here are priceless. Yours included, dear pal.
For years and years, I volunteered, volunteered, volunteered for the churches I attended as I moved all about the country. I wasn’t working for my redemption, as I have known a long time you can’t achieve redemption and salvation through works… only through humble approach to our Lord Jesus Christ through Whom all salvation is given freely to those who simply confess their sins and ask for His Forgiveness. We accept the price He paid on the cross that we never could pay. We wrap ourselves in the blanket of His Grace and Mercy. But what I did work for is for human approval, acceptance, and the belief that if I could contribute and I could lend a hand, I always should… that is until I realized that there are times God gently sidelines us. Sometimes, too, once you have human approval.. you realize you don’t really want it from them.
To work harder without ceasing especially in trying times makes one’s contributions burdensome… a victim of “have to” as opposed to “want to”. Those kind gestures can quell our energy and if you don’t replenish your own cup, how do you pour into others? An engine in overspeed will not run forever… it burns out… and then it’s a worthless piece of scrap without hard work to fully overhaul it.
Sometimes, you need to take a breather and just sit quietly in the pew and be fed, nourished, and restored. There are times for fighting the good fight and times for replenishment. I am learning a hard lesson in the latter, but I am more sensitive to The Spirit as I age and grow into wisdom.
Take a load off. Put your feet up in that rocker glider and just be entertained. You can easily be the life of the party, but you don’t always have to be. Lay your burdens down.

I am shaky, unhinged, and floored
At what has just happened to me
I am not as sound as I used to be
My steps are labored I cannot sprint

Garrison, there are people who are ‘Hand Therapists’, maybe you already have one? but they are physiotherapists that specialize in hands and arms.
A few years ago I had problems with pain and numbness after two falls, a year apart, falls on the left side which was diagnosed as Rotator Cuff damage.
Unfortunately, (long story) I went too long without treatment due to doctors being obsessed with ‘covid’ and being ‘oh so busy!’ they were delaying seeing patients, and hospitals emergency wards being crowded with the people who thought they had ‘covid’. Other patients were turned away or given a 6 hour min waiting time to see someone. (You may have heard, in some places even patients with cancer treatment appointments were delayed and delayed. )
I am left with permanent damage. Arthritis in the shoulder, severe, bone on bone. painful.
Try to get someone who specializes in your predicament, maybe find someone who is recommended, and get help as soon as you can.

Such is the government/corporate control of medicine now. Eternal shame on those who mandated it and on those who knew but kept their mouths shut.

I wonder how many of those people who withheld drugs that work and just pushed the ‘vaccine’ and those who delayed care for seriously ill patients like Cancer patients think back and realize what they did and how some of them might have actually caused deaths..
Then, as you get older, and we all do, they start saying things like, ‘But you are ( and then they state your age) as if you are nuts to expect the same care as a younger person.
Then a sort of ‘What do you expect at your age?’ making you feel guilty for thinking you are entitled to the same care as anyone else, implying and saying that you are selfish, and of course you have illnesses you are old. As if you were too dumb to know how old you are. and so how valueless you are.
It is also the same guilt trip they place on you, as my doctor did more than once that ‘If you cared about others you would get that covid shot!’
Is he still your doctor?? When did those with their sacred oaths to help any who come to them for care become so cruel. And yes, unquestioning and stupid??
My surgeon father would never ever have said that to any patient. But then again he would have never taken the bioweapon
either.
After a certain age I believe we all become invisible. But I’m afraid any who treated me as mentally addled would get the sharp edge of my tongue and my Southern stare. I had to deliver both to an ER assistant when my husband was there for what turned out to be surgeries (2) for his life threatening condition. I wasn’t rude but I was firm. He got the message.
When I broke my arm on Christmas Eve 8 years ago, even in as much pain as I was in, I had to tell one of the über young nurses who repeatedly called me “Dear” not to do it. Condescending at best and, again, just plain too familiar and rude…a moniker I despise.
I saw in British testimony before a House committee on Covid that Boris Johnson thought Covid would weed out those older people who were going anyway. And I’m sure that was the intent of the whole exercise anyway, at least in part. Just think of the Liverpool “Care” Pathway. Abominable and murderous.
There is enough shame for the inhumane antics of medical “professionals” everywhere to go around, my friend.
People like that have a lot to answer for…one day.
Dear Betsy, you are so right. I was called ‘dear’ too and by a drug store clerk. I shall try to master your wonderful ‘smarten up!’ Southern glare. She was very young and probably meant well but it is was very condescending as you say. You were very tolerant and controlle being in pain with a broken arm and getting that’poor old dear’ treatment.
Yes, he is still my doctor, as they are hard to find, hard to ‘get on their list’ now (Making them even more distant and not like good doctors used to be. Caring ethical people, like your father, I have no doubt. I had a wonderful family doctor many years ago. His father was a doctor before him. He was charming, kind, and was interested in one as a person. He would always ask me. where are you going on your vacation this year? or How’s your mum? even though he had only met her a couple of times ,as she was convinced that going to a doctor was a sign of moral weakness ha ha, or being neurotic.
He was a’ listener’ too. He will be in his 90’s now. if he is still going strong.
My present youngish doc is from a different world. but thinks I am nuts because I told him I am a Christian. I keep hoping we will all be raptured soon and that will solve the problem.
I would love to see his face when that happens, haha.
I stay away as much as I can. I wish I could talk more openly to him about things but I can’t. I will go to a walk- in clinic or the hospital nearby if something urgent happens. That was awful how you were treated trying to get care for your husband and its always worse when it is a loved one rather than yourself.
Boris Johnson is unspeakably arrogant. There are so many lying hypocritical politicians about on both sides of the pond. I would hope one day they will realize what they have done, and what they could have done instead..

So sorry to hear of your arthritis and bone on bone pain. I’ve been listening to some podcasts and was really interested in the podcast Joe Rogan did with Mel Gibson and Dr. Neil Riordan about his father and stem cell therapy. I did some checking – it’s not cheap. Around $28k to $45K to go down to Panama for the procedure for my hip – though I imagine prices fluctuate based upon the appendage. It uses stem cells that are humanely harvested from within the umbilical cord.
I hear there may be some sports injury doctors who may use the practice, however I am still uncertain what is cleared for use in the United States. The original podcast was from 2018, if I remember correctly, so hoping much in advancements have been done in five years. I eagerly await the day it may come available to us.

I do hope in the future more ways of treating these problems are made available, and ethically. I wonder if we can use our own stem cells ( do we always have them available? ) like in bone marrow ? I need to read more about this) I really need to do more reading. I like reading about medical breakthroughs even if it is for some ailment that does not affect me, but might be useful for someone else. Another way they might be used one day is for things like Macular degeneration. It is treatable now with shots. Avastin is injected into the eye and it holds it off for while but eventually there is nothing more to be done. The macular once gone cannot be repaired . But things are always being discovered as you say and advances made. . I am so sorry about your hip. I will pray for you too. Maybe we will be raptured soon and will not need anymore medical care 🙂

Good, Garrison. I am sure it will be a wise move for you .start looking on line (I am sure you have started already.) After what happened to my shoulder I feel that ‘the sooner the better’ for the treatment. Mine should have been treated right away. No one even xrayed it. when it happened. That nurse practitioner who never even looked at you hand is a disgrace to her/his profession.
Maybe even try looking for youtube treatments maybe made by physiotherapists. It is amazing what is covered on videos nowadays. But of course you need treatment for your special injuries and needs. . Let us know if you find one.

I join the others in praying for optimum healing of your hand.
I used the voice to text feature on my iPad to create this reply. The only issue with using the feature is that I have to speak extremely clearly and slowly and vocalize every punctuation mark. But as long as I follow those guidelines, it seems to work OK. I’m sure there are better software packages as the others are talking about that are used by paraplegic or amputees. Hopefully your situation won’t go on too long and you’ll be able to return to your commentary before you know it.

11/5/2023 – Many are called, but few chosen
Matthew 22:2-10 “The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, and sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. Again he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage. But they *made light of it (were careless of it), and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: and the remnant took his servants, and *treated them spitefully (insulted them), and slew them. But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth; and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: and he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? Those who were first bidden, were of course, the children of Israel: and with the exception of a very small remnant whom the LORD has reserved to Himself, which were of the truth and whose hearts were opened to Him; by and large this whole people has despised and rejected God’s invitation to salvation in Christ, throughout their history even to this day. Therefore has the LORD also rejected them, and delivered them to the punishment of the broken covenant, until the completion of the age; and has gone instead to the Gentiles to bid them to the marriage.
In these things it is understood, that when the Gentiles do also as those who were first invited; then their punishment shall be the same as their was. If God spared not the natural branches, He will absolutely not spare the wild branches who were grafted in, and didn’t take!
According to their ways, and for the blood of all His servants at their hands; God has sent His armies of the heathen to destroy the murderers and burn up their city. When the Lord Jesus went out of the city for the last time, being led out to the place of the skull to be crucified; He turned to the women who were weeping all along the way, saying to them, “Weep not for Me, but weep for yourselves and for your children; for if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?” Because of what they pronounced upon themselves in their madness against Him, that He should be destroyed and taken away from them; “His blood be on us, and on our children;” and, “We have no king but Caesar;” so has God given to them, until the times of the Gentiles is complete at the Lord’s return.
The second part of this parable is for especially warning, and instructing the churches of the Gentiles. Those who have been gathered together, both bad and good, from among the heathen; have all been received without respect of persons, nor condemnation for the darkness and sin they were held in before: all have been brought with good will and kindness into the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ; grafted into the Good Olive Tree and the Household of God.
We need to understand, that with these things; alongside the great benefit bestowed, of mercy and kindness and forgiveness and healing and acceptance; there are necessarily also unalterable conditions attached, that we respond worthily of Him who has called us, and do those things commanded of Him, as the only accepted response. And these conditions being met, are entirely the responsibility and duty of every recipient of this great Wedding Invitation. God has invited us, and we are expected to come; and we are expected to come in the manner required, according to the honor of Him who has invited us. There is no one going to be in the marriage, not having on the garments of the wedding. And there is no one going to be there whom the king will not see, and which will not have to answer for himself if he is found without the wedding garment.
It is worth noting, how that just like Jesus said to Judas, when he was about to kiss Him in betrayal, “Friend, for what are you come? Do you betray the Son of man with a kiss?” so does the king say to the trespasser and impostor trying to sneak in undetected among the guests, and not keeping the commanded protocols of the true and faithful saints of Jesus. This tells us that the good will and kindness of the Lord is extended equally to all, both bad and good; and no one is judged who comes to Jesus. However it is equally true and imperative upon the one received by the Lord, to henceforth make sure his calling and election; and to know all, and to do all, that is demanded to ensure, that all that will be expected of him when he arrives at the wedding shall be complete and in order.
Thus it is evident, by the man’s being speechless before the king, as one caught red-handed and guilty; that he should have known, and was expected to be dressed appropriately; but clearly, he was careless of it, and therefore made himself unworthy.
So the lesson in this illustration, is that indifference and neglect is unworthy of Him who has called us; and makes us unworthy of the invitation to salvation: and that all who put themselves in such a condition of indifference and contempt for Jesus; howsoever they expressed it; shall all find themselves in the end in the same place of damnation and destruction, in the outer darkness, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth. “For many are called, but few are chosen.”
2 Peter 1:8-11 “For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: for so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.”
Notice in 2peter the scripture you quoted, “but he that lacked these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, AND (heart of the matter of blindness) hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.”
Satan standing at the throne accusing you, which comes first the sin or blindness? If you cannot see your sin how can you repent? At some point the miracle of salvation has been given through faith, though you cannot see. We have no desire for our lord unless he allows us entry. Nothing is our own doing, nothing. I am dirt, God is all, in that humility comes “all things”.
When a mans ego is seen by himself it must become revolting, a hideous beast of a reflection of all that is putrid in his life. There can be no compromise with it. Kill as it will definitely kill you and anchor you to all that is evil. To “rise above” must be the detachment of ego.
The sin comes first; for, If the light that is in you is darkness, how great the darkness! Why is that? To say that nothing is our own doing, is absolutely ridiculous and utterly false; nothing connected with reality!
The evil of pride and perversion, is love of self, like what ruined Lucifer. The fact that God made him perfect in beauty, the light bearer, the cherub that covers, dwelling among the stones of fire in the garden of God; these things were not his ego, nor what destroyed him and cast him out as wicked worthless from the Presence of God: but the lie that arose out of his own imagination, that he was, with no need for God, and that by simply desiring it to be so, he could replace God and himself be God.
That man is made in the image and likeness of God is not his corruption and ruin and damnation; but his saying in his heart, No God! That he does not stand in the truth, that there is no truth in him, that he seeks to kill whoever speaks to him the truth, and that when he hears the truth he does not believe: these are the things that make a man wicked and worthless, and made to be taken and destroyed.
And for that God has counted us all in unbelief, He has seen it as righteous to have mercy upon all, “For they know not what they do.” But when the light has come, over a whole lifetime, in many ways and different parts; and the man takes it as his determined position to be an adversary and enemy of Christ; who’s responsibility is it, what choices and decisions he took, and how he set himself against God? So too, for all who fear God and are of the truth, and hear His voice; God also gives what is right, according to their desires and their works.

I think they are going crazy because Iran and those behind them will lose their Western threat to Israel . They will be left with only hez who seem a bit shaken after losing 60 soldiers in the past week to Israeli drone strikes. Israel Update:
–Blinken will meet with Abu Maazen the Head of the Palestinian Authority. Note: There is an increased talk about a Palestinian State. I listened to an Obama speech and that is what he said. They are very likely to push for Abu Maazen to take over Gaza. I mentioned it before that it is a trap because the Palestinian Authority is also genocidal and support terrorism and do not recognize Israel’s right to exist. But more important is that they will be replaced forcefully by another radical terror group because the people according to poles prefer the radicals. That is why they didn’t have elections for decades. There is an option that Israel will use its might to keep the Authority in power but that is not sustainable. Democrats meddle in other nations’ politics is a recipe for disaster.
-Trudeau to Bibi: Expressed the right of Israel to defend itself. Also mentioned to do it in accordance to International Law.
(Is a tactical nuke “in accordance to International law”? Just joking.).
-Palestinians report 51 dead in a “Refugee Camp” in an IDF attack. Note: I mentioned it before. The term “Refugee Camp” is a lie. No one is really “refugee” for 75 years. This is a special definition of the UN that is dedicated only to Palestinians. In 1948 when they fled and became “refugees” there were a few hundred thousands of them and now some 6 millions.
Those camps are hubs of terror.
-29 arrested in a Pro Palestine protest in London. 4 injured police officers.
-You know this one. I think it was about 100,000 Pro Palestine or Pro Hamas protest in DC.
This worries me. I can’t understand the alliance of the Progressives and the Islamists.
I see some Social Media accounts of Pro Palestine Progressives and those ladies are dressed in a way that in Gaza their own parents would kill them. Not joking. They actually do so.
Gays get executed in Gaza and other Islamic nations. I can’t explain in. Maybe it’s simply the resonance of “hate”. After all similar emotions attract each other.
-The UN : close to 1.5 million Palestinians left their homes. More than 700,000 are staying in a UN facility. Note: When the US went after ISIS in Mosul in Iraq they also evacuated the citizens to tents.
-IDF: We will enable a passage from the North to the south despite that an IDF force who tried to open passage earlier was attacked by Hamas. It will be open 10:00AM to 2:00PM.
IDF is pleading people to leave the North “if they care about their lives”.
-Zelensky : “The war in Israel is taking the focus off Ukraine.” He is saying that this is one of Russia’s goals.
-EX-Heads of UK and Australia, Boris Johnson and Scott Morrison will arrive to Israel for solidarity.
-Biden: “Yes there was progress regarding humanitarian pause in Gaza”.
-This is a big one! According to a Senior Security man in Israel 20,000 were killed in Gaza, most of them terrorists. Hundreds in the ruins of tunnels. This puts a lot of pressure on Hamas. He is saying that only once they feel the sword on their necks will they offer a hostage deal. Note: In a time of war deception is common. I can’t tell on this one.
-Defense Minister Gallant said that there is a raise in the number of Hamas’s Battalion Commanders who died. Note: I realized yesterday that the defense of gaza is done by dividing it to many zones and a Battalion commander is heading each zone. I have no idea how the IDF is managing to get those people? I think there is a lot of Intelligence as to where they live and their headquarters.
-There was an increase in fire from Hezbollah and also the fire back. Nothing too major.
-The Palestinian Authority refused to take the Israeli tax money that was in dispute in Israel.
The reason in that the portion of Hamas was deducted.
-At least 8 rockets fired to central Israel. No injuries. One fell in an open field.
-The Hamas is trying to survive in the tunnels until a cease fire is obtained. Some who are close to Hamas leadership is saying that they prepared for it for a long time and are capable to stay in there for months and keep fighting. They think the international pressure will force the IDF to agree to a ceasefire and an exchange of hostages for thousands of prisoners.
Note: Israel will have a hard time explaining to its people anything less than a decisive victory and giving prisoners would not pass. On the other hands there is a moral dilemma. The hostages are dear to us. So it may be something between. Like not too many prisoners released, enough to give them a positive image of victory and letting them out of Gaza to another country. Then it will become a Mossad job to make them pay with their lives.
-I watched a video of many thousands of people crowded in the Shifa Hospital area. Looks like a Human Shield. The main Headquarters of Hamas are under. In the video they were watching a briefing from the leader of the military wing of Hamas. Civilians or no they are not so innocent.
-The Step Daughter of the VP of the US helped raising money for Gaza. She ignored the murders in Israel completely and have already raised some 8 millions for Gaza. This step daughter is the daughter of a Jewish man. Damn. I hurt because of the Progressive Jews.
It’s a sour subject that I will leave it alone for now. I am sure it’s disturbing you too. I mean Sanders is the lead Socialist Progressive.
-At the top levels in Israel a decision was made that everyone who was involved in the 10/7 will be assassinated. A year or ten but they will not die old. This is turned over to the Mossad and other security agencies. It is similar to Israel’s war on ex Nazis and the killers in the Munich Olympic massacre.
-I watched a video of IDF hit water tanks in North Gaza. I see major floods that look like a river. I wonder if it will flood tunnels?
-Saudi Arabia intercepted a ballistic missile from Yemen that passed over its land. It was was on route to Israel apparently.
-Yemen threatens to attack any nation that will try to protect Israel.
-This have to be said. Looking at those massive pro Hamas protests in the US, Canada, UK etc.. and the nature of the protestors (violent in anger and speech and sometimes actions).
, it’s only a matter of time till the West will face terrorism of magnitude. I think it will go into a cultural clash sooner or later.
-I recommend to watch a video that I translated. It is taking you into the IDF inside Gaza and gives a real time concept of how it feels in there, What they do, the dangers and mood.

Lebanon, January through April 1984, I was on the receiving end of both direct and indirect fire from tubed artillery fired by the Syrians, we were mortared by Muslim militias, and on the receiving end of their rockets. All other things being equal, I’ll take the rockets.
The direct fire was from a Syrian tank and occurred on a single night. The indirect fire was from Syrian fired, Soviet made 130 mm guns lobing shells over a ridgeline near our defilade position over about 3 days when things go really hot. The mortar fire occurred once and came from Muslims in Beirut and was obviously observed fire. The rockets were flying every day and night from the Muslims to the south about the whole time we were there.

Have you been searching for healthier baking and cooking approaches? Here’s an issue that has been CONsumerized, (yes a phrase was coined) for years.
Hydrogenated plant oils are not good for you at all. What’s an alternative? Tallow and Lard. Sounds crazy right?
Look in your grocers for bricks or tubs but as the article from Farmers Almanac mentions it’s better if you can locally source your tallow or lard.
Another issue for me is homogenized milk which changes the way your body handles the milk fat in adverse unhealthy ways.
I can access A2A2 pasteurized but unhomogenized milk and it’s great stuff. Krogers sells it under The Creamery brand in glass returnable old style half gallons and pints. (I’m not associated with The Creamery in any way, just like their products.)
The Creamery’s ice cream is head and shoulders above any other brand you’ve ever tried and it also sells through Kroger. Try their Chocolate Pecan, Peach or Strawberry!

Regarding tallow, I’ve found a brand called EPIC that sells Beef, Duck or Pork Tallow. Appears to be more humanely and healthily (a word?) raised. Not sure where you are located, but Wegmans (grocery chain in NY and east coast) carries it.
Wish I could find A2/A2 that is also unhomogenized. The A2 Company milk is carried at some Wegmans stores (homogenized though). Or I can get unhomogenized milk from a local farm (5-generations farm which I thought was cool). Have heard interesting health information coming out about pasteuried, but unhomogenized milk (cream on top).

I should have also added that it’s specifically the Creamline version of The Creamery milk sold through Kroger’s chain that is non homogenized but it is pasteurized. Unpasteurized raw milk is a bit risky and a personal choice if you can source it locally.

And when she’d occasionally bake a pie, she’d take leftover pie-crust dough, roll it out flat, a little sugar and cinnamon, roll ’em up and toss in the oven on a separate flat pan

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I choose to stand on you, so that the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus, the eternal Rock of Ages. I receive your holy peace now my Lord, from the sole of my feet to the crown of my head, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray the Shield of Faith into my hand now. As I take up the shield of faith, I ask that you might extinguish every dart and arrow that is launched from the enemy to take me down spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and every attempt of the enemy to destroy my joy. I ask that my faith in you would make it flame out. Extinguish every flaming arrow that would come against me, my life, my family, my home, or my ministry. May my faith always be out in front of me like a shield. Give me the courage to “faith my fears” by choosing to walk by faith and not by sight, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Helmet of Salvation, that you might protect my mind from the thoughts that can lead me astray. I choose to take every thought captive, and arrest all intentioned ideas and motives that would harm others, or distract me from your holy will for me. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

Last I checked it was because they couldn’t competently manage their recruiting forces and suddenly discovered they were massively short.
But there was also talk of relaxing the fitness standards required for recruiters in that earlier article too. Sure going downhill when you can’t maintain fitness standards to maintain your recruiting forces.
They dropped the height to weight and physical standards long ago.
The article brings up the relaxed standards for recruiting but I don’t think that explains why suddenly there’s a panic to get up to 800 more recruiters, more recruiters doesn’t necessarily mean more recruits because young people are not interested in joining a woke military. It also says that they have to pick up their families and move in the middle of a school year and during the holidays. This trend has been going on for a while so what changed?
My belief is the situation in Israel, Mr. Netanyahu has publicly stated that this is a war for the survival of Israel. Hamas by themselves are not an existential threat to the nation so he obviously he meant something bigger.
I think this is going to get worse right before it gets much worse.

From what I observe the trucking industry is in severe trouble……no worthwhile drivers. Watch out for those big rigs on the interstate my friends, they’re not piloted by what they were once piloted by and they’re extremely dangerous in the wrong hands.
In my region, there was one huge accident involving 3 semi’s….the front end of one was unrecognizable…one driver was airlifted off of the worst bridge in IL to a trauma center….the medicopter landed on the bridge….they never do that here.
Recently, there have been many accidents involving semi’s…I wonder if drivers are cutting them off or doing other unsafe tactics.
Nope, that’s another sign of the times. Our youth need a hard lesson, a boot camp experience.
All youth must learn the lesson that there are some actions so important that if you mess them up you can never take them back or make it right. It’s called responsibility and our youth do not have it or even recognize it.
See a truck think danger, it was always so but now it is more so.

I must also point out, that very little news, if any, of what I would call an ‘insurrection’ is being reported, or acknowledged by the ‘SSM’ (State Steam Media). I have seen, ad nauseam, the usual lineup of state media parrots, praise Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, while prosecuting POTUS Donald Trump (SIC) again and admonishing Rep. Mike Johnson for being, a “right-wing, Christian Nationalist”, as if that, is somehow a bad thing. These questions answer themselves, once you have seen the facts, which the SSM has been instructed to suppress and obfuscate, by any means necessary.
P.S. Chanting “FJB!” is not a crime, yet. Context is everything, that’s why ‘they’ don’t report it.
